Overpriced for what you get. It appears that prices for CitizenM have gone up significantly which is not backed by anything. Relative value has decreased compared to the past. Competitive edge appears to be disappearing.

De locatie op 5 min ( overdekt) lopen van het treinstation is fantastisch.

Kamer is klein en er is weinig ruimte voor je koffer. Ook kun je niet rondom het bed. Eén vd partners moet over de ander geen kruipen sls hij s'nachts naar het toilet moet.

Easy walk from the airport, excellent staff, nice room, not too noisy.

As other stays i've reviewed here the ipad control of everything (noted there are some switches) is very annoying and needs to be improved. A lot of money for what one gets but alas this is an Amsterdam airport hotel and that is expensive.

Rooms are amazing

Curtain between bed and shower was something new. Didn’t like that cannot open it fully and that it’s fixed to be always at least half closed. Sad that iPad connected to TV had no access to web-browsing

Teleurstellend kleine kamer. Erg vervelend is dat je over elkaar heen moet kruipen om in het tweepersoonsbed te kunnen slapen. Het toilet en de douche bevinden zich elk in een kleine ruimte van een meter diagonaal, volgens het 'alles-in-één-kamer'-concept. Het voelt alsof je in je slaapkamer je behoefte doet... We komen hier absoluut niet meer terug.

I liked that one can check in when arriving. Hotel is next to airport and flights are coming and going, so 24 hours you are welcome to hotel. Hotel room was nice and calm and silent. In-spite of airport close we did not hear flights or any outside noise. Perfect location before or between flights.

A lovely hotel with a really welcoming communal lobby & bar area where there's a great atmosphere for socialising.

CitizenM Schiphol is steeds een relatief goedkoop uitstekend hotel geweest. Sinds de overname door een “hotelgrootmacht” vliegen de prijzen soms wel erg de lucht in. Enfin, alles is er grondig schoon, uitstekende bedden en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (dat soms Nederlands praat).

Die schommelende steevast hogere prijzen sinds de overname door een “hotelgrootmacht”. Erg jammer.

The shower did not work which was a major problem just before a flight. After several days I am still waiting to get the issue resolved. No offer of discount have been made. Not a happy experience.

We stayed one night at CitizenM Amsterdam Airport Shiphol hotel and will never ever book CitizenM stays anywhere else. The room was too small for the two of us and there was nowhere to open and pack carry-ons (let alone luggage). Only one plus - the hotel is located within a 5-7 minute walk to the Shiphol airport and the train station.

We didn't like the room at all - it looked more like a Red District kind of hotel room. Everything red - it is cheap looking. Not sure what was the concept they were going for, but definitely not modern or futuristic. The floors look like corridors with faceless cell doors side to side. The room was tiny and the width of the room fit the king-size bed which was placed sideways to the window - meaning the person sleeping on the window side literally has to crawl over the person sleeping on the other side to get out of bed. Shower was not clean in our room. All in all it was rather disappointing for the price we paid.

Het uitzicht was erg mooi en het bed lag prima. Verder was alles schoon, netjes en comfortabel. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad!

Een klein verbeterpunt was dat er vanuit onze kamer helaas een sterke rioollucht te ruiken was. Dit was soms best vervelend. Verder hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad.

piepkleine kamer maar het ergste is dat ik twee keer verbleef en twee keer niet van de hitte kon slapen. De airco op lagere temperatuur zetten werkt absoluut niet, de donsdekens zijn te dik voor de temperatuur in de kamer.

Todo, está a 2 minutos caminando del Aeropuerto, en la misma estación de bus casi. El personal súper atento y amable y la habitación era muy guay.

La mesa y el suelo de mi habitación estaban llenos de "migas" de comida, pero bueno, lo único malo que puedo decir :)

The staff were super helpful and friendly on arrival. Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable and everything worked well - black out blinds and soundproofing were appreciated. The downstairs lobby and bar areas were lovely - so relaxing. Dinner options were basic but good and the bar staff were really friendly. Location was fantastic - a two minute walk to the terminal. I could relax knowing I was already at the airport for an early flight

I wasn't aware the bathroom was completely open to the bedroom with no privacy screens around the shower and a basic one for the toilet. This was fine for me as I was travelling alone but if I had been travelling with my son or a friend as I often am we would have needed two separate rooms. It should be clear when you book.
