Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

The check-in employee was very friendly. Thank you for offering help with our luggage.

The hotel was a bit of a longer walk to reach from Arrivals than it seemed from the map.

Located within the airport but very peaceful and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean.

Room did not have a coffee maker and the instant coffee wasn’t very good.

Clean and quiet rooms with view of the Schiphol runway

All fine

Breakfast and room was amazing!

Location to airport

I was charged for the breakfast that I specifically said I didn't want or partake.

We chose Hilton Schiphol Amsterdam Airport to spend a day as a family with our unwell relative who was on a 24 hour layover at the airport. The Hilton airport staff were 100% helpful attentive and supportive in what was a very emotionally and physically challenging time for our family. In particular, Alexander at the desk ensured that our two rooms were next to each other. However I have nothing but the highest praise for Pajame the reception supervisor. She arranged emergency medical assistance, as well as complimentary laundering of clothing, extra towels and soup for the patient among other things. She attended us with empathy and compassion. I would definitely recommend Pajame for a customer service award with no qualms. Hilton Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport certainly met and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you xxx

Nothing.

Calidad y Confort

Nada, todo excelente

Great location for airport. Very comfortable room. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Bravo!

Expensive but still good value.

Zeer comfortabele kamer. Stil, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke kussens.

Oui

Formidable

room was clean ..location was very good near to airport .. Hotel is directly connected with airport ..view from room on airport

nothing

Location and access to AMS Schiphol. Availability to drop off luggage prior to check in and spend the day in Amsterdam.

Rust, luxe

Was near the airport and the room was great

The room, the view and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel

In all my years of travel, I have never witnessed such utter disregard for basic customer service. Three of the front desk staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and utterly incompetent. You expect a certain standard of professionalism from Hilton, but this experience fell catastrophically short. Unacceptable on every level.

Nada

The hotel is really close to the airport and the room is quite clean.

The lounge is a little bit too poor to be a genuine “lounge”… just a few cookies and coffee which is barely satisfied as a “lounge”.

Close proximity to the airport, and easy walkway to and from the terminal

No refrigerator in the room. Restaurant and bar overpriced.

It is at the airport

It was quiet

The fact that it gives you that resort feel even if you’re right next to the airport

Stay was too short to comment on this

Super location in airport, comfortable beds, nice amenities, lovely staff

I think at a minimum hotels can give you a complimentary bottle of water - you had to pay for water. Small thing but annoying

breakfast and cleanliness and space. very nice facilities.

vegetarian burger tasted like fish and no menus in dutch for a friend who came to visit who doesn't speak english.

Dichtbij de airport

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were fantastic

Convenient location and you know what you’re getting

Staff in the evening restaurant not attentive and defensive to feedback

Airport hotel, though you have to walk approx. 30-40 minutes to get there. room is ok and breakfast really great! In combination with a meeting I would always go for that hotel.

coffea and tea offer within the hotel room was little and yould be more. Also to pay for a 0.5l bottle of water approx 5€ during hot summer is too much in relation to the hotel rate.

Handy location

mooie entree hal. lekker ontbijt

The room, the beds and location for early flight

Right at the airport, easy to navigate to, clean and modern, great bathroom, excellent breakfast! Absolutely no noise from the airport and beds and were super comfortable

Rooms were strange shape with little room for luggage

room is convenient. staff is excellent. breakfast is OK.

there are empty bottle of shower jel.

Room was vlean amd freshh and lived the springrolls. Also loved it was so close to airport

Thst booking.com had not made final booking to the actual hotel. Didn't like that the lil shop was in operation. Gifts

The convenience of being next to both the train and the airport. Room excellent and comfortable. Staff were awesome

Clean, upgraded and good atmosphere

Inside Schiphol but still longest possible walk

Modern

Close to the airport, comfortable rooms, and a friendly staff.

Location was good for what I needed. Rooms where comfortable and clean

Found staff terrible. From check in to dinner, not very helpful. Found if you answer you are not a hilton member you get sub standard service. Was checked in and handed a key, never told breakfast time or location. I also booked a half board rate which should have included dinner, however I was charge for this on checkout. Which is ok as it is for work and claimable, but I think it is bad form. When I did go down for dinner, you where left standing waiting for service that took an age to come.

Great location for the airport and everything was clean

I would like some one use slippers

Impressive building and public facilities, location almost unbeatable for travelers just wanting a rest between planes. You walk from the terminal down a (quite long) indoor corridor to arrive at the hotel - no taxis or Uber needed.

Very expensive.

Top hotel op een top locatie!!

Close to airport, large clean rooms

Bit soles, but that comes with big hotels

The rooms and hotel are very well presented

The cost for extras 32 euros for breakfast when all I wanted was a coffee and a pastry

Room with airport view. Lovely on-suite.

Comodidad y cercania al aeropuerto

Good sound isolation, good for sleep. Hotel has a sauna

Free water in hotel room would be appreciated, now 3,75eur for 0,2l of water. Also 33eur/person for breakfast is way overpriced.

Location is great , a few minutes walk from the terminal with beautiful gardens outside the hotel for an evening walk. Marvelous breakfast.

We were 2 adults and 1 child in a room with an opening sofa bed and 1 king size bed. It was very difficult to move around the room with the sofa bed open. Quite small for 3 persons. Although we asked ahead for the sofa bed, when we arrived, late at night, it was not setup. We had to wait 1/2 until 23:00 for the staff to come setup the bed. This is the 2nd time this happened to us in this hotel. So make sure to call ahead and stress you want the sofa bed made up before you arrive.

Connected to airport so you could walk there in 5 minutes. Did not have the breakfast. Housekeeping made up the extra bed immediately after our check in which was important as we had traveled all night and our connecting flight was canceled after delays and we needed sleep immediately.

It was clean and comfortable. Room is organized for kids as well. Comfortable walk from the terminal.

Took a little while to check-in.

Clean and cozy rooms, great service, and an excellent location to stay before an early flight. Nice buffet breakfast, executive lounge if you qualify, and having an airport view was nice. And it's a cool building!

Clean, comfortable, spacious.

Check in was very slow due to a computer/systems issue. We were however compensated with free drink in bar.

Very clean good size rooms

nice room, view of atrium was cool

Bed is comfortable, and really easy to airport ~

Proximity to airport terminal and luxurious interior design including fabulous bathrooms!
