Aamiainen oli aasialainen luonnollisesti, mutta olisin toivonut kunnon kahvia, leipää ja leikkeleitä. Näköala vastapäiseen hotellin parvekkeelle. Kuntosali ja uima-allas eivät olleet mitä odotin.

Whirlpool dreckig, obwohl wir es an der Rezeption moniert haben, wurde nichts gemacht. Gestank im ersten Zimmer. Hotel ist neben einer großen Kläranlage. Sauna kann man als Ehepaar nicht gemeinsam benutzen. Frühstück war nicht, was wir erwartet haben für 5 Sterne

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025The hotel atmosphere and the staff's service are professional. The facilities are complete, and most importantly, it's very peaceful. The food is always delicious and replenished. The hotel is located in many important places and is easy to get to. I parked my car in the hotel and took a tuk-tuk. It's very convenient to go to the hotel.
The parking space is a bit narrow, there are plenty of spaces, with parking available on two underground levels and outside The swimming pool is a bit small, but it is replaced with a warm bath instead. The hotel is in a deep alley, but it's hard to find it on GPS.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2025We were in a one bedroom apartment. Both living and bedroom were large but fixtures and fittings were very dated. The large king bed was rock hard, seems to be a Thai thing. Balcony was too small to put a chair on, view was rubbish anyway. Full size snooker table in its on room was great. Pool was lovely. The restaurant was great. They push their Mediterranean menu but we had Thai on 2 nights and it was amazing. Tommy in the piano bar was great fun.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2025It was a beautiful facility in a great location in Sri Racha. I like everything from the breakfast buffet that was quite extensive, room very clean with comfortable bed, and the staff was excellent and accommodating. The director manager of the hotel by the name of Thitlehun was excellent during my Unfortunately accident while I was in Thailand. I suffered a bad fall in a tour and fractured by ankle. As a result I had to return to the USA for further medical treatment. While making arrangements to return home and getting out of the hospital there in Thailand the manager and the hotel staff made accommodations during by last days of my stay bearable. I am so grateful to him and staff for being empathic to my unfortunate situation. I will forever be grateful.
