Pertíssimo da estação de trem, instalações limpas e confortáveis, café da manhã com diversas opções, perto de ótimos restaurantes e o atendimento da equipe, que é cortês e solícito.

la posizione dell'hotel praticamente nel centro di Vico Equense, la disponibilità del parcheggio auto a 50 metri e ad un costo contenuto rispetto alla costiera, buona colazione con un capo sala simpatico personale della reception che ci ha aiutato a risolvermi un problema di taxi in modo veloce e tutto sommato senza spendere cifre astronomiche

la camera e il bagno un po' piccoli ma siamo sulla costiera e si può capire, la mancanza di un mini frigo che con 38° si apprezzerebbe, la mia camera era a ridosso della strade della costiera e quindi un po' di rumore per il traffico

L'emplacement, face à la mer, très belle vue, et ville au calme. Situé près de la gare et bus avec un parking. Personnel très accueillant, et agréable. Chambre très propre et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner face à la mer ! Très bons restaurants dans la ville.

La mancanza dell'ascensore che andrebbe segnalata per informare chi ha difficoltà motorie, benché ci sia disponibilità del personale a portare i bagagli in camera.

The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. If you had a car there was parking arranged right behind the accomodation for a reasonable price (€10 per day) But also the accomodation is right next to the bus and train stations making getting around very easy. Metal roller shutters mean it wasn't noisy to be so close. Air con was good.

Our room was definitely more tired than the pictures online (crack in headboard, dirty curtains, scuffs on wall) and we found some hairs on the sheets on the first day. We also didn't have a sea view unfortunately our windows looked into a mechanic (though we couldn't hear with shutters down)

Piaciuta molto la posizione della struttura vicino ai servizi, receptionist molto cordiale e disponibile ha spiegato tutto senza tralasciare nulla,ottima la parte della colazione mista e ben fornita tutto molto buono. Convenzione con il parcheggio ottima.

Non mi è piaciuta molto la pulizia perché abbiamo trovato dei capelli a terra ed anche un capello sul cuscino, presenza di muffa nella stanza sopra la doccia, e crepe nella parte interna della stanza vicino alla porta d'ingresso ed abbastanza visibili

Avevamo pagato la permanenza in anticipo, tuttavia uno degli ospiti due giorni prima del soggiorno è stato ricoverato in ospedale e ha subito un’operazione, abbiamo chiesto alla struttura di rimborsarci o almeno di spostare le date, ma hanno categoricamente rifiutato più volte, anche dopo aver presentato il certificato di ricovero, senza dimostrare un minimo di umanità.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was also nice and comfortable. Just be aware that there isn’t a huge amount to do in Vico Equense, and the walk to and from the hotel is quite steep to beach , especially in the heat. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

praticamente tutto, ci siamo trovati benissimo, il personale molto gentile e posizione della struttura praticamente a 10 mt del posizionamento dei bus per marina di vico.

Abbiamo soggiornato, purtroppo per troppo poco tempo, a Villa Carol a Castellabate, ma è bastato per innamorarci di questo posto! Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, educazione e grande disponibilità. La suite è semplicemente meravigliosa: elegante, impeccabile e curata in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la colazione presso il bar convenzionato, un piacevole modo per iniziare la giornata. Peccato essere rimasti così poco, perché saremmo volentieri rimasti più a lungo! Un posto che consigliamo con il cuore e in cui torneremo sicuramente. ❤️

Troppo rumorosa per via della vicinanza alla stazione bus e circumvesuviana. Biancheria letto e da bagno non profumata e camere un po’ datate. Colazione con non troppa scelta.

Muito próxima ao metro de Vico Equense, funcionários muito solicitos, quarto arrumadinho e confortável.

Todos os dias apos limpeza do quarto a janela era deixada aberta de frente para uma viela, mas nada ruim aconteceu.

Toallas sucias y sábanas no muy limpias. Una habitación y un baño demasiado pequeñas para cuatro personas y una litera muy incómoda.

