super logement avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable! la piscine est assez agréable et la localisation de l'hotel est idyllique, on traverse la route et on est à la mer, avec un petit café super sympa qui surplombe. le personnel est sympathique

Il bagno è un po datato così come un po la struttura in generale che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata.

Ottima soluzione durante il viaggio. Lo staff ci ha permesso un check in in piena notte dotandoci di un codice di accesso. Camera comoda, colazione nella norma.

La posizione è ottima per visitare alcune delle spiagge più belle di Creta..... ma anche avere una bella spiaggia subito dopo aver traversato la strada

Duży apartament, bardzo przestrzenny, z dużą łazienką, kuchnia i wyspą kuchenna. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Super lokalizacja, kilka minut do plaży, sklepów. Parking przy hotelu.

Śniadania mógłby być bardziej niż różnorodne, jajecznica była mocno średnia. Prześcieradło do przykrycia zamiast kołdry, chociaż to chyba standard w Grecji.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε σχετικά καλή τοποθεσια. Και η κυρία στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενική.

Οι φωτογραφιες δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα ! Παρόλο που είναι ένα σχετικά οικονομικό ξενοδοχείο πρέπει να γίνει άμεσα ανακαίνιση ! Δωμάτιο με θέα πισίνα στην πίσω μεριά του ξενοδοχείου χωρίς πολύ φασαρία από το δρόμο , αλλά με μπαλκονόπορτα που δεν κλείδωνε, ψυγείο σπασμένο (χωρίς ούτε ένα μικρό νεράκι ενώ το νερό βρύσης δεν πίνετε) . Το ένα σεντονι και οι 2 πετσέτες προσώπου με λεκέδες . Και αφού ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου και η ρεσεψιονίστ ήταν πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει,στο νέο δωμάτιο που πήγαμε ήταν και εκεί σπασμενο το ψυγείο . Ευτυχώς μείναμε μόνο για ένα βράδυ!

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, der Pool Bereich war ruhig und immer sonnig. Die war sehr nah zum Strand. Das Bett war groß, Zimmer war auch groß genug. Beim Frühstück hat man alles gefunden was man braucht, es war auch lecker.

AC fonctionnait a peine. Chambre pas hermétique : il y un trou entre tous le long de la fenêtre et le mur. L'hôtel semble ne pas avoir été rénové depuis sa construction.Le personnel de l'accueil de l'après midi nous a demandé une taxe de 5 euros en plus en cash pour 1 nuit qu'il a ensuite mis dans sa poche... Petit déjeuner moyen avec des fruits pas toujours mûrs.

W pokoju nie działała kuchenka, brak czajnika, brudne podłogi, brzydki zapach w pokoju, widok na ściany budynków, śmierdząca klimatyzacja, śniadanie.

Dès notre arrivée, alors que notre séjour était payé avec taxes comprises, le réceptionniste nous réclame la taxe de séjour avec obligation de payer en cash 30€! Ça nous a déjà mis dans le bain des déceptions…L’hôtel est dans son jus, ascenseur d’un autre temps, meubles vieillots, matelas à ressorts inconfortables, serviettes de bain rêches comme du crin. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas non plus là pour relever le niveau, l’attente à la machine à café interminable. Ne comptez pas non plus regarder la télé sans que l’image ne se coupe, l’eau chaude n’est pas toujours là non plus et il n’y a pas assez de places de parking.

Todos muy bien, el personal que era muy agradable, la piscina estaba muy bien, el desayuno muy bueno.

Déjà c'est il l'arnaque il m'a fait payé taxe de 15 euros cash alors qu'ils ont pas mis sur leur description. Il m'a donné une chambre sans balcon sans vue sur la piscine ni sur la mer. Alors que il y'avait des autres hôtels beaucoup moins cher. La climatisation fait trop de bruit (plastique). Le firgo pas allumé. Je suis partir pour profiter et non pas pour être déçu et je pense à des problèmes. Booking fait vraiment pas sons job je suis pas content.

