The staff were lovely and location could not have been better. Definitely worth staying here.

The room and especially bathroom were a little on the small side.

Очень приятный дизайн прямо от входа в отель и до последней мелочи в номере и лифте. Шикарная террасса с видом на площадь. Мы могли смотреть трансляции чемпионата мира по футболу прямо из номера и с террассы. При этом прекрасная изоляция - при закрытых окнах в номере абсолютно тихо. Красивая зона для завтраков, есть открытая и закрытая части. Приветственные фрукты и пирожные. В зоне завтраков доступна разнообразная посуда, чайник, миковолновка, холодилтник. Можно сделать коктейли, выпить кофе и чай в любое время. По номеру нет никаких вопросов, идеально чисто, красиво, уютно, все работает, дизайн очень приятный, вид красивый, 3 окна, все можно закрывать шторами при необходимости.

Как это часто в Швейцарии, дороговато. Если бы номер был чуть просторнее, то было бы еще лучше. Но это все мелочи.

The hotel is located on the main square of the town, close to the railway station and many bars and restaurants. It has its own style, making it very different from usual ones. The breakfast is ample, varied, and in part prepared individually for the guest. Air-conditioning is a great plus.

The hotel is a bit pricey, as for the overall standard. The curtain around the shower is not a good idea.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Super Frühstück, Zimmer mit Klima-Anlage, perfekte Lage, im Restaurant des Hotels muss man die Burger probieren: Weltklasse!

Un très beau Hôtel, accueil très agréable, la décoration est très originale et l'ambiance irréprochable !! Le petit déjeuner varié et riche ! Situé en plein centre ville, on as accès à beaucoup des restaurants et bars ! La ville de Brig est très belle , l'hôtel De Londres est un petit bijou !! Originale, bien placé et bien desservi !! Belle vue sur les montagnes au tour ! Proche de la Gare, on peut prendre facilement le train pour Zermatt, pour Aletsch Glacier, et on est aussi vite en Italie, via Simplon !!

Hôtel de caractère, aménagé dans un style anglais ancien. Chambre relativement petite mais confortable et fonctionnelle. Air conditionné. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition d'un salon dans lequel les clients peuvent s'installer et boire une boisson chaude ou froide. Bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel donne sur une petite place agréable, et est situé à proximité de nombreux cafés et restaurants.

Pas de parking dédié pour l'hôtel, mais places de parking à proximité.

Convenient to the train station. Staff were very nice as was breakfast. Hot option was cooked fresh for you .

The bathroom was very small nowhere to even put your wash bag. A seat in the room would have been nice only chairs were on the balcony which wasn't good when raining . No fridge or kettle either .

La taille de la chambre trop petite, la salle de bain avec un rideau epais dans la douche ....pas de tv dans la chambre ni de mobilier pour poser ses affaires...c est minimaliste ....et surtout la chambre donnait sur le pub situé juste en dessous ! Pour le calme on repassera ..idem pour l insonorisation entre les chambres ou entre les wc et la chambre ... inexistant...c est genant .....

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles war total unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Da sich rund um das Hotel viele Restaurants befinden, hört man abends etwas Musik und die Gäste draussen. Trotzdem konnte ich gut schlafen und es hat meinen Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich toll, mitten in Brig und nur wenige Gehminuten von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, dem Bahnhof und dem Parkhaus entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig, mit lokalen Spezialitäten und zusätzlichen Eierspeisen auf Wunsch.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch gestaltet, aber unseres war wirklich klein, speziell das Badezimmer stellt einen vor Herausforderungen. Was am meisten gestört hat: im angeschlossenen Pub fand ein WM-Public Viewing bis fast um Mitternacht statt, das wurde mit keinem Wort erwähnt. An Schlaf war über der Fan-Terrasse nicht zu denken...

This was our second time back at the hotel and our stay was just as lovely as the first time. The staff are really welcoming, the beds were really comfortable, and we loved the rain shower.

Sicherlich eines der hübscheren Hotels in Brig. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen.

Aber selbst für Schweizer Verhältnisse sind 290 € pro Nacht für ein Zimmer mit 17m2 ohne jeden Komfort (wenn auch mit Balkon) unangemessen teuer. Mein Fehler: zu früh gebucht. Bei kurzfristigerer Buchung hätte man für den Preis eine Suite bekommen. Statt des gebuchten Doppelbetts gab es zudem zwei zusammen geschobene Einzelbetten. Das Gebläse der Klimaanlage schaltet sich kurz vor fünf am morgen ein und lässt sich nicht abstellen.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Gemütliches Ambiente mit aussergewöhnlichem Design. Grosszügiger Selbstbedienungsbereich in der 24-Stunden-Bar

The staff were wonderful as was the hotel itself. We loved the living room feel instead of a typical lobby. Very nice touch. The breakfasts were fantastic!

Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend. Tolle Lage. Bequeme Betten. Es gab sogar einen Willkommensdrink und man konnte sich selber Tee, Kaffee oder Mineralwasser holen. Kommunikation super. Keine Verbesserungsvorschläge.

Ggf. hätte man noch eine Ablage im Badezimmer anbieten können. Grösse der Badezimmer entspricht nicht mehr ganz dem aktuellen Standard, aber es ist halt ein älteres Gebäude, die sind halt so.

Ideal location five minutes walk from the station on the little town square- we loved sitting on the balcony people-watching! The hotel is lovely- great decor and our twin room was large and beds so comfy! The breakfast was exceptional!

Great location in the old town, imaginative design and decor, and very comfortable.

Friday night disco at pub next door was loud and unlikely to appeal to the more mature traveller, but not really a problem and not the hotel’s fault. And it’s just people having fun on a Friday night. The pub itself is a great place for a drink in a lovely town square at other times.

Everything was great. Great value. Great atmosphere. Wonderful stall. Cozy with an "at home" kind of vibe to it. No frills really, just the things you need for a good night's stay & the food was excellent, as was experiencing the preparation of it. Very nice indeed.

Lovely old-fashioned hotel, great location in the old town near to the castle & only 3 minutes walk from the railway station. Staff were super-friendly.

We stayed at the hotel for one night before getting on the glacier express the next morning. It is in an excellent location, only a short walk to the train station. The hotel has been beautifully designed and our room was lovely. Breakfast was also amazing and so well presented. Thank you for a great stay!

I had an excellent 7-night stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every day, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made the stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, cozy public areas, nice breakfast with local produce

Not a 3-star hotel: no wardrobe, no TV, no desks, dim lighting, tiny bathrooms with a shower curtain that wraps around you, which isn’t pleasant. Rooms are not worth nearly €300 per night. Most rooms located above a nightclub, making sleep nearly impossible. Not suitable for stays longer than two nights, and the interior is more comparable to a youth hostel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we shortened our stay to move to a proper hotel, given we had booked for a week. Still feel deceived by the advertised 3-star category, which, as a hotelier myself, I can tell you would not pass inspection in any European country.

Great location near the lake & short walk to the old town. Spacious rooms.

We went to try the jacuzzi with our children but found two people behaving inappropriately in the jacuzzi. Maybe a booking system for the jacuzzi might work better.
