The hotel has great views of the lake, is in front of a free beach and is only a quick stroll into town. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was decent but the coffee machine was dated and the coffee was fairly average.

From walking down the corridors with doors open it appears as though some, but not all, rooms have been renovated. The cheaper "economy" rooms are dated with old beds and very small bathrooms. They were however clean. So if you're accustomed to the lower standards of hotels in Italy and more dated decor, it is fine; if you're more accustomed to international four star hotels in Southeast Asia or the Middle East, you will likely be disappointed.

Kamer was niet 4 sterren waardig. Erg klein douche waar je net niet in kon staan zonder tegen de kraan en schuifwand aam te komen. Kamer was erg gedateerd. Bed, matrassen waren vrij slecht. Foto’s die er op de booking site bij de kamer stonden waren met super groothoeklens gemaakt maar je kon net naast het bed doorschuiven naar het kleine balkon. In de douche was ook een regendouche maar die werkte niet. Ligging en hotel waren verder best goed maar de kamer zorgde er wel voor dat het niet echt een fijn verblijf was.

If you are comfortable driving in Italy, this hotel is an excellent alternative to staying in Milan. Short drive from Malpensa airport and right on Lake Maggiore. It’s outside the ZTL and offers easy parking on-site. It’s just a short walk to Arona central shops and restaurants. Ask for a renovated superior room and enjoy amazing lake views.

It’s not a large hotel, so book in advance to secure your stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen direkt am Strand, das Personal war zuvorkommend es war alles sauber wir waren sehr zufrieden,

Gutes Frühstück - freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war sehr klein - jedoch der Blick auf den See war super.

Very cute hotel located a short walk from the promenade. Clean room with a view of the amazing lake. Highly recommended.

Proximidad del centro. Muy interesante para dejar el coche en el parking y poder ir andando al centro de Arona. Vistas al lago. Hotel muy limpio.

Cama incómoda. Desayuno con mucho para elegir pero todo muy artificial, incluso el zumo sabía a polvos. Es un hotel que en su momento debió ser una pasada pero que está bastante viejo.

Colazione eccezionale, abbondante e molto varia

Habitación con vistas al lago y la ubicación, se puede ir caminando a Arona y con el coche a Stressa... las Islas Barromeas... Todo maravilloso. Buen desayuno

En realidad estuvo bien, calidad- precio. Funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado, tamaño de habitación bien , por el precio no se puede pedir mas.

Obwohl wir nur 1 Übernachtung gebucht hatten, bekamen wir ein Upgrade für ein Superior-Zimmer. Wunderbarer Blick auf den See vom Balkon, trotz Lage an der Straße durch Lärmschutztüren herrlich ruhig im Zimmer. Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert und konnte sogar individuell eingestellt werden. Vom Empfang bis zum Checkout hatte man den Eindruck, als Gast sehr willkommen zu sein. Das außergewöhnliche Frühstücksbuffet hat uns ebenfalls begeistert.

Les chambres sont très belles, nous étions au 4ieme étages et tout était refait à neuf. Les chambres avec vue sur le lac sont incroyables. La plage au pied de l'hôtel est top, le resto à côté excellent. Grand confort: pas de bruit (ni des voisins, ni de la route), literie grand confort Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié.

Les parties communes ont un style un peu rétro/années 80.

Soggiorno perfetto! L’hotel è in una posizione ottima, comoda per poter girare la città, con una vista bellissima sul lago! La camera spaziosa, pulita e molto silenziosa! Il personale molto gentile, sempre disponibile!Ottimo servizio per il deposito bagagli! Torneremo di sicuro.

The Hotel was outstanding with an exceptional breakfast offering! The staff were very helpful, the location was on the edge of Arona so took 5 minutes to walk into the square where they did wonderful food and Apero Spritz. The room overlooked the lake which had a nice area to go swimming and have a cool drink at the beach/lake bar! The room was cleaned impeccably every day and the bed was that comfortable that my husband asked me to contact the hotel to find out what kind of bed and pillows they were!! Could not have been happier !

