The location is near to center. The only respectful employee was Mr. Mohamed from the front desk team he was so kind person and know how to talk to the guest.

The staff was so bad not respectful and need to learn how to communicate the guest. The food so bad without any variety. Food Portion is counting by pieces. This hotel is a bad image to our country

The location in Naama Bay was perfect, and the room was clean and quite satisfying. The internal supermarket was also very convenient and offered reasonable prices. Mr. Ahmed Youssef from the reception team was very cooperative and supportive. He kindly assisted me with an early check-in and made the arrival process smooth one

There was no shuttle or transportation service available to/from the beach, even at an additional charge. The staff were generally not as friendly as expected, and unfortunately, the fish chef in particular was not respectful or welcoming at all. I accidentally left my baby’s hat in room and after checking out I realized and returned for that reason, but unfortunately, the housekeeping staff denied finding it however my absolute certainty.

Malheureusement, pas grand-chose. L’emplacement peut être pratique pour une nuit à Sharm El Sheikh, mais notre expérience dans cet hôtel a été très décevante.

Nous avions réservé depuis un moment une chambre pour 3 personnes, pour notre dernière nuit en Égypte. À notre arrivée, grosse surprise : il n’y avait qu’un seul lit double et aucun lit prévu pour la troisième personne. Il manquait également les serviettes pour la troisième personne. La chambre était dans un état très décevant : forte odeur de moisi, notamment dans la salle de bain, douche cassée que nous ne pouvions pas fermer correctement, aucun shampoing à disposition et nous avons dû aller le réclamer. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Dans les parties communes, l’odeur de cigarette était extrêmement forte et désagréable. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise ni vraiment tranquilles dans cet établissement. Nous avons voyagé pendant plus d’une semaine à travers l’Égypte et séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels. C’est malheureusement le seul établissement où nous avons réellement regretté notre choix. Nous avons également trouvé le personnel beaucoup moins attentionné que dans les autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné en Égypte. Nous n’avons même pas souhaité rester à l’hôtel dans la soirée : nous sommes partis nous promener et sommes revenus uniquement pour dormir environ 5 heures avant notre départ. Une très mauvaise expérience pour terminer notre voyage. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti il staff era molto gentile tranne 3 persone del ristorante il ragazzo basso è un altri 2 uomini molto sgarbati mi è piacciuta la posizione 12 minuti a piedi da Namma bay

Struttura vecchia ma per quanto si paga ci può stare,personalmente a me il cibo no mi è piaciuto ho mangiato poco è niente puoi la sera se arrivi dopo le 20.30 a cena non trovi niente da mangiare

Lo staff è stato sempre gentile. Buona la cucina. Stanze ampie.

Non molto pulito. Carta igienica e tovaglioli sempre da chiedere. Wifi inesistente. Mare raggiungibile solo a piedi (nessuna navetta a disposizione) in 10 minuti e pessimo, perché non c'è la possibilità di fare una nuotata. Le boe circondano un' area piccola dove ci si bagna. Non lo consiglierei

اطباق الطعام تنتهى بسرعة ولا يوجد كمية اضافية لو تأخرت رائحة الزيوت وصلت للغرف .. وطبعاً لو مش بتقدر تمشى او معاك حد كبير بالسن الفندق على مطلع ويحتاج سيارة لبعدة عن البحر بمسافه حوالى 1 كيلو نصهم مطلع ..

Lontano dal mare e senza navetta. Spiaggia convenzionata orribile. Poca scelta nel cibo. Alcune camere avevano puzza di fogna. Piscina chiude alle 18, il bar della piscina alle 17. Wifi solo in reception e anche lì molto debole. Grande disorganizzazione.

The room was not so clean, especially the bathroom. The ac was broken (it could not be turned off) so we had to sleep with it and we were really cold. The breakfast was not great and the staff not friendly.

the room is very bad with no power supply only one under the table we feel very optimistic that we didn’t get the value. Drinks are very bad. We must walk to the beach for 15 minutes with no transport.

Omar e Jamal sono due ragazzi carinissimi che ci hanno pulito la camera e tutte le volte ci hanno fatto trovare delle bellissime composizioni con le asciugamani. Ahmad è un ragazzo sempre dell’hotel che dopo il check-out ci ha tenuto le valigie e fornito acqua fresca. La struttura è fornita di una bella piscina, un centro massaggi molto apprezzato ed economico, si consiglia anche di prendere le escursioni con i ragazzi che si trovano all’interno dell’hotel. Si trova in un ottima posizione con due market nelle vicinanze e una farmacia, inoltre si raggiunge naama bay con una breve camminata

La struttura è un po datata e da ristrutturare. Il ristorante non è un granché a colazione c’è poca scelta, pranzo e cena meglio.

Ci vorrebbe una navetta per raggiungere la spiaggia sopratutto nei mesi piu caldi. Ho soggiornato anche a dicembre ma non faceva cosi caldo era una passeggiata gradevole ma ora fa troppo caldo per arrivare in spiaggia. Cercate di risolvere questo problema grazie.

Sn arrivata mezzanotte Avevo partenza alle 17 dall hotel Ho dovuto fare check out alle12 e fino qui tutto ok Alle 16 ho chiesto un bicchiere di acqua e mi stato detto dall tipo che seduto al computer accanto barino che devo pagare Ragazzi un bicchiere di acqua che dovevo prendere la medicina È assurdo Era scortese !!!!!!

Everything went well. This is my third time in this hotel, swimming pool, location, entertainment are perfect.

The Wi-Fi is consistently poor and needs immediate improvement. Please fix it 🙏 Coffee is not included with breakfast, and the only option provided is low-quality Nescafé. At a minimum, filtered coffee should be available!
