The lady FO staff who acted like a Somebody. Snub. Terrible hotelier. But she looks beautiful. I've been there few times due to the location but first time to encounter a front desk like that. Well, room rate commensurate her attitude. So, I should not expect more .Lucky, securities were friendly atleast for 5 rooms we had with 3 days stay, that bad impression was negotiated. Small bathroom with a very long hair strand. Exhaust was bed. [ my room only] not sure the rest.

I liked him a lot.Her speaking style and demeanor are excellent.,Also, the reception staff were very friendly and their approach was superb.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.I go to the Philippines every seven months and I always stop by this hotel.It offers five-star comfort.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026They did not provide water bottles only a fountain on the bottom floor, but with one broken elevator, that was annoying to always go up and down and took forever. And of course, there were no cups down there to fill either. Half the days I was there, housekeeping did not even bother coming despite having the clean room sign out. They then tried to prevent me from leaving in order to do a room check which has someone that has stayed in thousands of hotels around the world and needs to get to the airport is very annoying. The male manager on duty was friendly, most of the other staff was dismissive or average of best.

Some facilities are not good, you have to check everything first before (safety box, TV), and tell reception if something is not working properly. Room cleaning is not daily. Hot shower is not hot enough for upper floor.

The TV's are really outdated. You'll be stuck watching filipino tv programmes. They need to start investing in newer smart TV's. It's nice to chill out sometimes in the room relaxing, watch youtube or netflix and other modern applications, you can't with their very old outdted Tv's Also another major issue. The aircon does not get very cold even on the lowest temp.Also outdated.

One of the security guards.. they should be trained with the profiling of their guest and they should know if the rules of the hotel still apply. In every rule there is an exemption.. If you know that ur guest is a police officer why question about carrying a gun.. just come to think of it.... 😆🤔

Soy asiduo de hace años de esta cadena. Mi último alojamiento en Malate ha sido pésimo. Este alojamiento concreto ha perdido mucha calidad, tiene falta de mantenimiento, limpieza, etc. Di cuenta de los desperfectos para su reparación o sustitución: El grifo de la ducha necesitaba sustitución por uno nuevo, solo se reparó y continuaron los problemas. El TV no funcionaba, el mando a distancia roto necesitaba sustitución. No se reemplazó. La wifi no me funciona nunca. Todo indica que no hay presupuesto para renovar y se está manteniendo como se puede la situación del hotel.
