Villas well maintenance, staff extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful.

Perfect place in quiet area, facilities provided felt like we never had to leave! Restaurant food was amazing and staff were so accommodating. Wish we had longer there

The villas are spacious and comfortable, with large private pools, while the infinity pool offers beautiful sunset views. The lush, well-maintained gardens give the whole property a peaceful, tropical feel, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The location works very well as a base for exploring the island by scooter. The restaurant serves good food, although prices are a little high compared with the excellent and much cheaper food available at local warungs.

Some facilities and furnishings are showing their age and could use replacement (e.g. stained upholstery or old/dirty grout). The private pools are a bit hit or miss in terms of sunlight, as some villas remain in the shade all day. It's worth noting that the hotel isn’t truly beachfront, as there’s no beach directly in front of the property, although the adjacent beach is easily accessible from the hotel. A scooter is also useful if you want a wider choice of bars, restaurants and entertainment, as there isn’t much within walking distance.

We stayed at Jeeva Santai Villas for three nights in September, and we were extremely happy with our stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money — for the price, the quality is simply outstanding. During our two-week trip around Indonesia, this was definitely the best hotel we stayed at. One of the highlights was the food. Both breakfast and dinner are served à la carte, and everything we tried was delicious. The restaurant staff provide excellent service, and the views from both the restaurant and the main swimming pool are beautiful. On a clear day, you can even enjoy a wonderful view of Mount Agung. The service throughout the property was also excellent. Our villa was cleaned every morning, and there was an additional turndown service in the evening. Every morning, the staff also cleaned our private pool because leaves naturally fall into the water. In the evening, they prepared the room for bedtime and closed the mosquito-net canopy around the bed, which was a very nice touch. The villa itself was very spacious, private, and comfortable. The only thing we missed was a little more direct sunlight in the villa area. Because the private pool is mostly shaded, the water was quite cool, so we preferred swimming in the large main pool near the restaurant. I would also like to mention two small suggestions for improvement, rather than negatives. First, I think the quality of the cocktails served during happy hour could be improved, especially considering how high the standard of the food and restaurant service is overall. Second, it would be helpful to inform guests that monkeys may occasionally enter the property. Guests might leave personal or valuable belongings outside in their private villa area without realizing that monkeys could take them. A small warning at check-in would be useful and could help guests avoid any unpleasant surprises.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is very peaceful and well maintained, and the villas are clean, comfortable and have excellent facilities. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure that guests are comfortable and well looked after. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, with beautiful sea views. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it.

As soon as you walk into Jeeva Santai you can feel how peaceful it is. The lush greenery is beautiful and the ocean views calming. All of the staff are so helpful and kind and honestly a highlight of our trip. Our room and balcony were incredible and we were so sad to leave.

Simplemente... espectacular. Fue nuestro final para un viaje de 18 dias por Indonesia y de verdad, increible. Un hotel precioso, nos alojamos en la villa y nos encanto. Pero esque la zona de la piscina y restaurante es precioso. Al lado tiene una playa que es muy bonita tambien, de arena negra y agua cristalina.. de verdad si deseas finalizar aqui tu viaje, 100x100 recomendable.

Nuestra estancia en Jeeva Santai fue simplemente espectacular. Todo en este hotel es maravilloso: las instalaciones, el entorno, la tranquilidad y, sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal, que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La habitación con piscina privada fue, sin duda, la mejor de todo nuestro viaje. Era amplia, preciosa, muy cómoda y con un ambiente perfecto para relajarse. Despertarse y poder disfrutar de la piscina fue un auténtico lujo. El desayuno fue excelente y el restaurante también nos sorprendió muy gratamente por la calidad de la comida. Además, la ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de Lombok con total tranquilidad. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100 %. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable.

Der private Pool und das Frühstück.

This is the most beautiful place to stay, the villas are spacious, clean and the private garden/pool was a lively place to relax after a day in the sun. The main pool area is where we spent most of our time as the views are stunning! There are not many places where you can watch a beautiful sunset, over the ocean, from the comfort of your sun lounger! There are not breakfast was a feast, with so much choice and all of the food from the Pearl restaurant was delicious. What really sets this place apart are the staff, every single member of staff was so welcoming and friendly. They made us feel so at home and this added to the relaxed atmosphere. Thank you so much, this is definitely top of our list to stay again!

