Fantastic pool and views over the island. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly.

We booked the hilltop room but it was quite a steep walk up to the top. This is not necessarily the properties fault but just something to be more vigilant about when booking. Some areas of the hotel could do with a bit of tlc, some rust around the fixtures and peeling paint. I was also a bit confused by the branding? I do think it is trying to ride off the coattails of ‘Dusit group’, even using the same font and logo on revoult transactions which I did find a bit shady given that we stayed in the dusit Thani hotel in Bangkok which was so incredibly amazing, I was fooled into thinking this was an offshoot of that.

La suite no correspondía con lo ofertado en Booking, no había sofá cama como estaba descrito (y se pagó por la persona) por lo que tuvimos un serio problema. La atención no fue correcta. Los camareros del restaurante no atendían de forma correcta (al parecer no saben mucho inglés y a todo dicen que sí) El hotel está alejado de todo y necesitas moto o los pick up te cobrarán una salvajada.

It takes some time/effort to get to the upper rooms as they are on the top hills. Easier if you have a bike but still kind of feels risky while driving the bike.

Für die King Zimmer muss man ca 10 min bergauf laufen. War für uns kein Problem, da wir beide sehr sportlich sind oft wandern gehen. Ich kenne aber sehr viele Menschen denen ich es aufgrund dessen nicht weiterempfehlen würde. Keine Wäsche-Service, keine Rollervermietung (aber beides in der Nähe)

Die Größe der Zimmers (Suite) war toll. Wir hatten zwei Badezimmer, eines ausgelagert. Auch der Blick aufs Meer war sehr schön. Die gesamte Anlage liegt am Hang und ist gut aufgeteilt sowie schön grün. Die Einfahrt zum Hotel ist abenteuerlich und unterstreicht die besondere Lage. Unser Sohn freute sich über den kleinen Fitnessraum. Das Frühstück ist ok, leider etwas wenig vielfältig. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Zugang zum Meer. Dieser sieht nett aus, war für uns aber aufgrund des Welkengangs während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht zu nutzen.

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dies sieht man an vielen Ecken. Wir haben die Suite zu einem besonderen Preis bekommen, der reguläre wäre angesichts des allgemeinen Zustandes zu teuer (und nicht angemessen) gewesen. Die "Säfte" beim Frühstück waren leider kaum geniessbar.

Volvimos 14 años después. Vistas espectaculares desde la piscina y habitación, amplitud de las habitaciones, shutle gratuito al pueblo... y snorkel increíble. Personal amable.

La habitación: baño y iluminacion pésimos, y lleno de hormigas. Piscina: solo pudimos usarla un día porque los niveles quimicos del agua estaban descontrolados: varios niños acabaron con heridas en la piel y los bañadores tuvimos que tirarlos a la basura. Una lástima porque nos impidió disfrutar su belleza más días. Desayuno: muy limitado, pero con vistas espectaculares. Transporte gratuito limitado.

Die Lage ist Traumhaft. Es ist ganz am ende der Strasse auf der Nordostseite der Insel gelegen. Man ist in nur rund 13 Minuten mit dem Motorbike im Nachtleben. Das Personal, vor allem die Serviceangestellten sind überaus freundlich. An der Rezeption sind sie eher etwas hektisch.

Ich hatte dauend Stromausfälle in meinem Bungalow. Es ging über leichtes flackern beim Licht, bis zu 5 Minuten gar kein Strom. Das Problem wurde dann am 2ten Tag behoben.

Tolle Anlage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Im Bad gab es das eine oder andere, was einer Renovierung bedürfte. War aber für uns nichts dramatisches.

J ai trouvé la suite avec piscine privée très négligée la télé ne fonctionnait pas les équipements pas top et LaSalle de bain très sommaire avec pas de pression d eau aussi si vous avez des difficultés à marcher ne prenez aucune chambre avec terrasse et vue car une cote horrible à monter ! Et pas de véhicule pour vous emmener ! Les chambres standardds du bas sont plus accessibles et nettement mieux apparemment ! Moi qui suis malade je garde un souvenir horrible de cette côté du coup difficile de profiter de l équipement de l hôtel

The view is outstanding. The staff were very attentive. The food was good.

