Easy checkin. I faced issue with AC but it was addressed immediately

AC was not working for my room, I informed front desk and they arranged to change my room.

Generally, the receptionists, cooks, security etc were accommodating.

Not having a vehicle there to make trips easier is what I didn't like.

Worst thing is there is no one to welcome and no helping hands available for luggage and they are giving us room key where it is already occupied with the guest no privacy dinner and lunch worst and breakfast is really bad .so in this box there is nothing to like .I didn't like anything .

A guest visited me for a mere 30 minutes prior to check-out, and I was subsequently charged INR 1,000, which I find to be entirely unacceptable. While I have settled the charges, I must express my dissatisfaction with this policy.

The system was very organised. People were respectful. The place is very pleasing. A beautiful stay. The breakfast was amazing.

The water would not pass by the hole below the basin area. It feels disgusting. Otherwise it's fine.

check in and check out took very very long. seemed like their only mission was to train the trainees given that those who knew the procedure refused to do it themselves. Room service was ok-ok. Not great. Food was very decent. Main challenge was the very dirty exterior. Very very dirty. This caused a million mosquitoes in the reception area itself and if you escaped that another million inside your waiting car. thankfully, the floors and rooms did not have the mosquitoes. But very dirty outside just outside the gates. people urinating in the "nala" outside the hotel did not make for a good sight when watching outside the window. room service collected all food payment at the time of delivery itself and despite asking them a few times to give us a copy of the bill they said, it will be available at check out and at check out reception did not have the food bills to give us.

It was good as per the cost which we find ok.

It was a good experience after the initial hiccups

The bathroom was smelly on arrival. I followed up with the staff several times to get it cleaned. The bell boy ignored my request upon arrival. Later on, the housekeeping staff sprayed room spray and then said he would finish it after his lunch, but never followed up. There was also confusion about my early check-in request. The hotel responded to my request for early check-in with a welcome message, but I was later told that doesn't mean the request has been accepted. After a wait, the staff granted me the same.

Restaurants people behaviour was not good. They disturbed by knocking 4 times to collect few amount of money which they can collect in checkout time.

i have booked breakfast service from booking. com but later on they have excluded my breakfast after deducting the amount.

Reception staff was not trained enough to talk decently. Lots of mosquitoes and fuming smell throughout the hotel. I booked a non-smoking room but they giving me a smoked room with puking smell in the hallway

I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price and the hotel was crowded which is a good sign. Average hotel but with excellent management and staff which makes up for everything. Its the people that make this property.

Not got room after 9 day before confirm booking

After confirm booking 9 day prior ,when reached at hotel they don't give me room saying that we don't know any thing talk to booking.com only. you are customer of booking.com not our

Always when I check out the bill they can’t raise, but they will collect the money and say will forward the bills in mail, but not yet received, have to send some one to collect it, this has to be changed.

Came hotel in night, their is nobody at entrance, nobody at reception, after 15 minutes for waiting able to find the cleaning staff and ask for assistance.took long time for chin and also not received my receipt for pyt. I m frequent traveller of this property but not feel good this time, will come nxt week, hope this will not happen again.
