Molto bene posizionato nella zona storica dell'isola. A pochi minuti a piedi dall'imbarco per Macau. Personale efficiente.

Ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare stanza perché mi era stata assegnata una singola con un letto grande ma inaccessibile da due persone senza passar uno sull'altro.

The sofa bed had not been prepared before our arrival. When we arrived at the room, a staff member was just entering to set it up, and we had to wait for her to finish before we could settle in comfortably.

La vista de los últimos pisos es increíble. Está muy bien ubicado. Muy cerca transporte público, restaurantes locales, cafés. En general muy bien.

Lo cuartos algo pequeño. Para estacias cortas y viajando solo está muy bien.

シャワー室のドアに隙間ができていて、 かなり慎重に気をつけていても、シャワーのお湯がトイレのほうまできてしまっていたところ

Vicinissimo alla fermata dell'autobus A11 (da e per l'aeroporto) e alla MTR, le signore delle pulizie sono molto efficenti e in generale ho amato il quartiere (Sheung Wan è centrale ma meno turistico e trafficato rispetto ad altre aree, l'ideale per un soggiorno tranquillo). Ottimo il prezzo, ripeterei sicuramente il soggiorno.

In qualche dettaglio la struttura sente il peso degli anni.

Good location. But you can get better quality accoms at a similar place elsewhere.

The location is great. Easy access to public transport and easy to get taxis. Close to convenience stores and restaurants or cafes. Staff is polite. A basic breakfast is made available each morning with water, tea and coffee available through the day. There are vending machines for adapters, some quick instant food, water as well as a power bank rental machine. Umbrellas maybe loaned for a refundable deposit.

Be mindful that there is no concierge in case you land with lots of luggage and fewer hands.

It’s really clean , the bed is great. For the price for HK is very nice hotel. I like that I could refill my water any time ; they have coffee. Actually anything that you need for the short-term stay.

Первый номер в который заселили был с запахом сигарет, заменили сразу по моей просьбе. Не понравилось единственное , что окна не открываются и воздух только от кондиционера

Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, although not very confident speaking English. The location is excellent, and if you get a room on the upper floors you get a great view over the island. Only a short walk from the main station, and the nearby tram is a great bonus for a fun way move about the island - or to get to the station with luggage/ in heavy rain. Exceptionally easy to reach from the airport by direct express train.

It's hard to find the entrance, and there's a sister hotel a few metres away that it's easy to confuse with. The reception is on the 2nd floor so you need get a lift up there, either by walking through the carport, or the easy-to-miss door on Bonham Strand (and not Bonham Strand West). Breakfast isn't worth having

Street noise levels were very low. The room was clean. The air condition was working well. The furniture was comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Morning refreshments could be improved.

Adding more choice in breakfast is better.

Staff extremely nice and helpful. Gave some food recommendation that were great. Room had extra storage space under the bed, super useful.

Would be nice if toilet had a bidet. Lobby elevator to carpark level smells like a dirty toilet, perhaps due to plumbing.

The room I rented was essentially half of a room. The bed was a fold out couch. There were USB outlets on the desk that did not work. There was only one wall outlet (without an adapter) and was by the door and overall an inconvenience placement. It was a budget room but I did not expect to not have a real bed.

The elevator was horrible. If someone put their keycard to a higher floor before me then my key card wouldn’t even bother registering. I think it rlly needs fixing.

L’emplacement est idéal. La chambre était grande, au 20e étage, j’aimais bien. Le lit était très confortable.

La première chambre qu’on m’a donnée, sentait l’humidité, la moisissure. On m’a changé de chambre tout de suite et c’était parfait. Le gym n’était pas fonctionnel, nous n’avions pas accès à la terrasse, la machine à glace était non fonctionnelle, ça aurait été génial qu’on nous avise avant de booker.

This hotel is very well located with easy public transport access from/to airport and within HK. A short walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and public transport but is in a quiet location. The room was well maintained and clean. By design, the hotel is eco-friendly. Very good services by all the staff. Very good value for money.

Konumu mükemmel, oda oldukça genişti, temizdi, manzarası da güzeldi. Fiyat/ performans hong kong da daha iyisi zor bulunur. Çevre gürültüsü yoktu ama oda duvarları çok kalın değildi. Star ferry, macau ferry terminal, havaalanı otobüsü, metro, ding ding e aynı anda yakındı

Kahvaltı zayıftı ama yine de var olması bile çok iyi

我覺得整體都很不錯，不過沒有轉接頭有點美中不足的地方 不然針對空間、地點等等都是非常好的選擇之一 能在香港這種寸土寸金的地方有這樣空間的房型 真的很適合家庭入住，旁邊也有不錯的按摩的地方 真心推薦給各位!!!!

距離港鐵上環站大約走路5～10分鐘，地勢平坦，周圍也有許多香港傳統的商舖，也有便利商店。位置方便，很好招計程車。飯店還有提供免費咖啡和茶包，早上還有麵包。房價性價比高。

因為是住在最高樓層，頂樓每天總會發出1-2次的巨大異音，甚至在半夜熟睡時也會有，簡直嚇死人了。

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel & locatie is perfect.

Customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful. Location is positive, and generally the vibe of the rooms is good, if you are on an upper floor.

Some items/devices are due for an upgrade, such as the rather dated plugs and hairdryer, and failing window blind. The room temperature controller is very difficult to set, and often unresponsive.

There’s no indication that the power socket is under a timber cover. When used, it didn’t work 2 days out of 10 days.

Only one power outlet in the entire room. The bathroom door combined with the shower wouldn’t close because the seals didn’t fit properly.

Location - not as many shops around the area anymore as before. WiFi didn’t work Had to keep phoning reception to get more bathroom paper as they didn’t change or give spares even when it was low.

整體乾淨舒適，兩個人都用上開式行李箱空間覺得夠用

不是什麼大問題，就是衣櫥門是鏡子整個面對床

The room is a perfect size, but the location of the hotel is my favorite.

The bed could be slightly softer (but I also don't mind it). I would say that the free breakfast could be improved. There weren't many tasty options.

My second stay at this hotel and I tend to like it more and more! Staff was very helpful. When I arrived, the usb charger in my room was broken but they had a technician ready who swooped it out with a new usb plug, almost instantly ✨️ Not to mention that Hong Kongers are just really friendly by nature 😊 I was also able to make good use of the water dispenser. This helped me a lot because I didn't have to buy and carry water bottles. They also have a less plastic policy which is just really cute. I am really happy to recommend this hotel to other travellers!

Very modern hotel in a good location. Got a free upgrade to a suite which was very spacious with two bathrooms and a lounge. The last checking is in was very friendly and helpful.

清潔度､ロケーション､素晴らしい｡ロビーも広く､レセプションスペースを最小限にして､無料の朝食､(パンとコーヒー美味しい)とコーヒーを楽しむ宿泊客に提供するやり方は良いと思います。又客からの要望を敢えてレセプションで受けずに､センターで一括して対応するのも､指示が通っていたのも効率的で良いと思います。

充電用のコンセントが部屋の隅に一個しかなく｡デスクにないこと､更に香港式の三つ穴しか無くアダプターが必要な事｡トイレの洗面台の下のガラスが割れていた。注意書きはあったが、客の入室前に替えておくべき｡

Personally, the comforter was too warm for me, making it very hot when I slept, despite the AC cooling the room well. The gym was also out of order due to balcony problems they said, which sounded suspicious
