I liked Marina in general. As for the serviced apartment we booked in, I liked how responsive the staff were. I also liked the how keen and friendly the house cleaning was. Generally, I found the staff overall doing very well throughout the whole facility. They were many and cooperative.

I didnt like the apartment. It was nothing like the photos displayed while booking. We were first given apartment 313. It was horrible. The furniture was old and worn out and the room was stuffy and smelled like cigarettes. We called the reception asking for another apartement. We were given apartment number 529. It was in a much better shape than the 313 and we stayed there. Howevver still not like what;s shown in the photos.

Porto marina is a very nice place to stay at with a sea view and to relax and enjoy your stay, its very family friendly and very nice for groups The facilities became much better this year with all the shops and restaurants that opened and with the new pools and so The staff all of them were really helpful and were friendly and very hospitable from the reservation desk through the bill men and room service men were all good and helpful Mr Amr and Mr hossam at the reception desk were decent and very welcoming , they made sure everything goes prefect for us

The cleanness is not perfect and the furniture, bathrooms are old According to value for money it has to become more modern and better bathrooms and kitchen devices

Appreciate the reception team, specifically Mr. Hussam and house keeping team. Specifically Mr. Abdel fatah. Atmosphere was amazing.

The beach is very small for number of guests, and not well prepared, wasting time to reach the beach, there no activities at pool, additionally no food or variety of drinks was available in pool cafeteria.

Location, staff, clean room, Lots of entertainment including cinema and bowling. Thanks to Mr Hossam and Rafiq at the reception for their warm welcome and professional service. The variety and quality of restaurants was immaculate. As well as the vibes.

Beach is on the other side of the lake and is reached via boat every 15 minutes and it's crowded

It was a very bad experience; it was not clean at all. One of the ACs are not working properly. Bathrooms are not clean; towels are not available. all in all, it was a horrible experience

1- الأثاث و محتويات الشاليه تحتاج الي تجديد 2- لا يوجد WiFi بالشاليه 3- الشاطي بعيد الي حد ما عن مكان الاقامه 4-الشاطي صغير جدا و معظمه صخري مقارنه بشواطئ الساحل فهو شاطي سيء 5- نظافه الشاليه اثناء الاقامه بمبلغ إضافي و لا يوجد أدوات نظافه لاستخدمها للتنظيف و حتي لا يوجد صابون بالحمامات .

Non è una meta che consiglierei a turisti che non parlano arabo. Nessuno parlava una parola di altre lingue, neanche inglese, nonostante sia scritto lo sappiamo. Lo staff è stato disponibile anche se non è possibile non sapere nessuna altra lingua e non comunicarlo. Raggiungere il mare era un viaggio, golf cart+barca, e non era stato comunicato chiaramente durante la prenotazione, nonostante avessimo chiamato anche al telefono. Piccola, affollata e spazio per nuotare perimetrato e molto piccolo, all' interno della laguna, non sul Mare. Il wifi non era disponibile, cosa che nel 2026, da turista, trovo critica. Appartamento grande, ma non granché pulito, struttura vecchia e muri che non trattengono nessun rumore, abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire. Overall, staff c'è la mette tutta ma tutto il resto non merita una seconda visita, neanche una prima. Sconsiglio, ma proprio la zona, l' hotel affianco era molto meglio, ma prezzi veramente eccessivi per la posizione.

Impolite and unprofessional stuff, the worst place ever for leisure or work, unsafe hotel and repeated sexual harassment faced with the house keeping, guests and administrative stuff, we booked two night and we couldn’t stay unless one night with nonrefundable booking The worst experience ever!!!

I can see the potential in this place, if it was functional I can see myself enjoying my experience but unfortunately this was not the case on this occasion. Mohammed however really tried his best to help us be comfortable

Firstly I think if the facilities are not operational that this should be made clear on the site, advising that we are quite far from any facilities outside the resorts/apartment complex. After I booked and paid for 2 nights, I was then sent a DM saying there was no pool, no restaurants only access to beach due to renovatio We were coming from Cairo so it would've been helpful to perhaps get supplies before arriving or offering alternatives or suggestions. Even maybe putting in a welcome pack: fruits, crackers, chips, bread, coffee sachets etc couldve helped. There was work going on every where, at the hotel and every tower complex. There literally was nothing to do there for us

The beach staff are so rude and they deal with guest like if it’s a military base they open our bags took our snacks and so rude

Everything went well. Mr. Mohamed at receiption was very helpful we checked-in in a couple of minutes all people are helpful and extremely excellent. You will have a plenty of restaurants near by also Carrefour is an excellent and affordable store.

مفيش نظافه خالص في الفندق و كذا عميل كان بيشتكي وقت وصولي . الغرف خير نظيفه و مفيش أي عمال نظافه دخلوا الشقه منذ ان وصلت و لا حتي و انا بغادر. مفيش أي مستلزمات في الغرفه خالص للاستخدام لا صابون او شاور جيل او شامبو او حتي مناديل. انا مردتش اقول مياه او أكياس نسكافيه ده الأدوات الشخصيه للنظافه مش موجوده اصلا. مواعيد نزول حمامات السباحه او البحر سيئه و غير منظمه. تعامل المنقذين علي حمام سباحه رقم 4 سئ جدا و قبل الميعاد ما ينتهي ب 5 دق بيبعت يجيبلك الأمن. حاجه في قمه السوء. اسم علي الفاضي. و مشاكل سباكه كمان و الغساله لا تعمل.

The weather was perfect ,the apartment view from the 8th floor was perfect as we were upgraded to a sea view room by Mr rafek from the reception who did his best to make our stay pleasurable ,the apartment was clean new towls and beach towels ,the ac was good

The furniture is a bit old ,the beach reached by boat and was crowded

Everything was perfect. Location, facilities, comfort, and overall atmosphere with many restaurants, shops, and entertainment park. Check-in was easy. Special thanks to Mr. Rafik at the reception who was friendly, helpful and professional and gave us an upgrade for an apartment with a direct sea view. He contacted us every day to see if we had any requests. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, with kitchen facilities and beach towels. The beach could be reached by boat and had many food options. We really enjoyed our stay.
