I liked the location, it was very close to the city center and the subway. The hotel was modern, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast options weren’t diverse, I ate almost the same thing everyday. I would recommend more options, such as cream cheese and some hot food.

Colazione fantastica, camera pulita e confortevole, personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile, acqua sempre disponibile gratuitamente.

Purtroppo i cuscini del letto (almeno quello che ho avuto io) non erano molto confortevoli, unico neo (minore) in un soggiorno piacevole.

Fiquei hospedado por duas vezes no intervalo de 15 dias e em ambas os quartos mesmo não sendo na mesma configuração eram muito silenciosos, limpos e confortáveis, café da manha muito bom, recepção com maquina café/chocolate quente/chá, agua com e sem gás e frutas 24 horas por dia, próximo estação metrô, onibus, bonde, etc.

Parte da rua onde fica o hotel não dá sensação de segurança, principalmente a noite. Não tive nenhum problema mas o visual não é nada agradável

In der Lobby gab es jederzeit Kaffee, Tee und Wasser.

Es gab eine Anhäufung von Unannehmlichkeiten. Als wir auf englisch einchecken wollten, wurden wir zunächst vom Empfangsangestellten belehrt, wie man sich auf französisch anzumelden habe. Sollte wohl witzig sein, war es aber nicht. Der einzige Fahrstuhl zu den Obergeschossen war sehr bummelig. Unser Zimmer 114 war sehr klein mit einem langen, aber unnützem Flur. Pünktlich 7:30 Uhr ging im Zimmer eine laute Lüftung los, da war an Schlafen nicht mehr zu denken. Das Bad hat zwar einen Kosmetikspiegel, dieser befindet sich aber in Bauchhöhe. Der Klorollenhalter fiel ab. Die Zimmerkarten mussten mehrfach zurückgesetzt werden, dabei wurden die Feuerschutztüren vor den Zimmern vergessen. Diese haben einen eigenen Code. So kam eins zum anderen, was unseren Aufenthalt in unschöner Erinnerung bleiben lässt.

almost everything was perfect really, very clean and quiet, shutters in the windows, a fridge, excellent beds and not expensive.

unfortunately the drainage in the shower was very bad and it turned into a bathtub rather quickly. if that was sorted, I would have given a 10

La ubicacion , pesimo acceso al hotel, falta limpieza y camas pesimas incomodas. No lo recomiendo

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Przestronne pokoje, dobrze wyposażone, bardzo smaczne śniadania. Była opcja o dowolnej porze zrobienia kawy i wzięcia wody. Lokalizacja w porządku, blisko do centrum. Na duży plus oceniłabym bliskość sklepów.

Czasami z klimatyzacji ulatniał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Lokalizacja pomimo że dobra to jedyne co to ulica, na której zlokalizowany był obiekt odbiegała standardem od jakości hotelu i dzielnicy, krótko mówiąc bałabym się tam chodzić w nocy.

El staff es siempre super amable y atento, las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y comodas en general. La maquina de cafe y agua en la recepcion es super util y ademas no tienes que pagar adicional, como en otros hoteles. La ubicacion cerca al centro de la ciudad es buena. El desayuno era super rico y variado todos los dias y el staff estaba siempre pendiente de mantener todo limpio y disponible.

La calle mas cercana al hotel se ve un poco insegura de noche.

Zelo prijazno osebje na recepciji, soba je bila čista in pospravljena vsak dan. Kopalnica dovolj velika, čista, vse je delovalo, kot mora. Zajtrk dovolj pester in z dovolj izbire. Odlično delujoč wi-fi.

Super locatie met goedkope parking (+/- €14/dag) vlak naast de deur. Propere kamer. We gaan hier nu reeds 3 jaar voor werk en privé trips en telkens een goede ervaring. €15 voor huisdier extra per nacht.

Odalarda şişe su olmadığı için resepsiyona koydukları şişelerden ve plastik bardaklardan kendin alıp su dolduruyorsun.. ben eski bir kanser hastası olduğum ve halen dikkat etmem gereken hijyen koşullarından dolayı bu konuda rahat olamadım.

Camere calde, migliorerei la pulizia dell’atrio

A cama era muito confortável! O pequeno-almoço tem opções mais do que suficientes e com boa qualidade. Existem bebidas/snacks na entrada do hotel. A localização é ótima, muito perto do centro, mas sossegado.

O quarto é um pouco pequeno. Para a nossa estadia de uma noite foi super ok, mas para mais noites pode tornar-se desconfortável.

Douche, water aan lavabo, was zeer warm en als je naar kouder schakelde kwam er maar druppelsgewijs water uit, mijn haren niet goed kunnen uitspoelen... Bij uitchecken dit gemeld aan receptie ze schreven dit op vroegen nog eens kamernummer na maar geen excuses of niets

Bella struttura, ottima posizione, personale giovane e disponibile. Colazione varia, la camera viene rifatta tutti i giorni.

Per quanto mi riguarda, materasso troppo morbido. Null’altro.

