チェックインの際に、フロントの外国人のスタッフさんが、会員登録をすることでラウンジが利用できると説明いただき、よりホテルでの滞在を楽しむことができました。また、朝食が非常に人気のホテルなので、朝食の混雑予想時間や、開始時刻など丁寧に説明いただき良かった。

ラウンジの入り方が難しかった。

Great breakfast and very courteous staff. I liked how close this hotel is to the city and the subway station. By the way, best the subway station is the best place for food. I didn't realize until the end of my trip that there is a huge food hall beneath the subway station across the street. Of course, the hotel itself is positioned above another section of the food hall. When it rains, you can walk underground straight from the hotel to the station without going outside.

The room was very cramped, albeit the staff was courteous enough to have all 3 of us sleep in our own twin beds. It just felt cramped for 3 people.

距離札幌車站非常近，走路方便

地下街直結で駅近ロケーションが良かった。人気回転寿司の待ち時間に一度部屋に戻って時間を過ごせた。ツインはお部屋も広く、朝食もバリエーションが豊富。

札幌駅利用するなら、また宿泊したいと思った。 無期限のクーポンなどもらえれば宿泊先を選ぶ優先度はさらにあがると思う。

希望をしたところ叶えてくれました。 景色も部屋も広く快適でした。

お風呂場とエアコンが独特な匂いがしたところ。 朝食の場所が狭く壁など汚れが目立ったところ。

朝食がとても良かったです。 いくら(マス)のかけ放題を筆頭にとてもクオリティの高い朝食でした。 チェックイン前の荷物預かりにも対応しており、しっかりと場所が確保されていること、ワイヤで固定されていて安心できました。

荷物の事前預かりも、チェックイン/チェックアウトも、省人化のためタッチパネルなどの操作になるのは十分理解できますが、処理に少々戸惑う点がありました。 分かりやすい表示や流れだともっと良くなると思います。

Location and value for money

The hotel was not able to help arrange luggage forwarding to our next staying hotel in Osaka as the hotel could not take cash or card payments for luggage forwarding. Though, information on the nearby luggage forwarding company was given.

とてもきれい！ 超～駅地下で雨でも快適♪ ベッドルームとリビングが別なのがとてもよかったのと、ソファーがすごく座りやすい😊

ホテル紹介に記載されていたラウンジが使える部屋階に泊まったはずだけど、ラウンジに入るときに会員登録が必要と言われた。

予約した時は、スタンダードで予約しましが、無料でレディース専用の階に変更して頂きました。 アメニティ、ドライヤーがとても女性が喜ぶものばかりでよかったです。

洗濯機が600円で高かったです。

ロケーション(札幌駅に近く、市内中心部の観光に最適でした。)がよかったです。

ルームカードキーが一部屋1枚だったので、一人(一部屋を複数の宿泊で利用)での散歩などの外出に不便でした。

便利　大丸　札駅　実際には1分かからないかも お部屋のアイテム冷蔵庫からヘアアイロン気に入りました。サービスコスメも歯ブラシ以外は満足度ました ラウンジも清潔で使いやすい チェックアウト後のキャリー保管が簡単で便利でした。連泊だったので朝食を市場での食事券に変えれたこと、バスで連れて行ってくれたので その後、活動しやすく電車で小樽に行けました。

お風呂場がものすごい異臭で部屋にいることができず、スタッフがカーテン変えてくれてだいぶ解決しましたが、気持ち悪かったです。

Last August, I had a great experience during my stay because the hotel offered an overnight luggage storage service. However, when I stayed again this August, I needed to leave Sapporo due to my travel schedule, so after checking out from my first stay I had to store my luggage until my next check-in. But the staff explained that the hotel’s policy had changed and it no longer provides overnight luggage storage, which made things very inconvenient for us. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it offered overnight luggage storage. But this time, that service was no longer available. In addition, the staff also said that due to insufficient room cards, each room can only provide one room key card—even for a triple room.

朝食はお値段以上です。6時からが良いです。混雑時は、とありましたが利用者からは分かりにくいです。

部屋のドアが開いても、部屋には入りにくい狭さでした。何かわけがあるのですか。

7階の玄関口の従業員私語が大きくてよくきこえて不快でした。残業代がどうのこうの……

有同行夥伴跌倒受傷，飯店竟然連一個急救箱都沒有，我覺得這需要改進。

部屋にタオル類が無かったので自販機に飲み物を買うついでなにフロントにタオルが無かったのを告ると「本当になかったですか？」と言われ、疲れてクタクタな上に16階から7階まで降りて来て、わざわざ取りにきてるのに残念な気持ちになりました。本当に無いからフロントに来てるのに。 タオルが入った袋を渡されて中身を見たらバスマットがない。 さすがに部屋まで持って来てもらいましたよ。連絡して。 鏡台の引き出しを開けたらドライヤーが2点入ってましたが、髪の毛が数本出てきてゾワゾワしました。 見える所だけ掃除してるんだなと アメニティや細かい物はお客に持って行ってもらうスタイルで簡素化を図るならせめて清掃には時間使って下さい

