Mercure Benidorm

Eu e meu esposo gostamos mto do hotel. É bem localizado, os funcionários são prestativos, a piscina e a área verde eram espectaculares. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade e o jantar tb era diversificado. Poder levar nossa Cacau 🐶 ganhou nosso coração. Benidorm é lindo. Daqueles lugares que vale a pena conhecer.

Apesar de mto limpo, não gostei mto da distribuição do banheiro no quarto.

La piscina y el chiringuito son increíbles. El trato de todo el personal magnífico. Las habitaciones están muy bien . El desayuno es variado y con todo detalle . No tengo ninguna queja en nada .

Me encantó la atención, el ambiente tan espectacular y la musica tan chik al estar en el área de.la piscina, los olores que dan ambiente al hotel entero son una divinura, sus habitaciones súper cómodas, en fin lo recomiendo al 100%, definitivamente volvería a repetir

Nagyon közel volt a tengerpart, éttermek,a reggeli bőséges volt és nagyon finom. Mindennap volt valami más. Amikor megérkeztük , welcome drinkkel fogadtak, pezsgővel kínáltak.

A mosdó és a zuhanyzó, sajnos nem lehetett az ajtókat becsukni, olyan volt mint egy billenő ajtó, kilincs sem volt. Ez furcsa volt és kényelmetlen egy kicsit.

property was lovely and modern and just outside of the town (the upmarket side of benidorm). it was very clean and posh inside staff were all lovely, room had towels, hairdryer, iron fridge coffee machine, i paid for the deluxe room with sun loungers on the balcony, only issue was the sun wasn’t facing our balcony so we didn’t use it at all. the pool and gardens were lovely, not enough sun beds outside and pool very small as the hotel is massive over 8 floors. we sat at the pool area on day 1 and you got bitten to death by mosquitoes and ants that’s the only downside to this hotel for me. we didn’t mind too much as we did a long weekend i wouldn’t stay for a week.

Lo que más me gustó fue el ambiente del hotel, es un sitio muy bonito y tranquilo, me encantó la calidez que desprendía, apetecía bajar y tomarse algo en el restaurante o ir a la piscina. La comida fue estupenda, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, había muchísimas opciones y detalle en los platos. El personal fue muy amable y atento. En general, me encantó el sitio, el ambiente era muy bueno, y aunque es Benidorm, no se sentía tan lleno de gente.

En principio no tengo una queja como tal, lo único es señalar que mi pareja observó que la piscina podría estar más limpia. En mi opinión, creo que es porque mucha gente se baña y la piscina no es tan grande, quizás debería limpiarse de manera más constante. Pero en lo personal, disfruté mucho de la piscina y del entorno, era muy bonito estar rodeada de árboles y vegetación, y que las tumbonas fuesen tan cómodas.

The hotel has a modern design, a large balcony, and a fantastic garden that feels like an urban jungle. With all the greenery, you can really feel as if you are in the tropics. Another big advantage is the great location — the hotel is close to the beach, and there are plenty of shops, cafés, and small local stores nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the area and getting everything you need within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the main areas that need improvement are cleanliness and the overall level of service. Toiletries such as body wash, as well as coffee and tea, were not replenished during our stay. We also found it surprising that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. Breakfast was another area that could be improved. There seemed to be too few staff members, and dirty dishes were often left on the tables for quite a while, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. Although check-in was advertised as starting at 3:00 PM, our room was not ready when we arrived, and we had to wait until around 3:30 PM.

De hotelgasten! Vette mensen die met bloot bovenlijf aan tafel komen! Moet ik zelf gaan vragen of er kan gevraagd worden iets aan te doen. Met glazen bier in het zwembad en worst ook toegelaten! Heel luidruchtig allemaal! Veel Britten!!! Heb ook met een nacht verlengd en werd behoorlijk arrogant door de receptionist beantwoord. Momenteel zijn ze aan de vroege straat aan het werken en is veel lawaai vanaf ‘s ochtends. Ook overdag! Dus aan het zwembad liggen was echt niet aangenaam

Exceptional customer service from all the staff and especially Michel who worked on the receptione who went all out to be helpful and very accommodating and jose who worked at the pool area. Food was incredible and the hotel is beautiful definitely be back again.

Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. There were so many issues throughout our stay. Beach towels were never replaced, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, something that is usually standard in hotels of this category. Housekeeping was very poor. The balcony floor was never cleaned, the bed linen had stains on it, and it smelled extremely strongly of laundry detergent. The smell was so overwhelming that it made it difficult to sleep comfortably every night. The reception staff were polite enough, and check-in was quick and efficient, but they didn’t seem able or willing to help with any of our concerns. The bar manager and the staff around the pool were unfriendly and unprofessional. The only real positive was the food. The buffet was delicious, with a good variety of dishes every day. However, the grill station was a complete failure, they couldn’t even make a proper omelet. Quite noisy as well, there’s a construction nearby. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We will never return to this hotel, and after this experience, we will also avoid all hotels under this brand.

Location walk out to the right is shops then 10 mins walk to beach .which is absolutely amazing .the hotel 5 star cleanliness smells beautiful so clean and fresh very tidy and very welcoming all the staff are amazing here so friendly always chatting.food was off the chart amazing what ever you could want is there .you do not go hungry .highly recommended. Will be returning

Garage bleek vol, we moesten parkeren in het hotel ernaast. (Jaime I) De garage bleek veel te smal voor onze auto. (Porche Cayenne) we hebben iemand van de receptie gehaald en deze gaf aan dat het prima kon en er geen andere optie was. Hierop hebben we flinke schade gereden aan de zijkant van de auto. Het hotel neemt geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid en laat ons barsten. We hebben nog moeten betalen voor het parkeren ook. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug. Zijn enorm teleurgesteld in de gehele gang van zaken.

From the time you walk into the Hotel foyer, you think “Ahhhh” Michael on reception was wonderful and the arrival drink was welcoming 💕

First time staying in the old town and it did not disappoint. The mercure is situated around 800m from the bustling streets of old town Benidorm and Tapas alley. Only a 300m Walk to the beach front which was clean, lots of water sports and a really relaxed Costa blancan vibe, certainly much different to the New town. The hotel itself. You are welcomed through the doors by a Mediterranean feel and look via. The reception staff are warm welcoming friendly and speak English fluently if you are unable to communicate through Spanish. The lobby bar reception and eating area form the bottom floor leading you into the fool garden area which makes you feel like your not even in Benidorm. Our room 518 was an upgraded room very spacious and great views over looking the pool. The room was spotless very clean and exactly what we desired. Air con, safe nespresso machine robes and slippers all included combined with a 55 inch TV. My wife and I spent 2 nights 3 days here from the 31st July and I can honestly say one of the best if not the best hotel I have stayed at within Benidorm, compare to levante beach club, Port Benidorm, flamingo, ambassador (all new town). If you are looking to go to new town it is easy enough to order a taxi from reception and make your way there (I paid £8). The food in the hotel (stayed Half Board) was immaculate. Well cooked plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner. Believe me when I say it’s not your standard Benidorm food. There is thought to everything. Friday night we had a live saxophone player serenading the room which chill out music whilst enjoying food. One of the best stays to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Will deffinately be back with our 2 sons. Thank you again to all staff for making this a great experience.

Stayed for a couple of nights at the end of our Spanish holiday. A lovely calm Oasis in the middle of the Benidorm madness. From the outside the hotel looks nothing special but inside it’s a different story. The rooms clean and spacious with excellent air con. The lobby opens up to the outside pool area which is set up beautifully making you feel you are miles away from the high rise hustle and bustle outside. Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice and tasty. The pool bar was inexpensive and the main hotel bar and especially Juan were very accommodating when helping choose which wines to drink. Plenty of parking underground across from the hotel meant no worries about finding somewhere and safety of your vehicle. A would go back again.

5 star from start to finish. This hotel and the team are amazing. It is an oasis to escape from the bustle of Benidorm. Great location for the old town and 2 minutes walk from the beach. Rooms are beautifully laid out with everything you need. The pool area is great to chill out on a Bali bed, take a dip in the pool and of course great cocktails. I would like to thank Laura the Deputy Manager and her team for looking after me and my 2 friends so well. We felt like VIP's and nothing is too much trouble. I will be back and highly recommend. Just left after a fantastic 4 night break at the Mercure Benidorm. We arrived at 10am after an early flight, checked in efficiently by Michel who let us know the room wasn’t ready but they would text when it was - we left our luggage and headed to the beach and received a text around 2pm to say the room was ready. The room was fine, a few signs of wear and tear but nothing major and all worked well - the air con was excellent and much needed. I saw the reviews regarding the gym and hoped management had listened to the other comments about how terrible it is but they haven’t - it’s terrible, unless you want to do cardio (x-trainer, bike, treadmill); a few light free weights and no benches or cables. 10 Min walk away is Synergym which is £15 for the week and very good but the hotel gym is really really really poor!!! We stayed bed & breakfast and can’t fault either - the breakfast was good with puts of healthy options as well as not so; I’m gluten free and their GF French stick & GF croissant were amazing. All in all a very good trip, roadworks in the town centre can be heard but not too bad, the queues for the pool beds at 0830 are to be expected with a small city centre pool in the summer but a big shout out to the staff and especially Michel for being so helpful and professional.

