Divan Cukurhan

La struttura è un caravanserraglio storico che, in seguito a un incendio che l'ha molto danneggiato, ha subito una ristrutturazione radicale eseguita indubbiamente con gusto. Si trova proprio all'ingresso della cittadella antica di Ankara. Le camere sono arredate anche con pezzi di pregio. Alcuni membri dello staff sono stati cortesi e accoglienti. La persona che ci ha accolto ha mostrato grande disponibilità e attenzione.

Nonostante la sua bellezza, non può essere considerato un albergo a cinque stelle. Nessuno dei servizi è all'altezza. A parte uno dei camerieri del ristorante, nessuno dello staff (tra le persone che ho incontrato) parla inglese adeguatamente. Per accedere bisogna scendere una decina di scalini: noi eravamo in due con i bagagli per 15 giorni e nessuno ci ha dato una mano, né all'arrivo, né alla partenza. La colazione è preparata con grande lentezza con ingredienti di qualità abbastanza scarsa. Nella capitale della Turchia non mi aspetto un pain au chocolat a colazione ma, se c'è, non può essere surgelato e avere la crema al posto delle gocce di cioccolato. Formaggi troppo salati o insapori. E potrei continuare. İn camera mancavano il set da stiro previsto, e la scrivania. Davo per scontato che ci fosse un minibar in camera (rileggendo la descrizione, effettivamente non era indicato) che mi sembra importante per tenere in fresco almeno dell'acqua. Propongono un "pillow menu" ma ho chiesto dei cuscini speciali, mi hanno detto che li avrebbero portati e non sono mai arrivati.

The hotel is fascinating, and a fantastic place to stay. Food is good and the staff are so attentive.

Bellissima struttura, edificio storico di fascino proprio di fronte all’entrata del castello nella parte vecchia della città. La posizione eccellente così come la stanza e la colazione servita in una terrazza panoramica. Chicca aggiuntiva: gli ospiti possono visitare gratuitamente un museo particolarissimo che si trova all’interno della grande struttura e che merita una visita anche veloce.

L’unico neo è stato che nell’ unico giorno in cui abbiamo alloggiato abbiamo assistito a due ricevimenti di matrimonio proprio nella hall che merita di essere vista con un po’ di calma, tuttavia non ci hanno arrecato nessun particolare disagio.

This is a very special hotel. The space is spectacular, the room comfortable and beautifully decorated, the bathroom immaculate and spacious and luxurious. Checking in was smooth - our car was parked for us right in front of the hotel - our room's view over the city interesting and expansive. We were traveling with our young adult son and our room with two double beds was plenty roomy. We had romantic drinks and dessert in the hotel restaurant overlooking Ankara. Our breakfast was sunny and yummy and the service was graceful. We fell out of the hotel into the spectacular Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. The castle is across the street. The winding hilltop streets are quaint. We had a very tasty snack down the street from the hotel.

It’s a bit on the old-fashioned side but really comfy. Staff is exceptionally helpful: extra room-cleaning off-hours, additional free water supplied etc etc

They didn’t give us the free room upgrade that Genius promised but our room was still spacious, comfortable and quiet. Not a big deal.

Die Lage auf dem Berg und den kleinen Läden sowie der Burg vor der Tür macht den Aufenthalt sehr besonders. Der freie Eintritt (durch den Aufenthalt im Divan Hotel) in das Koc Museum ist natürlich ein sehr angenehm und lohnenswert. Man zeigt einfach nur den Zimmerschlüssel (Museum ist neben an/ mehrere Stockwerke).

Die Wände sind super dünn, d.h. ich hatte das Gefühl, dass das schreiende Kind im Zimmer neben an, neben mir lag.