札幌駅から地下直結のアクセスの良さ。 荷物を預けられ、大変助かりました。 また、コンセプトにある「早起きしたくなる朝食」が素晴らしかった。

綺麗だった。

エレベーターからいちばん近い部屋でしたが、エレベーターの音と人が降りてくる足音は結構聞こえて扉に防音性は薄いのかなと思いました。

昨年の6月にも　　宿泊させて頂きましたが　室内が綺麗になり、テレビも新しく、観やすいです。

삿포로역에서 지하도로 5분만 걸으면 되어서, 위치가 엄청 좋고 관광하기 편했다. 침구와 이불이 편하고 깨끗했다.

욕실의 세면대가 낮고, 변기가 작아서 불편했다. 선반과 화장대, 책상 등을 조금 더 깨끗하게 청소해 주시기 바랍니다.

５年位前から、利用させて頂いてますが、とても気に入っています。 料金が年々上がって居るのが辛いです（笑） なるべくお安い期間を利用していますが、私はこのホテルが好きです。 車の出し入れも、気に入っています…今後も利用させていただきます。 宜しくお願い致します🙇

One guy at reception: Mark, he is foreigner, obviously fluent in English, extremely helpful and give us tips to maximize hotel facility as well as introducing to their exec lounge (by just joining membership for free).

Wish there is 3 bed room that is facing Sapporo Station for great photo angle opportunity from inside the hotel room.

二人以上の宿泊の際は、カードキーを2枚は欲しいです。　有料でも可です。

チェックアウトの時、荷物を預かる際、スタッフが親切に対応してくれて助かりました。

トイレの汚物が流れていなかった。洗面所に髪の毛があった。室内にバンソコウが落ちていた。

1. 地點非常非常方便 就在札幌南口站前 大丸百貨正對面 甚至可以直接從地下道通到飯店 不過因為會經過一小段半層樓台階所以建議還是先搭電梯到地面再到飯店 2. 入住跟退房都使用機器辦理 很快速方便 3. 房間整潔 空間規劃好 也有行李架 雖然不大 但仍夠讓兩位房客展開行李 4. 早餐好吃

1. 早餐取餐區跟座位區狹窄 動線混亂 如果在熱門時間吃早餐可能需要稍微等待 2. 因為入住辦理主要都是機器 所以櫃台人員的介紹變得很簡單 我買了早餐但沒特別跟我說早餐位置 我後來自己去問的

The beds were quite hard and the room was smaller than I had expected for the price.

札幌駅にとても近い。共有スペースは新しくおしゃれ。部屋のドライヤーもRefaでよかった。

水回りなどのお部屋の設備がちょっと古く、改善の余地があると思った。

+ Top-Lage: direkt am Bahnhof und an der Haltestelle des Chiba-Airport-Busses (1500¥, Zahlung mit IC-Karte möglich). +Der Eingang befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Station. Achtung: Bei Google Maps ist der Eingang falsch eingezeichnet. +Der englischsprachige Mitarbeiter war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. +Gepäck kann am Tag nach dem Check-in kostenlos vor Ort gelassen werden. Dafür muss lediglich die Kreditkarte eingescannt werden – es entstehen keine Kosten. +Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und können mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden. +Frisch renovierte, für japanische Verhältnisse relativ geräumige Zimmer. +Der Aufzug führt ins Untergeschoss, von wo aus es eine direkte Verbindung zur Bahn gibt. +FamilyMart direkt um die Ecke und Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

-Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Nachbarn waren häufig durch die Wände zu hören, ebenso das Housekeeping beim morgendlichen Staubsaugen. -Eine komplette Zimmerreinigung wird nur alle drei Tage angeboten. -Leider habe ich nach dem Housekeeping mehrfach schwarze Haare auf den Handtüchern oder meiner Bettdecke gefunden. Da ich selbst blonde Haare habe, war das besonders auffällig. -Die Beleuchtung im Bad eignet sich überhaupt nicht zum Schminken. -Der Bettbezug ist etwas unpraktisch: Unter dem Bettbezug liegt noch ein separates Laken und der Bezug verrutschte ständig, sodass ich häufig direkt die Bettdecke in der Hand hatte. -Die anderen Mitarbeitenden waren weniger aufmerksam und mussten bei Anliegen direkt angesprochen werden.