Because of the location, there is a lot of steps up and down within the resort. Although our room was comfortable, the air conditioning stopped working every day, but an engineer was always on hand to resolve the issue. It is a bit of a treck to the rest of the island.

L'hôtel offre une superbe vue sur l'île de Koh Nang Yuan. Il est un peu isolé et il est obligatoire de prendre une navette, un taxi ou de louer un scooter pour se déplacer. Il est possible de faire du snorkeling juste au pied de l'hôtel. La chambre était très bien, avec une vue sur le golfe de Thaïlande. Attention, l'hôtel est à flan de rocher, donc il faut monter et descendre sans cesse pour rejoindre la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant, la piscine, l'accueil... Cela peut être contraignant pour certaines personnes. Le buffet petit déjeuner est correct, avec du choix salé et sucré. La grande piscine est vraiment chouette (la plus petite était en travaux en août 2026). Le personnel était vraiment aimable et serviable.

Le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas du tout. Cet hôtel se définit comme "hôtel de standing", mais il y a beaucoup de choses à revoir. Les équipements sont vieillots. Les transats près de la piscine étaient sales ; parfois, il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes pour tout le monde (certaines personnes en prenaient 2 ou 3 pour recouvrir entièrement les transats, ce qui était compréhensible) ; les assiettes du petit déjeuner étaient en plastique (cela ne me dérange pas, mais quand on paie un certain prix, on s'attend à autre chose) ; aucun rangement dans la chambre, donc obligé de tout laisser dans la valise, ce qui n'est pas très pratique pour un séjour de plusieurs jours ; les draps du lit avaient des accros et des taches. Les bungalows ne sont pas très bien insonorisés. L'hôtel propose une navette gratuite pour rejoindre Sairee Beach, seulement 3 fois dans la journée ; après, il faut payer et le prix était assez cher pour seulement 8 minutes de trajet. On en parle des personnes qui déposent leur serviette sur le transat pour le réserver avant même d'avoir pris leur petit déjeuner ? Bref, autant de petits détails qui pourraient être largement améliorés et justifier alors un prix élevé.

Loved the quietness and views over the islands and that this property was only a 15 min drive into the crowded busy downtown area.

- Die Zimmer am Pool (Deluxe mit Meerblick) sind dringend sanierungsbedürftig (untere Etagen haben starke Schimmel-Probleme -> Achtung Gesundheitsgefahr; zudem generell sehr in die Jahre gekommen) - Extrem hellhörige Zimmer: man hört nachts alles, von Personen und Türen aus weiter Entfernung, Rollermotoren vom Hoteleingang, quakende Kröten und Grillen im Wald. Es schien/war im Zimmer fast schon lauter als draußen, an einen erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. - ansonsten lässt die Einrichtung der Zimmer Luft nach oben zu (hier fehlte irgendwie die "Liebe" bei der Einrichtung) - ansonsten könnten viele Ecken der Anlage mal aufgeräumt werden (es scheint, als läge überall Bauschutt und Müll rum)

Paesaggio stupendo, bellissima la vista dalla stanza. Il panorama che si poteva ammirare al risveglio valeva da solo il prezzo del biglietto.

L’appartamento era ampio e piuttosto accogliente, anche se poco funzionale: bagno bello ma scomodo e insidioso; inoltre, appare davvero poco pratico l’interruttore della luce posizionato dietro il televisore, rendendo necessario attraversare la stanza al buio prima di poter accendere la luce.

Anlage sehr heruntergekommen, Frühstück draussen teils Milch sauer da ungekühlt, Personal grösstenteils sehr unfreundlich und sogar Eis für eine Verletzung wurde berechnet. Viel Müll direkt unter oder neben der Anlage.

The location of the hotel might be the best on the island. Secluded, perfect views, resort feeling but still 4 minutes drive from the buzz. The staff are super helpful and nice.

The facilities are very dated and not well-looked after. The gym is at a pretty bad state and many areas of the hotel look abandoned. Also the breakfast could be better.

La salle de bain de la cabane en bois n’est pas très accueillante, aucun meuble pour poser ses affaires. Il manque clairement de la déco dans ces cabanes. Pas très chaleureux. La note globale ne reflète pas l’établissement. Et l’accessibilité est très compliqué.

