חדר ענק והחדר שלנו פנה לאגם ופשוט היה מעולה, למי שמגיע למלון הזה ממליץ לבקש חדר עם מרפסת ולשבת במרפסת ולשתות את הקפה הראשון מול האגם זה לא פחות ממושלם.

היה חסר קומקום לקפה/תה הראשון של הבוקר.

We have stayed twice now at the property, as a means to an end - needed a night on Lago Maggiore before heading in to Milano. The property last time gave us rooms that had been relatively recently refurbished and were fine. This time however, it was like Mussolini era wartime filthy dilapidated flop house vibes - we felt really dirty while there and the feeling remained after leaving. Never again. The owners are obviously refusing to inject any capital into the property, and would likely therefore be better of demolishing it and selling to a developer. 0.5/10

l'hôtel est très bien placé, au bord du lac, à côté de zone commerciale et de ses boutiques et près du marché du mardi. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain est agréable. En plus il est situé près de l'embarcadère pour prendre un bateau.

Jó elhelyezkedéssel, gyönyörű kilátással normálisan felszerelt szobát kaptunk. Hajón élvezetes kirándulásokat tettünk, a közelben kiváló étermekben ettünk.

A szomszéd szoba toilettje a mi szobánk egy részébe nyúlt be, az ottani vendég fél6-tól végezte a dolgát többször, rángatta a zuhanykabin ajtaját és szidta, hogy nem jó, / a miénk se volt jó/sikeresen kiverte az álmot a szemünkből.

Herrliche Lage direkt am See mit Café.

Leider auch mit der Autofähre, die ab 8:30 Uhr jede halbe Stunde für bis zu 15min Lärm und Abgase bis in den Abend bringt. Der Ort ist wie alle größeren am Ostufer mit Touristen überlaufen. Dementsprechend ist es auch schwierig qualitativ gute Küche zu finden. Im Hotelrestaurant die schlechteste Carbonara meines Lebens gegessen. Selbst in Deutschland wurde noch nie so viel Sahne darein gekippt, die eh nicht dahin gehört.

Lieliska atrašanās vieta pie ezera promenādes. Mūsu istabai bija skats uz sānu ielu, bet tas netraucēja. Viesnīca nav vairs jauna, bet joprojām jauka un ērta. Labas brokastis.

Die Lage warctop und das Frühstück mit Buffet war auch super.

Das bad muss unbedingt saniert werden. Viel zu klein war die Dusche und eigentlich auch gesundheitlich bedenklich, da überall in der Dus he der Schimmel ist, dürfte so gar nicht mehr vermietet werden.

Purtroppo non funzionava l'aria condizionata. Ad onor del vero non abbiamo chiesto perché ci siamo accorti la sera tardi quando siamo andati a dormire che non funzionava e la mattina ci siamo dimenticati . La doccia era estremamente piccola per un uomo di dimensioni normali

Alcuni passi falsi nella colazione che comunque risulta più che sufficiente.

Struttura pulita, elegante e con tutto l’occorrente. Ogni singola persona che ci lavora è cordiale, ospitale e pronta a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente. Colazione super varia e super buona. Posizione ottimale sia per visitare Arona, sia per prendere battelli o treni vari e spostarsi a visitare!

Hotel in posizione centrale, vicinissimo alla stazione, all'imbarcadero, nonché al magnifico centro di Arona e al lungolago. Stanze spaziose e pulite, proprietari e staff disponibilissimi e molto gentili.

Locatie was top, barretjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Personeel ontving me vriendelijk, behulpzaam voor aankomst en met uitleg waar geparkeerd kon worden.

Ik dacht een kamer met uitzicht op het meer gekozen te hebben, maar had helaas uitzicht op een binnenplaats.

L’hôtel est particulièrement bien situé en plein cœur d’Arona. Les chambres ne sont pas immenses mais très largement suffisantes pour un séjour de qq jours. Elles sont très propres et bien équipées. Le personnel est agréable et serviable et nous avons eu un agréable petit déjeuner.

Peur être un parking dédié. Mais le parking municipal se trouve à 200 mètres et il y a toujours de la place.

Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. La struttura é in un'ottima posizione con vista lago e molto vicina al centro storico. Camera grande e pulita. Purtroppo siamo dovuti partire molto presto alla mattina e non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione. Prossima volta!

Forse gli arredamenti sono un pochino datati e le pareti potrebbero essere rinfrescate. Questo però non ha tolto il piacere di avere soggiornato nella struttura.

Die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Runderneuerung vertragen. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, eins war schon in gutem Zustand, das zweite leider weniger, alte Matratzen, aufgequollener Boden

Top locatie, grote en comfortabele kamer, met airconditioning. Uitstekend ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Bijzonder goed ontvangen door meneer Stefano.

