Mr. Omar from café undici buhairah corniche he is very kind and approachable. The ambiance here in the cafe was amizing, cleanliness is very good. All staff are nice.

Good afternoon, I was vacationing with friends in Marbella. It's a wonderful hotel, in a great location, close to the promenade, the market, and plenty of large and small grocery stores. Breakfast is served at the neighboring hotel, but you can cook your own meals if you prefer; there are rooms with kitchens. There's a well-maintained pool, sauna, hammam, and gym. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They clean it every day, change towels, and it's fast and very high-quality! Thank you so much, Khalil and Chandun! You're amazing! Special thanks for the birthday surprise!

Faisal and Ashuram were very helpful during our stay last week, quickly fixing a WiFi issue even while they were busy. Their supervisor, Ms. Pye, made sure our villa was well prepared and that all our requests were handled efficiently. My family was very impressed with their service. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of the front office staff and the parking assistant, as it did not reflect the level of hospitality expected.

I visited the Marbella resort and after approximately 45 minutes, a wedding started opposite my room,The loud music and dancing made the environment extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for my stay. As a result, I collected my belongings and went to the reception to request to leave, as the situation was not acceptable. Unfortunately, I was met with an unprofessional attitude from the manager. Despite explaining the issue, he deducted 50% of the amount paid, claiming that I had already used the property, which I strongly disagree with given the circumstances. The overall behavior and handling of the situation were unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to others.

It's a great time in Marbella, quiet and peaceful oasis in the center of Sharjah. Caring and hospitable personnel do their best for your comfortable stay. Delicious meals fit for anyone, wonderful furnishing and comfort makes this holiday unforgettable. Private patio and green lawn, 24h chilled villa, regular cleaning. Great thanks to management and Mr Akter, reception, pool and canteen staff. to be improved : transfer to the beach, Bus seats are not enough to carry all at one ride, time is a little late, I'd prefer to go an hour earlier.

Very comfortable hotel! Big rooms in villas, nice picturesque territory. Al Jubail market, Gold soul Al Nakheel oasis and Al Majaz waterfront in nearby. Breakfasts and dinner were awesome, everything is very tasty! There is a transfer to beach, but I didn’t use it. Rooms are very clean, and territory full of beautiful flowers.