The sea view from our beachfront room was beautiful and definitely the highlight of the stay. The regular staff members were also polite and courteous

Unfortunately, almost everything else about our experience was extremely disappointing. The stay started with a serious incident during the transfer included by the property from Koh Tao pier to the hotel. The driver was driving extremely fast and recklessly with the guests’ luggage loaded onto the vehicle. Our luggage fell out of the taxi while it was moving, and a MacBook inside, worth approximately USD 2,000, was completely destroyed. We expected the hotel management to take responsibility for an incident that happened during their arranged transfer. Instead, upon arrival, the General Manager told us that essentially all he could provide was a letter describing the incident for our travel insurance. We eventually received two vouchers worth approximately USD 50 each and two massage vouchers. Considering the extent of the damage, this felt completely inadequate. More disappointing than the compensation itself, however, was the way the situation was managed. The General Manager was superficially friendly, but we found his handling of a serious incident involving guests and a hotel-arranged service remarkably ineffective and lacking in accountability. There was also another unpleasant incident on our first day. During very strong wind and a storm, one of the glass panels/doors in our room broke. The room has a largely glass structure and, in our opinion, the quality and robustness of some of the windows, doors and fittings appeared poor. Instead of simply investigating the incident, the General Manager repeatedly seemed to insinuate that we had somehow broken the glass ourselves, despite there being no evidence of this and absolutely no reason for us to have done so. He also attempted to connect this separate incident to the discussion about compensation for the laptop, which we found inappropriate. He argued that, based on which side of the glass had broken, the wind could not have been responsible.

Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass unsere Fragen bereits vor der Anreise detailliert, schnell und freundlich beantwortet wurden. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und liegt ruhig abseits des Trubels. Die üppige Natur mit den großen Felsen und hohen Bäumen verleiht der Anlage eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Unsere Familiensuite-Villa Prime direkt am Meer war insgesamt sehr schön. Das separate Zimmer unserer Tochter war in die Felsen gebaut und bot einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Auch das Hauptzimmer hatte an drei Seiten Fenster und einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der schöne Holzboden und die hohe Decke haben uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Die Lage unseres Zimmers mit der Nummer 110 war ideal, da es nicht weit von der Rezeption, dem Restaurantbereich und dem Pool entfernt lag. Der Weg durch die gepflegte Gartenanlage war besonders schön. Außerdem war der Blick auf die benachbarte Insel Koh Nang Yuan fantastisch. Positiv fanden wir auch, dass das Hotel einen (kostenpflichtigen) Bootsservice zur Insel anbietet. Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Fernando hat uns jederzeit sehr freundlich unterstützt. Ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war außerdem die spektakuläre Feuershow, die vom Hotel angeboten wurde.

Das Badezimmer war sehr dunkel und nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß ausgestattet. Auch im Zimmer gab es kein ausreichendes Licht. Direkt beim Hotel gibt es keinen Sandstrand. Bei stärkerem Wellengang war der Zugang zum Meer schwierig, auch wenn seitlich ein leichter zugänglicherer Zugang vorhanden war. Das Frühstück war leider nur mittelmäßig und nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Als weiteren Nachteil empfanden wir die abgelegene Lage des Hotels. Die Taxipreise waren für kurze Strecken sehr hoch: Für die etwa zehnminütige Fahrt zum Sairee Beach wurden 400 Baht verlangt. Zwar gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service vom Hotel, dieser fährt jedoch nur dreimal täglich. Die letzte Fahrt um 16:00 Uhr kostet außerdem 50 Baht pro Person und muss reserviert werden. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage und der hohen Taxikosten würden wir uns bei einem nächsten Besuch allerdings wahrscheinlich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

מלון מדהים, נוף עוצר נשימה ובריכה מדהימה. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים עם נוף מדהים. אנחנו היינו בחדרים שקרובים לקבלה ולכן לא הרגשנו קושי עם העליות או המדרגות. הוא מעט רחוק מהמרכז, מי שעם קטנוע זה לא יפריע.

יש עליות חדות בכניסה למלון, מי שלא נהג קטנוע מנוסה - עדיף לחנות בחוץ ולעבור את העליות והירידות ברגל.