Amazing hotel! The interior design is superb and the room is incredibly spacious. The Buddha statue in the room was a bit cringe for my personal taste, but other than that, everything was perfect. The bathroom is fantastic and I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Perfect location for the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations (One of the best museums we have ever visited) and Hamamonu. Hotel was close to many places to eat, we loved the local kebab house. The Ankara Castle was a disappointment as it was full of souvenir shops, although the castle itself was more interesting and the views across Ankara were spectacular. Would recommend this hotel, for the ambiance, fragrance, breakfast and obliging staff, would definitely stay there again

Отель Divan Cukurhan - это отреставрированный османский караван-сарай XVI века. Находится напротив входа в Крепость Анкары. Имеет внутренний дворик. Очень атмосферный. Не похож на обычные сетевые отели. Но по качеству услуг ничуть не уступает знаменитым сетевикам высшего класса. Чисто. Все необходимое есть (чайный набор, косметический набор, в душе помимо геля, шампуня и кондиционера - есть мочалочка, что очень приятное добавление). Завтраки - не шведский стол, что не очень для меня, но здесь было вполне комфортно. Если доведется еще раз побывать в Анкаре - скорее всего остановлюсь здесь же.

Locatie en ontbijt waren prima.

Heel gehorig. Er was een trouwerij, op zich niet erg, maar er werd tot diep in de nacht opgeruimd en in zo'n gehorig hotel is dat alsof je er naast ligt. Het was pas om 2.30 klaar en toen viel de stroom uit in de kamer en hadden we geen airco of licht. Ze konden er niks aan doen en ook de gasten die buiten nog aan het schreeuwen waren konden niet helpen.

There were not any staff at the hotel during our stay at Divan Cukurhan. There was only one guy at reception at all times so there was not really any service. No bell boys or anyone to help with anything.

Ein gut geführtes Hotel mit wunderschönen Zimmern im antiken Stil und einem großen Badezimmer. Das Hotel liegt in Ankara Kale sehr zentral, sodass man von hier aus bequem Ausflüge in die Stadt und die umliegende Gegend unternehmen kann. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett.

Das Frühstück war überraschend teuer

Leider konnte so gut wie niemand Englisch oder Deutsch.

アンカラ城にごく近く、小高い山の上にあり、静かで大変心地よい時間が流れています。建物は古いものの水回りや寝心地の良いベッドと枕、質の良いタオルなど、全てにおいて満点です！ただし冷蔵庫はありませんでした笑　特に必要性もありませんでした。

Es realmente icónico magia pura, su ubicación suma muchos puntos para conocer en poco tiempo, todas las comodidades y un muy buen desayuno.

Que ingresaron a la habitación y sacaron las llaves del auto rentado para moverlo, no nos indicaron antes que debíamos dejarlas o cuando regresamos que ellos las tenian para evitar buscarlas en todas las maletas.

While booking the room said late check out available, in reality it was prebooked so we had to check out 12:00 noon. But there plenty of space with coach, sofa beds in the hotel so you may spend spare time in the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my 4-month-old daughter and my 20-year-old companion. I would like to congratulate the manager !! All the staff, from the doorman to the housekeeping team, were extremely polite and kind.

The location is perfect, right next to the Ankara Castle, old town, and the Anatolian Civilization museum. The Inn is strikingly beautiful. There is a quiet inner courtyard with a water feature, and an amazing little library, with artifacts from around the world. The breakfast is not included, and we did not order it because it was very expensive. There are many other breakfast options close by. Overall, a very nice choice

Alışılmışın aksine kahvaltı açık büfe değil serpme kahvaltı şeklinde; kesinlikle kötü bir kahvaltı değil ve her isteğimiz karşılanıyor ancak yine de açık büfe olmasını tercih ederdim. Tarihi bir bölge olmasından ötürü park alanı da kısıtlı, bu nedenle elektrikli araçlar için de bir şarj olasılığı olamıyor. Bu da bir diğer dikkat edilmesi gereken nokta.

Удивительное место, находишься в музее) ну и в остальном все достойно, чисто, исправно. Отель не новый (я имею в виду оснащение внутри), однако все работало хорошо: окна открываются, в номере тепло и светло, красивое белье, санузел исправен.

