The resort facilities are great. The spa wellness centre is very setup. Lots of treatment rooms. The staff were great. The treatment I had was relaxing. Dr. Fish pond was interesting. This is the fish eating our dead skin. The dipping pools was very relaxing. The spa and pool in our villa is great. To have own pools in the villas is convenient and very private. We stayed in the water villa which is very relaxing. The breakfast and dinner were also great. Delicious well prepared meals. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Banjaran Hotspings retreat.

Le lieu est incroyable entre montagne et jungle. C’est très calme et apaisant. Il y a une grande piscine et plusieurs spots de sources chaudes. La villa était exceptionnelle, très joliment décorée et avec le souci du détail. La bonne surprise est que les villas sont équipées d’Un petit bain individuel et baignoire d’eau thermale chaude . Le service est exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner à la hauteur des 5 étoiles . Allez y les yeux fermés. Parfait pour une retraite relaxante ou une pause romantique à 2

There are no words to describe this hotel. It was more than what we expected. From the start till the end we were treated like Kings and Queen. They clean your room during the day and will turn down your room again in the evening. Breakfast was made to order which was delicious. Dinner menu was great. The Spa was awesome. The resort facilities are great. We already plan to go again

The villa is very comfortable, the in-room hot spring is so Convenient. The staff came by to clean the rooms twice, the bed and pillows are also very clean and soft. In the evening, they came to prepare the bed for a good nite sleep.

The surrounding, the room and the activities are excellent, the only improvement probably will be their food.

Stunning setting, extremely peaceful, can definitely be classed as a retreat. Excellent service from every member of staff. Used WhatsApp for any issues during the stay which was extremely efficient. The fountain to our swimming pool didn’t turn off, within 2 minutes of putting a message on WhatsApp it was sorted even though this was 1.30 in the morning. Ate at Jeff’s cellar which was outstanding and such a unique setting. Would definitely recommend this resort for couples who want to completely relax.

Nothing - stay was exceptional

Dinner at the spa was amazing. Also very happy with the ala carte buffet for breakfast. Portions were made small so we were able to try more dishes on the menu. Service staff were amazing as well. Liked the strategically placed giant fans which were made to look like a giant palm tree provided a much needed refreshing breeze on a hot and humid day.

Room facilities feel a tad in need of a refresh. Need to specially mention that the toilet could not flush well. That really need to be replaced.

From the staff, food and facilities, everything is excellent. A very relaxing and comfortable stay. My hubby and I particularly love the private hotspring in our villa, food at Jeff’s Cellar is a must try, you will not be disappointed. Breakfast spread is amazing and delicious as well. Dinner at The Pomelo is very good as well. The jungle walk is also a delight because at the end of the walk guests get to enjoy free entry to their petting zoo with adorable animals to feed and pet of course : )

The signs for self exploring around the resort are not clear for those who prefer to walk around on our own though the resort has buggies to pick us up and drop off at any where within the resort. I personally feel that they should also have a sign to inform resort guests not to walk into the Dr Fish pool if they have insect repellent or sunblock sprayed on the legs as these may kill the fish.

Voor deze prijs toch veel wat niet in orde was. Airco op kamer kapot. Meubilair op de kamer beschadigd, douchetegels vies. Eigen jacuzzi compleet verkalkt. Veel tegels los in zwembad.

From arrival the whole stay was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the facilities were great, and the whole place was beautiful. The food at Jeff's Cellar was exceptional and would thoroughly recommend the whole experience.

EVERYTHING! The room is comfortable with its own pool and hot tub. Convenient if you would like to stay in. Room service menu is as vast as the restaurant itself and served as it would in the restaurant. Wide varity in breakfast menu. The housekeeping service is top notch, with turn down service. Coffee pods replenished (important for coffee people like us) Staffs in the restaurants are exceptional and hard working. (Ram, Siva, ZuYin and team in Pomelo). We tried all restaurants including Jeff's Cellar and Sky Bar and love them all. The ground is just paradise. We took a bike ride around the pond - superb! We were there for 6 days and it was not enough and sad to leave. Keep up the great job Banjaran! We will definitely be back!

Nothing actually. If anything at all it was the AC in our room that was making noise when it kicked in and out making the sleep less peaceful. That is an easy fix, I am sure. The Sky Bar is a gorgeous place to take a pre dinner drink and watch the sun goes down but it closes before that. Would be great if closing time extended to after sunset. Just a small recommendation to the property.

