De hygiëne in de accommodatie was ronduit slecht. Er zat schimmel op de muren en er hing een sterke, muffe en onaangename geur in de kamer. Daarnaast zaten er meerdere vlekken op de bedlakens. We hebben meerdere keren gevraagd om de lakens te vervangen. Dit is uiteindelijk ook gedaan, maar zelfs de nieuwe lakens waren opnieuw vies en zaten onder de vlekken. De situatie was voor ons zo onhygiënisch en onaangenaam dat we uiteindelijk hebben besloten om direct te vertrekken. We hebben geen enkele nacht in de accommodatie overnacht. Dit was absoluut niet wat wij hadden verwacht en vonden de staat en hygiëne van de accommodatie totaal onacceptabel. We zijn dan ook zeer teleurgesteld over ons verblijf.

The staff and the garden wut the pool it was very relaxed and calmed environment. The restaurant was also very nice to eat something as there isnt any or suoprmarkets nearby. Cleaning of the bedroom was also very good and they cared about you.

Nothing it's in a remote location because Sangigi area and North of Lombok it's not s torusitic area but still it's a nice chil place to walk around the beach and understand the local people.

The staff is always there for you with a smile and they are very welcoming. The room was very clean as well as the swimming pool garden. The restaurant was also open until 10.30pm and with good prices.

The shower at night it seems that there is no hot water, the water temperature of the shower in the evening seems like natural still temperature but not as hot as you would like when having a shower. Location is s little bit remote if you look for restaurant or suoprmarkets nearby, it's hard to get any of that as the hotel is the main road and there is nothing to do around.Oonly walk and take grabs to visit the beached waterfalls. City....etc

A lovely quiet location close to a private beach. The room was very clean and serviced daily with beds made, fresh towels and new bottled water. Excellent, attentive staff, responsive to all needs. Scooters were available to hire onsite.

The restaurant menu was very limited with no lunch available, however we assume this was due to Ramadan. The location required a car or scooter to access local restaurants and shops or sightseeing.

Śniadanie było bardzo dobre - jadłam zarówno Nasi Goreng jak i Mie Goreng. Porcje były duże, ledwie udało mi się je skończyć. Do posiłku był jeszcze sok oraz kawa/herbata. Przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel sprawił, że mój pobyt był tym bardziej udany.

W pokoju jest jedynie światło górne, byłoby miło aby przy łóżkach znalazły się lampki nocne.

We had a great stay in the hotel. We booked a room with outside terras. Spacious room with and clean! A bit outdated but it is good for the price. The staff was VERY friendly and did everything to meet our expectations! Also the beach area in front of the hotel is very beautiful and quite. Met with some welcoming locals in the small bar over there. Highly recommended!

La amabilidad y el buen trato del personal. Esta en un entorno agradable.

La habitación estaba limpia pero tenían algunos insectos por el suelo como hormigas. Una mañana al despertarnos nos encontramos una cucaracha en el suelo y otro dia una salamanquesa en la pared. El baño no funcionaba bien y soltaba agua aunque nos lo arreglaron.

They agreed to send us a pick up taxi which never arrived. We contacted the hotel from the pick up place they didn’t respond. The breakfast poor and little. If you wanted some more they charged. Rooms dirty and old. Location far from the village, dangerous road, no walking. Take taxi everywhere you want to go.

The only thing that we liked was the swimming pool.

First we were given a room that had yellow stained sheets. We asked the reception if we could have the sheets clean. When they came with the new sheets, they were worse than the ones before.

Die Fotos der Zimmer im Inserat haben meiner Meinung nach nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Kopfkissen mit Schimmel, Bettwäsche mit Flecken. Das Bad wirklich eklig, überall Schimmel, lockere Fliesen und rostige Armaturen.

The duluxe bedroom is nice and spacious, the bathroom was great too! Although the pools sun lounges weren’t comfortable the pool was amazing! The staff were very helpful and always welcoming!

The tv had nothing you could watch, the room house keeping only came if you asked for the room to be made up which isn’t a bad thing. But if you run out of toilet roll you just need to ask for a replacement.

Bathroom is smelly and dirty. Food tastes really bad, portions are quite small. AC is very loud.

At 6 o clock in the morning a big group of locals including children started playing and screaming in the pool! The they before they where also the whole afternoon in the pool. So unbelievable noisy! They don't respect other guests and the staff didn't do anything about it.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful — lush, tropical greenery and a peaceful, well-maintained environment that really stands out. The pool is spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The restaurant offers delicious food with a good variety, and the staff are consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the internet connection was very weak — unstable and slow. The most unpleasant issue was the presence of bedbugs, which significantly affected the comfort of my stay. I truly hope this has already been addressed.