Stanza grande e bella vista

Il posto non vale assolutamente quanto costa. La posizione non è comoda. Il bagno aveva la muffa. Gli asciugamani vecchi e ingrigiti. Ci hanno fatto attendere 20 minuti in piedi per potere fare colazione perche la sala era piena. Per arrivare in stanza occorre fare trekking (quasi 50 metri di dislivello dalla sala colazione) perche non sono attrezzati per il trasporto. Al checkout ci hanno fatto attendere 45 minuti in reception il transfer per il porto.

Calm and peaceful area. You can hear the sounds of nature from the mountains and sea at the same time throughout your stay.

The road from the main entrance to the lobby is steep. Starting with a slow walk, I ended up running and was about to crash into a big rock. There was no safety stop area. The existing sidewalk ladder needs maintenance or should be improved.

Hôtel vétuste, voir délabré, des poubelles dans tous les recoins, chambres sales et salle de bain en dehors de la chambre. Les toilettes sont sous la douche, c’est pratique pour faire d’une pierre deux coups…piscine vide, restaurant très mauvais et petit déjeuner très basique. Au prix où est facturé la chambre rien ne va. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits mais au regard de notre insatisfaction, la personne de la réception a gentiment accepté de nous annuler 2 nuits et nous rembourser, c’est la seule chose que nous avons apprécié de cet établissement.

Sehr idyllisch gelegenes Hotel mit einer traumhaften Aussicht und tollen Möglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln. Perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung abseits des Trubels suchen. Wer trotzdem gerne belebtere Strände besuchen möchte, kann den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service nutzen.

Ein kleiner Info für zukünftige Gäste: Da ich Probleme mit meinem Knie habe, wäre es hilfreich gewesen zu wissen, dass der Weg zu manchen Apartments ein etwas steileres Stück bergauf führt. Auf den Fotos war das leider nicht ersichtlich. Das war jedoch wirklich der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten kann ich nur Positives berichten und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Struttura bellissima, potenzialmente un 5 stelle, ma c’è ancora da fare diversi miglioramenti. La parte più bella è senz’altro la zona piscina e il ristorante da cui si può ammirare un bellissimo panorama dell’isola di fronte.

Camera concepita male. La nostra camera era di grandi dimensioni, ma strutturata male al suo interno. Il bagno (enorme e bellissimo) era fuori, per cui si doveva uscire sul balcone privato per accedervi. Avrei spostato il letto per consentire una visuale sulla finestra che dà sul mare, anche la tv è pensata male, in quanto è in un angolo da cui non si può vedere se gli ospiti si mettono a letto (visti gli spazi grandi, si potrebbe pensare di aggiungere un divano). Peccato che la struttura non ha un’accesso alla spiaggia.

The pool area was quite nice and the view from the room is EPIC, you’re looking at Koh Nang Yuan, you can take the longtail boat across for like 250baht, pretty cool Hotel is in a nice secluded and quiet area of Koh Tao. Good location.

First night I was getting electric shocks from the shower, even touching the tap to turn it off was sending electrical shots up my hands and arms, lights flickering in the room. Staff said they checked, but nothing wrong. Didn’t change our room. Second day, came back to room turned aircon on, all lights flickering again then a loud explosion outside our room, electrical system had exploded and was actually on fire. At breakfast my lady asked for a few cubes of ice to put in a drink. Was told they didn’t have ice (they did, it was in all their juice drink jugs ) I asked again, they said no, 5 different staff, then said we can’t give you because ice is expensive on this island and the owner said no. Legit, this is a true experience. We checked out, told the manager of our ice experience(and everything else we had been through) she said sorry, we will compensate you. After a 30 min wait at checkout and waiting for “compensation” she handed me a bill for 2 bottles of water taken from the fridge (because cleaners didn’t leave any water for us that day) That was the compensation for our experience, electrical shocks, aircon on fire, refused a couple cubes of ice , Charged for 2 bottles of water!!! This place is a joke, they could have handled this so much better and I wouldn’t have left a negative review. Sometimes electrical issues happen, I understand that, it’s the way we were dealt with, and honestly the refusal of a few cubes of ice and then trying to charge me for a couple bottles of water tipped me over the edge to a negative review.