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sehr laut. Der schmale Fußweg in die Altstadt am Felsen vorbei (quasi auf der Straße) ist nichts für ältere Menschen.

This Hotel is really great. Good rooms with amazing lake view, free outstanding Breakfast and free parking.. Walk distance to town, 3 minutes walking.. and excellent service from staff.. really recommend..

Comfortable air-conditioned room with nice view over the lake. Within 10 minute walk of the town. Convenient parking on-site. Good buffet breakfast.

Not a pretty building and it is located adjacent to a fairly busy road, so sitting on our balcony wasn't great. There is limited outside space, but proximity to the road didn't make this very attractive The walk into town was along a very narrow footpath very close to the traffic. We found it better to take our shoes off and walk along the beach, but be careful, you exit through the tennis club and they do lock their gates!

We loved the view of the lake from our room. We initially had a room that was not to our liking and the manager was very responsive and gave us a better room right way and we really appreciated that!

We didn’t like the breakfast and the air conditioning was not cool enough turning the night.

Close to the beach of the leg. Close to restaurants. Easy parking. Tripple window to keep the noise out of Italian motorbikes. Upgraded refurnished room. Breakfast with a lot of Italian cookies.

This room is not lake-view, but partly-lake-partly road-view. We asked for a rebook, but no..Bathroom is 5 cm higher than the room, tricky in the night.

Hotel was outstanding. Just 5 minutes walk into the town, where there are lots of places to eat and drink, ferries etc. Definitely recommend booking a lake view, you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was excellent, every thing available. Restaurant was good too. Good car parking.

Struttura anni 70 abbastanza usurata non vi aspettate un hotel moderno, anzi. L'aria condizionata in camera un pochino scarsa.

Un quattro stelle da rivedere nella manutenzione esterna. Terrazzo veranda bar e cortile molto trascurati . Arredi in sala colazione da rimodernare, la moquette in sala pranzo nn va bene! Il bagno della camera con piastrelle rovinate . Un quattro stelle deve essere impeccabile su questi dettagli

Besonders gut hat uns die Aussicht auf den See gefallen. Auch dass Blumen am Balkon angebracht waren. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut- mit Klimaanlage. Es war sehr sauber! Ebenfalls waren genug Handtücher vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist sehr süßlastig aber es gab viele Leckereien. Nochmal Danke an Cristina von der Rezeption, die so lieb war, mich per WhatsApp zu kontaktieren, da ich unsere Kabel vergessen hatte! Sehr liebe Frau.

Wir hatten eine Ameisenstraße im Badezimmer und auf dem Balkon. Auch haben wir uns ständig den Fuß am Absatz vom Schlaf- ins Badezimmer gestoßen. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze- jedoch wussten wir nicht, dass wir vor der geschlossenen Schranke einen Knopf drücken müssen- also standen wir vor der Schranke und ich ging zur Rezeption rein. Das war etwas umständlich. Das Abendessen bzw. Restaurant öffnet erst um 19:30 Uhr. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern würde ich das Hotel daher nicht unbedingt empfehlen oder man läuft 10 Minuten an einem sehr schmalen Gehweg in die Stadt ( es würde kein Fahrradanhänger passen- mit Buggy jedoch machbar! )

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See.Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht und auch bekommen (Zimmer.Nr.227)Fantastischer Ausblick!!! Nicht weit bis nach Arona Zentrum. Frühstück war sehr gut.Nettes Personal.Und für uns wichtig hoteleigener Parkplatz mit Schranke und ohne Zusatzkosten.Zimmer war neu renoviert, super Bett, schönes Bad.Wir hatten sogar ein aufklappbares Tisch- Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen. Klasse Idee.Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

A l'écart du monde mais chambre trop petite. Cela correspond pour quelques jours lors d'un passage.
