Hotel was very much past it's best and old fashioned. There was no hot water during our entire stay. Free breakfast didn't seem to exist and no communication with staff to find anything out. Door to room locked via a prehistoric bolt and padlock contraption. No toilet roll.

This isn’t hotel this is like good lodge. Problem with water supply in the morning couldn’t take bath on time Inspite of paying extra for bed they didn’t provide it until 12 am even after multiple calls.

Location wise it is good.

The price is too high for the kind of facilities. There was a wall which had dampness (seelan) and the paint was peeling off. For the same price, there are better rooms. They could’ve included breakfast at this price as well. They show the heritage building in the picture but they kept me in another building in the corner.

This is shit place. They don’t accept local ids. To sum it’s a worst place on worst location, it’s just a build up of acting like 5 stars which they are not. Wasted my time. Highly not recommended

Too noisy...other room guys sit outside the rooms and talk loudly...corridor is treated as public parks...hotel doesn't have any rules and regulations... 2:30 some random guys knocking on my door... I was in deep sleep, and I got stocked, I never experienced this in any hotel in my life

Staff presentation, Reception was unattended staff was sleeping on couch , they had sign displaying Adhaar is accepted as a form of Id, but cannot let rooms to local residents. Ridiculous after booking in advance we were stranded in middle of night.

Location of the hotel is great, centrally located, with Abids market across the road. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. Fresh Dosa stand was awesome. Tea/Filter coffee was great as well.

Rooms were a little old-style. Front-desk, rooms and restaurant were not in the same building. To access each you might need to get out of each separate buildings.

Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast and restaurant.

Some minor adjustment needed , better WiFi and internet facility . Breakfast need major uplift . Hot water need to be consistent. Clear options regarding 3 guests. Mattress on the floor should not be an option.

THERE WAS BLOCKAGE IN THE BATHROOM GOT MILD ELECTRICE SHOCK IN BATHROOM SOAP STAND CEALING FAN MAKING NOISE AC EFFECT WAS NOT GOOD BEHIND THE CURTAIN THE THINGS WERE NOT CLEANED NOT WORTH FOR TERRIF.

The property charges different rates compared to rates shown in booking.com, and will additionally charge 42-45% mention as gst, property tax, surcharge etc etc etc! wen questions wer asked, he reduced it! It was pure scam!!! The property doesn’t stand with the parameters mentioned, it’s between few old building having no proper ventilation. Cab reach hotel with great difficulty due to the narrow roads to the hotel, so most of them denies drop n pick up. Hygiene and cleanliness to the worst! Rooms won’t be cleaned or arranged before the check in. If informed the staffs, they never care..It was worst decision I choosed the hotel and paid the advance fully

The hotel is ancient, needs renovation, the bathroom did not gave a wendow, which resulted in bad odour and humid environment.

Staff does not attend everything. You have to ask multiple times for housekeeping. Room service timings are restricted. Overpriced for the quality of room and service provided. I had taken 2 rooms, one did not have cold water and the other one did not have hot water and no one willing to attend.

Big room. Big lofty spaces all around, inner courtyards.

Somewhat gloomy, did not get that "old classic heritage" feel one might expect from a place like this. But might be due to it being rather empty and quiet.

My room was in an annex and clearly had not been planned out properly. The "climb" to the bathroom was arduous. The positioning of the switches was bad. The length of the telephone chord made it difficult to have a normal conversation from the center of the bed.

Stinky smelly bathroom. Liquid soap dispenser had not been filled up. The dull white towels were turning a light brown. These are thing that the management should look into.