Igazából egyetlen előnye, hogy a part közel van.

Összevetve mindent, nem ajánlom. A szobánkban kanális szag áramlott a fürdőből. Kértünk másik szobát, ami szintén körülményes volt, fél nap azzal telt el, hogy vártuk, hogy kitakarítsanak egy szobát. Az új szobában nem ment a WiFi, továbbá volt olyan este, amikor meleg víz sem volt. A reggeli nagyon szegényes, akinek érzékenysége van, semmit nem tud enni. Sajnos a szobák nagyon zajosak, az utca, a szomszéd, a klíma, minden hallatszik. Az erkély ajtón a cigi füst bejött, hiába volt zárva. Parkolóhely sem elegendő, a klíma vagy gyenge vagy az ágyra fújja a levegőt.

L’hôtel est très bien, les chambres confortables, la piscine en fin de journée est très agréable. L’hôte dispose d’un parking, bien situé (à une quinzaine de minutes à pied sur centre ville), propose l’excursion vers Balos. Il y a du choix au petit déjeuner. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons.

Petit déjeuner correct, prévisible.

Publicité mensongère. Ma chambre n’avait rien à voir avec la photo de la publicité. Il y a eu constamment une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bains. La chambre était inférieure à 12 m2 pour une nuitée supérieure à 120 euros !!

Wo soll ich anfangen? Erst mal allgemein: Die Bettlaken, die Vorhänge und auch frisch zugeteilten Handtücher waren verdreckt und voller Flecken. Das Frühstück ist relativ mager. Nach den gesehenen Flecken habe ich mich zum Pool garnicht rangetraut. Jetzt kommen die Kracher (Nr. 1): Wir haben in diesem Urlaub ganze 3 Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen! Jeweils 2 Nächte im Schnitt pro Zimmer. Warum? Die ersten 2 Tage hat unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Trotz mehrmaligem Bemängeln beim Personal ist nichts passiert. Mir wurde vom Personal gesagt, dass Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage aktuell nicht verfügbar sind. Deshalb habe ich Booking kontaktiert. Diese haben die Unterkunft kontaktiert und auf einmal waren wieder Zimmer frei, ja klar.. Mein 1 Jähriger Sohn musste bei einer Außentemperatur von 32 Grad in einem nicht klimatisierten Zimmer verbringen, wir sind täglich schweißgebadet aufgewacht. Wir mussten die Balkontür öffnen, damit wenigstens etwas Frischluft in das Zimmer gelangt, da aber kein Fliegennetz haben uns die Mosquitos regelrecht aufgefressen. Nach dem wir ein neues Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen haben, in welchem die Klimaanlage funktioniert, mussten wir allerdings feststellen, dass in diesem die Balktontür nicht abgeriegelt werden kann. Bedeutet es hätte jeder zur beliebigen Zeit einbrechen können. Da wir aber eine funktionierende Klimaanlage hatten, haben wir beschlossen dies nicht zu bemängeln. Auch gab es kein funktionierendes Extra-Bett für mein Kind. Dies haben wir ebenso nicht bemängelt. Das Personal und die Führung hat es geschafft unsere Anforderungen an ein gutes Hotel zu senken, bravo erst mal dafür! Kracher Nr. 2: Nach 2 weiteren Tagen im neuen Zimmer habe ich plötzlich beim Abendessen einen Anruf bekommen. Ich solle sofort an die Rezeption kommen, packen und das Zimmer wechseln. Warum? Weil man Kind anscheinend zu laut geweint haben soll, soll sich der Zimmernachbar beschwert haben.

La stanza non è come in foto, abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche e dei vestiti non nostri all’interno della camera.

Ottima posizione per le escursioni. Vicino supermercato e taverne per mangiare. Taverna Rubino ottimo qualità e prezzo,tra l altro di parenti del proprietario.

