Nous étions 3. Il a fallu réclamer un lit en extra alors que je leur avais demandé une chambre à 3 lits et qu’ils m’avaient répondu OK. Ils ne voulaient donner qu’un seul drap pour le lit en extra, la couverture était directement sur le corps. Après avoir obtenu les 2 draps, le lendemain, ils ont fait la chambre mais n’ont pas fait le lit en extra !

Location, convenient for personal reasons. Overall not the most ideal location.

Poorly maintained rooms, no hand towels, no shower gel, no dental kit …. I had to ask for these every day, still some basic necessary items were not provided. I had to move to three rooms during my 7 day stay. First room was dirty, with mould in the bathroom and toilet. The bed linen was clearly not changed. When I complained I was moved to a newly refurbished room. Here the sink wouldn’t drain, shower cubicle was flooding. Then I was moved to third room, which was as bad. Got fed up and had to leave the hotel after 7 nights, although I had booked and paid for eight nights. Breakfast was very poor, dining room staff were unwelcoming, inefficient and untrained. Poor and very little variety of items. This was my fourth stay in this hotel in the past five years. I assume the management has changed and they are completely useless.

Staff were amicable and helpful. Even the security personnel were helpful.

The ladies washroom on ground floor was unfortunately not clean. I used it on the last day of my journey as I went to pick up my luggage which I had left after checking out. The bins were overflowing with used tissue. I would hope it would be taken care of.

So many drums bid sounds that obstruct my study and sleep. And offensive smell that sometimes comes up at the lobby and sometimes into the room.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The food was super spicy even after we requested them to keep some non spicy options, and some items didn’t seem fresh like the buns. Service was slow, and the tea was bad. Definitely not the kind of start I was hoping for. Other than breakfast, everything else was super.

There is very poor WiFi, and the air conditioning will be turned off at 9 PM, so the poor night shift staff will be left in the hot weather. It is against human rights, and the electric power will be cut every two days.

Extremely poor service, I booked executive room , asked for 1 water bottle, they said it’s chargeable ? Can’t provide water bottle of 10 rupees ? In breakfast I had simple request but answer was NO , after asked to manager they provided. This hotel is looking for abstract visitors money . Never ever stay again

I am happy always with this hotel from last 5 years I am coming in the same hotel twice in year everything is fine just only one I have a question you should upgrade your regular customer from one step to other step and give the benefit to encourage the more stop no doubt each and every star we are satisfied everything I the room boy I the sales reception counter restaurant everything no complain

The food at the restaraunt was very good (especially the lunch/dinner buffet), breakfast was fine. They initially put me in what I think was the worst room in the hotel (stained furniture and bedsheets, peeling wallpaper, no shower door, etc.), but once they moved me to a different room it was 100x better: clean, well maintained, comfortable Very helpful staff-- *especially Jahangir* who really went above and beyond when helping me locate my bus stop and making sure i got to where I needed to after checking out.

The wifi was a big problem. Although it did eventually work on my phone, the wifi was so slow that I could not use my laptop for anything. As someone who was traveling for work, this was not acceptable for my needs. And the hotel only allows one device to use the wifi per guest. I suggest the managers upgrade the wifi service so that there is no limit on devices and so that it isn't so slow for guests... and its clear the managers know this is an issue because you can see people have mentioned the poor quality of wifi in their reviews since 2022 and still nothing has been done. The travel desk rep, although helpful when it came to booking a day trip, was also a little questionable. He was persistent on rounding up my bill (2730 rs.) to 3000, and when I asked what the extra charge is he then said "ok fine then make it 2800." Of course, 70 rs. is not a huge deal at all, but the principle of rounding up from 30 seemed disingenuous. Why not just charge the actual price, or other wise round down since it is below 50? Again, the 70 rupees was not what bothered me, it was just the expectation that the customer should pay more than what is owed that seemed unprofessional and in a poor taste

Room is well maintained and the staff behaviour is also good.

There is no option to choose the TV Channels. There were predefined channel subscription done by the Hotel and no flexibility to choose the guest's favorite channel. Even the hotels with no Stars are providing option to the guests to choose but Royalton didnot have that option. I stayed for 12 days and the channels provided were not at all comfortable for me and hence all the 12 days TV was of no use in the room. Further there is no option to refill the water if the guests are willing to refill. The Hotel is forcing to buy the water for Rs. 75 per Litre which is ridiculous. Dinner buffet was charged at Rs. 900 plus tax but it is not worth for more than Rs. 500.

The check-in process was pathetic and lengthy, the reception staff not competent. The staff are fascists. I was with fiancée and her father and receptions monitoring our moves through the cameras, it was very embracing when I came to know that.

Location of the hotel was central, the room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast did not have any non veg like sausages, bacon etc. This could be included. And the shower area got flooded when we took a shower. But this was fixed soon.

I was alloted a massive room. Later realised it was a room meant for the differently abled..therefore. The staff is courteous and helpful.

The breakfast spread was limited and repetetive. The hotel itself is not the best to locate. The price matches a 4 star but the hotel doesnot have 4 star amenities. There is hot water...but it takes a full 15mins(by the watch) to run(rather waste)water before the hot water spouted. There's a lot on the menu but just a few things that are actually available to order.