Ne vous fiez surtout pas à la devanture qui, au premier abord, ne paye vraiment pas de mine… car une fois passée l’entrée, quelle découverte ! L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique. Nous avions une villa avec vue sur le jardin, absolument superbe, entourée d’une végétation fabuleuse. Gros coup de cœur pour la fenêtre derrière la tête de lit, qui encadre la végétation comme un véritable tableau. Sublime ! La salle de bain est très jolie avec douche et baignoire extérieures : un vrai bonheur. À quelques pas de notre villa, une superbe piscine à débordement avec vue sur l’océan… et au coucher du soleil, le spectacle devient magique, avec le mont Agung à Bali juste en face. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle et le restaurant est également excellent, toujours avec ce panorama incroyable en toile de fond. Notre seul regret ? N’y avoir passé qu’une seule nuit ! Si nous revenons un jour à Lombok, une chose est certaine : nous reviendrons ici, et cette fois pour plusieurs nuits. Un endroit magnifique que nous recommandons sans hésiter. ❤️

Super lief personeel. De huisjes zijn prachtig en schoon. Wij hadden twee verschillende kamers geboekt waardoor wij moesten verhuizen. Het personeel zorgde ervoor dat wij ‘s ochtends vroeg al in onze nieuwe kamer konden. Perfect!

Wunderschöne Anlage, schön bepflanzt, toll eingerichtet, geräumige luxuriöse Zimmer, tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer aufs Meer, schöne Poolanlage, wirklich ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit Meerblick, sehr ausgiebiges Qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück, exzellenter Service, zuvorkommendes und unglaublich freundliches Personal.

It was a bit of a shame that the villa pools were completely shaded, we only used the common/shared pool area.

I loved everything about this property/Villa. Perfect location. Staff were attentive and always there to help. Food was amazing, view was amazing, very peaceful and tranquil. I wish we stayed a few more nights. We had an ocean view Villa which was stunning.

Tout… De la gentillesse du personnel, à l’architecture, aux soins, apportés, à la nature, à la décoration, c’est un écran de bonheur, le menu du dîner, incroyable… Bravo à toute l’équipe !

S’il fallait un détail d’amélioration… Le bouddha bol est fait avec des Corn Flakes et des chocapics… Ça mériterait un bon granola, fait maison… pour le reste, tout était parfait ! Nous reviendrons, sûrement…

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Jeeva Santai Villas. Alles klopte hier. Onze kamer was ruim en ontzettend comfortabel, met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Ook de grote badkamer met buitendouche was heerlijk. De turn-downservice in de avond was een fijne extra en maakte het verblijf nog net wat luxer. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en attent. Daarnaast is er een fijn zwembad en iedere ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt. Een heerlijke plek om volledig tot rust te komen. We zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven!

Let op: het resort ligt aan zee maar heeft geen (privé)strand. Het zusterresort Jeeva Klui heeft dat wel. Een groot pluspunt is dat je ook gebruik kunt maken van de faciliteiten (fitness, yoga, spa) van dit resort. Er is een gratis shuttle service.

Wir hatten eine Deluxe Poolvilla. Sie war sehr groß. Das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Der Pool für alle ist such sehr schön.

Die Lage, keine Warungs in der Nähe. Man müsste also im Hotel essen. Der Strand. Das Hotel hat keinen Strand, man muss etwas nach rechts gehen, dann hat man einen Strand.

Everything was PERFECT !! The service the room the view the food. We only stayed 1 night before heading to komodo cruise but we wish we had stayed longer, a true piece of paradise !

War alles ausnahmslos ausgezeichnet. Personal sehr freundlich, hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt..Zimmer, Größe der Villas, Pool, eigener Pool mit toller Outdoor Dusche und Badewanne. Zimmer Einteilung riesig. Sehr gute Betten, prima Essen einfach alles. Direkt beim Frühstück kann man Schildkröten beobachten, einfach herrlich.

Leider gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel keinen Strandzugang, bzw. Der Sandstrand ist ca 200 Meter weiter. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört

Only stayed a couple of nights but the hotel is beautiful and the view from the pool, bar and restaurant are amazing. The room we had was big enough to accommodate 2 adults and a 14 year old. It was a last minute booking and an unexpected surprise.

Breakfast was ok, limited selection and order off a menu. But the staff were happy to accommodate any requests

Très joli hôtel, calme, propre et piscine avec une belle vue sur la mer! Le restaurant est très bon et le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil. Très beaux couchers de soleil que ce soit à l’hôtel ou sur la plage à côté.

Petits soucis de température de l’eau sous la douche : attention à ne pas se brûler car l’eau est très très chaude. La couleur bleue pour eau froide et couleur rouge pour eau chaude devrait être indiquée dans les douches. La plage à côté de l’hôtel n’est pas idéale pour la baignade.

