Casual Raízes Porto by Casual Hoteles

Localização, café da manhã, limpeza.

Não ter condicionador no box. Tamanho do quarto.

Chambre basique assez petite

breakfast was good all the main items

nothing

Nada.

Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Porto.

The location was great! We were able to walk to many places to eat, drink and shop. Must see places further than my mom wanted to walk were a short (inexpensive) car ride away (bolt). This was my first European trip and I was pleased to see there were plenty of options for breakfast. The croissants were wonderful!

Foei!!!!!

Facundo : best receptionist ever ! Clean Calm Well located

It d be perfect to have a scale !

l’emplacement

Everything was perfect. Location, staff, breakfast. Couldn't fault it at all.

Clean and welcoming, staff lovely, breakfast fabulous

Very helpful and friendly receptionist on arrival. Excellent location on a main street near to a metro station but quiet as rooms at rear of hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Located in the city center. Kind and helpful staff Looks clean and newly renovated, quite bright colors of the hotel Decent breakfast, lots of food variety

Room was kinda small for the price Shower space was not divided from rest of the bathroom what made puddles of water in the bathroom.

Hotel room was in a quiet location, the room was clean, bed was very comfy and breakfast was a great start to the day.

Great place to explore Porto! The location is perfect, very close to both the metro and train stations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was really good. Highly recommended!

Localização e conforto. Simpatia das funcionárias da recepção.

Nada a assinalar.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer, gute Lage

Niets ! We komen terug !

Personalul impecabil!

Very convenient location, pleasant staff and comfortable beds.

I had an incredible time while staying. Everyone was friendly, the welcome drink was fantastic, and the idea of sending a postcard at anytime is uniquely interesting. Appreciate the people there, including Facundo and Angelica, for their help and conversation!

N/A

Great location and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Chambre trop petite

Great room. Clean and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Great location.

Excellent location and friendly staff.

Perfect location, very clean and friendly staff

Nada a apontar.

Posizione ottima, camere colorate e pulite

Nulla

Moderno e pulito, buona colazione inclusa. Caffè e tè a disposizione in camera durate tutto il soggiorno. Staff gentile e dispobile. Consigliato.

Nulla

Stanza bellissima e pulizia impeccabile.

NOTHING. There was an extreme amount of construction, totally surrounding this property – to the point that the taxi driver and two other construction helpers could not even find the entrance to the hotel.

One outlet in the whole unit and that’s it. No air-conditioning. Overhead cam light falling out of its hole. Very thin, bear towels. And… Not cheap. This was an expensive room. I chose it because the reviews actually said 9/10 – wonderful. This was actually a shock.

Ubicación y actitud del personal

Nada

Ubicación,bastante centrico. Personal excepcional. Limpieza. Nada ruidoso.

Nichts

Location was great! Staff was helpful and friendly

Room smelled a little

Great location, it was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

From the moment we arrived the staff was more than helpful with everything we needed! The room was clean and cozy, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. Thanl you so much for everything. We hope that one day we ll be coming back!

lokalizacja

sniadania jednostajne, jajecznica z kartonu

Unglaublich zuvorkommendendes Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer, tolle Lage

Unhygienisch.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

-

Limpo e organizado.

Nada a reclamar.