Die Unterkunft liegt eher abgelegen auf der Insel, sodass man mit dem Roller etwa 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum benötigt. Das Frühstücksangebot könnte etwas größer sein, allerdings ist grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Die Zimmer waren mäßig sauber. Teilweise waren die Handtücher bereits deutlich abgenutzt und auch beim Reinigen bzw. Aufräumen wurde nicht immer besonders sorgfältig gearbeitet.

Decepcionante

Para empezar no me puedes cobrar el dineral que me estás cobrando y luego llegar allí y que la piscina principal esté vacía y no tener agua de 10 a 17h. Tú no me puedes tener sin agua 5 días porque entonces no tengo los servicios básicos. Lo peor de todo que es que no si quiera cumplían el horario, a las 8 de la mañana ya no había agua y cuando había agua era de color marrón. Había cortes de luz repentinos y sin explicación. Servicio pésimo.

Les centaines de marches à monter avant d’arriver à notre chambre, sans que nous ayons été prévenu avant notre réservation. Cet établissement n’est pas accessible facilement pour les personnes ayant des problèmes pour monter les marches ainsi que pour les des enfants, les draps gris ainsi que les serviettes,le mur de la clim avec de nombreuses traces et tâches robinet miroir de la salle de bain en mauvais état . Très peu d’attention portée à la réception lorsque nous avons évoqué le problème des démarches et avons demandé à changer de chambre ce qui nous a été refusé malgré le fait que l’hôtel n’était complet, il aurait fallu pour ça.Certainement nous surclassé ce qui ne nous a même pas été proposé, ils nous ont dit que nous pouvions accéder aux chambres en scooter, nous sommes adepte du scooter et pourtant extrêmement dangereux et compliqué de monter jusqu’au bâtiment des chambres tellement la pente et abrupte,de toute façon il y a encore de denombreuses marches à monter. Un emplacement superbe pour une qualité de chambre médiocre

Drastically over priced. Not very clean. Mosquitos everywhere but hotel doesn’t provide a mosquito net. Was then charged at the end of my weeks stay for mosquito repellent marks on the bed sheet and towel - over £20 for a bed sheet! Incredible. Especially when the sheets and room weren’t particularly clean anyway. Lack of attention and care from hotel. Booked to stay a week for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday, had organised a small room decoration prior to my trip and confirmed with them when I was there. However, this wasn’t fulfilled. One day the hotel had no pool towels available and no coffee available. Poor effort given the amount to stay for a week.

No había toallas, era muy complicado llegar a la habitación, no había hamacas suficientes en la piscina a pesar de estar semi-vacío. Se fue la luz varias veces.

Hôtel avec une vue exceptionnelle. Le restaurant qui surplombe la baie est fantastique. Les plats sont de grande qualité. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très propres. La salle de sport est top. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Il y a beaucoup d’escaliers, ce qui peut présenter une contrainte.

1 van de 2 zwembaden was niet in gebruik, dit was erg jammer en niet vooraf gemeld. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

De stop van de airco viel er telkens na 10 minuten uit. (en niet alleen bij stroomuitval). Overdag kan je hem dan nog wel telkens handmatig weer aanzetten, maar s'nachts is het toch erg jammer dat de temperatuur dan oploopt en je er je bed voor moet uitstappen anders. Onze 3 kamers zaten erg ver uit elkaar, waardoor het heel veel trappen lopen was naar elkaar toe. Maar vooraf was wel gemeld dat dit een complex was met veel trappen.

Tout était parfait.

Schöner Blick aufs Meer vom Bungalow aus, geräumig und mit Terrasse. Frühstückstisch auch direkt über dem Meer. Hübsch mit allerlei Palmen angelegtes Gelände. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Sehr steiles Gelände, für körperlich in irgendeiner Form eingeschränkte Menschen definitiv nicht geeignet. Für uns war das ok. Kein Strand! Keine gute Bademöglichkeit im Meer, v.a. bei Wellengang. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wird offensichtlich nicht so gut in Schuss gehalten, wie es notwendig wäre - und man bei dem Preis erwarten könnte… Schade!

Der Blick von der Anlage war sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Bildern gut ausgestattet.

