衛生面はとても良かったです。 兎に角水回り、大浴場を含む衛生的でないと気持ちが悪いですからね。 自由にコーヒー、お湯、氷などを取りに行ける場所が１つになっていて使い安かった。

大浴場にそれ用のバスタオルがなく、部屋用のを持参するのがとても嫌でした。

Great location, about 5 mins walk from Sapporo station. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful when we had requests/questions. Comfortable and spacious shower room with good quality toiletries. Netflix was available but only in Japanese so we didn’t get to use it anyhow

The fact that the images used for the room we booked was not accurate. The images they used for our room showed that there was an additional sink in the room, so we were surprised when we found out that wasn’t the case. Turns out they used the same pictures from the higher tier rooms for all other rooms and I think this was extremely misleading and also disappoint when the actual room turned out to be different than what was portrayed. As for the room layout, although the room we booked was more spacious (32m2) but the layout was not properly optimized, you’d have to squeeze through a narrow gap between your bed and the toilet door to get to the shower room/sink area and the WC room, which was separate, was extremely tight despite the room size.

房間乾淨整齊，離JR車站步行5分鐘，去市區景點，北海道大學皆步行可達，位置相當方便。 旁邊有LAWSON，方便補給小東西。 最喜歡進入大廳時的淡淡香氛，讓我感到舒適與放鬆

洗衣設備若能洗衣，乾衣分開的話，會更方便。

位置絕佳（走路到JR札幌站約5分鐘）. 三人房衛浴分開（洗澡，廁所）的設計很方便。二樓有洗烘乾和現磨咖啡很貼心。旅館有淡淡的香味很舒服！

我們住的902窗外對著另一建築物的外墻和通風口，有些壓抑。

乗継ぎだけで宿泊、翌期早くの出発でしたが、年齢を考慮して下さったのか、お風呂も近く動線が楽でした。スタッフの方々の対応もよく、教えていただいた居酒屋も満足。次回また宿泊させていただきます。

朝食が美味しかった。館内もとてもきれいだった。

ベッド横の小さなテーブルがもう少し大きいと嬉しい。

The deluxe twin room I booked was spacious and comfortable. Ample space for 3 big luggage. I really like that there’s a communal hot bath within the property. And the breakfast was fantastic too!

非常乾淨房間新穎，離車站很近

早餐小巧精美，很忠實的還原北海道農作物的美味，不管是蔬菜、雞蛋、蔬果都是很棒的；但如果是想吃海鮮，那可能這間就不太適合。員工普遍英文能力很好，停車也很方便，雖然是機械車位，進出有點麻煩。

櫃檯腹地非常狹小，同時多組客人check-in/out的時候，很擁擠，動線也不佳，有人在使用或是等待自助，有人可能只是站在旁邊等親友完成入住，讓一開始進去的人不知所措。

大廳有舒服的香味，早餐很雅致健康，沙拉太好吃了，房間寬敞舒適，大廳寄放行李區非常方便。

Location is very accessible to Sapporo station and there was free coffee available throughout the day. Room was clean. Not to forget the nice bottled water provided FOC everyday.

Perhaps can have more coin operated laundry machine to avoid long waits.

This is a newly renovated hotel, located right next to Mitsui Garden Sapporo West, so dont be confused. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved the free laundry, coffee and chillout space while waiting for your laundry. The machines are new and they dry the clothes quickly unlike many 2-in-1 laundry machines. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Location was superb as it was walking distance to Daimaru and Sapporo Station. There’s also a Lawson nearby

Carpark was not free unfortunately and costs 1,500 JPY per day.

We've stayed at other Mitsui Garden Hotels and this one seemed slightly lower standard than the others. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable.

Location close to the station is ideal. Room 602 was large, very modern and clean.

The room was very clean. Although it had a twin bed and 2 sofa beds, they were all very comfortable. The room is quite spacious too, considering that Sapporo is a major city where most hotel rooms are small. My family and I had a great sleep every night during our 3D2N stay. The hotel is also quite close to Sapporo Station, making it very accessible to the airport. I would definitely come back again if I visit Sapporo.

There's still a short walk of about a minute to two after existing the underpass. Thus, it's advisable to bring an umbrella on rainy days.

JR札幌駅から、非常に近くて便利でした。駅から、５分程度歩きますが、ホテルは表通りに面しているので、暗くなってからのチェックインでも大丈夫です。施設は、非常に綺麗で新しく、アメニティも充実していました。特に、朝食は素晴らしく、お勧めです。

私自身は大浴場を利用しませんでしたが、同僚は、ずいぶん混雑していたので、利用を諦めたと言っていました。時間帯を選ぶ方がいいようです。

三井ガーデンホテル札幌 に宿泊しました。 大浴場がついていて、移動や観光で疲れた体をゆっくり休めることができました。館内も落ち着いた雰囲気で、短い滞在でも快適に過ごせました。 また、丘珠空港行きのバス停まで徒歩5分ほどで、朝早い移動にもとても便利でした。今回は朝7:40頃にチェックアウトして8時のバスに乗りましたが、アクセスが良くて助かりました。 札幌駅からも近く、館内や客室も清潔感があり安心して利用できるホテルだと思います。また札幌に来る際は利用したいです。

良かった点が多いホテルでしたが、少し気になった点もありました。 コインランドリーが5台ほどしかなく、利用者が多かったためかなり待ち時間がありました。特に連泊や旅行中だと使いたい人も多いので、もう少し台数があると嬉しいです。 今回はトリプルルームに宿泊したため、少し手狭に感じました。ただ、トイレとシャワールームが分かれている点は便利でした。 一方で、トイレ内に手洗いがなく、隣の洗面所まで移動しないといけない作りだったのが少し不便に感じました。引き戸の開き方も通路側に干渉するため、動線がやや使いづらかったです。 冷蔵庫はコンパクトサイズで、500mlのペットボトル数本と2Lペットボトル1本でかなりいっぱいになる印象でした。 また、大浴場の脱衣所がやや狭めで、混雑時は着替えづらさを感じる場面もありました。2階のコインランドリー横の休憩スペースは無料ドリンクがあり便利でしたが、長時間利用している方もいて、タイミングによっては使いづらく感じました。 ただ、全体的には立地や大浴場の満足度が高く、札幌駅近くで便利に泊まりたい方にはおすすめできるホテルだと思います。

Perfect location; 2 blocks from the JR train station and nearby many restaurants. We loved the firm beds.

酒店靠近札幌車站，前往不同景點甚是方便。客房清潔舒適，價錢合理。

若房間內多一個時鐘會更好。還有洗手間跟浴室分開，但洗手間內沒有洗手盆（因為住過某些酒店也是洗手間和浴室分開，但洗手間內有洗手盆，即使洗手盆再細小，也是比較方便）如廁後不能立刻洗手，不太衞生。

ホテルの中も部屋も清潔で、とてもおしゃれで快適でした。部屋は少し狭いですが、2泊だけだったので問題なしでした。ロビーは広く、とても良い香りがして、リラックスできました。いつでも飲めるコーヒーマシンや浴場があるのも助かりました。

テーブルに置いてあったコンビニ袋のゴミが片付けられてなかったのが不満でしたが、それ以外は特に無く快適に過ごせました。

非常棒的的服務人員，特殊情況能及時處理，原本訂3人，但因其他原因需要單人先入住，工作人員能即時處理較為特殊的狀況，先讓報到的那一人先入住，等待其他人到了，也能順利處理
