Great location, simple accomodation but didn’t need much more.

Stanze accoglienti, ottima posizione nel pieno centro, parcheggio del centro vicino. Siamo stati bene, una bella colazione.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il pagamento, che era già stato eseguito su booking e che ci è stato nuovamente prelevato sulla carta che avevamo fornito a garanzia. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa e nel giro di qualche giorno è stata risolta. Un piccolo neo, purtroppo, su un'esperienza che sarebbe altrimenti stata eccellente.

Super chambre bien équipée et propre. Hôtel très bien placé au cœur de la ville. Personnel très accueillant et de bon conseil. Petit déjeuner complet et de qualité.

Pas de parking compris et le parking est très cher sur la ville (30€ la journée), à prendre en compte lors de la réservation ou alors il faut se garer loin et prendre une navette.

Vreselijke ervaring. Vuil, oud, onvriendelijk personeel. De foto’s van de kamer klopten niet met de realiteit, alsook de beschrijving en vierkante meters. Prijs-kwaliteit was ronduit ondermaats. €175 voor een oude, kleine, vieze en doffe kamer. Heel veel geluidsoverlast van de wijnbar, dunne muren. We hebben geen oog dicht gedaan. Wij hadden betaald voor een superior kamer en kregen totaal iets anders dan de foto’s (dit was de standaard kamer). Het hotel kon hier niets aan doen, het personeel wou ons niet helpen en we moesten met Booking contact opnemen.

We loved the friendly hosts, the peaceful location that was convenient to train station, beaches and town, and the enormous breakfast enjoyed in the beautiful gardens. It was perfect for us and would highly recommended to others 😊

L’hôtel est très bien situé, près de tout.

À notre arrivée, malgré l’interdiction de fumer, la chambre sentait énormément la fumée de cigarette. Mais fort heureusement, la responsable nous a offert une autre chambre et elle s’est assurée que tout soit parfait. Un grand merci!!!

The staff are aloof and brusque. The breakfast was sub par.

Die Lage ist sehr gut man kommt zu Fuß überall hin , Mir war klar das es am Hafen etwas lauter sein könnte aber um 5.00 Uhr wenn der Markt aufbaut kommst du null zum schlafen !!!

Und wurde nicht das Zimmer gegeben wie es auf den Bildern standen !! Das Personal sehr arrogant!! Das Zimmer hat voll nach Motten Mittel gerochen bis wir festgestellt haben das kommt von der Klimaanlage !! Die Wände waren feucht und stank nach Schimmel !!!

location is unbeatable, right in the centre of everything but way to noisy. It was clean.

impossible to sleep at night because of the noise downstairs. Loud music from clubs until 3 am. And early mornnig the trucks offloading deliveries to shops and bars. Bathroom is linked to the room with an open plan lacking privacy and all steam is in the room directly.

La ubicación es excelente, a metros de la playa.

Hay un poco de ruido pero termina temprano, la ubicación lo recompensa.

The property location could not be better, meters away from the main beach and at one extremity of the port / city center, perfect. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and ten staff very nice and helpful.

I would just have one little comment about the room (maybe that’s just the one I was in?) that was very small and dark at the end of a corridor. That was supposed to be a “superior” room but compared to other it seemed pretty old and small for the price.

La gentillesse et le soin apporté par le personnel qui fait le ménage et les techniciens.

L'attitude hautaine de certaines personnes de la réception. Un équipement vétuste dont une climatisation défaillante durant 2 journées en pleine canicule avec fuite d'eau et une pénalité de 30 euros appliquée pour n'avoir pas quitté l'hôtel à 11H!

Personnel très aimable et acceuillant, hôtel très bien placé, très propre. Nous avons profité d'un surclassement gratuit, avec une chambre très belle et balcon : le séjour fut parfait.