Just arrived back from the Mercure Hotel in Benidorm I can only say it was one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. Beautiful hotel thats is lanscaped with trees that gives it the feel.of an oasis. Stayed in deluxe king size room which overlooked the pool. Staff are super friendly welcoming children. A quieter classy hotel with chill vibes and music round the pool. Very close to the beach. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely cocktails. Its a relaxed sophisticated hotel.

El hotel es muy bonito pero nos decepcionaron varias cosas muy importantes. A destacar, lo más valioso de todo el hotel para nosotros fue la amabilidad, cariño y gran profesionalidad de 3 camareros del restaurante, Sonia, Isabel y Esperamos que los valoren como se merecen ya que hoy en día no se encuentran muchas personas tan profesionales, amables y que lo dan todo por hacer bien su trabajo. Un abrazo enorme para los tres¡¡¡

Primero, me parece un robo lo que hay que pagar por tu mascota cuando ni siquiera hacen ningún gasto y sólo te ponen condiciones para poder disfrutar de su compañía. Algo que también nos pareció horrible es que el hotel está totalmente enfocado por y para los guiris, y nos pareció muy injusto ya que el turismo nacional también tenemos derecho a poder disfrutar del hotel ya que pagamos exactamente igual o quizás más que ellos. La comida, malísima. Poca variedad, repetitiva y todo sabía igual, a nada. Daba igual lo que cogieras que todo sabía igual. La zona de cocina, plancha sólo te podías acercar en los desayunos, en la cena sólo con la presentación daba todo para atrás. En diez días nos alimentamos a base de ensaladas y lo más básico. Limpieza del restaurante pésima. Fue muy curioso pero nunca vimos a un Metre o alguien superior controlando la zona del restaurante para ver cómo iba todo. Algo mejor si controlaran más a sus trabajadores y como desempeñan su trabajo. Los precios de las bebidas como el vino carísimos, creo que ya pagamos suficiente cómo para que nos pongan esos precios tan elevados por vinos que conocemos perfectamente. En el bar sólo pedimos una consumición y no nos quedamos ni un sólo día más. Con el precio de un combinado en el hotel te tomabas dos fuera. Lógicamente eso sumado a que ningún día había ni una sola actuación o entretenimiento, siempre estaba vacío. Muy aburrido¡¡¡ Otra cosa que no nos gustó nada, fue que no nos dejarian elegir comida o cena,ya que sólo daban cenas y eso no lo especificaba en ningún sitio. La piscina preciosa y tranquila si no hubiese sido porque solamente era para los extranjeros que se apoderaban de ella haciendo cola para entrar desde las 8 de la mañana y se pegaban todo el día en ella bebiendo, comiendo y durmiendo sus borracheras. Esto conllevaba a qué antes de llegar la tarde daban ganas de vomitar para meterse al agua. Era una balsa de aceite y no cumplía las normas de revise y vaciado correspondiente.

Warm welcome to the hotel but had to wait over an hour for our rooms to be ready. Check in at 3pm , we finally got our room at 4.25pm. Room lovely, modern and exceptionally clean. View nice looking onto pool and garden area which is also kept immaculate, garden very well maintained and green. Very disappointed by people smoking around the pool area, passive smoke all day long , hotel should review the smoking policy and have designated smoking areas. As a none smoker won’t be returning to this hotel. Shame really the hotel is a little gem otherwise in every way. Food and drinks lovely. Staff very friendly and professional.

