Nejoum Al Emarate

I was provided accommodation by Air Arabia due to flight delays. To my surprise, they put me in shared accommodation. Rooms not clean enough. On the way back to airport, again they provide shared car pool. The manager Sajit and receptionist Javith are ridiculously unmannered and treat Air Arabia passengers very poorly, as if we are staying for free. We have paid for Airlines, and they pay the hotel for the flight delays. Looks like they are looting from Airlines by providing shared stay and billing them individually. Add to that food was terrible.

I didn’t like the condition of the property of this hotel, and there was noise from the neighbors coming in.

Hotel’s room furniture is very old and not carpeted as seen in pictures. Very noisy, can’t sleep. Staff drove my car without my consent on the main street. Price are very expensive compared with others hotel and services.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. They upgraded my room for me. Endured I was comfortable. The housekeeping did an amazing job at cleaning. Stayed over a month at this property. The staff at reception goes above and beyond ensuring all your needs at met. Very friendly and approachable. The manager is also very kind and accommodating and accessible to help you meet all your needs. I’d 100 recommend this place.

When we arrived to the Hotel, its very old run down building. The bed was comfortable, and everything else was horrible.

The house keeping was terrible. The house keeping mentioned we don't have enough towels in the hotel and don't have any for now. The bath towels are worn out. The breakfast was terrible, same food and stale. The rooms are not mordenized, amenities are old type... dont have usb sockets near for charging. The centralised ac in the room not working with thermostat not functioning. The water pressure is not sufficient.

Nejoum al emirates hotel is very good. Staff are very nice and helpfull .net and clean room.everything is providing hotel. I remommended to all visit this hotel. Location is very good .everywhere you can go from here.

Room was spacious and clean. Very neat and well equipped. Receptionist was efficient and professional. Good location and affordable price, great WiFi, small and outdoor parking area is available but security officer is there to guide and accommodate you. Recommended!

This was among the worst stays I've ever had. The hotel was not clean, stains on the towels, dirty bathrooms, and the bathtub has no curtain. The insulation is so bad that you can hear people in the hallway talking on their phones as they are sitting in your room. People who stay there only do that just because of the low price, nothing else. Unfortuntely, everything is old and in bad quality.

The room is overall good, however some staff are friendly, while some are not. They cleaned the room everyday, but not changed bedsheets until I request. But good room and facilities for reasonable price.

Breakfast was over priced. Do not book with breakfast. No continental or American option. Room was small and didn’t have enough space. Checkin checkout was bad. They are in business just to make money. They charged half of the room price for 4 hrs late checkout. Avoid unless no other option.

We booked the room for two days,everything was amazing all staff are so friendly specially to the receptionist(mohammed and aditya) and special mentioned to JOBISH who make this decoration ,after my boyfriend booked the room he came their to checked if they can decorate the room for my birthday i was really surprise when i entered the room job well done #JOBISH thanks a lot😉😉😉 i love to be back here again and again ☺️☺️

My first stay here was excellent. But this time it wasnt the same. the sheets on the bed were not good. It's not excellent but it's not bad either, reception is not that helpful. Considering the price , the hotel is decent

Hotel Location was very good In rooms only first day they offer complimentary water Bottle… The staff are helpful but need to improve Didn't try Room Service. There is no room service cleaning every day. I had beautiful time in Sharja.

I spent 5 nights in the hotel. The location is very good close to the Central market and the bus station. The fish market and the food market is a walking distance too. The wifi was strong in the room and everywhere in the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable.The breakfast good but for me the tasty Indian food and pastas not a topical breakfast.

My first experience in UAE with this nice hotel. Frienly and polite stuff. Good breakfast. I took a transport from Dubai international airport from this hotel and driver was friendly. He was waiting me at the arrival hall with my name - nice experience! I highly recommend this hotel! I had beautiful time in Sharja. Thank you!

Hotel Location was very good. All needy things are very nearby the hotel. Rooms are average in size but clean and my family enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was also very good and the restaurant was spacious.

A normal comfortable hotel.

Stayed for four days/three nights in April 2018. Used to stay at this hotel since 2008 when it was Sahara Hotel. Very good experience. The staff is nice and cordial. The person at the reception at the time of check in and check out was very nice, decent and cordial (forget his name, I think Afson...from Morroco i guess) Central location. You can walk to Mega Mall Shopping if u like and come back in taxi. Will stay again as well. Ali, Z

Not happy I couldn't sleep with noise from outside the road.

The kettle had some black residues, which made it not very appealing... Apart from that, the room was alright and the staff were friendly! Very close to Mega Mall, which was a good walking distance from the hotel.

We stayed at Nejoum hotel as Stopover for a night to catch an early return flight from Sharjah airport next morning. The hotel is good, breakfast with limited choices and is situated in Rolla area near to Post Office. An evening stroll in main Rolla maket helped us local shopping of Arabian Dates.

This hotel was very good and it’s located in centre of Sharjah near hedpost office. Service is good friendly staff nice restaurant good rooms good location. I like very much less price overall very nice.

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff was cooperative especially the housekeeping person Niaz. Had to wait more than 15-20mins for check in as all the staff was engaged with single customer and asked me to wait.

Accomodating staff, hotel is very accessible to everything you need’ near to bus station, restaurants, malls, city bus, mini marts. I will recommend this hotel to my friends at if given a chance again i will book again and again here.

Although a bit old, the room is quiet, spacious and clean. Bed is big and comfy. WiFi is strong and fast. View of the city from the window is great! Only problem is the hotel private parking is small and uncovered but there is a 24 hr parking attendant available to help you out when you need to leave or park your car. Recommended for short term stay in Sharjah.

It was very nice to stay. Whenever i will come i will stay again.

We booked a room for three persons and i arrived alone and my family will follow me later. So the employee was about to cry to get the three ID's together. I told him that my mom will come later and i used her credit card for the booking. Also, they were so strict to see the credit card and take a picture of the front side but i think that this is a privacy and they are the only hotel that asked me about this thing.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is reasonable in taste and price. For some reason I couldn't us whatsapp over the free wireless Internet connection.

All the staffs are friendly but the hotel is in desperate need for renovation and new carpet. There are stains on carpet all over in the rooms hall ways and bed bugs. In addition the area is all Indian everything stores, food you have no choice. Really bad place and bad hotel.
