Wonderful hotel, wonderful location, wonderful staff, wonderful room, wonderful bed. Perfect place to be for a few days in Villefranche-sur-Mer.

Location can’t be beat. Staff were very welcoming and the room had most everything I needed. The view was amazing as well.

Wish there was an iron for my clothes. My room was on the first floor thus people staying up late at the bar are always heard. Other then that, the stay was very enjoyable.

Výborná a bohatá snídaně s možností posezení na terase přímo u moře. To byl každý den nádherný začátek dne. Postel pohodlná. Dostatek úložných prostor pro odkládání. Fungující klimatizace, která byla tichá. A balkon, z něhož byl úchvatný výhled na zátoku a možnost pozorovat lodě na moři. Vynikající restaurace hned kousek od hotelu.

Já jako žena v 71 letech bych ocenila možnost dopravy na vzdálenější pláže se slunečníky. Ale pro dceru to nebyl žádný problém a absolvovala to několikrát denně.

Needs updated and maintained. Poor condition. Our room had some rotting on the ceiling, dirty walls, dirty carpet

The location of this hotel with the sea on its steps is incredible! We had the most magical views on the bay, the sunset and the port from our balcony. Everything was very clean and designed with a thought. Service was perfect too.

The views were amazing and we had a king bed.

When we checked into our room there was a horrible smell and we found a dirty toilet. When we notified the staff they didn’t do anything about it and felt like they were mad at us for mentioning it. The ac also hardly works

Excellent staff. Beautiful view. Appreciated having a balcony.

The room is quite small but nicely furnished. The fridge is in the Wardrope so you could only hang shirts. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough and when we tried to move the temperature down it didn't seem to make any difference.

Room was spacious and bathroom well fitted with everything you might need. Bed was big and comfortable. View was as good as it gets over the bay including Cap Ferrat. Great selection of cold things for breakfast, scrambled and fried eggs available along with sausages and crispy bacon. Bar service good. Loved the spiral staircase. Staff were very helpful.

What a perfect location. Lovely beach villa with numerous restaurants. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. Rooms were older but well maintained.

The location was in the heart of the old town and the restaurants by the port. It was excellent for getting about quickly and easily. The view from the balcony over the harbour was exceptional.

Being so close to the port meant that cruise ship visitors were arriving from 7am onwards, which was noisy. Our air conditioning was not working so we had the door open making it more noisy. The bar also closed early, with last orders at 10pm on Saturday night!!

Sea view, quiet nights beautiful sunrise. Excellent breakfast great local restaurants. We will come back.

Fabulous location, setting, room, balcony, top notch service, and delicious breakfast. Fantastic place. Enjoyed the waterfront and its restaurants. Short walk to train station for day trips to Nice and Monaco. A delightful stay in every way. Thank you!

We left an item behind in the room and Megane was so very helpful and arranged for it to be posted back to us. Staff were very pleasant throughout our stay and the room was perfect.

Bed was a bit hard for us.

The view was awesome! Make sure you get u to see the sunrise. Breakfast and service great. Make sure you also use the sauna facilities as we really enjoyed this and wish we had used sooner and done each day.

Picturesque hotel in a quaint village. So close to Nice but feels outside of the hustle and bustle.

J'ai réservé pour la vue, vraiment exceptionnelle de toutes les chambres. La surprise (pour moi) a été de me retrouver dans l'hôtel fréquenté par Jean Cocteau dans les années 20 et 30 : rien n'a changé ou presque, le décor évoque la présence lumineuse du poète. La chapelle décorée par Cocteau se situe juste en face de l'hôtel : c'est une merveille.

Vraiment : rien. L'hôtel (au confort moderne) doit garder son charme authentique!

駅からのアクセス。駅にエレベーターはありましたが、エレベーターを降りたあとまだかなり階段を降りなくてはなりませんでした。荷物があって高齢の方の場合問題です。ホテルの方の話では、ニースや空港への送迎があるとのことでした。

This hotel is in a super location. Room with lovely balcony overlooking sea and harbour with many cafés and restaurants close by. At the end of our holiday my wife was taken ill and the staff, who were always lovely could not have been more helpful.

Bar renovation in March meant no service at all in the verandah area for coffee or drinks. We thought a minimal service or coffee machine could have been possible. Fortunately this is temporary.

The staff and services at The Welcome Hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, efficient, informative and genuinely welcoming. They quickly accommodated my request to upgrade my room and were extremely helpful in answering my questions about the region and an upcoming local festival. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, which is situated in an absolutely incredible location right on the port.

La vue sur mer, le charme ++ de Villefranche et l originalite de la decoration de la chambre. Le personnel tres réactif et tres à l ecoute et le petit dej. Literie bonne egalement

Il manque une bouilloire. Douche pas pratique. Draps et couette pas de taille suffisante et pas assez d oreillers. Le chauffage ne marchait pas dans notre chambre

The location is magic. The cleanliness is excellent. The staff are indifferent with booking details, and the service in the bar is tardy but overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Wonderful harbour-side location

Snídaně byla vynikající. Postel měla výbornou matraci a pokoj byl odhlučněn, z balkonu neuvěřitelný výhled. Snídaně byla velmi bohatá. Velmi příjemná obsluha. Vedle hotelu výborné restaurace. Byla jsem nadšená.

Možnost objednat si kávu i v 5 odpoledne, ale vlastně to bylo pozitivní, našli jsme díky tomu perfektní trafiku s výbornou kávou.