In dem Resort muss man schon wirklich sehr gut zu Fuß sein. Die Bungalows liegen alle an einem sehr sehr steilen Hang und man überlegt sich sehr genau, wann man ins Zimmer geht und versucht, nichts zu vergessen, wenn man zum Pool geht. Der tägliche Anstieg ist extrem anstrengend. Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Auffrischung. Das Personal ist zwar nett, aber zum Teil im Restaurant oder an der Bar extrem langsam. Am Pool (von 2 Pools war nur einer geöffnet) waren definitiv viel zu wenige Liegen. Da man vom Resort kaum zu Fuß irgendwo hinkommt, verweilen sehr viele Gäste am Pool. Deswegen muss hier unbedingt die Anzahl der Liegen erhöht werden.

Gedateerde kamers, veel trappen lopen, ligt afgelegen, Airconditioning maakt veel lawaai. En schoonmaakpersoneel dat s’ochtendsvroeg luid met walkietalkie’s communiceert.

The place, it's very nice.

They where under construction and renovate many things around our room/building The umbrella was brooken and almost cause and accident.

The potential is huge. Great resort, great view, in the middle of a garden next to the sea. However, bad maintenance and highly priced caused it to be very low value for money. Definitely not worth it.

Bad maintenance. Bad management. Staff refused to any special request. Rooms are very high steep way w/o easy arrival. Ants and small worms in the room. One day no hot water. One day electrical shortage. It took them 24h to fix. No ice in breakfast for cold coffee or cold water. In total, pretty frustrating.

Virkelig dejligt sted - en super god oplevelse. Særligt var det fantastisk at have så god snorkling lige ude foran hotellet.

De ligging en het vriendelijk personeel.

Het is echt een verouderd complex, overal ligt wel rommel en zijn er dingen stuk. Het heeft dringend een renovatie nodig. Zo hadden ze nieuwe stoelen geleverd, deze stoelen hebben wel 2 dagen naast de lobby gestaan. Hierdoor had je meteen een slordig zicht. De kamers zijn zeer verouderd en niet zoals op de foto. Overal hebben ze wel plekjes met rommel staan of is er bamboe stuk met daarachter dan weer een hoop rommel. Het hotel is zijn geld niet waard. Vergane glorie, het had veel beter kunnen zijn met de juiste aanpak. Jammer dat we de slechte recensies te laat hebben gelezen, zo zie je dat er veel meer mensen klagen. Ze zeggen wel dat ze aan het renoveren zijn maar hier is nog niet veel van te merken... De kamers aan het zwembad stinken echt en hebben een schimmelprobleem. De badkamer is uit de jaren stilletjes.

We spent 4 nights at Dusit Buncha in July with our teenage daughters. The hotel is located on the cliffs overlooking Nang Yuan and the ocean and the sunset view from the restaurant is amazing! We enjoyed our stay and spent lots of time at the pool and also snorkeling the house reef. The staff arranged a very nice cake and surprise for our daughter's birthday ❤️ In general, the staff is very helpful.

The beds are rather hard.

När vi väl fick tillgång till det rum vi ursprungligen hade bokat (dagen efter) var vi mycket nöjda; det var ett fantastiskt rum med fin utsikt. Frukosten var också bra. Men ej värt kriget i receptionen och vägen upp till rummen….

Vistelsen präglades tyvärr av en mycket dålig incheckningsupplevelse som tog över två timmar från att vi mötte chauffören vid pieren. Personalen i receptionen var otrevliga och ovilliga att hjälpa oss när det rum vi bokat inte var tillgängligt. Istället fick vi först ett liknande rum men utan den utsikten vi bokat från början och efter tjafs fick vi ett gammalt och slitet rum med ett badrum utanför rummet, vilket dessutom var extremt varmt och obekvämt. Utöver den dåliga servicen och hanteringen av incheckningen var vägen till rummet problematisk. Det var en brant och ansträngande gångväg som tog cirka 10 minuter att gå, vilket kändes osäkert. Det var en hel vandring i sig att gå upp och ner. Trots att hotellet kan erbjuda transport av bagage med bil, erbjöds inte detta till oss. Sammantaget upplevde vi att hotellet, trots fin utsikt från vissa rum, inte var värt vare sig pengarna eller energin. Det var dessutom dyrt att få skjuts bara 5 min bort. De unga killarna som jobbade där var trevliga. När vi checkade ut skäms hon inte och ber oss att ge ett gott omdöme om deras hotell.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique resort. It is beautifully built into a rocky hillside overlooking the sea, offering spectacular views and a unique setting that really makes it stand out. The location is excellent—peaceful and quiet, yet still within easy reach of the town centre, especially if you’re renting a scooter as we did. It was the perfect base for exploring the area while enjoying a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. One thing worth mentioning is that, because the resort is built on a rocky slope, there are quite a few steps to get around the property. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it may be something to consider if you have mobility issues. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beautiful scenery, tranquil location, and charming boutique feel made it a memorable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Der var virkelig mange trapper, og når det er varmt, bliver det lidt en udfordring for nogen. Men ellers var alt fint - pænt og rent. Man er ret afhængig af selv at have en scooter, da det ellers er svært at komme omkring. En taxa til hotellet koster 100 baht pr person med et minimum på 400 baht, så det bliver hurtigt dyrt, hvis man gør det på den måde. Sengene var meget hårde at ligge på.

