Room on the top floor had a smell like sewage gas.

The view was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice and clean.

Das der Pool zeitweise keinen Platz mer hatte und wir im Dachgeschoss waren.

Beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable bed. Good breakfast and lovely view from breakfast room. Attractive building, lit up at night. My bedroom was very quiet peaceful. Villefranche itself is gorgeous- so colourful.

It was quite a trek into Villefranche Old Town. We tended to walk down and get a taxi back. There aren’t many restaurants within a short distance of the hotel. The bedroom was a little cramped but had everything you would need.

Hotel molt agradable amb una vista excepcional a la badia. Personal molt amable i servical. Esmorzar variat i abundant. S’aprecia moltissim que l’hotel tingui parquing ja que nobes hens facil aparcar en el poble.

El bany es una mica estret i no molt ben illuminat

The room was clean, fresh & well appointed. I booked a room on the ground floor with a small garden area & private jacuzzi. The additional cost was totally worthwhile and I thoroughly recommend that option to any guest who is considering it. Breakfast was delicious & catered to international tastes.

Nothing could have been better. It was a short stay for two nights & totally refreshing.

A bit of a walk from the beach but worth it for the air con. Mattresses a bit firm but better than being too soft.

The location, the view and the people working at La Flore are all absolutely wonderful

The price is still a bit high as the property is a bit dated.

The alarm system woke us up early, and it wasn’t very clear what the alarm was for. The room was a little small. The swimming pool was too small.

Det var stille og rolig. Rent, praktisk og hyggelige ansatte. Balkong med nydelig utsikt. Bassengområde var stille, alltid plass på solsengene. Fint å kunne bestille mat og drikke til bassenget.

Fantastiskt boende med helt galet utsikt, vi valde rummet med egen liten balkong/terass och panoramavy mot havet. Det var 10 av 10, magisk utsikt. Mysigt litet personligt hotell.

The view from our room and the breakfast room were stunning. ( it’s above Villefranche but easily accessible.) The staff were lovely and very helpful ( but the owner interfered with them too much and the constant checking with her about their deacons was off putting) The whole place was very clean and the staff worked very hard . Lovely pool area. They did allow us a late check in which was outside their opening hours for reception -which was very kind. Beds also very comfortable

The hotel is expensive for what it offers. At times during the day there is no one there. The bar area was never staffed and often no one at reception even in their opening times. Breakfast is just ok - staff amazing though. No nuts / seeds and very limited choice of fruit. For €15. I would expect more. Eggs are cooked for you which is nice! The owner should either be there and deal with guests. and make decisions but not sit in the office and undermine her staff with them having to constantly check see decisions with her. It’s embarrassing for guests and her staff. Our first room Room 5 we had to ask to change as it was noisy with constant breakfast traffic down the stairs or people checking out literally right next door;also the shower in that room was very small and you had to take the head of the wall to use it as the fitting would not adjust - not acceptable for what we paid. However, the room change was so much better I do feel the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade especially the bathrooms - shower fittings very old and unable to adjust height effectively. .

Prachtige ruime en schone kamer met airco, prima ontbijt, heel mooi hotel met eigen parkeerplaatsen, eigen zwembad, vlakbij het busstation naar Nice en Monaco, 15 minuten lopen naar de haven en strand , vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heel hygiënisch.

The hotel is dated and it was a steep uphill walk from the train station.

Meget sentral beliggenhet. Bassenget var fint, selv om det var ganske lite. God seng og god air condition.

Ikke spesielt hyggelig betjening og heller ikke spesielt fine fasiliteter. Men helt ok. Man får det man betaler for.

Vue superbe sur la rade de Villefranche : nous avons même eu droit au feu d'artifice tiré depuis St Jean Cap Ferrat pour les feux de la St Jean. Personnel très professionnel. Accueil très chaleureux. Toujours un bonheur de se rendre dans cet hôtel !!!!! Félicitations à toute l'équipe et bonne saison à tous

It’s a bit of a walk from the centre . It normally wouldn’t be an issue but we were here in a massive heatwave.

The staff is so helpful and kind. Beautiful,clean rooms, many with balconies overlooking the ocean.

El hotel está impecable , muy bien ubicación , caminado a solo 10 minutos del puerto de Villefranche, buenas vistas, hay que reservar habitaciones en pisos superiores, la gente del hotel muy amables

Furniture (chair) in our room needs updating/cleaning. Door to shower did not close and resulted in water spilling out onto the floor.

Charming hotel in a lovely location- we appreciated staying a hotel we'd passed many times on walks from Nice and found staff welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable and pretty, the terrace and view fabulous.

The bar closed surprisingly early but didn't affect us too much

The view over the bay of Villefranche was just great

The air conditioning was not turned on even though the weather was warm. We were in a room on the upper level with only a skylight for ventilation.

Posizione, la vista è impagabile ed è comodo anche per fare una passeggiata a piedi verso il centro. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il tubo della doccia e sono stati tempestivi nel risolvere immediatamente il problema. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Cet établissement a été conforme à notre attente : Personnel trés avenant et à l'écoute, chambre spacieuse et très calme locaux sanitaires d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipés. Les petits déjeuners sont variés, copieux et de qualité et aussi très agréablement situés sur une terrasse face à la mer. Nous recommandons cet établissement !

Notre sèjour a été très court, et s'est très bien passé.... Donc il est difficile pour nous d'ajouter des critiques...

Pretty basic rooms considering the high price. Shower head would not stay in the wall holder. Staff were not particularly friendly.

Der Aussicht von der Terasse, einfach wunderschön! Das Hotel liegt nah zu Bushaltestellen, was für uns sehr gut war. Wir haben unsere Tagesausflüge mit Bus und Bahn gemacht, was an der Cote D'azur sehr einfach ist. Abends möglich zu Restaurants zu Fuss zu gehen.

Den fina utsikten från vår balkong. Rymligt rum med det vi behövde. Frukosten var jättefin och trevlig personal.

This is a three star hotel that deserves four! We highly recommend chosing a room with a balcony. The view of the bay is fantastic. The hotel is safe with free on-property parking, which is quite rare on the Riviera.

You can’t beat the view! A wonderful breakfast overlooking the ocean, room was nice but the added veranda and view made it wonderful. Quaint hotel r easy access to town and bus across the street.

Dear Hotel La Flore Management, I would like to begin by saying that your hotel is very beautiful and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the atmosphere and comfort it offers. However, I regret to inform you that we experienced a very troubling incident at the reception during our stay, which left us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, during check-in, the receptionist forgot to return our passports. At first, this did not seem like a major issue, as we assumed we could simply collect them later at the front desk. However, when we returned, the receptionist who had checked us in was no longer there, and two other staff members were present. They both insisted that the passports were not at reception. I insisted that they call the person who had originally checked us in. When they did, I witnessed suspicious behavior between the staff. Specifically, I saw one of them hide the passport in her clothing while asking me for my room number. A few moments later, while my mother and I were still waiting at the front desk, one of them went up to our room and placed the passports on the table inside. She then came back and told us that the original receptionist “knew nothing” about the passports. It was clear to me that this was an attempt to cover up the mistake of not returning our passports during check-in, but what I found truly unacceptable was the way the staff made it appear as though we already had the passports in our room. This was both unprofessional and extr

Amazing view from the terrace of the room. Lovely for a pre dinner drink or morning coffee. Staff helpful in bringing glasses and ice.

Rather dated interior. Broken shower. Extremely hard bed. Powder coffee in the room. A Nespresso machine would have been more appropriate.