All’accoglienza ci sta un signore molto gentile, è tutto sommato una struttura accogliente e mi è piaciuto poter utilizzare la piscina

Lo staff della reception sempre molto cortese e disponibile. La camera molto ampia, il letto matrimoniale super king ed il servizio di pulizia molto efficiente. Cambiano le lenzuola ogni 3 giorni ed il kit asciugamani a giorni alterni. Colazione dalle 08 alle 10, direi vasta, dolce e salato tutti i giorni. Piscina molto curata. Ci tornerei? Sì

Parcheggio interno non sempre disponibile, ma in zona viciniore si trovava molto facilmente. Aria condizionata un po' rumorosa, così come le camere che si affacciano sulla strada, ma noi abbiamo comunque dormito bene. L hotel è situato alla fine del paese, ma il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.

Literie à revoir Climatisation défectueuse, et déjà signalé par de multiples retours depuis plus d’un mois donc depuis le milieu de la saison estivale, et aucune action mise en place par cet hôtel, qui n’est pas à l’écoute de ces clients Par contre !!!!! Pour réclamer une taxe de séjour imaginaire de 5€, seulement par cash alors qu’ils ont bien un TPE pour les paiements, là on est sur des champions de l’arnaque!!! Cet hôtel se joue de ces clients, qui préfère, moi y compris, juste se faire racketter de 5€ pour qu’on les laisse tranquille

Struttura molto concentrata, la piscina è veramente un toccasana nelle giornate più calde. La zona è tranquilla e la posizione è più che comoda. Un po' datati i mobili della stanza ma nel complesso per più che ottimo per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione un po' povera ma sempre nella media.

The location was very convenient as it’s close to the main town with all the restaurants and close to the port where we took our tour to Balos etc.

I do not recall his name, but the man who attended us at the front desk was not friendly at all - he seemed annoyed at our presence. We were polite and courteous- my partner speaks Greek so they were chatting and my boyfriend mentioned my family origins are from another country, and the man proceeded to make remarks about that being a dangerous and criminal place and that women should be careful there. It was really off putting bordering on insulting and not the way any guest should be greeted - it ruined the initial part of our stay. The bed was also extremely hard, like sleeping on a wood pallet, but the A/C worked great.

Pas de place pour le parking

Facilità di parcheggio, camera abbastanza ampia, letto comodo, personale cortese, dall’hotel in pochissimi minuti di auto si raggiunge sia il porto, sia il centro turistico.

Ambienti e arredi abbastanza vecchi e danneggiati. La colazione è servita troppo tardi rispetto agli orari di imbarco delle navi al mattino.

The breakfast was very delicious. It was pleasant to have breakfast in front of the pools.

Upon arrival, we asked for soap, as the large soap dispenser was completely empty and only shampoo was available, in a very small amount – barely enough for a single hair wash. However, throughout our entire stay we never received any soap, and we were forced to wash our hands with shampoo. We also did not get the room that was shown in the photos. The pictures do not reflect reality – they must have been taken when the hotel was new, but many years have passed since then. Additionally, upon arrival we were surprised to be charged an extra €5 per day as a climate tax, which was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com.

If you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay, this is a great choice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind, which makes you feel right at home. Breakfast is simple but tasty – a nice way to start the day. The facilities are also simple, but everything is kept very clean with daily housekeeping. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant stay that’s definitely worth recommending. :)

Booking in and out was handled well given the fact I got back from Antikythera at half-past midnight. Key available and directions as promised. Bed again extremely comfortable.

The breakfast hot buffet was a little on the stingy side - not sure whether some bacon could have been produced on demand. Otherwise the rest of breakfast was excellent. The place appeared understaffed, however - the breakfast manager was doubling up as receptionist, although as before he was helpful and chatty.

Super unkomplizierter late night check in, wir konnten die Seitentür mit einem Code öffnen u an der Rezeption lag eine perfekte Beschreibung zum Zimmer mit Schlüssel bereit , toller sauberer Pool , gutes, ausreichendes Frühstück mit ebenso gutem Kaffee, die Zimmer recht einfach u etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für unseren Zweck , 3 Nächte , vollkommen ausreichend , wer Luxus möchte muss ihn buchen , alle sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit
