Super emplacement pour faire cette partie de la Crête. Hôtel trés propre ,petit déjeuner un peu basique. Par contre restaurant de plage extra. Plage trés agréable avec des transats à l'ombre.

The staff was superfriendly and helpful. The breakfast was good! Could have been a bit more varied. The location of the hotel was perfect. Just by the beach, which was calm and nice with several restaurants. Easy to go to the pier where you can take the ferry to Balos lagoon. (5 minutes with taxi or bus).

Elena Beach liegt ruhig am Ortsrand von Kissamos in einer kleiner Bucht mit wunderbarem Sandstrand. Liegen und Schirme werden vom Hotel kostenlos bereit gestellt. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer mit Meeresblick ist unglaublich schön, ein Rundumblick über die gesamte Bucht.

Das Zimmer ist relativ klein und im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. With a rental car, it was the perfect base for exploring the beautiful beaches of western Crete. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we had a stunning sea view from the balcony. The hotel is located right on the beach, and it was a great benefit that hotel guests could use the sun loungers and parasols there. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant once, and the food was excellent. The charming little main square of Kissamos and the restaurants along the seafront street were within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a great time here.

The soundproofing of the room’s entrance door was quite poor. We could hear almost everything happening in the corridor, as well as noise coming from the breakfast area. It was a little disturbing at times, but overall, it did not significantly affect or spoil our stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Zugang zum Strand war toll! Wir haben uns auch sehr über die kostenlosen Parkplätze, die Liegen und Sonnenschirme gefreut, sowie über die süße Beachbar. Das Abendessen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und die Auswahl (vegetarisch oder Fleisch) war für uns vollkommend ausreichend. Besonders die Kellnerin am Abend war sehr freundlich!!! Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein und bleibt uns sicher lang in Erinnerung, sofern wir nicht bald wieder zurückkommen. :)

Der Strandbereich könnte ein wenig schöner hergerichtet werden - einige Liegen Schirme müsste man wahrscheinlich auch bald austauschen

Unica criticità, la cena tipica non è molto variegata, non c'era la possibilità di poter scegliere altre pietanze oltre ai piatti tipici.

Location is amazing- close to the port, the bus stop and to the beautiful promenade. Hotel has a beach access and it’s gorgeous! Beach bar and restaurant were also very good. The staff was the most friendly and helpful- and even made sure my requests were fulfilled last minute and during my visit. The room was spacious with an amazing beach view! I’ll def stay there again.

Fantastica posizione,sia per l'accesso diretto al mare che come punto di partenza per le spiagge ad Ovest di Creta. Camera grande e design moderno con vista spiaggia. Colazione varia e abbondante. Dalle 9 é aperto il Beach bar per spuntini o bibite molto comodo se si utilizza la spiaggia dell'hotel (ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti per clienti dell'hotel). Personale fantastico e accogliente. Dal vivo é ancora più bello che dalle foto.

L'aria condizionata in camera é un po rumorosa e non si riesce a modularla. Ma viste le temperature di creta non è stata necessaria.

Honestly there wasn't a single thing we didn't like. When I booked 2 rooms one of them was an economy room but we were able to switch to another more modern room the next day.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per raggiungere le spiagge più iconiche: Elafonissi, Falasarna e Balos. Camere pulite, ampie, luminose. Colazione semplice e variegata. A disposizione lettini e ombrelloni fronte spiaggia Mavros Molos, con mare pulito, accessibile. Menzione speciale per lo staff sempre gentile, sorridente, disponibile, soprattutto Annamaria e Maria, due bellissime persone.

Colazione buona e varia dolce e saata. Letti comodi Balcone spazioso e attrezzato vista mare Graditissimo

Secondo anno di fila che torniamo qui. Posizione ottima, struttura pulita, colazione essenziale ma buona con vista mare, staff cordiale, camera abbastanza spaziosa con ottimi prodotti da bagno, zona ristoranti sul mare di Kissamos raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10 min a piedi. Ci torneremo ancora e ancora, non c’è due senza tre!!!

Ottima posizione, ideale per raggiungere comodamente tutti i principali punti di interesse. L'hotel è pulito, accogliente e arredato con gusto. Il personale è gentile, cordiale e sempre super disponibile. La colazione è ricca, varia e ben fornita. Inoltre, la struttura dispone di una spiaggia privata attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni, un valore aggiunto che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Localização, a comida era muito saborosa, pena não ter muita opção de escolha.

A praia do hotel, podia ser mais “mimada”, a água tinha muita alga e comparado com os hotéis ao lado, notava-se que não era tão bem tratada. Dado o calor, o hotel poderia deixar uma garrafa de água todos os dias no quarto, mas nunca o fizeram…

Leider funktioniert im ganzen Hotel die deutschen Programme im Fernsehen überhaupt nicht trotz Satellitenschüssel und Internetanschluss. Ständig Pixelsalat und das während der Fußball Weltmeisterschaft . Meine einziger Kritikpunkt.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, praticamente su una piccola spiaggia privata con ombrelloni e lettini ed un piccolo chioschetto. La pulizia è all’ordine del giorno, c’è un’ottima colazione e possibilità anche di cenare in hotel. Il personale è di una gentilezza estrema, un ringraziamento speciale a Maria che ci ha accolti ed è stata meravigliosa e disponibile nei nostri confronti. La aspettiamo in Italia molto volentieri

Location is fine, close to the port and center of Kissamos. The room was clean.

We stayed in the room next to the laundry room, and the noise from that area woke us up early every morning. Also, once you leave the room, the electricity is automatically switched off, which means the refrigerator stops working as well.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente e gode di spiaggia privata con tanto di lettini a disposizione gratuitamente (per lo meno a giugno) per i suoi ospiti. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e gentile, soprattutto offrendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per la nostra bimba. La colazione a buffet e la cena sono state di ottimo gradimento, anche grazie ai prodotti tipici del posto che ci sono stati sempre proposti. Sicuramente consiglierei Elena Beach Hotel a tutti, soprattutto alle famiglie con bimbi piccoli.

Insgesamt war das Hotel ein klein bisschen zu modern.

La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più famose. L’hotel è sul mare e la spiaggia è molto bella. La struttura è stata appena ristrutturata e risulta molto curata. La colazione è ok. La camera era carina con il terrazzino e tutti i servizi necessari.

La cena è migliorabile. Il bar sulla spiaggia chiude presto (prima delle 18.30).

O hotel é muito mais bonito do que as fotos aparentam. Ótima opção para ficar perto das praias de Balos e Elafonisi. A praia do hotel é boa também.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Ende von Kissamos. Zimmer sehr sauber, super freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Netterweise durften wir gegen Aufpreis nach 1 Nacht ein anderes Zimmer beziehen, welches mehr zur Meerseite lag. Netter ruhiger Strand mit eigenen Liegen.

Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Gartenblick lag direkt Richtung Hauptstraße und dort war es sehr laut. Zum Glück konnte man uns ab dem 2. Tag einen Zimmerwechsel anbieten. Die Strandbar ist etwas dürftig ausgestattet und relativ teuer. Schade ist, dass es außerhalb der Hotelanlage sehr dreckig ist. Der Ort Kissamos ist wirklich an vielen Ecken voll Müll. Haben wir in der Form auf Kreta noch nicht gesehen 😕. Das hat aber nichts mit der guten Qualität des Hotels zu tun! Das besticht vor Sauberkeit!!!

The hotel is amazing! The room was extremely comfortable and very quiet, which made for a perfect stay. It’s located right by the beach, with chairs and a bar available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ocean. The breakfast is simple but very delicious, with everything you need to start the day well. The staff were very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Großes Zimmer, schönes Bad mit Massagedüsen in der Dusche. Balkon wie gebucht mit seitlichem Meerblick und Balkon. Alles sauber, tägliche Reinigung. Frühstück gut, keine riesige Auswahl aber alles "wichtige" wie Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, Käse, Wurst und warme Speisen wie Rührei, Spiegelei und Wurst bzw. Speck vorhanden. Auch das Abendessen, welches man auf Wunsch (dazu) buchen konnte war sehr lecker. Direkter Strandzugang.

Das Badezimmerfenster des Nachbarzimmers befand sich direkt an unserem Balkon.

Αυτό το ξενοδοχείο ήταν τέλειο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο με φανταστική θέα από το μπαλκόνι. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και το δωμάτιο ήταν ήσυχο. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλική και φιλόξενή. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει μικρή παραλία, η οποία τον Μάιο ήταν ήσυχη. Ένιωσα ότι ήμουν καλά φροντισμένος.

The rooms were faultless, clean with excellent facilities. The beach location was great with adequate sunbeds and parasols.

The hotel lacked atmosphere. The few staff were friendly but there seemed to be no overall management. Breakfast was average, dinner was very disappointing so we went out to eat after two days. In the hotel there were no brochures , leaflets, maps or even a bus timetable to inspire guests to go on trips such as the boat to Gramvousa. No information provided in our room even about the hotel.

Mi már ismertük a helyet , így tudtuk lépcsőn kell felvinni a bőröndöket a Recepcióhoz. Kis kerülővel ez a cipekedés csökkenhető, de kell hozzá információ vagy helyismeret.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hotel que j'affectionne particulièrement. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Jolie chambre, excellente literie, balcon avec vue. Calme hors saison malgré que l'hotel semblait complet. Petit déjeuner buffet simple, diverses sortes de pain et bon café. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

The upgraded room we had was great - faced the sea, and very well designed. Comfortable bed. Loved the few steps to the beautiful beach and free sunbeds. Staff were very friendly and quick to help.

The shower cubicle leaked over the floor. We decided to stay another night and had to change rooms. The second room was perfectly acceptable, but being on the other side looked out on another hotel with only a glimpse of sea. We'd have liked to be able to make a hot drink in our room, or at least get one somewhere in the hotel outside of mealtimes.

Dinner - it is necessary to improve

Perfect location for a quiet and relaxing vacation if you choose a room with a sea view. The opposite side of the hotel is facing a main road with a lot of traffic. Nice beach with soft sand in front of the hotel and calm clean sea which is suitable also for small children. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable.The breakfast is standard and the same every day with good quality. Coffee is not good during the breakfast but you could drink real espresso or cappuccino on the beach bar and to enjoy watching the sea. The hotel staff is very friendly and could help you with useful local information for transport, what to visit and even to book you some additional activities or transfer to the airport. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the famous beaches in this area of the island like: Balos, Falasarna and Elafonisi. Next to the hotel is located a small shop where you could buy what you need. Around the hotel up to 5-10 minutes on foot we found a couple of nice restaurants with delicious and fresh local food. You could drink cocktails in the evening in any of the nearest restaurants and bars directly on the beach and the music is not loud. The center of Kissamos is up to 15-20 minutes on foot where you can find more shops, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. In general we recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. It could be boring for younger people who are looking for parties and extensive night life.

Half board is a little strange with the concept of pre ordering for your dinner the main dish between 2 offered dishes while you go for breakfast. The dinner is enough as a quantity but you could not like some of the food which is directly served on your table and the restaurant staff will ask you why you do not like it if you don't eat it. We would not choose half board for our potential next visit but only breakfast. The bathroom and the toilet were separated in the room only with matt walls and doors and the feeling is that there is not enough privacy.
