Central location and walking distance to everything. Parking onsite.

Great location close to station, 7/11 and Lawson. Room was spacious for Japan standards. Onsen and lounge area was nice. Staff were great.

Laundry is located in the onsen bathrooms so only open after 3pm which was a bit annoying.

Location is nearby to Sapporo Station. Bath Tub is big and deep for non-Japanese size. Strong water pressure. Large public bath is nice.

They only have 2 washing machines, each is inside the public bath which can only be accessed during certain hours. If you stay long period and laundry is essential, I suggest to look for other alternative. Every time washing for max 3kg load only and it requires 2 hours. Not sure if the washing machine being maintained properly or not but every time i must add 1 extra hour drying and it is still damp. Then still need extra effort to hang the laundry again in the room to dry.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo West. The room was spacious, and even the extra bed was comfortable and felt like a proper bed, which was a big plus for us. What we enjoyed the most was being able to comfortably use the onsen even though some of us have tattoos! This was truly a wonderful point and made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were only a few things we felt could be improved. The onsen area was not very large, so it could get quite crowded, even at night. The interior was also quite simple and nothing particularly special. However, these things did not take away from our overall experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

工作人員專業且親切，房間每天打掃得相當乾淨。床鋪與枕頭十分舒適，隔音效果也不錯，幾乎聽不到走廊或鄰房的聲音。房間採光良好，白天光線充足；窗簾遮光效果出色，拉上後房內幾乎不會進光，讓人能安穩入眠。 飯店位置便利，距離札幌車站約500公尺，步行約7分鐘即可抵達。插座相當充足，兩張床旁各有一個，冰箱下方另有兩個，對攜帶多項電子產品的旅客很方便。電梯速度快，即使早餐時段等候時間也不長。房內提供室內拖鞋。 自助式西式早餐種類豐富，品項包括培根、香腸、焗烤馬鈴薯、漢堡排、烤番茄、炒蛋、沙拉、優格等，咖哩醬也會每日更換，整體美味且選擇多元。 價格方面相當實惠，即使在北海道夏季旅遊旺季，每人平均每晚約新台幣2,500元，以札幌車站附近的地段而言相當划算。

比較可惜的是，工作人員的英語溝通能力較為有限，若不會講日語且有較複雜或特殊的需求，溝通上可能稍有不便。另外，飯店不提供入住前代為預訂餐廳的服務。

I got a very big discount. Primarily, our booking stated a fee of 520,555 JPY. When we checked in, I actually paid only 337,975 JPY. I warned the receptionist, who confirmed the exact amount in the system.

Only the room with a shower booth, the sink, and the toilet integrated within the bedroom, while the shower booth is separated from the other segment.

The location is convenient, close to Sapporo Station, and the hotel is clean and new. They also have a complimentary drinks bar in the afternoon, which is a nice place for guests to relax and unwind.

There is only one washing machine in each of the female and male onsen rooms, which makes it inconvenient for us to access the onsen rooms when washing and collecting our clothes.

The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful and all facilities were nice and clean.

The spa could be crowded very quickly because the space was tiny.

A great location, 5 minutes walk from Sapporo Station and with easy access to everything lovely Sapporo has to offer. There’s abundant food options plus a 7eleven and Lawson nearby. The staff were welcoming and our room was very clean and comfortable. Our room had a nice city view looking towards the mountains. The guest lounge has complimentary tea/coffee/soft beverages available in the afternoon.

The only small negative from our perspective was there is 1 washing machine available in each public bath, so 2 machines for the hotel. They are combined washer/dryer so have long cycles, and it was pretty difficult to snag one.

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were all nice and helpful. The room was clean and room cleaning service was provided daily. The breakfast buffet provided a reasonable range of choices and all of the food was fresh and delicious. We have really enjoyed our stay here!

We liked the location. It was close to the JR station and an airport limousine bus stop. The rooms were nice and everything was clean. The blackout shades in the room worked really well. The hotel provided clean towels, bottled water and trash bags every day even if you didn’t want your room cleaned. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The water at the public bath wasn’t as hot as we would have liked and the beds were a little too firm.

Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Sapporo Station (both JR and subway) and the shopping areas around there. The hotel and room deco were modern and very comfortable. We booked a superior and a standard room. The Standard room was a bit smaller than expected, as seen from the photos, but we were able to open up a large and small suitcase there. The Superior was much more spacious, even with the 2+1 beds. The beds were okay, on the softer side though. The service and staff were all excellent. Didn't try the hotel breakfast. There is also a washing machine in the onsen room, but access times are limited.

The location of the hotel is good. It's take 3~5 minutes walk from APIA, the underground shopping mall of Sapporo Station. The room is clean. I like the modern interior design.

The bath of the public bath is not big. But, it's clean and comfortable.
