Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Locatie was top, vlakbij het meer, alsook op wandelafstand van het mooie stadje Riva del Garda. Perfect voor onze uitstappen en activiteiten, ook horeca in de buurt (ijs van Flora was net om de hoek en waanzinnig lekker) In het appartement was alles goed voorzien; ontbijtitems, handdoeken voor aan het meer, badjassen, toiletproducten... we waren zeer tevreden.
Airco werd vervangen door mobiele unit, wat omslachtiger (neemt extra plaats in + buis naar balkon) en vrij luidruchtig, maar we waren vaak buitenshuis dus niet zo'n probleem en eerder bijzaak tov onze totale positieve ervaring.

Die Bilder stimmen mit der Wohnung nicht überein. Das Schlafzimmer war eine Zumutung, mein Mann mußte im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Die Dusche im Bad war ein Witz. Kein bequemes Möbel im Wohnzimmer(Plastikstühle). Kein Fernsehprogramm möglich.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2025Leider sind aktuell noch Bauarbeiten am Haus. Sonst wäre die Bewertung besser. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht das auszugleichen und gibt sich alle Mühe. Leider ist die Bar auch noch nicht geöffnet. Den Besitzerwechsel sieht man den Gebäude schon an und ist kein Nachteil.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2024Sehr laut an der Hauptstrasse mit alten Fenstern als würde man an der Strasse liegen. Zimmereinrichtung sehr alt. Personal sehr freundlich. Verkehrsnah direkt an einer Tankstelle gelegen. Ich empfehle 50 Euro pro Nacht mehr auszugeben für einen besseren Standard.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2024Our stay at MyLago was fantastic—primarily because of the location and the staff. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance and the lakefront/beach (spiaggia dei Pini) is literally two minutes walk from the front door. It is a very nice grassy/rocky beach with beautiful views and lots of benches which is nice for folks who cannot get up and down easily to lay out in the sun. The breakfast was abundant and delicious—really something special. The staff greeted us with smiles and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was onsite right in front of the hotel. Only negative was the air conditioner which struggled to cool the room and needed the help of a ceiling fan to keep the temperature comfortable. Ceiling fan wobbled and was noisy. Room could use updating as well. The manager told us that they have scheduled renovations for November 2024 so I am sure those things will be addressed. But those small negatives certainly don’t outweigh the perfection of the location, the friendliness of the stellar staff, and the value of the outstanding breakfast. Highly recommend!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2024Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, nella suite familiare composta da un soggiorno con divano letto, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Gli ambienti sono molto grandi e luminosi, l'arredamento è datato e non in ottime condizioni, ma è tutto molto pulito. Il letto matrimoniale è grande e comodo, il divano letto un po' meno. L'accoglienza e tutto il personale sono stati impeccabili. Riva del garda è una località magnifica, peccato che eravamo solo di passaggio. La struttura è vicinissima al lungolago e poco distante dal centro storico.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2024Siamo stati in questo hotel per due notti e l'esperienza è stata al di sotto delle aspettative. Leggendo le recensioni precedenti ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più, nonostante fossimo al corrente del fatto che si trattava di un hotel un po' datato. Abbiamo così prenotato una suite per avere il massimo comfort ma, appena arrivati, l'ascensore era guasto e abbiamo dovuto fare tre piani di scale con le valigie. Arrivati in camera ci siamo accorti che il pavimento era sporco e dopo averlo riferito in reception ci è stato detto che a causa del guasto all'ascensore l'operatrice non aveva potuto portare su l'aspirapolvere e che ce lo avrebbero pulito il giorno dopo. Mancava anche la presa shuko per il phon in dotazione. Il giorno seguente la stanza è stata pulita ma superficialmente e l'ascensore si è nuovamente guastato. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio sotterraneo, utile seppur un po'angusto e di difficili manovre. Colazione buona con varietà di torte fresche e confetture.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2024Helt greit hotell i nærheten av stranden og med en grei frokost til prisen man betaler. Renholdet var utrolig dårlig. Fikk et skittent rom og måtte vaske en del selv for å kunne sove der første natten. Dagen etter fikk de et ledig rom så vi fikk byttet, men fikk da ikke rom med balkong som vi hadde bestilt og det var ikke veldig rent der heller, dog litt bedre enn det første rommet. Ellers ekstremt lytt mellom rommene. Anbefales hvis du vil ha et hotell rett ved stranden og gangavstand inn til byen. Beliggenheten er vel det beste med hotellet, men ville ikke booket det igjen.

Complimenti infine x nn utilizzare plastica !!!

Camere datate nell'arredamento (lo sapevamo quindi nessun problema) ma spaziose e con tutto il necessario. Personale di grande gentilezza, colazione ottima. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

La camera e il bagno sono un po' piccoli ma l'edificio si trova a pochi metri dal lago. La colazione è abbondante e ben fornita. Ottima soluzione per un weekend o un viaggio di lavoro.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2019Camera ampia ma con arredi datati ed in cattive condizioni. Il bagno dotato di vasca non pulita(nello scarico c'erano capelli), non funzionava la doccietta nè il phon. Il coprivater era scrostato (sostituirlo costa davvero pochissimo), in uno dei lavandini non scorreva l'acqua. La porta del bagno non si apriva/chiudeva bene. La moquette, anch'essa vecchia, non sembrava particolarmente pulita. La camera era eccessivamente calda con impossibilità di regolare la temperatura. La colazione sufficiente ma le bevande, da macchinetta, erano di bassissima qualità. Il personale in compenso é gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La prima camera assegnata era mancante di bidet e ce l'hanno sostituita. Sicuramente una struttura che a mio avviso non raggiunge lo standard di 3 stelle.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2019On arrival there was a note on the hotel door saying we had to travel to another hotel to collect the keys. We arrived by taxi and it had left. It was raining heavily and we couldn’t get inside. On phoning the hotel we were supposed to go to they informed us they didn’t have our key and didn’t know where it was 45 minutes later I received a call and had to walk 5 minutes in the pouring rain to another hotel to collect my keys. There were times the elevators didn’t work, the electricity went off a few times.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2011The hotel was in a good position. Being on the main road didnt matter, the noise wasnt a problem at all. The staff very SO GOOD! We wanted to do a tour and they went above and beyond to help out with any information they could find. I have not come across such helpful staff before and l travel quite alot. I would definetly recommend this hotel and anyone that asked. However, the restaurant across the road was terrible, do not go thee to eat if you want fresh food!