チェックイン前とチェックアウト後にセルフクロークを利用できるのはとても便利でした。 また、駅近で滞在するのに必要な設備が一通り揃っており不便を感じませんでした。 快適に過ごせるホテルのため、機会があればまた利用したいと思ってます。

ロケーションが良い。

部屋の掃除が気になった。エコ掃除の流れは分かるが、初日のチェックイン日から、部屋に誇りが目立った。カーペットもしばらく掃除機をかけてないのが目についた。

駅前で地下道も使えて動きやすかった。また、駐車場の点もハイルーフだったが何度も出し入れ可能だったので大変助かりました。

삿포로역에서 보일 정도로 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃을 키오스크에서 직접 할 수 있었고. 한국어 지원도 되니까 편리했네요. 나중에 짐 보관도 셀프로 여유있는 공간에 할 수 있습니다.

예약앱 등에서 본 사진과 달리 생각보다 방이 작습니다. 그리고 바닥 등은 좀 자저분했어요. 화장실안에 변기와 세면대와 욕조? 가 같이 있어서 한명만 사용해야 해서 그건 좀 불편했습니다. 다른 분 지적하신 대로 방키가 하나뿐인 것은 개선해야 할 듯!

駅から直結で良かったですが、23時以降は地下が閉まってしまうので外から行くしかなかったです。朝食は相変わらず美味しかったです！

飛行機が最終便だったので札幌に着いたのも23時30分を回ってしまいました。チェックインの時の女性スタッフは夜分に面倒という風に感じてしまいました。残念です。次の日の男性スタッフはとても感じ良く対応いただきました。

View with a car park disappointed me at first but got better at night being able to see the tower in Ordori Park. Staff were nice and kind. Lounge access was good too.

Staff don’t speak good English except for one person. Staff are not always at the reception so I had to wait for them to show up. The room is tiny.

有加購一天早餐，雖然價格不便宜，但很豐盛。飯店位置真的很棒，離札幌車站很近，有地下街可連通，飯店前有巴士站直通機場。

部屋がかなり狭かった。キャラーケースを広げると道が塞がれてしまいまたぐ必要があり大変だった。また浴槽の匂いがかなり気になった。嗅ぎ慣れない匂いが充満しており、部屋を変更してもらうか検討するほどだった。

Room size too small for 3 people and 3 beds. Advertised as standard triple but was actually a 2 bed room with an added slightly smaller bed as the third bed. Meal option early morning was an overpriced buffet in the same building. Housekeeping made mistakes twice in our room with missing pajamas and a missing flashlight . No public bath or onsen.

I didn't like the fact they couldn't store my luggage for two days when I checked out and would be checking back in two days later. For that reason I wouldn't stay there again.

having been in rooms of similar size, everything felt more cozy than described - especially the entryway into the rest of the room. haven't had as much difficulty squeezing luggage in rooms of similar size

The location is the best feature of this hotel! There is an underpass from Sapporo station if it’s raining. (walk via Apia West Food Walk). If it is not raining, crossing the road to the station is actually easier. Being walking distance to Sapporo station means easy access to shopping malls Finally pillows that are not too flat! Japanese hotels are known to have flat pillows and I’m glad this hotel has proper pillows! Thank you! The executive lounge was nice, they provided beverages and snacks, and alcohol from 5-10pm

Re: breakfast, options for international variety is limited, but if you like kaisendon or chirashi, they have free flow ikura and sashimi for you to eat it daily. We stayed for 4 nights and felt there was limited variety (not much change) Not sure if our room was empty for a while before we checked in as there was dust on obvious surfaces like bed, wardrobe, TV counter and this could be improved. I appreciated the eco option of not cleaning room, but just providing change of towels. The toilet light was very dim, and the elevators lights too! Staff spoke limited English and I was surprised as this was a major hotel next to Sapporo. Even when there were challenges in communication, they did not take the initiative to make themselves understood by asking another staff who spoke English or using translation apps, I had to use Google translate to communicate with them.

키오스크로 체크인과 체크아웃이 가능한 점이 좋았고 깔끔합니다. 친절합니다.

체크인하고 화장실에 처음 들어갔을때 변기물이 안내려가져 있었던게 아쉬웠습니다.

第一次從車站地下街前往飯店，標示不夠清楚，繞了好大一圈，最後問了路人才找到飯店入口

隣室？向かい？の扉の開け締めの際、キィーという音が気になり、自室も確認したところ、やはり音がしたため、気を使いながら出入りしなければならなかったところ。

The hotel is in a very convenient location, less than a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station, just across the road. There is also underground access to both Sapporo Station and the Daimaru shopping mall and food street, which was especially useful during my stay as it rained frequently. Being able to get around without going outside made a big difference. The room was a typical Japanese hotel size. As I was travelling alone, it didn't feel too cramped. My room overlooked the train station, and I really enjoyed waking up to the view of commuters and the city coming to life each morning. At night, the illuminated Daimaru building also made for a lovely view. Despite being so close to the station, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The room was very clean throughout my stay. Housekeeping was provided once every three days, while fresh towels were replaced and rubbish was removed daily. I also appreciated that the shower curtain was removed and cleaned during housekeeping, showing great attention to cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would happily stay here again.