Aucun service (genre parapluie si il pleut, pas de glaçon si on souhaite de l’eau fraîche, pas de frigo dans la chambre, il y a deux place devant l’hôtel pour débarqué les valises mais une voiture du personnel se gare dessus, ça n’en laisse qu’une…) c’est un deux étoiles qui pourrait rapidement faire mieux

The location is amazing. Right in the waterfront in the centre of town, moments from restaurants, beaches and shops. The staff were friendly but not able to resolve several considerable problems. M

The air conditioning was not properly functioning in our room and kept turning off. We had family in three other rooms which were ok. The first day the hotel didn’t try to fix it, I think they forgot. We had a small baby and it was unbearable in our room. We ended up swapping rooms with other members of our group which was awful for them. The second day the hotel said they thought it was working ok. It wasn’t. The third day we told them again it wasn’t working they did nothing. In addition to this 2 of our 4 rooms had faulty key card issues. We would walk the two flights to our room, with baby to discover we couldn’t get in. We’d have to walk back down stairs and get the card reactivated. This happened most times we went to our rooms. We ended up getting our cards reactivated each time we’d come in past reception to save going up and down the stairs. Extremely frustrating. I

Les petits déjeuners ne correspondaient pas à nos attentes

La ubicación excepcional, las vistas al puerto preciosas. La cama es amplia y cómoda y la habitación muy espaciosa. El desayuno es sencillo pero mucho más variado que en otros hoteles de la zona.

Por un lado, que no hay ascensor. Y por otro, que nadie en recepción hablaba ni un poquito de español, lo que no debería de ser así siendo el tipo de hotel que es y teniendo esa ubicación.

Posizione fantastica nel centro di Cassis! Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo hotel durante il soggiorno a Cassis e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camera comoda e silenziosa, personale disponibile.Struttura pulita. Consigliato!

De kamer was niet extreem schoon. Ook deden de pasjes van de deuren het niet. Kamer was helemaal prima, maar een beetje oud en niet meer fris.

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und in einem guten modernen Zustand. Das Frühstückbuffet war gepflegt und es hat eine schöne Auswahl. Die Lage ist super! Direkt beim Hafen mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu Essen und Trinken, oder einem Stadtbummel

Mich hat es gestört, dass die Anfahrt mit dem Auto, zum Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks, etwas kompliziert ist. Am Freitag war ein riesiger Markt in fast allen Strassen und blockierte die Zufahrt und es gelang mir nicht, vom zahlungsplichtugen Parking, bis zum Hotel vorzufahren.

Sehr nahe am Meer!

Unser Zimmer lag zum Marktplatz (relativ laut von außen) und im Haus am Ende eines Ganges, so dass wir auch die Gäste neben, gegenüber und über uns hörten, als würden sie direkt im Zimmer stehen. Sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war ok. Leider konnte sich die Küche trotz vorherig Anfrage nicht auf einen vegan essenden Gast einstellen. Schade.

ImKeller im Oder nahe am Haus ist ein CLUB. Wer. Techno mag, fühlt sich bis 4 Uhr wohl. Aus der Bes Beschreibung des Hotels geht nur hervor, dass normale Geräusche aus der Gastronomie stören können, aber kein wummernder Beat. Nicäht zu empfehlen.

The location is epic - right in the thick of the all activity. The breakfast is top notch - not a huge breakfast, but the quality is incredible....the best crepes! The AC is a necessity in the summer. The beds were comfortable and the showers were big and good pressure. Loved having coffee in the room. We loved our stay!

We read about the nightclub below and that it would be loud at night, so we were a little worried about how we would sleep. It wasn't as bad as I expected - it's not loud, but you can hear it. I put earplugs in and that helped.

The location was great just in the city nothing bad to say

The isolation on the room was awful we could have a conversation with people next room or above us. When people showered as well really not good for the price you pay. The room wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived there was used towels in the shower !! Not what you except from such a good location. No shame in the cleaners we know it’s busy and they have a lot of work.

The staff were super friendly and accommodated us leaving our luggage while we went hiking in the morning after checkout. Location right in town meant everything was walkable - beach, cafes, restaurants etc and a small supermarket just 50m away.

A little bit dated for the price, but the Riviera is expensive in general. Still comfortable and very clean.

Prettig basic hotel aan de haven van Cassis. Wij hadden een kamer op de eerste etage met uitzicht op de haven. Dat was prima. Airco deed zijn werk en zittend in het open raam hadden we toch een soort balkon

Non c’è il parcheggio, siamo andati a piedi al parcheggio gratuito per riprendere la macchina ma sono quasi tre km in salita perché abbiamo visto che la mattina presto non c’era la navetta

Chambre spacieuse, propre, agréable dans l'ensemble. Emplacement parfait, plein centre, à deux pas du port, des restaurants et départ de randonnée.