Ρωγμες στους τοιχους, τριχες στο κρεβατι και στην μπανιερα απο προηγουμενους πελατες, τηλεοραση χωρις νετφλιξ, χρεωση περιοχης διαμονης (18 ευρω) χωρις ενημερωση απο πριν, πολυ στενο δωματιο ενω ηταν το πιο ακριβο τους, πολυ ωρα αναμονης για να γινει το νερο ζεστο και αν γινοταν…. Επισης κανενα ψυγειακι για αποθηκευουμε τα νερα μας, τα σαπουνια για το ντουζ ηταν απλα στεγνα και δεν ειχαν ουσιαστικη χρηση και πολλα ακομα.

Nagyon szép környezetben volt maga a szállás és ahhoz képest, hogy egy főút, buszforduló, benzinkút és vasútállomás volt közvetlen mellette, egyáltalán nem lehetett hallani a zajokat kintről. Az összes recepciós szépen, artikulálva beszélt angolul, így könnyű volt megérteni, amit mondanak. Mikor strandolni mentünk a kulcsot leadhattuk a portán. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedése van a szállodának, közel a belváros, de mégis nyugodt helyen. A parkolástól eleinte féltünk, de szerencsére a hotel mögött van egy őrzött, tágas területe, ahol parkolni lehetett (10 euro/éj áron).

Sajnos pont egy olyan szobát kaptunk, ahol nagyon kicsit volt a fürőszoba. Nem vagyok egy nagy ember, de még nekem, egyedül is nehéz volt benne mozognom. A szálloda egy többszintes épület első emeletéig van, így a szobánk felett lakó családnak nem tudtunk szólni, hogy mennyire hangosak (csattogás, székhúzogatás.. mintha felújítottak volna) még este 10-kor is. A reggeli bár nagyon finom volt, lehetett volna változatosabb is.

- Mobilier învechit, scorojit (discrepanțe enorme între pozele de pe site și realitate) - Izolare fonica inexistentă (ferestre ieftine) - Baia: cabină de duș 60X60 (imposibil să te speli decent în ea), scurgere semi înfundată, presiune slabă și baterii ruginite. - Lipsa frigider - Lipsa pilota sau perna suplimentară - Lipsa uscător (nu exista absolut nici o posibilitate să usuci măcar un costum de baie sau un prosop, altfel decât agățate de colțurile oglinzii din hol). - Holul interior insuficient luminat

La posizione era comoda. Il prezzo era buono per la zona. L'hotel era pulito. L'addetto alla reception di notte era molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione era buona. È un peccato che non dispongano di un parcheggio proprio, ma hanno una convenzione con un parcheggio custodito proprio accanto a un prezzo scontato, il che è comunque comodo.

Siamo arrivati per effettuare il check-in e la signora alla reception si è rifiutata di accettare la mia patente di guida (valida, UE) come documento di identità. Le ho spiegato che uso sempre questo documento per effettuare il check-in negli hotel e che non avevo altri documenti con me, ma lei ha ribadito che non l’avrebbe accettata. Mio marito ha detto che aveva una copia in PDF del mio passaporto che poteva inviare e lei ha risposto che «non avrebbe dovuto accettarla, ma che lo avrebbe fatto». La patente è un documento d’identità legalmente riconosciuto a tutti gli effetti, con lo stesso valore legale di una carta d’identità. Non ho capito quale sarebbe stata l’alternativa se mio marito non avesse avuto il PDF del mio passaporto. La stanza era molto piccola; per fortuna avevamo solo gli zaini, non so se sarebbe stato possibile aprire una valigia grande per terra. C'era un grosso buco nella porta del bagno, come se qualcuno l'avesse sfondata con un pugno. Il letto era coperto da un copriletto molto vecchio e logoro, che abbiamo tolto. Le lenzuola sottostanti erano pulite. La colazione era buona ma il cappuccino della macchina era imbevibile. Non so se il latte fosse andato a male, ma ho dovuto lasciarlo lì e andare a comprarmi un caffè fuori dall’hotel.

La mancanza di un frigorifero in stanza è senz’altro un grosso svantaggio, soprattutto se si considera che si tratta di una località prevalentemente estiva. Oramai è un accessorio immancabile in tutte le strutture. Lo stabilimento va prenotato a parte.