We stayed at Divan Cukurhan for one night as a family of three and were very satisfied. The atmosphere of the hotel is truly special — a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort. The room was clean, cozy, and well equipped. We especially liked the room itself: the wooden window frames and wooden flooring create a sense of warmth, comfort, and eco-friendliness — a very pleasant, “alive” atmosphere. Both the room and the bathroom were warm and spacious. The bed was wide with a firm mattress — exactly how we like it, and we slept very comfortably. The staff were very attentive and friendly, with a genuine desire to make guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast, as we had an early departure to the airport at 5 a.m. A special mention goes to the perfect location — in the old town area by the citadel, directly opposite the entrance, with a beautiful view from the window. During the day, it is quite lively, but after 7:00 p.m. it becomes pleasantly quiet — so quiet that you can even hear the sound of raindrops. The hotel’s interior is a delight in itself: the lobby and second-floor corridors feel like a museum, filled with many antique items and details that invite you to stop and admire them. An excellent option both for a short stay and for a longer visit. We would gladly stay here again.

Не понравилось · 1.Дорогие завтраки не оправдали моего ожидания. Это не шведский стол. Заказ делается по спец. меню. Мне такой вариант не зашёл. 2. В букинге указано, что возможен поздний выезд. Я бы не стала на это рассчитывать, мне отказали в этой услуге.

1. расположение просто супер! 2. в стоимость входит помещение музея 'зеркало промышленного наследия' - и он великолепен! 3. завтрак очень разнообразный, продукты качественные, горячее блюдо из яиц на выбор, официанты безупречные, вид из ресторана на Анкару потрясающий. 4. номера большие, чистые, удобные, в номере и душ, и ванна, большая столешница вокруг раковины, где можно все косметические принадлежности разложить. 5. было тихо и спокойно, комфортно очень 6. парковка перед отелем (с консьержем) 100% рекомендация!

1.не было холодильника в номере 2. на 4-х было по две пары полотенец и 2 бутылки воды, остальное - из бара за допплату 3. душем нужно пользоваться аккуратно, так как протекает дверь (сантехника - общая проблема турецких отелей) 4. очень жаркие одеяла (без было холодно, с жарко)

Except the breakfast, everything was perfect. Breakfast is so under average.

L'albergo è molto affascinante dal punto di vista architettonico, si tratta di un antico caravanserraglio completamente ristrutturato in modo moderno ma rispettando lo stile originale ed arredato con molto gusto. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole. Il personale gentile ed ospitale.

Non c'è niente da migliorare, l'unica avvertenza è che l'hotel è situato in una zona che di giorno vede la presenza di molti turisti (è adiacente al Castello ed al Museo Archeologico) ma di sera è molto isolato e per cenare è necessario sposarsi in macchina o in taxi perché tutte le attività chiudono.

Charming hotel just in front of Ankara castle and near to the Museum of Anatolian civilization. The building is a market from the end of 16th century, completely restored in 2006. Central courtyard has been covered by a modern coverage. Rooms and common spaces are beautifully furnished. We were in a large fine room for 4 people with 4 windows and an elegant big bathroom with shower and bathtub. We didn’t have breakfast.

Price is high, considering that there is neither a gym nor a sauna/pool.

Отличный, очень аутентичный отель в историческом здании караван-сарая. Множество интереснейших деталей в интерьере отеля, которые хочется рассмотреть. При этом все удобства на хорошем уровне. Вежливый, приветливый персонал. Завтрак отличный! В этом же здании расположен музей, вход в который при проживании в отеле-бесплатный. Музей-супер, очень много интереснейших экспонатов и экспозиций! Советую посетить обязательно. В общем, всё замечательно!

Ankara itself is a busy metropolis and generally not a tourist stop.

Emplacement absolument idéal, chambre grandes et bien équipées (y compris machine à expresso!) grande SDB et douche, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, et personnel efficace et discret. Cerise sur le gateau, si vous venez avec votre véhicule, un voiturier s'occupe de la garer et de vous la rapporter quand vous en avez besoin... Sans aucun doute la meilleure adresse à Ankara!

Top-Unterkunft in historischem Gebäude nahe der Festung und des (sehr sehenswerten) Museums für anatolische Geschichte. Hotelkomfort top, schöne Aussicht über die Stadt vom Zimmer und auch von der Restaurant-Terasse. Abendessen im Restaurant empfehlenswert.