Das modern ausgestattete Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt, die fußläufig gut erreichbar ist. Unser Zimmer befand sich hofseitig im ersten Stock. Nachts konnten wir auch bei geöffnetem Fenster ruhig schlafen. Unser Bett war sehr bequem. Zimmer und Bad waren tadellos sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Die Straße, in der das Hotel liegt, wirkte ziemlich vernachlässigt und schmutzig. Bedingt war das teilweise auch durch Renovierungsarbeiten an einigen Gebäuden.

Amazing location, among beautiful mountains and near the motorway. Great service, friendly staff, very good food in the restaurant. I like the homely feel; I quite like basic hotels as access to nature and outdoor pursuits is my main priority - so this one is good for me and for trekkers, skiers, outdoors fans. But it might not be your thing if you're looking for more Luxury.

Towels provided did not seem that clean, they smelled a bit musty. Breakfast was quite limited, although good quality. Overall quite expensive for what it is - but I don't know the benchmark for hotel rates in the area.

Great location, easily accessible, without being right in the middle of the historic center. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The room we got had a spectacular view since it was on the top floor, but the placement of the bed made it difficult to walk around to the other side, as there was barely 40 cm between the foot of the bed and the opposite wall.

Disponibilità del personale e posizione centrale

Forse le camere ai piani inferiori con affaccio un po' soffocato

Accoglienza, design, pulizia, posizione. Ho apprezzato la macchina del caffè e dell’acqua a disposizione per tutti a qualsiasi ora nella hall dell’hotel. I ragazzi in reception erano molto gentili e disponibili. Ottimo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli dopo il check out.

La nostra camera si trovava al piano -1, credo sia un requisito da specificare sempre durante la prenotazione, a qualcuno l’idea potrebbe non piacere. Inoltre la porta del bagno non era funzionante, la mia amica è rimasta chiusa dentro per 10/15 minuti finché non siamo riuscite a sbloccare lo scorrevole e nonostante abbiamo riferito il problema alla reception, la porta ha continuato a non funzionare, quindi abbiamo usato il bagno con la porta aperta.

Desayuno muy básico, habitación sin vistas a la calle, poca ventilación.

Ottima colazione, varia, non mancava nulla, in una bella sala. Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla metro, praticamente ad un passo dal centro. Struttura pulita, staff molto gentile. Sempre a disposizione caffè, te caldo e distributore automatico di acqua. Servizio custodia bagagli gratuito. Camera doppia con letti singoli pulita, silenziosa, ottimo bagno con doccia con prodotti per la pulizia personale, tv, wifi, cassaforte, sedia con tavolino con attacco internet per il pc, non manca nulla. Reception H24 7/7.

El personal es súper amable, las habitaciones son espaciosas, las camas son muy cómodas y en general la limpieza del hotel es muy buena

裝潢很漂亮，高級又舒適溫馨的感覺，大廳隨時有免費的茶水和水果可以取用，冷水和熱水都有，非常方便

入口位於一條有很多流浪漢的巷子，晚上走感覺蠻可怕的，不建議女生一個人住，有男生陪伴的話還好，走進飯店就安全了。

L'Hotel Aqua by HappyCulture ci ha sorpresi con una cortesia nell'accoglienza ben superiore al prezzo pagato per la camera: stanza per i bagagli a disposizione gratuitamente, servizio check-in H24, the, caffé, acqua, croissant, biscotti, frutta fresca a disposizione degli ospiti nella hall ed ancora caffè, the e tisane nelle camere. Oltre alla normale biancheria da bagno, erano a disposizione anche accappatoi e ciabatte mentre tra i prodotti di cortesia, oltre a saponi e gel bagno/doccia, anche set per igiene orale e un vanity set. La colazione é stata ricca e varia.

L'hotel internamente è curato e si trova vicino alla metro ma la strada per arrivarci è sporca e frequentata da barboni e drogati. Non è colpa dell'hotel ma l'ospite che deve passare a piedi per questo vicolo vive brutte sensazioni. La proprietà dovrebbe forse insistere con gli organismi cittadini per ottenere più pulizia e sicurezza.

la colazione è ottima molto varia dolce e salata, con il continuo rifornimento, ottimo anche l'orario dalle 7,30 alle 10,30

l'unica pecca che assolutamente non dipende dall'hotel è la strada.

I liked almost everything about this hotel, location, staff, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast variaty, smell, room facilities , .... we arrived a bit early and could use the luggage area for few hours while walking around the hotel.

the only negative point was the smell of pee and rubish in the street. whenever we go out or back to hotel, we had to tolerate the bad smell. except this point (which is not the hotel fault) everything was fine and as expected from a 4-star hotel.

The placement, really good neighborhood. Staff was really helpful, the room was clean and no annoying sounds from other visitors. Breakfast was good and with plenty of choices to eat.

Nothing to complain about it.

Super Lage, nettes Personal, tolle Lobby.

Die Straße vom Hotel ist sehr creepy. Die Betten sind recht schmal. Wir haben im Keller schlafen müssen mit Lichtschacht, war aber trotzdem recht hell.

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso: quarto limpo , confortável e o hotel é muito bem localizado !

Al entrar al hotel se nota el confort en los pequeños detalles. El personal es muy amable. La cama y la habitación muy cómoda. Los detalles del café, infusiones y fruta siempre disponible es genial. El bufet de desayuno variado y bueno.