We had one night where we had a noise from either air con & upstairs apartment that kept us awake.

Conveniently located steps from the train station. City center is only minutes away by foot. Plenty of causal to more refined dining options are also only a short walk. The staff is friendly and impressively effective. Any question or any problem big or small they are ready to help. Half of our stay had tours that had us in a taxi before the hotel breakfast was open and the team worked out a way to ensure our party was able to have something to eat on those early mornings. The staff was our local hack to when to best buy train tickets, where to eat, and how to optimize transport times. Terrace overlooking the water is a nice view.

You are close to the road so if you’re looking to sleep early and a light sleeper you may hear some of the traffic. Pillows are on the flatter side so request an extra if you like being higher.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Views from our room were excellent. Great location. I would stay at Hotel Astoria again.

Flora is an amazing receptionist and made us unforgettable stay. She is very accommodating. My wife things is the main reason this hotel is so popular and receives a 9/10 rating. In addition, all the stuff was helpful overall. The facilities are very clean. The location is from another world. This is the closest you will find to the Vico Equense’s train station and bus station. It is literally 50 meters walk from the train door to the hotel door (not exaggerating) the beach and city center is so close. The bus that takes you up the Faito mountain is like 20 meters walk from the hotel door. There are multiple Vispa and scoter renting stores around within a 50 meters circle. I loved this choice. It was our honeymoon and it the best choice.

A acomodação possui uma localização ok, que fica ao lado da estação de trem de vico equense. Se o transporte na região funcionasse de forma efetiva e pontual, seria ótimo, mas não é a realidade. Os trens são precários, muito quente, alguns sem ar condicionado (fomos no alto verão), e eles demoram muito, atrasam, ficam vários minutos parados na plataforma. A localização em si é boa, tem restaurante em volta, farmácia, comércios, sorveteria, mas para chegar em Sorrento ou na Costa, é bem ruim. A recepção do hotel também é bonita, mas não condiz com o restante do hotel. Além disso, os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. Eles não tem culpa do estado do hotel e sempre foram muito solícitos e dispostos a ajudar. A flora se mostrou muito receptiva conosco e adoramos o atendimento dela.

A cama, travesseiros e instalações são muito desconfortáveis. Eu acho que tem moradia no mesmo prédio e o hotel só possui um andar de quartos. Então a noite tem muito barulho de móveis arrastando no andar de cima, gritaria… é bem estranho. A parte do chuveiro é muito escura, o toalheiro eletrônico do banheiro não funciona, a água do ralo do box não vai embora, a descarga fica descendo água o tempo todo e não enche para dar descarga. Teve um dia que chegamos da praia e tudo o que queríamos era um banho, quando entrei no chuveiro, notei que a água não estava esquentando. Meu marido desceu para reclamar, mas eu já havia iniciado o banho antes dele esfriar. Tive que terminar de tomar o banho com água fria. Foi péssimo. Até resolveram depois, mas demorou uns 20/30 minutos. Mas o pior da estadia foram as toalhas!! Todas elas tinham CABELOS enrolados no tecido da toalha. Tinha cabelos de todas as cores: loiro, ruivo, branco, castanho. Uma reunião dos cabelos na toalha. Extremamente nojento!!!!!!! Eu mal consegui usar as toalhas. Elas foram trocadas de dois em dois dias, mas mesmo assim, muito podres. O café da manhã era exatamente o mesmo todos os dias. Ficamos hospedados por 5 diárias e não houve nenhuma variação. O café não é ruim, mas também não é “fabuloso” como está aqui no booking. Essa foi a primeira vez que fiz uma reserva no booking e senti que as avaliações, fotos, espaço, localização, não condiz com a realidade.

Excelente hotel, vistas Preciosas, volveremos!!

La vue sur le Vesuve est superbe, personnel adorable, joli hotel, parking juste à côté 10€/j, plages privées en contrebas (10min à pied, bus public toutes les 20 min pour remonter 1,8€). 20€ 2 transat l'après midi. Village mignon au-dessus, terrasses sympa.