Die Lage

Selten haben wir ein Hotel mit einer derart schlechten Servicekultur erlebt. Bereits vor unserer Anreise wurden telefonisch verbindliche Absprachen getroffen. Bei der Ankunft wollte davon plötzlich niemand mehr etwas wissen. Statt einer Entschuldigung oder einer Lösung wurden wir mit Ausreden und provokanten Antworten abgespeist. Auch unser gebuchtes Frühstück wurde zunächst abgestritten. Erst nachdem wir den entsprechenden Nachweis vorgelegt hatten, wurde es widerwillig akzeptiert begleitet von demonstrativem Augenrollen. Die Parksituation ist eine absolute Zumutung. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass das Parken zum Geduldsspiel wird. Unterstützung seitens des Hotels? Fehlanzeige. Der mit Abstand größte Kritikpunkt ist jedoch das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. So viel Unfreundlichkeit, Arroganz und fehlende Hilfsbereitschaft haben wir bislang in keinem Hotel erlebt. Statt Gäste ernst zu nehmen, wurde uns teilweise sogar unterschwellig Dummheit unterstellt. Auf berechtigte Fragen folgten provokante und herablassende Antworten. Man hatte zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und passen weder zum Anspruch noch zum Preis des Hotels. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass wir mit vier Personen aus der Reisebranche angereist sind. Wir wissen, dass nicht immer alles perfekt laufen kann. Gerade deshalb können wir guten Service von schlechtem unterscheiden. Was wir hier erlebt haben, war jedoch kein Einzelfall oder Missverständnis, sondern zog sich durch unseren gesamten Aufenthalt. Ein Hotel kann ältere Zimmer haben, das lässt sich verschmerzen. Unfreundlichkeit, Respektlosigkeit und fehlende Servicebereitschaft hingegen sind eine bewusste Entscheidung. Für uns war das der erste und gleichzeitig letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Eine Empfehlung können wir guten Gewissens nicht aussprechen.

Datorita amplasarii zona este galagioasa seara (daca intentionezi sa dormi inainte de ora 24) Putin invechite/uzate dotarile camerei si băii. (dar este foarte curat) Cabina de duș ingustă poate fi o problema pentru o persoana corpolenta/supraponderala.

Excellent location close to the lake front and the trai station. Great room size with good views but without the noise. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also has a restaurant/pizzeria that offers a discount to its guests. Would highly recommend!!

Great location! Arona is a lovely town on the lake without the fancy hotels and crowds. Nice Market on Tuesday morning close to the hotel. Very clean rooms! And an elevator! Good breakfast, nice staff.

The shower was so small with a very narrow opening. The air conditioning during the heat wave was welcome, but even maxed out was less than ideal. There was also a lot of late night noise due to somebody playing VERY loud music with heavy base late into the night on several of the nights of our stay. The person at the desk said I should complain to city hall because they can’t do anything about it. Too bad: unless the town wants to become the local late night club and draw in the all nighters, they’ll lose the charm of this lovely lakeside place.

Location perfect. On the lake, closeto bus and train and boat and Marcella gelateria and nice shops. Bed super for me.

We loved staying at Hotel Giardino. We had a lake view room which was really lovely. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The room was super comfortable which made our stay enjoyable. Only 8 minutes walk from the train station and situated right in the heart and action of everything. We would love to return one day.

Als onze naaste buren gingen douchen klonk er een hard geluid door onze kamer. Overdag hebben wij hier geen last van gehad, maar helaas gingen onze buren ook regelmatig 's nachts even douchen.

Ein Hotel in zentraler Lage, das sicher schon einmal bessere Zeiten gesehen hat. Leicht schmuddeliger überdachter Bereich vor dem eigentlichen Eingang. Das Innere des Hotel zeigt eigentlich eine gehobene Aussattung im Rezeptionsbereich. Leider werden die Zimmer dem nicht gerecht. Das Frühstück war angemessen und in Ordnung.

Das Bad hatte viele Schäden: Schief in den Scharnieren hängende Schranktür. Die Gummidichtung hing unten ca 15cmm aus der Duschtür, dem Duschhahn fehlte eine Abdeckung. Die Leselampen an den Betten waren ohne Glühbirnen. Der Abstellbereich der Fahrräder zwischen den Mülltonnen war mehr als verschmutzt. Besonders negativ fiel allerdings eine der Mitareiterinnen der Rezeption auf. Bei allen Reisen habe ich nie eine Person in einem Hotel als so arrogant und überheblich erlebt.

Parkplätze sind Mangelware, das Frühstück war jetzt kein Highlight, Teile des Zimmers waren irgendwie „alt“ (Badezimmertür gelblich, Heizkörper rosten, Wände des Zimmers waren irgendwie fleckig).
