Absolutely stunning hotels and rooms. My superior room smelt amazing, had fresh flowers, and a plethora of bathroom goodies

Customer service at Taj is excellent. I stay there regularly, and the staff are always smiling, welcoming, friendly, and very down-to-earth. They genuinely make you feel comfortable and well looked after. The breakfast is excellent, with a very good choice of food. I was very happy with the quality and variety, and overall it is definitely worth the money. Compared with central Delhi, the area is much quieter and more peaceful, and the price is very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. I haven't personally used the swimming pool, but I could see it clearly from the top floor. It looked very clean and well maintained. The surroundings are also beautiful and relaxing. Overall, I’ve always had a very pleasant experience at Taj and would happily stay there again.

the coffee/tea items were kept in a box that was broken. the noise from the vents was disturbing. the electricity kept going on and off the whole night so that was not good as well.

We liked most is indoor activities especially pottery And host in pottery room was great 👍

Breakfast spread is good and ambience is always very peaceful. Enjoyed the newly opened Chinese restaurant as well.

The cleanliness was bad linen had stains and the baby cot linen had mould and very dirty.

Didn't match the expectation since name Taj is associated. Although stay was comfortable. We have been to 3 star properties which has exceeded the expectation already. We have not found it better than them. It is just the comparison , in terms of price and value. What make us think about comparison starts with food service what we ordered (Not the service but the food).

The food was amazing. We had a wonderful time, a lot to do for kids as well.

The weekend rush is significant but I don't mind people having fun with family around.

Amazing hospitality by Taj surajkund. I went there for my birthday celebration and they did complementary decor and provided a scrumptious cake for us. They made sure we had a great time. Loved it. Would love to visit again soon.

1.Ample activities for kids. 2.The art/pottery classes are the best. The instructor is so polite and humble. 3. Hotel organised cup cake making classes and movie show for kids 4. The in-house kids fun zone is awesome 5. Gym is good and so is the gym staff 6.Swimming pool is awesome and so is the staff 7. Food is amazing specially north Indian dishes 8. Staff is awesome and they are very courteous and respectful. They are the unsung heroes of the total experience. Starting from the main gate darbann to the restaurant staff and even security guards. Everyone just wants to help you. Always smilling and sharp & yet polite.

1. I paid for a pool facing view and got a far left 8th floor room looking over some rooms balcony. It was a pseudo pool facing room but I still got charged The booking manager then offered a smaller room further higher up on 9th floor which was of no use. On being questioned he informed his junior " To straightaway refuse us" in a harsh tone. Doesn't suits a flagship hotels legacy. Hotel should stop charging for these views unless they are legit pool facing or offer as a free upgrade. I would recommend not paying for pool facing rooms at all.

More of a business hotel than a resort. Didn’t have resort facilities.

The ambience, pool and breakfast was very good. A good variety. After i was shifted to a refurbished room the overall service was excellent.

At the time of booking i made it clear that my room was be spotless and that the newly refurbished room be given to me. Upon check on i was given an old room. As I arrived late after a very long flight, I accepted the room.to my dismay the next morning my room was infested with bed bugs. It was a total nightmare. After complaining then only was i shifted with a lot of inconvenience and given the refurbished room. So why was the refurbished room not given from the onset when requested? Also, there can be no excuse for bed bugs crawling all over the show. The non refurbished ros should ne shit down and not offers to guests as the taps and bathroom is old. Taps have lime scale marks on, tiles are a dirty colour. Non of the bar fridges even get remotely cold. Ice buckets had to be placed in the bar fridge to keep it cold and then there is no place to keep anything else inside

Limited Activities for kids

The breakfast was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our anniversary stay. The special anniversary celebration package was a lovely touch. However, the cake provided said "Happy Birthday" instead of "Happy Anniversary," which was disappointing for a luxury brand like TAJ. Additionally, the razor in the grooming kit was low quality and made shaving difficult the next day. Aside from these two issues, everything else was awesome.

I received a call from the hotel 2 days before and specially insisted on arranging for 2 rooms together. But we were given rooms at separate ends. That really spoiled our stay . We had reached the hotel at 13.00 hours. I have still not received the bill for my stay. This was not expected from Taj.
