We liked the service and the style of the hotel

There wasn't a sauna

I like Moxy and every time I can use Moxy - airports, business travel - I do. Room was comfortable and clean. Cosmetics are at the good quality.

3 Things I Didn't Like * **Shared Room:** I had a connecting room (with a communicating door) next to someone who was coughing a lot. I don't like this type of setup; these rooms are better suited for families, but since I traveled alone, I would have preferred a standard room enclosed entirely by solid walls. * **Bed:** Instead of a large double bed, I was given two twin beds pushed together. This is inconvenient for a solo traveler. The bed was very narrow, and I almost fell out of it. * **Breakfast:** The menu is very limited, and food items frequently ran out.

La chambre était bien spacieuse pour deux personnes et la même chose pour la salle de bain. Le personnel était très gentil et à l'écoute. L'hygiène a également été respectée.

Toutes les images de décorations du Moxy ont été générées par IA. Cela est vraiment dommage, surtout pour une chaîne d'hôtel comme le vôtre, vous avez les moyens pour payer de vrais graphistes.

Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 100 Meter entfernt. Freundliche Atmosphäre. Empfangsbereich mit Bar und Lounge sind trendy eingerichtet. Parkplatz für CHF 25 p. Tag vorhanden

Wir hatten Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof, die Aussicht ist hier dann nicht gerade schön. Frühstücksbuffet könnte noch etwas reichhaltiger sein.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hippie-Hotel. Abgenutzte Innenausstattung und verstopfter Duschabfluss. Dafür aber Premium im Preis

-all unsere Kissen haben leider gemüffelt, als wären sie nicht richtig trocken geworden. Auch die Matratzen haben den Geruch aufgenommen.

La struttura è molto moderna e anche molto pulita, come anche le stanze. La zona con i divani e tavoli è molto accogliente e spaziosa. Per poter entrare nella propria stanza con l’ascensore è necessario avere la chiave d’accesso, quindi anche molto sicura. Soprattutto la zona per noi è stata ottimale, avevamo il tram proprio sotto che ci portava direttamente in centro in pochi minuti. Inoltre il garage è bello spazioso e comodo.

Per noi l’unica pecca e che in stanza non c’era nessun frigo e che magari un piccolo armadio per soggiorni più lunghi potrebbe essere comodo. Anche se noi solitamente non li utilizziamo.

Kissen und Badetücher fehlten für 2 Personen

Parkgebühren wurden auf mein Zimmer gebucht und berechnet, obwohl wir unten am Automaten im Parkhaus bezahlt haben. Die Rezeption hat explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass unten gezahlt werden soll. Im Nachgang wurden meine Nachrichten teilweise nicht beantwortet. Dann falsche email Adressen geschickt, bei denen ich meinen Nachweis abgeben kann und der Ton der Nachrichten war durchgehend unfreundlich. Am Ende wurde mir mein falsch abgebuchtes Geld aus „Kulanz“ zurück überwiesen. Durch den Wechselkurs war es dann letztendlich weniger als ich vor Ort gezahlt habe.

Personal muy amable y atento, en especial Riel. Habitaciones cómodas y decoración moderna. El tranvía está justo delante del hotel para ir al centro. Hotel perfecto para una escapada a Zurich.

Im großen und ganzen war alles super.

Das wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden das unsere Hunde nicht mit in den Frühstücksraum dürfen. Und das in den Zimmer ein beissender Geruch war durch neue Teppich verlege arbeiten und durch die Etagen Höhe nicht ausreichend gelüftet werden konnte, leider ging es mir am nächsten Tag dadurch sehr schlecht auf den Magen. Sowas hätte man im Vorfeld erwähnen müssen und nicht erst wenn man darauf angesprochen wird, warum in den Zimmer so ein beissender Geruch ist.

Liegt zentral und sehr gut zur Straßenbahn.

An diesem WE waren es über 38 GradC in Zürich und die Klimaanlage im Hotelzimmer hat nicht gekühlt und war sehr laut. Dort müsste sich das Hotel für die heißen Sommermonate sehr verbessern.

Nice place

The entrance and lobby had such a fun, hipster, and welcoming vibe with the layout, lounging area, various nooks and crannies for sitting/tables, and games like foosball and jenga. There's a little coffee shop and bar right by the check in counter in the lobby, so that's super convenient. I was worried that this playful atmosphere would also translate to the rooms, but the hallway and rooms were like a peaceful oasis. First, the design is so simplistic yet modern. It's the type of room where you take one look at it, and you can't wait to dive into the bed. Everything seemed clean, and most importantly, there was air con. The tramway is literally a couple of steps from the hotel, making it convenient to get to other parts of the city/airport.

Although close to the tramway, it would be even better if this was located in a more bustling area.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, com ar condicionado. Tem estacionamento, embora pago, facilita para quem vai de carro.

Não gostei da localização, por ser muito distante do centro.

La propreté était présente et le personnel agreable.

Dans la chambre le lavabo était bouché et le tuyau de douche fuillait. La ventilation faisait un bruit insupportable. Ma fille a du changer de chambre a cause du bruit. Pour le prix nous nous attendions a mieux !

Solamente estuvimos una noche de paso a la Selva Negra,así que no aprovechamos del todo las instalaciones. Estaba todo muy nuevo y limpio y el personal muy amable. El desayuno bastante bien y variado aunque un poco caro.

Quizá un poco alejado del centro,aunque tiene tranvía directo.

De airco was stuk dus het was vreselijk warm. Te warm voor een goede nachtrust. Los hiervan leuk hotel dichtbij de city. Als het minder warm is en/of een goed functionerende airco kom ik zeker terug.

Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr gut, die Einrichtung funktional. Zum Glück gab es bei 35 Grad Aussentemperatur eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Hotel liegt gefühlt zwar ein wenig ausserhalb, ist aber hervorragend per Strassenbahn zu erreichen.

Es gab keinen Schreibtisch auf dem Zimmer zum Arbeiten. Es existieren zwar viele Arbeitsmöglichkeiten in der Lobby, aber dort ist wegen der Musik im Hintergrund eine Videokonferenz nur bedingt möglich.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro. La fermata del tram si trova proprio a 2 passi dall’hotel. Colazione dell’hotel ottima !

Nonostante avessi preso la camera più economica mi sarei aspettata un piccolo frigorifero per deporre acqua e tenerla al fresco. nella stanza non è previsto l’armadio, credo per questioni di concept della stanza, ma comunque lo spazio per inserirlo c’era ( dietro la porta del bagno) magari ci sarebbe stato più ordine. Non è chiaro il cartello da deporre fuori la stanza per le signore delle pulizie che aprono la porta senza bussare.

Fitnessraum, der ‚grosse Kicker‘, der Bereich zum chillen - sehr großzügig gestaltet und auch schön, die einzelnen Bereiche etwas abgetrennt, morgens, kostenlos einen Kaffee zu bekommen, eine großzügige Parkgarage, die Zimmer waren neu und sehr gepflegt

Dass die Spiele nicht gepflegt waren, ( beim Tisch-Billiard und Tischkicker fehlten Kugeln/Bälle); beim Check-in war der Service etwas holprig; das hat sich später aber ins absolute Gegenteil gewandelt

Muy lindo, espacioso, buena ubicación, muy buena variedad en el desayuno.

El personal de la mañana MUY atento y alegre, el de la noche no tanto.