L’hôtel est magnifique et s’intègre dans la nature. Nous avons pu faire du snorkeling directement au pied de l’hôtel. C’était l’un des plus beaux spots que nous ayons découverts à Koh Tao : les fonds marins sont parfaitement préservés et il y avait très peu de monde. Nous étions seulement tous les trois, ce qui a rendu ce moment encore plus magique. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec un large choix de produits. Nous avons également dîné sur place un soir. Le repas était très bon et le spectacle de feu a apporté une très belle ambiance à la soirée.

Notre logement était situé tout en haut de l’hôtel. Il faut compter environ 50 mètres de dénivelé positif sur une montée très raide pour y accéder. Mieux vaut être en bonne condition physique. Petit bémol concernant le transfert vers le port : la navette est normalement incluse. Pourtant, le dernier jour, on nous a d’abord demandé 400 bahts, puis finalement 500 bahts parce que nous étions trois, alors qu’il s’agissait de la même voiture. Nous avons trouvé cette pratique assez excessive. Une des 2 piscine en rénovation donc inutilisable.

Sehr viele Treppen, daher für ältere Menschen die Gehprobleme haben nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Toilette an der Rezeption und am Pool. Weiter Weg mit vielen Stufen. Hotel ist Sanierungsbedürftig, vorallem die Elektrik bereitet Probleme.

Очень интересный архитектурный дизайн. Отель встроен в природный горный массив. Красивый вид на море и скалы. Мы жили в семейной вилле с 2мя спальнями. Чувствовали себя на борту корабля: под ногами деревянный пол, на уровне глаз - море.

Грязно. Номер видавший жизнь. Под кроватью толстый слой пыли и куча забытых вещей. Грязные оконные стекла. Зеркало в старых пятнах. Мало света. Зазоры а дверных проемах. Еще межкомнатные раздвижные двери, которые толком не открываются. Торчат из них замки, о которых легко пораниться. Более менее ухоженные центральные дорожки, в остальном - куча бытового и строительного мусора, присыпанного листьями. Отель расположен далеко от пляжа. Есть бесплатный шатл, но всего лишь 3 раза в день. Фактически вы оторваны от цивиллизации и вынуждены заказывать дорогое такси, чтобы добраться до пляжа/магазина/кафе. Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего.

I loved the view and the bungalows. Breakfast is great, stand was friendly and the pools amazing. The bungalow is beautiful and so clean!

The Pool area chairs and the general areas furniture, fencing etc. would have needed some love…it seemed like many things there were a bit outdated or needed to be renewed.the walls to the bungalows - super steep hill, most people drove the scooter up. Power breaks during the day - if you try and work for example remotely, make sure you have a plan B and go to some cafeteria instead for that.

The view is amazing

The resort is located pretty isolated and the hotel price for a “Taxi” is double than the standard. The villa is very basic, no space for luggage, no table inside and not clean. Bathroom smells extremely bad in the morning and has no air conditioning or sth. That means high temperature and high humidity. Restaurant serves fruit smoothies with Sirup and no fruit. Food doesn’t reach the normal standards as well

In my villa bed was a little hard and the way the wooden floorwas it squeaked a lot if i turned in night which was that convinient......bed cpuld be better for such a villa to sleep in comfort at night...otherwise villas view was amazing....