We visited here for a weekend away. It was a lovely hotel, great location, great staff. Very friendly people, all different types of groups and families with young children. Breakfast was ok, food was not very hot but a good mixture of it. Rooms were very modern, clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have for the hotel is the sun beds around the swimming pool. There’s not enough of them for the size of the hotel. A lot of shaded places only a handful are in the sun and have to wait around to be able to get onto a sunbed. Would recommend it and would visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the warm, welcoming and attentive staff and the varied and delicious food of a consistently high standard served in pleasant surroundings. Loved the design of the bedroom, the comfortable bed also the plentiful “task” lighting was much appreciated as was the portable hair dryer ! Palms and the many trees and shrubs made the outside areas very special providing welcome opportunities for rest and relaxation, activity or just enjoying the atmosphere at the pool bar and all its lovely staff had to offer . Thank you, Mercure, for your very generous hospitality…….and a special thank you to all the staff at Reception for their patience, their willingness to help and their unfailing good humour.

It was great, rooms are lovely, ac was amazing in the heat. The pool was lovely but gets busy very early and stays busy during the day. The atmosphere was calming and the food and drinks were great.

Lovely stay in this wonderful Hotel for 4 nights was very clean and rooms cleaned most days highly recommended,breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty of choice would definitely stay here again

El buffet no incluye gaseosa, solo agua El baño es abierto, muy poca privacidad al salir de la ducha se ve todo desde la cama. El wc si tiene una puerta. Pero si no vas con alguien de confianza, van a ver tu intimidad!

Mercure Benidorm is a calm oasis that I will return to many times hopefully. The building, decor, rooms, staff, pool area, and food was first class. I loved the way the pool area was separated by lots of greenery. It made the area feel lush, private and secluded. I thought this design was its real usp. This for us was a perfect retreat. We chose to have breakfast and evening meal during our stay and this was also exceptional. Great buffet menu, plentiful choice, varied each meal. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations each night. I hope to return to Mercure Benidorm.

Nothing. I think every detail of the hotel was thought through by someone. Even down to the scented bottles in corridors. It made it smell beautiful.

Hotel was really lovely, we had a sky suite and loved the outside area, had sun all day! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Best thing about the stay was without a doubt the massage from Marian - woman is a magician! Have never had a treatment so thorough, felt like i was floating all day after. She is wonderful and can’t recommend enough!! If you do nothing else, book a massage with her, she’s very passionate about treating your body as a whole, the relief I got from an hour with her is unparalleled. Would absolutely go back to this hotel for Marian🤭

Hotelul este excelent din toate punctele de vedere. Camera este spatioasa si curata. Cel mai bun sistem de aer conditionat din cate am experimentat la hoteluri. Patul este foarte comod si poti avea un somn odihnitor. Curatenia in camere este facuta cu grija. Micul dejun foarte variat si cu ingrediente de calitate. Hotelul are o piscina foarte frumoasa si o politica de apreciat: nu poti rezerva sezlonguri la piscina pana in ora 9, astfel se evita cazurile cand persoane vin de la 6 dimineata si pun prosoape pe sezlonguri, apoi mai revin la 10 sau 11. Tot stafful a fost foarte amabil si ne-a ajutat cu orice cerinta. Izolarea fonica este buna, fata de alte hoteluri.

The hotel has modern mediteranian design and is suitable for couples. Delixe room very spacious and king size bed really comfortable. Breakfast and dinners buffet delicious. Staff was exceptionally friendly and proffesional. There is a swimmimg pool in the big garden full of trees and sunbeds which feels like an oasis in the bussy Benidorm. Walking distance from the old town and promenade. Possibility of parking in the nearby garage. Highly recommend.

Expected much better for the price we paid. Not enough pool seats or beds. The bedroom we had to be moved as could not cope with the small size of room and bathroom. The sink area was open no privacy at all. The toilet and shower were tiny rooms very claustrophobic. My husband has a disability and needs private sink area. The reception understand and moved us but it was to a disabled room which was not suitable for us. Not very clean. Ok maybe for wheelchairs etc. OK. No bedside tables no mirrors in bedroom just one mirror over sink in bathroom. which you had to stand in water to use so afraid to use hair dryer. Shower soaked everything water even going out into the bedroom . It was the only type of room they could offer. Would never ever use this hotel again as going into either of those rooms was horrendous. Certainly would not recommend

We recently returned from staying here for my 40th from the welcome to leaving the hotel was lovely, breakfast great, pool is slight heated (or felt like it) and I found the rooms and hotel high end. It is enough away from noisy Benidorm but close enough if you want that. You are 5 mins from the front, 10 mins from the heart of the old town and about 30 mins from the strip, but the when you go to the strip plenty of bars to stop along the way! We was out most days so just had an hour here and there with subbed, the sun beds fill up quickly but there is also plenty, just not in prime positions. I would definitely stay here again for location and because of how nice the hotel is!

