Хотела беше в ремонт. Всички стаи бяха с изложение към бедния квартал, който започваше зад хотела. Стаите с изглед към града бяха за специални гости, които ги нямаше. Персонала има непрофесионално отношение и им отне повече от 50 минути да ни настанят.

The staff were friendly. Check in - Check out process was fast. The location is good, in the city centre, however be prepared for a 4 AM serenade from the big mosque oppose to the hotel. The surroundings are dirty though as it is next to the second hand market. The breakfast was good. Wifi was decent. The price is cheap so read bellow what are the downsides of this establishment.

The biggest problem with the room (and in overall the hotel) was that it was very very dirty. The whole room is covered with a rug, which was so dirty that you simply wouldnt want to touch it with any part of your body. Probably that rug haven't been steam cleaned in decades. The walls were dirty. The bed sheets had holes. The towels are so old that they even wore the hotel's former name!! (Hotel Hitit, and not the new one - Hotel Mithat) Also the room was reeking from cigarette smoke, even though I booked a non-smoking room (and infront of the door there was a sign that in fact it was a non-smoking room). I know that in Turkey even the infants are smoking but come on, when you wake in the middle of the night by the nicotine stanch you know it is really bad. And dont have any illusions that any of the rooms dont have the cigarette stanch of a tobacco factory. The AC was making a noise similar to a tractor.

Súper amables. Llegamos a las 9:30 después de un tren nocturno y nos permitieron hacer el check in y también nos invitaron a desayunar. Situado cerca de bazar y zona del Kalesi.

Room was very dated. Room stank of cigarette smoke and the bed sheet was worn thin and torn. The bathroom had mould all over the walls. In general there is very poor housekeeping at this property and I will not book there again.

Staff is kind. Food is tasty. Location is good. Clean and safe. Nice place for staying.

I don’t smoke 🚭 but a lot of people smoke in Ankara. This hotel is not exception. But it’s not very big problem. Shower placed over the toilet. It’s not very comfortable to use toilet after shower. But it’s not big problem.

I am a non-smoker and was put in a smoking room which stunk of smoke. Also the man behind the reception at check-out was quite rude and unhelpful. The location was also rather poor Avoid this place

Location, rooms were very clean, ok but very basic. Breakfast was fine. Staff superb and very helpful

Удобное расположение. Часть балконов, и в том номере, где жил я, выходит прямо на мечеть — вид отличный. Бублики-симиты утром продают с тачки прямо внизу. Завтрак — максимально простой. Если надо утром подзарядиться, то варёные яйца, хлеб и пресный сыр, оливки — то, чем стоит поживиться со стола.

Номер был очень пропахший курением. Настолько, что это мешало спать. В номере очень жарко, спать пришлось с открытой балконной дверью. Wi-Fi стабильный, но слабый.

Место расположения прекрасное, великолепный базар, всё в шаговой доступности, великолепный вид на мечеть Мелеке, очень тихо, спокойно, отель легко найти по яркой вывеске. Приятный персонал и чай в течении дня.

Слабое освещение в номере, и не было фена.

Location close to parks and museums.

Single duvet for a double bed. Had to ask for toilet paper. Shower was over the toilet. Smoking in rooms. Needs bringing up to date.

The food was really good, quite balanced breakfast,the staff were very helpful , everything you needed is at walking distances ,cafes, marketplaces,shopes or restaurants which is nice. Overall it was a pleasant stay 😊

WC stinks, there were not controlers for AC and TV, double bad was not double, but 2 beds together

Obwohl alle Aspekte zufriedenstellend waren, wurde mir beim Check-in mitgeteilt, dass alle Zimmer belegt seien und nur ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage verfügbar wäre. Dies stellt einen inakzeptablen Zustand für ein Hotel dar.

Had a good location (next to one of the big mosques of Ankara), easy check-in and a very good breakfast.

Strong smoke smell in the room, and the quality of the bathroom was only so-so (but clean).

Good location (20min walk/10min bus ride to the train station). Comfortable bed.

The room smelled like tobacco, as smoking is allowed in rooms. This can be very unpleasant for someone who doesn't smoke - make sure to check this before booking.

The hotel is good and staf friendly. The hotel is located city center and easy to find tranportation around the hotel. Recommamdable.

チェックイン前に荷物を置けるのはとても素晴らしい。暖房もシャワーの水圧もよくて大変良いホテルでした。

Working staff was respectful and kind.

The room was too cold. Even in the rainy and snow the heating system was off for hours during the day and night. There was a mosque nearby which had lots of noises at 5 am. The pillow was too small. The sheet doesn't feet the blanket. Literally the worst hotel I've ever been.

Otelin yeri ulaşım konusundan rahat yerde. Oda temizliği gayet iyidi ama yastık kılıfı biraz sararmış durumdaydı. Kahvaltı güzeldi açık büfe tarzında yeterli donanımdaydı. Genel olarak gayet iyi bir otel.

Prefect place to stay

Odada su yoktu, istediğimizde parayla verdiler gerçekten bu kadar temel bir ihtiyacı karşılayamıyor olmaları çok şaşırtıcıydı. Saç kurutma makinesi yok ama isteyince getirdiler. Bunun dışında bir sorun yaşamadık, fiyat performans olarak iyi bir otel.

Sehr sauberes Familienhotel, übernachte schon das zweite mal hier und bin sehr zufrieden. Sie haben auch ein Shuttle-Service richtung Flughafen.

Geç check in yaptıgımız halde cok saygılılardı bekletmeden hızlıca checkin işlemlerimiz yapıldı ve odamıza yerlestik. Otelin herşeyinden memnun kaldık park sorunuda yaşamadık önünde çok sayıda park yeri mevcut ve ücretsizdi

Duş almak biraz sıkıntı ama iş görür benim odamdaki duş başlıgı bozuktu ama fiyatına göre kalınabilir seviyede

Mi estancia fue corta, pero el hotel era cómodo, pero el baño no tenía una ducha aparte sino junto con el sanitario, entonces ducharme fue un poco incómodo y quedaba todo mojado, pero aparte de eso me gustó que estaba muy central

We were met and checked in late at night

Everything looks much better in the photo than in reality. Very strange rooms with shabby furniture. The sheet was slightly torn. The room had not one double bed, but two single beds pushed together.
