Breakfast and the lunches and dinner was good. People served food with passion and dedication.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Angestellten bemühen sich sehr den Gästen zu gefallen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Kissen sind hervorragend. Die Speisenauswahl ist sehr reichhaltig.

Die Lage ist katastrophal, das Hotel befindet sich mitten in einem Slum. Das Essen im Hotel ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen, wir hatten regelmäßig Milchgetränke bei denen die Milch sauer war. Grundsätzlich bietet das Hotel eine Täglich wechselnde große Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen, wer jedoch Koriander nicht mag oder scharfes essen nicht verträgt hat Probleme etwas zu finden. Das Personal im Restaurant ist extrem aufdringlich. Wir hatten Abendessen mit gebucht, die Getränke sind hier nicht mit inclusive. Die Preise die dann im Restaurant für Getränke aufgerufen werden sind extrem hoch. 7 Euro für ein 0,25 l Bier sind absoluter Wucher.

Long wait at the restaurant table. Longer check IN and check out time. Room service is not up to the mark as you expect from Raddison group of hotels.

Das Frühstück ist herausragend. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Fragt regelmäßig ob noch ein Wunsch besteht. Das Gym ist gut. Teilweise ist sogar ein Trainer vor Ort der Tips gibt. Die Nähe zur Metro und meinem office. Der Concierge und die valet parking Kollegen helfen immer mit Taxi/Uber und sind sehr nett.

Es gibt zur Zeit keine Bar, aber zwei Restaurants im Hotel. Ich habe noch keine Rechnung. Das Hotel sagt weil über eine Platform gebucht habe...

Rooms is good, The fragrance was awesome, gym, pool, room , food, cleanliness staff is so nice at reception as well as food area, excellent cooling of AC's.

1) We had lounge access from 5:30~7:30, they told we can get only one starter & only one time ( that doesnt make any sense). 2) we took Play station for 3 hours, but when installing in our room says we have only 2 remotes instead of 4, max games are single. 3) they charged me for parking my car even i told am staying here ( never saw such things) 4) Glitch either from hotel side or booking.com, i booked room with two double beds m but actual such combination not exist in hotel. 5) Housekeeping failed to provide toilets kits daily, we are four & they provide only 2, that also one time.

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm. Das Personal speziell am Empfang, ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Zimmer sind groß mit gutfunktionierender Air Condition, das Essen gut und vielfältig (Frühstück und Dinner). Das Fitness Center hat alles, was man braucht.

The staff’s behavior was disappointing. I felt that my mother and I were judged based on our dressing sense and clothes, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have stayed at Radisson hotels many times before, but I have never experienced this kind of treatment. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude was not professional or respectful. Even after checking out of the hotel, they didn’t allow us to sit for some time. In the restaurant as well, they didn’t allow guests who were already staying with you.

Perfect Hotel I was already twice time there. Every time again. Perfect room and breakfast. Gym is OK, spa I couldn’t use as it was every time booked out long time befor.. Only location is a little less to do, but right on the other side the main street are some very cool bars and good music or as well food.

Staff support. They changed room as per my request.

Restuarant needs more air conditioning. Also reception area needs more air conditioning. Pillows were too soft. Medium hardness pillows recommended for proper neck support

L'aria condizionata era spenta nelle aree comuni, faceva piuttosto caldo. Nelle stanze funzionava, ma è impossibile da regolare, il termostato non sembra funzionare, può essere accesa o spenta.

The upkeep of room. Not upto the mark. Typical brushing under the carpet. Staff were helpful though. Superficially looked clean, but if looked closely and you can see dirt and switches coming out and all. The glass overlooking the road was not clean either (birds dropping all over)

The tub was clogged, steam iron was leaking. The staff won't answer the calls and had to call multiple times to get them on phone.

Slow check in with a lot of confusion. Weird rules about bringing in alcohol or off site food. Couldn’t use pool because was occupied most of the time with wedding or engagement celebrations. A/C ran hot, no smart tv

U should keep complimentary mentioned if it is free and mark items which is chargable in bill so. That customer will have choice what to take and not take if it is chargable...small peanuts also charged not expected from ur hotel, mutton biriyani I ordered in that pieces are hard n not chewable.

Kahvaltı ve temizlik bakımından gayet iyiydi.

Düğünler nedeniyle özellikle havuz kısmına odalar oldukça gürültülü oluyor.

Location was good , hospitality ok but needs improvement, Breakfast was good .

When we checked in only 1 staff was at reception handling everyone so it took time to get keys as I ch eked in around 17.25 . Bed was not at all comfortable need hard mattress, gave blazer for iron but the ironing was so bad as it looked like they brought without ironing and also the service was delayed as generally high end hotels services are fast which was lacking . Needs improvement.