We stayed at the Mercure Benidorm for three nights. We arrived late the first evening but were checked in quickly. We had a room on the first floor and it was of a great size (unsure if this was an upgraded room). It had an egg chair and huge balcony with sun loungers on it which overlooked the pool. It did have some pipes directly outside it however. The room overall was clean, a good working TV with BBC channel and some good toiletries and clean towels. We didn’t have any complaints here. We enjoyed walking down the corridor and seeing the vegetable garden outside. The following morning we went for breakfast. There was quite an array of food and you could put something together easily. Fresh jams, breads, spreads, fruits, cereals, yoghurts. There was some cooked bits and you could get omelette, scrambled and fried eggs. I did miss not being able to get poached eggs as these are my favs! Coffee machines to keep you caffeinated if you choose too. There is a nice laid back modern feel to the design of the hotel. It has a nice pool setting however we use to laugh at people queuing for a sunbed at 9am on a morning when we were having breakfast. This is so cringe. We always found a bed but it was not necessarily directly round the pool but there was always ones under the trees. I found it more peaceful here with a bit more chill music playing. The bar was fairly priced and staff were good. Reception staff would always help with any query you had and most were cheery. I think this hotel is a good option for people wanting to escape the hustle and bustle. It has a good location close to the old town which is lovely. You are a bit further of a walk to the strip and new town. We did use the tram one night to get back from Altea and this is about a 20 min walk downhill. It’s well priced. Plenty of shops round about if you need them. This hotel has good style, a clean modern feel and is perfect for a chill holiday. I would stay again if I was ever in Benidorm again.

Relaxed and friendly hotel newly refurbished with excellent decor. Beds comfy and best of all very clean throughout the hotel. You can’t reserve beds by pool and staff enforce the rules but in a really friendly way.

We stayed at mercure benidorm for 4nights 5 days and we loved it!! The location was brilliant right by the beach but also a short 15min walk into the busy benidorm strip. The hotel was clean and modern with a lovely pool area, the only thing which was slightly annoying was there wasn’t many sun loungers as the pool isn’t overly big, however i do think we did go on a very busy weekend so maybe the hotel was just super full so we did have to make sure we was up early ish for 10 to9 to get a bed. There was a rule tho u wasn’t allowed to leave ur sun loungers especially in the morning for more than 30mins at a time otherwise towels will be taken of. We stayed bed and breakfast which was a good option the breakfast was really nice lots of choice and was on until 11am on weekends. Lots of people was saying on reviews about the noise from over the road yes we did hear it slightly on the monday however they have music round the pool which drains that out but overall wasn’t too noisy. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable we also had an actual double bed not just 2 singles pushed together which was nice. Our balcony like all other rooms faced out to the pool which was lovely. Staff all very friendly and welcoming, we also had food by the pool bar one day for lunch which was very tasty but hard to order as they would make u wait if too many orders came in. Overall i really enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend and would return

Estaba todo nuevo y todo era muy bonito y con los detalles cuidados al máximo. Nos dieron las habitaciones contiguas que fue una petición que hicimos y encima en la 8a planta. Todo muy muy bien

En un hotel de 4 estrellas superior deberían de cuidar y vigilar el respeto hacia al resto de clientes. En la piscina había un poco de caos y ruido de gente incluso bebiendo cerveza dentro del agua. De madrugada otros clientes iban por los pasillos cantando y con música en el teléfono.

Si tengo que poner un pero a un hotel que me parece espectacular, es que las tres o cuatro veces que he ido nunca ha sido posible aparcar en el hotel y siempre tengo que aparcar bastante lejos e ir y volver al coche andando.

La atención del personal, la zona de la piscina y el muy buen ambiente que se vive en el hotel

Tiene unos platos el restaurante demasiado alambicados, personalmente prefiero los sabores más puros y menos mezclas. Sería deseable que las normas de la piscina se hicieran respetar un poco más.

Ideal location for me, very clean & quiet & chilled

Fantastic secluded location but only minutes walk to the action. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were spacious. Pool area was also great.