Quiet and secluded, beautiful scenic view and decor. Can see turtles in nature when having breakfast. Fantastic staff and great couples spa experience, I particularly liked the 7pm ‘turn down service’. 100% recommend a stay here.

I could comment on the boutique feel of this place, its superb location, stunning gardens, delicious food, or beautifully designed rooms, but what truly stood out was the culture of the staff. We had a wonderful stay at Jeeva Santai Villa. The location is perfect, and the property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. Our villa was spacious with plenty of privacy, and we loved having our own private pool. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming throughout our stay, especially Zaen, who made us feel so well looked after. The cocktails were a highlight too, great selection and clearly made with care. We would happily stay here again!

What a stunning location and what beautiful villas. The food the drinks were exceptional. But the absolute highlight was the staff. They were all extraordinary in every bit of detail. They applied to make you feel very special. We will be back.

The location is great and near to the harbor. The hotel has nice view on the beach, but there’s no area for swimming on the beach. You can swim in the near beach walking around 5 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast is good and has variety of options. The staff is the restaurent are friendly and welcoming. It’s very quite place and small hotel with few guests.

The building itself is old, the towels and very old and worn.

The pillows were a little flat and didn't hold shape. Also we felt a little isolated as shops not too close, but we made choice of hotel. Not hotel fault.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip around Lombok. The villas are great and private. The restaurant and room keeping staff are freindly and polite and go over and beyond for you. The hotel has more of a boutique feeling as there are limited number of rooms, providing you with a more personal experience and having the pool to yourself at times. The restaurant was great , with excellent options for both breakfast and dinner

The only drawback was the service and tax charges that are applied at the restaurant dinner bill at 21% which is far excessive.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti durante il nostro viaggio itinerante fra Bali e Lombok. Avevamo scelto una camera con vista giardino, si trattava di una villetta su due piani, noi avevamo la camera al piano di sopra. Siamo stati accolti alla reception con drink di benvenuto, il ragazzo è stato gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato come funzionava la struttura, il ristorante, e la possibilità di recarsi al vicino Jeeva Klui per usufruire di spa e palestra. Camera spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, bagno stupendo con doccia esterna, anch'esso dotata di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Piscina a sfioro meravigliosa, con vista sull'oceano. Accesso alla spiaggia rapidissimo tramite delle scalette. Abbiamo cenato tutte le sere al ristorante interno, che abbiamo trovato molto buono e con un'ottima varietà di menù, anche per la colazione (che è alla carta). Un plauso allo staff che è stato gentilissimo! Sicuramente uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia mai alloggiato!

Tesisin resepsiyonu tek kelimeyle berbat. Oteli 2 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptırmama ragmen çocuğunuza kahvaltı vermiyoruz ödemek zorundasınız ile başlayan diyologtan sonra herşeye hayır yapamıyoruzla devam etti. Otele konuyu yazmama ragmen exstra yatak almazsanız kahvaltı veremeyiz ile devam etti. O sizin problemeniz diye cevap bile verildi. Kendilerine rezarvasyonu göstermemize ragmen devam etti. Hiç bir yetkili gelip konu hakkında bizimle görüşme ihtiyacı bile duymadı. Yani yönetimsel olarak berbatlar. Plaj kenarı diye yazan tanıtımlarında otele bir gidiyorsunuz plaj falan yok. Denize girmek mümkün değil Konunun para olmadığını defalarca kendilerine yazmama rağmen asla çözüm odaklı yaklaşmadılar. Tüm olanlardan sonra tek teşekkür edebileceğim kişi Junawal isimli çalışan tek başına tüm olayı düzeltmeye çalıştı kendine teşekkür ederim. Ancak bir daha asla tercih etmem ve kimseyede tavsiye etmem.

Having stayed at both Jeeva properties I think this is my preferred one. I liked the size of the property was small enough to many times sitting at the main pool with no one else around. Food was fantastic and the staff were great and any concern was quickly resolved. Organised spa trips to Klui and these fantastic too

Elke accommodatie is een privé-domein met eigen zwembad, lounchset, binnenbadkamer én buitenbadkamer, cabana, etc. De kamers zijn zeer ruim. Ik heb er maar één woord voor: Geweldig!!!

Wirklich schönes Hotel mit extrem nettem Personal. Es war alles sauber und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Das Abendessen im Hotel ist leider recht teuer und die Leistung entspricht nicht zwingend dem Preis, was aber nicht heißt, dass es schlecht war.