Staff were incredible, pool was nice and property in general is well maintained.

The smell in the bathroom/bedroom was like being in a urinal. It was unbearable.

Very relaxing, friendly and helpful. Loved chatting to management and staff and found other guests very friendly. Enjoyed tasting local food shared by a family from Lombok in the pool area. Had the whole entire top floor area above restaurant for our family. Terima kasih Diva Lombok. Sampai jumpa lagi.

Good location not far from the beach, food is passable with breakfast only on Sunday which is strange & the staff very friendly.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, really looked after us the whole stay! The room was so spacious and the bed sooo comfy! Right opposite the beach and lots of options to book trips and get scooters!

We liked everything!

It was a really nice and clean accomodation! The staff is happy to help you and it is even possible to rent scooters at a place right at the hotel! The only thing is maybe the food that is not the best compared to other food we had in Indonesia but there are plenty of other restaurants :)

Very friendly and helpful staff, let us store our luggage before check in and gave helpful tips for places to visit. Clean and very comfortable beds. Lovely garden and has a rooftop terrace for relaxing. Pretty good restaurant with good prices. Bathroom has an extractor fan!

Definitely need a scooter or way of getting around (rent from in town as the scooters on offer at Diva are overpriced - same at every resort). Pool needed a good clean so we didn't get to use it much. Morning room clean doesn't include actually cleaning or new towels, just making the bed.

A fantastic hotel, Lydia, Gede and Gedek were fantastic. Great food at good prices. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and catered for. The hotel is excellent value for money.

It is a little bit further from the township but having a scooter helps with that.

Pool, Parking, WWW and breakfast ok. As well room size(lowest cat.) Beach towels provided free of charge.

The property is so well-maintained, neat and clean. Location is very good. Peaceful and serene. Good quality bikes on rent. Best part of it all is the people over there, so sweet and helpful. Great experience!

Breakfast was mundane, every day same same

After initial trouble we got our room changed and we really happy here. 10* goes to Gede and his amazing work, attitude and effort. Pool is nice and warm, beutifull plants.

Breakfast were every day the same. We were missing any salad, or vegetables.

Large spacious rooms

The shower was cold most of the time, bad water pressure, breakfast could have been improved, the bread and pancakes felt old so I had to stick to the nasi which was pretty good, if you wanted real coffee from the barista machine nobody knew how the machine worked.

The pool is quite nice to chill, room is big, across the road you will be on a black sands beach. Staff are friendly

Lovely, clean rooms. Nice pool, friendly welcoming staff. Arrived at 5pm and walked to The Kliff restaurant for sunset meal. Amazing, definitely recommend this restaurant.

Asked for an extra bed. Thought we paid for this on booking.com before arriving. Left hotel with money to pay for extra breakfast but not asked for extra bed fee. Now been chased for fee once we have left hotel and gone to another island!

Absolutely nothing

My party and I were very disappointed with standard of cleanliness in our rooms and poor facilities we were presented with. We decided not to stay at Diva and checked out of the hotel a few hours later. We were unable to speak to the manager in charge at the time and were told she was unavailable. The property as advertised on booking.com, and the two Diva Suites I booked were not up to standard and did not in any way reflect the images or facilities described. The rooms were very tired looking, and one did not have any bedside lamps and the air conditioning unit was not working. The fridges were unclean and had dirt around the edges. There were no complimentary toiletries in one bathroom and all of the bottles were empty. In one room, there were no towels, and only one small bathmat as a hand towel. No coat hangers were provided in the wardrobe space in either room. The sofa’s looked very old and were stained and dirty. The shower screens (glass) were dirty and had not been cleaned, and there were finger prints and grease marks all over the TV. In one of the rooms, the curtains had cigarette burn marks all over them, and the room door did not shut properly and had gaps around the edges. Since returning to the UK, I have sent two emails to Diva highlighting my concerns and making a complaint, neither of which have been acknowledged. I am disgusted that my comments have been ignored and I have been offered no kind of refund, compensation, or indeed basic apology. I wish for our experiences to be known across all review sites and hope it deters other travellers from booking or travelling here.

Good restaurant with very reasonable prices for the quality. Gede on the front desk was super friendly and obliging. A lovely beach and park area just over the road for sunsets.

Nice staff, owner, room

Beautiful property, delicious restaurant, and kind staff. It’s easy to get taxis and tours, as the staff is very knowledgeable. I also loved the pool 🤭

There isn’t a washing machine, so laundry need to be done off property, but the hotel will do it for you
