Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Great room - lovely view of the Mosque and park, nice breakfast with a mix of choices, friendly helpful staff (were very generous to me by giving me a phone charger cable for the hire car), clean & well kept hotel.
If I was to be picky - the eggs at breakfast were just in a covered tray, not kept in a heated covered dish (like the chips and filo's), which meant they went cold very quickly.

Restaurants are in the street. My room was on the 4th floor, accessed by lift., it had air-conditioning and a window that opens. Adequate Turkish breakfast
Just be aware , lots of people smoke in Turkey so getting a room that is smoke free smell is near impossible. This one was not too bad

En las habitaciones se puede fumar y el olor a tabaco está impregnado en mobiliario, moqueta, colcha, etc.

Unfortunatelly we have been given room that someone smoked before. It was really afwul. I had to have open window to be able to stay there but then the whole night the street dogs were barking litterally non stop. I had a sleepless night and would definatelly not stay there again. Seriously I did not have such a bad experience in last 20 years.

I was surprised to learn that the hotel does not have any non-smoking rooms. It turned out not to be a problem though there was a slight odour (of old cigarettes) in the room and some of the cushion covers had cigarette burn holes in them. When I learned this I was concerned that it might be a seedy dive - it absolutely is not - a great place... but what hotel lacks non-smoking rooms in this day and age?

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026Abbiamo amato molto la posizione vicina a tutti i luoghi di interesse di Ankara "vecchia" , e vicina a mercati, bazar, negozi, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla. La colazione ottima e abbondante . Stanza pulita e confortevole, con bella vista sulla città. Staff sempre gentile e molto disponibile.
Molti commenti avevano segnalato odore e puzza di fumo nelle stanze (cosa che temevo, essendo un NON fumatore) ma devo dire, per onestà, che nella mia stanza era appena percettibile e non ha dato nessun fastidio. Sarò stato fotunato. Il personale (molto gentile) non parla inglese (come quasi nessuno nei musei, bar, ristoranti, negozi di Ankara), ma non è stato un grave problema, in qualche modo ci siamo capiti.

Oda çok yoğun şekilde sigara kokuyordu. Temizdi ama çarşaflar, yastık kılıfları ve havlular eskimiş ve yıpranmıştı. Banyo malzemeleri arasında diş fırçası ve diş macunu yoktu. Odada çöp kutusu yoktu, sadece tuvalette bir tane vardı. Ama bunların hiçbiri asıl sorun değildi. Sigara kokusu beni çok rahatsız etti, sabaha kadar uyuyamadım.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025El personal muy amable y servicial. Habitaciones grandes, camas cómodas, ducha y baño muy bien. El desayuno buffett muy completo y rico. La zona es tranquila, bien de barrio, con puestos de comida para probar comida local y restaurantes baratos y buenos. La ubicación del hotel nos gustó mucho, a solo 5 minutos a pie del castillo de Ankara, a unos 10 minutos del gran Gençlik Parkı y 30’ al Anıtkabir (en taxi nos salió 4€ y son unos 10’)

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Sehr nettes kleines Hotel in toller Lage! Schönes Zimmer mit super Aussicht und nicht laut, da das Fenster in einen alten, etwas verwahrlosten Hof zeigt. Das Foto zeigt den Blick aus meinem Fenster! Sehr schönes kleines Frühstücks-Buffet inklusive. Im Zimmer kann man auch Kaffee oder Tee selber zubereiten und es stehen zwei Flaschen Wasser zur freien Verfügung!
In den Steckdosen und auf den Lichtschaltern sammelte sich eine Menge Staub, die Zimmer- Reinigungskraft hat offensichtlich kein Auge dafür. Ich habe es an der Rezeption erwähnt und bin gespannt auf aktuelle Rezensionen, ob sich das gebessert hat!!

Dit werd heel professioneel, flexibel en vriendelijk opgelost door het personeel. Zij hebben er echt voor gezorgd dat ons verblijf zeer aangenaam was. De Turkse gastvrijheid spat er hier vanaf Nogmaals dank allemaal

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Fantastisch hotel! Locatie is super: dichtbij bezienswaardigheden zoals het kasteel, musea en de hamam. Supermarkt in de straat. En een fantastisch restaurant, links op de hoek. Wij hadden een kleine kamer, maar zelfs die was prima qua formaat. Alles was zeer schoon en bed erg comfortabel. Maar meest leuke aan het hotel was het personeel: allemaal zeer vrolijk en vriendelijk. En voor zover ze geen Engels spreken, werd dit handig opgelost met Google Translate. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vooral de börek is lekker: die wordt elke dag vers gemaakt in de eigen keuken!

酒店的卫生间下水道会反上来一股味道，但是这并不表示房间不够整洁，事实上我能感受到房间被打扫得很干净。

禁煙室をお願いしたのに、とてもタバコ臭かった。絨毯は剥がれ、シーツには穴が空いており、椅子はシミだらけ、建物内は夜はとても暗かった。周辺も治安の良い感じはしなかった。事前にメッセージのやり取りで空港へのタクシーをお願いしていたのに、実際に行ってみると、初めて聞いたかのように対応された。

Odore di fumo in camera. Forse dividere le camere a disposizione tenendo una quota per i non fumatori sarebbe la soluzione migliore
