- Mancanza del doppio cuscino per entrambi gli occupanti ( vi era solo uno nell'armadio) - Bagno piccolo, mancanza del bidet, box doccia vecchio, presenza di una sola bustina di docciaschiuma a persona al giorno - Per la colazione abbiamo richiesto del latte senza lattosio e ci hanno riferito di non averlo ( avremmo dovuto specificarlo in fase di prenotazione); richiesto per i due giorni successivi, l'indomani ci hanno proposto il latte di mandorla; al nostro rifiuto ci hanno risposto che non l'avrebbero comprato perché quello che non avremmo consumato sarebbe andato buttato.

Persoana de la receptie ne-a întâmpinat foarte impunator ca oriunde plecam trebuie sa lasam cheia de la camera ca nu cumva sa o pierdem, altfel vom plati 15 euro. Camera cu umezeala si pereti scorojiti. Pozele de pe pagina nu corespund cu realitatea.

Accoglienza distaccata: buongiorno, richiesta della tassa di soggiorno e consegna della chiave. La scansione dei ns. documenti ha richiesto 30 minuti. Al rientro da cena, la persona di turno (non incontrata prima) era fuori posto: senza chiedere conferma dell'identità, ci ha consegnato la chiave (avremmo potuto indicare una chiave qualsiasi tra quelle appese di fronte a noi...abbiamo avuto l'impressione di poca sicurezza...

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die nette Mitarbeiterin, die in der Küche und an der Kaffeebar arbeitet. Sie ist wirklich eine Bereicherung für das Hotel – sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, ist die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel. Wenn man ein Problem oder eine Frage hat, kann man leider nicht darauf zählen, dass einem entgegengekommen wird. Auf E-Mails und Nachrichten über Booking.com wird nicht geantwortet, und telefonisch ist ebenfalls kaum jemand erreichbar. Mein Rat: Bucht lieber nicht mit Vorauszahlung, wenn sich eure Pläne noch ändern könnten. Wenn sich zum Beispiel die Anzahl der Gäste ändert, ist das Hotel offenbar nicht bereit, eine flexible Lösung zu finden.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Nista posebno ne mogu izdvojiti, ni toliko lose niti predobro, nekakav prosjek. Dobili smo apartman A pa je recimo bio pristupacan u prizemlju. Za parking smo morali parkirati s suprotne strane kod trgovackog centra jer nije bilo dosta paringa do hotela, taksu turist smo platili u gotovini na ruke, dobro je sto ima osoblja.
Poneki žohari su vec kod ulaza na recepciju hodali po podu, no u aparmanu nismo pimjetili nista spektakularno. Parking s suprotne strane ceste kod trg.centra.

La clim était mal emplacee, soufflant directement sur la tête du lit. La douche était fixe, impossible de se doucher sans mouiller complètement ses cheveux. L’eau froide était d’abord chaude, on a failli se brûler sous la douche.

The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, treated us very poorly. They spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner throughout our stay. Every time we left the hotel, they insisted that we hand over our room key in an unpleasant way, making us feel unwelcome. We felt that we were treated differently from other guests, which made our experience even worse. I have stayed in many hotels and luxury resorts around the world, and I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The problem was not the building itself, but the attitude of the staff. Customer service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Le stanze assegnate erano in una struttura diversa da quella principale e senza ascensore. La doccia presentava muffe all'interno. Nessun parcheggio per i clienti.

Hotel spartano adatto per soggiorno di passaggio. Nel nostro caso utilizzato per dormire qualche ora dopo il pronto soccorso in attesa di nuovo accesso al mattino. Telefonicamente mi avevano comunicato un prezzo e in struttura volevano farmene pagare un altro ma poi risolto prenotando con booking.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Was close to the motorways and other public transport such as 10 mint walk to a metro station and 2 mint walk to a buss station the mosque was 3 mint walk from the hotel, lots of shopping malls at 2 mint walk from hotel.
The hotel staff seamed a-bit racist. I have traveled in many cities in many countries first time I had to face a situation where I had to leave the keys in the hotel when I had to go out luckily I didn’t had much luggage or staff on me so had no worry but if I was travelling with luggages I would have a bit of worrying also the check out was at 10:30 they came knocking at my door at 10 for check out.