Another fantastic stay, this was our third visit to the hotel and I can't see us staying anywhere else in benidorm. It's nice to be away from the madness of levante and feels much more peaceful and relaxed. We booked a deluxe double room which we always enjoy but were upgraded to a very similar room but with a large terrace. The room was also bigger than usual this was a nice surprise, being on the first floor was handy as we didn't need to wait for the lifts and could simply walk up and down the single flight of stairs. Really enjoyed breakfast (if you want a full English this isn't for you) but nice fresh omlettes and the cava is a nice touch. The hotel grounds around the pool are stunning and it feels like a green oasis in the concrete jungle. The Toiletries in the room (nuxe) are great. My only criticisms would be the pool had a slight film of suncream on the whole time we were there and it a relatively expensive hotel I'd expect a little better and the air con for us isn't cold enough even though you can put it to 16c I noticed the room temperature didn't go below 23c which is too hot for us with the thick and very nice bedding. I really should have mentioned it as I'm sure it is a soft limit that can be overruled and would next time. Staff bought two little bottles of cava for my birthday and a nice hand written note (used my middle name but it's the thought that counts). Rooms are very very quiet and we hears no sound at all. We will be back!!

I have been here for my birthday this year and last year. My boyfriend got the room decorated for my birthday and the staff were very helpful and made it beautiful. All other staff are very pleasant. The cocktails are amazing and the food is very good especially having a chocolate fountain for breakfast!

Perfect quiet location, not far from the beach and city center, very good breakfast and restaurant, very good equipped rooms with comfortable beds. Balcony is big enough.

Toilet is not possible to close(w/o lock) and noisy (w/o sealing), hotel is not for families

Amazing hotel, staff and facilities, nothing too much trouble and although ive done many stag dos in benidorm i never really got to see the real side of benidorm, this hotel allowed us to do that, lovelly couples break with a dip into the lively side and the rest and luxury we deserve (50th birthday treat for the wife)

Am avut un sejur minunat la Mercure Benidorm și îl recomand cu toată încrederea. Hotelul este modern, foarte curat și amenajat cu mult bun gust, iar grădina cu piscina creează o atmosferă relaxantă, ca o adevărată oază de liniște. Este situat aproape de plaja Poniente și la o plimbare plăcută de centrul vechi, ceea ce îl face ideal atât pentru relaxare, cât și pentru explorarea orașului. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și profesionist, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și dornic să ajute. Micul dejun a fost excelent, variat și cu produse de foarte bună calitate. Camera a fost spațioasă, impecabil de curată și foarte confortabilă. Ne-am simțit excelent pe toată durata sejurului, mulțumim întregii echipe pentru ospitalitate!

Hotel lovely rooms are modern couldn’t fault them grounds are also spotless. Only problem is I was there for 2 days with my sister and we did not manage to get a sunbed the whole time had to sunbathe on an uncomfortable chair only downfall.

Le personnel ! Vraiment hyper aimable et serviable, toujours très gentil et voulant bien faire ! La PROPRETÉ des chambres ! J’ai absolument aimé l’espace et le standing offert par cet hôtel Mercure. Très bons goût pour la déco intérieure. Le lit gigantesque que nous avons eu nous a fait sentir comme à la maison mais en vacance ! La pizza marguerita une des meilleures que j’ai mangé !

Si vraiment je devais trouver qqch à redire ce serait que la musique en boucle de très tôt le matin à presque 23h- minuit peut être lourd et étant un couple musulman qui prie, c’était par moment pénible (notre chambre étant proche du rdc et fenêtre donnant sur la piscine pouvant accentuer le fait que nous entendions la musique à toutes heures).

Location is central, but quiet. Unfortunally next to construction site. Atmosphere is relaxing and quiet, but they play too loud music non-stop at the pool. There are speakers literarily everywhere outside so there is no sun beds that is in a quiet area. Rooms are ok, big balcony, but only 2 chairs on the balcony so it cannot really be used for much. Value is good if you dont include food. Breakfast is good and should fit everyone. Delicious omelette and orange juice. The buffet dinner is a joke. Tasteless food that a 3-year old could cook better.It seems like the food has been sitting for hours because it is dry on the outside and also cold. The pool area is beautiful and the service is great. But one of our days here they arranged a wedding. Meaning they had to remove a lot of sun beds. This is very strange because there is not enough sun beds for everyone. Also they have 10-15 Cali Beds that nobody is using because the fee is 100 Euro. This is ridiculous. Dont even need to explain why. Overall the hotel has great potential, but poor choises. Maybe they need new leadership.