The all-inclusive stay within nature and with wonderful staff made our stay really memorable. We were here for my husband's birthday and we were upgraded to a beautiful water villa. The private pool, geothermal jacuzzi, undercover lanai and balcony, and the bedroom were all wonderful. The activities like the jungle walk, daily yoga, cycling, geothermal pool, steam and meditation cave, were all included without extra cost. Because all facilities are exclusive to hotel guests, they were never busy or with queues and this made the whole experience personal and enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional and the ingredients are carefully chosen and mostly local and from their own organic farm. The staff are most hospitable and took care of all our needs, especially Bella and Haravien. In particular, I want to single out Haravien from the front desk who took the initiative to assist my husband who had a little fall during cycling. He went out of his way to facilitate medical attention at the adjacent medical centre. Overall, it was a marvelous getaway.

Just minor details - the coffee during breakfast needs improvement. Perhaps the hotel can use barista level coffee and milk. The rooms could be modernised with usb/usb-c outlets.

It was my second time at Banjaran. It’s still best place in Malaysia - peaceful, quiet, beautiful. The service is at the top. I did enjoy facilities and programs they offer. Two nights wasn’t enough.

Omg..the whole place was amazing..at this age..almost to retiring..me and my wife enjoyed the whole experience. We had a good relaxation.. especially with the thermal tub and pool in our villa..and the nature itself..caught in sight a few otters, macaqs..and birds..loved it..tq Banjaran..will not be our first..we will return soon

Rooms cleaning services comes at awkward times..but I guess they are making sure we get the best..good job though

This place is amazing, the beautiful location, surrounded by gorge and mountain and jungle, the calm and tranquility, beautiful villas, it really is as good as the pictures. Jeff's Cave is an absolute highlight.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property especially the natural cooling and serene environment - a perfect place to unwind & relax. The natural hot springs, crystal cave, meditation cave and Jeff Cellar created a unique wellness experience for us. The staff are polite, well mannered and helpful whenever we need any assistance.

The room are clean and tidy with the exception that the pillows are too soft for me.

We got upgraded to water villa without extra charges. I love the private pool and thermal pool. Buggy service is one of the wonderful service, and response time is fast. Love the quiet surrounding and the well trained friendly staff. Even gardeners greet you.

Breakfast could still improve on taste, especially the pastries.

Breakfast is amazing, big variety, all delicious. I especially liked the option for the freshly squeezed juices and my partner liked free flow of champagne. Dinner is unforgettable! We have tried in the Cave and in Pomelo. Food is fantastic, fresh, good variety. The area is great: spacious, hotsprings are very therapeutic, nature is realxing.

Prices :) it is very expensive, prices are more European / Singaporean.

Breakfast was excellent and very generous. I also liked all the little touches such as the complimentary bar, chocolates, pomelo fruit and even the farewell souvenirs. Our villa and the resort surroundings were simply beautiful and restful. But my biggest compliments are for the hotel staff who were courteous, friendly and accommodating. Malaysian hospitality at its best! We will definitely be back.

The dipping pool and the icy pool. So refreshing after multiple dips. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. And the staff were all very friendly and even prepared a lovely welcome deco when they knew we were there for our honeymoon

If only the icy pool was closer to the dipping pool. But that is only because of the layout.

The hotel provided high quality services to all the guest for every aspect and to every small details. Breakfast is included for our stay and the Pomelo restaurant is vegetarian friendly and the food is delicious. The Jeff's Cellar restaurant provided excellent quality of sound system because this restaurant in constructed inside the cave. The rough surface of limestone cave wall served as acoustic panel to eliminate the echoes. I want to give compliment to the Yoga teacher Mr Ishwar from SaiYog Mandala who patiently explain to us in depth regarding the Pranayama (breathing practice) after the proper lesson.

The pool provided for our room is too small even for to be used as wading pool. My suggestion is too extend the hotspring pool and omit the construction of the wading pool.

The attention to detail was incredible. We were on our honeymoon, and definitely got the honeymoon treatment. All the facilities were great, and Jeff’s Cellar was such a unique experience and definitely the highlight of our trip. Thanks to all the staff for being so hospitable, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our 4D3N stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat was incredibly relaxing. The villas are spacious, private, and beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery and limestone hills which create a peaceful, almost surreal atmosphere. The geothermal hot springs and overall environment make it easy to truly unwind. Service was warm, attentive, and consistent throughout, the team made us feel very well taken care of.

We experienced a small issue in the Lake Villa where opening the balcony doors would automatically switch off the air conditioning and required manual resetting each time. Although maintenance attended promptly, it couldn’t be fully resolved. However, the team handled it very well and upgraded us to a Water Villa, which we appreciated.