La chambre avec vue mer et quand même assez bruyante parce qu'elle donne sur la rue très passante du village. Salle de bain un peu exiguë.

La posizione vicino la fermata della circumvesuviana e lo stazionamento dei bus per raggiungere Vico Equense senza utilizzare la macchina è un grande punto a favore di questo hotel. Lo staff è stato molto gentile. La camera era ben pulita.

Mi aspettavo la camera delux più grande e spaziosa e invece l’ho trovata piccola. La colazione poteva essere più abbondante e con prodotti di qualità migliore come pane fresco da tostare invece che il pane in cassetta o maggiore scelta di bevande vegetali in alternativa del latte e yogurt. La frutta presente nel buffet non mi è piaciuta.

Non c’è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, solo piccole cose migliorabili: tipo una mensolina all’interno del box doccia o far salire di livello l’offerta della colazione che è davvero base o lo spessore dei cuscini davvero molto sottili e rigidi.

Η τοποθεσία, πρώτα πρώτα η υπέροχη θέα, το ότι είναι δίπλα από τη στάση του τρένου αλλά και μέσα στην πόλη! Περπατάς και πας παντού. Εξαίρετο roof garden, φιλικό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό και πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια.

Είναι λίγο μικρά τα δωμάτια για 3-4 άτομα μιας οικογένειας αλλά καταλαβαίνω το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό δεν μπορούν να γίνουν πολλά, όμως καλοσυντηρημένο

Great breakfast, great breakfast staff. Good room, spacious, clean.

Ho trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend in questo albergo e l'esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione è ottima: centrale, comoda e vicina a tutti i servizi, oltre che situata in una zona molto bella, ideale per godersi il soggiorno e visitare i dintorni. La struttura è curata e accogliente, ma ciò che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Una menzione speciale va a Tonino, il cameriere di sala addetto alla colazione: con la sua cordialità, il sorriso e la professionalità ha reso ogni mattina un momento ancora più piacevole. La sua attenzione e disponibilità sono state davvero apprezzate e hanno fatto la differenza. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e ci ritornerò con piacere.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is incredible! Literally next to the station and with amazing views! You are right in the centre for everything. Breakfast was great and again lovely views and no one rushed me so I sat for ages! Also love the sun terrace - perfect for an evening chill.

It can be a little noisy. You can hear other people and the street right outside is typically Italian traffic. That said I slept pretty well. No fridge or kettle etc in the room - just basic.

Perfect location - Vico Equense is beautiful and homey. The staff are helpful and polite. Nice breakfast. The hotel located near the train station, and therefor it is very convenient to get to anywhere, and particularly Sorento.

Clean, small hotel with adequate breakfast. The staff were so kind and helpful and spoke great English. Close to trains and busses for easy exploring of the area, and don’t miss exploring Vico Equense too!

We upgraded to a room with a view (view is stunning!), but the room itself was VERY small. If you have more than a carryon size luggage it could be a challenge to fit everything access your clothing.

Znakomite śniadania bardziej europejskie (wybór wędlin, serów i jajecznicy) niż zwyczajowo włoskie (na słodko). Obsługa na znakomitym poziomie. Czystość w pokojach i hotelu. Piękny widok z hotelu i restauracji na Wezuwiusz i Zatokę Neapolitańską. Łatwy dostęp do komunikacja publicznej (stacja kolejki Circumvesuviana Neapol-Sorrento i autobusów (busów) obok hotelu. Dostępny strzeżony parking samochodowy.

Great location - right next to the train station. Lovely views from the shared terrace and our room. Staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. We had organised to go to a beach club one of the days and they contacted the beach club for us and arranged pick up to and from there for us.

realizamos la reserva por booking de 2 habitaciones iguales y nos dieron una muy pequeña y la otra bien, reclamamos y como siempre, no pueden hacer cambios pq estan completos y estuvimos 4 dias, nos podian haber cambiado en todo la estadia le faltaban percheros para las toalllas en el cuarto, en la ducha no habia un estante para apoyar algo.
