The shower was not great — shower head was super low/short. The continental breakfast was disappointing. They didn’t keep the breakfast area very clean.

Place was hurtin. Middle-aged disgruntled guy at the front desk was not played, it gives two keys one of them repeatedly wouldn't work my girlfriend got locked outside the hotel at 4:00 in the morning and can get back in. Dangerous

Didn't like how my girlfriend got locked outside at 4:00 a.m. without a mess to get back in. If someone else didn't come up for a cigarette a half hour later she would have been out there all night. Then we went and told the staff he said he fixed the key and the same thing happened again

Lack of access to plugins Plugin in wash room the hair dryer plugged into was improperly installed that when you tried to unplug it the plugin recptical started to come out of the wall. This is a major heath and safety issue.

The place is dated . The room we had on the main floor felt like sleeping in a basement. That is a very high window that you cannot look out unless you stand on your toes . Very depressing feeling having no view. The key card for the room door did not work the majority of the time, if you went out for dinner or any reason upon returning the door card to your room didn’t work and you would have to stand in line while other people checked in, to get you door car reader reset . The line was often 10 minutes as only one front desk attendant. This happened numerous times to us. Huge pain.

We couldn't get rooms together because we requested two suites which had to be on different floors. Not a big problem.

We chose a suite on the main floor but that was a mistake. The room as very dark due to the small high window and extremely poor lighting. The shower was too low to stand under for a person about 6 feet tall. The suite has two chairs but no sofa and only one remote for two TVs (bedroom and living room). The breakfast was pretty horrible and was just thrown out and replaced by a muffin. There was sausage that was possibly cooked in a microwave and potatoes that were not identifiable as potatoes. Even the scrambled eggs were bad.

We loved that it was pet friendly, had a pool and breakfast/parking included. The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet despite being on the main floor. Breakfast was the sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cream cheese kinda spread. Nothing gluten free though.

Rooms were dated, but we had a suite with a separate living space which was a bonus.

The intersection exiting this location makes traveling in the morning or returning during the rush hours an absolute nightmare and can easily lead to you being late for work while waiting on the insane setup they have going on there. I also did not appreciate that they charged me 80 dollars for damaging sheets that were definitely not damaged. They weren't even excessively dirty and yet I paid more than the cost of a whole replacement set.

No hot water for a shower in the evening

Just off the highway, easy access. Clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of space in rooms.

Housekeeping didn’t replenish the after last persons stay so we didn’t have any soap or bathroom toiletries and cups for coffee in the morning. Easy enough to walk down twice to front desk.

Clean, really good Indian restaurant attached, conveniently right off the highway and next to a gas station. AC in room was good

Cleanliness is questionable. I attempted to use the coffee maker but was put off by how dirty it is.

I guess for us, breakfast was shut down too early in the day. We are retirees who like to sleep a bit later now. I really feel that 6-9 is so early. Most places have breakfast available until 10/ 10:30. I would like to see it available until 10 since check out is by 11.

Staff are amazing. Location is fantastic 👌 size of room was great. Bathrooms were nice. Complimentary breakfast was okay, considering it was free. Tv was nice and big in our room.

Beds are hard. Ants everywhere. Complimentary breakfast didn't have no fruit. Sausages are mystery meat. And swimming facility didn't have chlorine and the jets in the hot tub aren't working properly. There was no handicapped parking available at the front. A non handicapped vehicle was parked in one of the only 2 handicapped parking stalls. No supervised parking lot attendant or cameras to watch for that. Restaurant was closed the whole time we were there.

Friendly checking staff. Obviously the interior was updated and clean in public areas as well as our room. Breakfast room was good and offerings what we needed before we left a one night stay.

Little tricky to identify checking parking areas. More signage would help.

Be prepared for them to hold $500 on a credit card for deposit. This is insane!!!! Beyond insane. I stay at hundreds of hotels over the many years and never more than $200 has ever been held. The room was nice at first, couldnt understand the gentleman at the front counter though. But the deposit alone means ill never stay at a Wyndham ever again. Update: After staying 3 nights: the remote wasnt working. I called front desk to ask for a new one. The lady asked if i would like to come get it or her to bring to me. I figured my room is very close so id come get it. She walked passed me on my way to the front desk, walked into the room across from mine, and came to the front desk with the remote from that room. Ridiculous. The location of this hotel is unfortunate, right next to the highway so all you hear all night is drivers using the retarded breaking. The door is paper thin. I heard a cleaning staff member (must have been training a new hire) explaing tasks so clearly im tempted to apply for the job. The fridge ran so loud i unplugged it to get sleep. The only light switch (at all) when you first walk into the room turns on a light dimmer than my phone. Only a couple lamps you have to stumble to find in the dim lite room. No fan in the washroom so any smells you create there are shared with the entire room afterward. Water stained ceiling with obvious bubbling in the wall. Neat feature sort of a safety risk as well, but i left the building at 3 am, or tried to. The automatic doors in the front were locked as the attendant was away, fine, however there was no manual exit in case of emergency, only a sign with a number to call and wait for the attendant to unlock the doors. This was questionable. I booked on booking.com. and thought i had paid with my card, but the hotel charged me daily. Still withholding the aforementioned $500 on my cc. The room overall was decent. But the bedframe had these hooks that protruded out, i smacked my ankle on while getting

Good breakfast! The pool and hot tub were clean and warm.

The rooms could have been cleaner, the chairs were not moved when vacuuming, so chips and debris were under them, we had to move the chairs to accommodate a playpen ( which the hotel could not supply, no cribs either). There were plenty of ants in the bathroom perhaps they were after the food crumbs… parking to check in and unload is at the back of the property far away from the main entrance on a steep incline.

Close to the hospital; quiet room; a/c that worked; nice lighting that wasn't cold LEDs.

Shower head was pathetic; towels were old; a torn curtain?; my sister did not like the breakfast potatoes (I didn't have any).

Stayed for the night of April 2, 2026 This is decent property located just beside the highway. Room was of the good size and bedding was clean. Few issues we faced were as follows 1. Room walls paper thin can hear all conversations from room next to us up till late night. 2. Water keeps on dripping in bathtub tap and that sound of continuous dripping was very bothering 3. Two lights in the room not working, both were unplugged I have to move side table and sofa to plugged them. 4. Heating unit was very annoying. It’s keep resetting itself every 15 minutes or so. Each time producing loud sound. 5. Went for breakfast there was no place left to sit so didn’t use the breakfast.

Lack of consistency in rooms. Stayed in 2 different rooms and 1 had a chair, other didn’t. Minimum effort from the cleaning staff. Very late cleaning service. It was frustrating to get back from work and the room was still being serviced.

What a complete shit hole $500 room deposit that would pay for what's in the room entirely. Do not stay at this property!!

We had to sleep with the window open aas our room smelled like sweaty body odor.

I was VERY disappointed in my stay at this hotel. I was there March 5-8 for a swim meet with my daughter. I booked this hotel based on the photos as it looked like a new or at least newly renovated hotel. It is not. The lobby was renovated, maybe parts of the room 10 years or more ago. I found the overall condition very poor. The blackout curtains in our room were cracked on the back and you could see light through them. The room we had was small(2 queen) as was the bathroom. There was no counter space in the bathroom. The shower had low pressure and the shower head was so low I had to duck to get my head under it(I am not tall, I’m 5’7”) The bathroom fan did not work…Our room had a very musty smell when we checked in. I told the front desk and asked for some air freshener of some kind, which did improve it. Housekeeping did not clean our room until 3 each day. It was also odd as it sounded like it was a lady and her young child cleaning the rooms? The room had a coffee maker, but no cups and the to-go cup (we only started with 1) we’re never replaced. I would not have been nearly as disappointed if I had not paid the equivalent of 240$/night using my points. I do not recommend.

Entrance to hotel - who ever dreamed that up? You have to walk a bit into a corner wedge to get in!! The walls and room doors are thin - God help you if there is a noisy bunch near you.

Smart Tv was available but the tv wasn’t connect to internet, and didn’t have a Remote so Smart TV was useless. Pool water was too cold. Towels never were restock on time. We always had to come out the cold water , to the colder ac outside the pool. To ask for towels.

One minor little thing that I’m not overly concerned about but thought you should be aware of it. The window sills were quite dirty and would look a lot better if they were wiped off.

Not very happy with the service. The room did not have tea or coffee mugs, only one coffee pod was provided, and the tea/coffee condiments were very limited. There was also no glass provided at the wash basin for brushing. Overall, a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

Did not respond to me at all when I contacted. Poor customer service

The hotel bathroom was clean but very beat up. I wouldn’t let my quests stay in something like that.
