l'hôtel était très bien situé dans Tunis, bien décoré, propre et le personnel très serviable.

Le personnel est parfait, efficace, aimable. L'emplacement sur l'avenue est agréable mais calme (mais si les fenêtres donnent sur la rue ?),

Le bémol si la chambre est sur l'arrière, c'est calme mais on a une vue sur un mur. Sur le côté, une terrasse mais immeuble voisin en travaux donc bruits (sauf le dimanche et jours fériés).

The room was new and very clean.

The hotel is very clean, calm, well located and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing with plenty of variety. We loved the fact that we could adjust the air conditioning as we liked. The staff is gentle.

La limpieza, la ubicación y que de cortesía dejaban agua, café y te; además tenía una nevera pequeña. El último día además tenían el servicio de taxi al aeropuerto, muy cómodo, rápido y seguro, por el mismo precio que un taxi normal.

Pedimos y pagamos por una habitación triple y la tercera cama era mucho más pequeña y menos cómoda que las otras Dos.

У отеля не работает программа букинга. Дважды писала о своем приезде, запрашивала трансфер. По итогу ни раннего заезда, ни трансфера. Пришлось брать такси за стоимость х2. Очень было приятное начало поездки Сотрудники не умеют держать обязательства. Пишут одно, но по факту скажут «Sorry!” С невинной улыбкой 🙂 Вид из окна был на стройку… но это уже мелочи

Très mauvaise expérience, à mon arrivée on m’a demandé de payer 80 € de frais supplémentaires sans explication claire. En plus une nuitée a déjà été prélevée directement de mon compte bancaire puis ils m’ont demandé de payer la deuxième nuitée en espèces

Le service était vraiment nul et l’accueil très décevant jetrouve cette façon de procéder totalement injustifiée et pas du tout professionnelle

Το πρωινό πολύ προσεγμένο , το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και η αίθουσα πεντακάθαρη. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο καθώς και το μπάνιο(ντους) πλήρως ανακαινισμένα και με ωραία διακόσμηση.Το δωμάτιο μου κοίταζε στην πίσω πλευρά και δεν υπήρχε ο θόρυβος της λεωφόρου.

Ο θόρυβος όταν ήσουν στην ρεσεψιόν διότι η ανακαίνιση των χώρων υποδοχής δεν έχει τελειώσει ακόμα αλλά στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε ενόχληση .

Excellent accueil, les personnels : Dame de chambre au 3eme étage, la réception, la sécurité : vraiment au top ! Literie très confortable. La propreté. L'hôtel est très sécurisé et très joli. L'emplacement, très jolie décoration de la chambre, spacieuse, clim, espaces de rangement, table/ fauteuil, mini coffre/mini frigo/bouilloire/Thé/Café/Eau. La douche est également spacieuse, jolie SDB.

Hotel muito bem localizado, na própria Avenida Habib Bourguiba e muito perto da Medina. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, variado e abundante. O quarto é confortável, mas a limpeza poderia ser mais cuidada em alguns pequenos detalhes. No geral, uma boa experiência e uma ótima localização para conhecer Tunis

As almofadas eram demasiado altas e a água do chuveiro transbordava com facilidade.

Posizione eccellente. Sulla via principale. Nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Colazione super abbondante e varia! Personale disponibile al cambio di stanza (la prima era vista muro\rifiuti)poi due balconi vista via principale. Non esistono mezzi di trasporto pubblici, ma tantissimi taxi che con pochi euro portano ovunque. Dall'hotel si arriva con facilità nei luoghi da visitare. Medina e Moschea a piedi. Ottimo il servizio da e per aeroporto, a pochi euro. Non esistono mappe della città! Vicino all'hotel si trovano supermarket e venditori di acqua (bene raro) e anche alcuni luoghi per mangiare a poco prezzo.

La posizione è il punto di forza, a due passi dalla Medina di Tunisi. Hotel moderno, con tutti i comfort, personale sempre disponibile (alcune persone della reception parlano anche italiano), ottima la colazione molto varia con pietanze tunisine ma anche internazionali. Tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel.

La struttura è sul viale principale, molto comoda per visitare il centro di Tunisi. Le camere sono confortevoli, letti e cuscini comodi, i bagni sono nuovi.

Toglierei la moquette dalle camere e dai corridoi.

Il personale era davvero gentilissimo tutti i ragazzi davvero gentili ed accoglienti

Vis à vis affreux et trop de bruit première chambre .On me l'a changé avec une au dessus d'une boîte pas moyen de dormir .Déçue et besoin terrible de récupérer en sommeil.

I constantly come to Tunisia for business trips and have stayed at many hotels, but this hotel has become our favorite and a place we always choose. I would definitely say it offers great value for money. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Cleanliness is clearly given great importance. Especially Ms. Chefika, who is the friendliest and most attentive member of the housekeeping staff. She is truly excellent at her job. Thank you for everything.

Le bruit des travaux à la réception, l’odeur de cigarette dans les toilettes.

L’emplacement très pratique. Le personnel très agréable et efficace pour nous trouver un transfert vers tabarka.

La vue donnait sur un mur sur l’arrière. Pas agréable mais pas bruyant.

L'emplacement

Je tiens à signaler mon mécontentement concernant le comportement du personnel de ménage durant mon séjour à l’hôtel Carlton. Chaque matin, avant midi, le personnel frappe à plusieurs reprises à la porte de la chambre, soit pour proposer le nettoyage, soit pour nous demander si nous comptons prolonger notre séjour. Cette situation est particulièrement désagréable et perturbe notre tranquillité et notre repos. Concernant la prolongation du séjour, il ne nous appartient pas de rendre compte chaque matin de nos intentions. Cette question relève de la réception et ne justifie en aucun cas de venir nous solliciter de manière répétée dans notre chambre. Nous sommes des clients de l’hôtel et nous estimons avoir droit au calme, à l’intimité et au respect de notre repos, particulièrement durant les heures du matin. Je demande donc que ces sollicitations cessent et que le personnel respecte davantage la tranquillité et l’intimité des clients. J’espère que cette remarque sera prise au sérieux afin que ce type de situation ne se reproduise pas.

We stayed approxmitly 8 nights in room 110.The room was fine , the breakfast was fine, the cleaning ladies were great. The problem was that this room was an end room and behind it was a derelict construction site with enorrmous drills and excavating tractors and machines which made terrible noise in the nights , in the early mornings and afternoons which made falling asleep and being woken up by its noise Terrible.We spoke to the young receptionist and told him about it and he tried to lay the blame on restaurant noise and said he will speak to the manager to give us another room. Next day i showed him some pictures of the noise area he again said he will speak to his manager.But nothing was done about it. He never came back to us.We spent about8/9 nights in room 110 and about 5/6 nights after informing of the issue.Thats awful for carlton hotel and people must be made aware about this specially as this external noise will be going on for a long time so stay away from this place for now.

Room was too small. Staff was basically rude to us from the front desk to the kitchen. Except the cleaning staff. They were very sweet.

I couldn't turn off the A/C so I was a bit cold, but in the current heatwave I didn't mind too much.

Το πρωινό ήταν πάρα πολύ πλούσιο, για όλα τα γούστα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Ο χώρος του πρωινού ήταν πολύ φιλικός. Θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα. Το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό.

Πιο προσεκτικοί και σχολαστικοί στην καθαριότητα των δωματίων κυρίως. Θα ήθελα να είχε κλιματισμό και στον διάδρομο, ήταν πολύ δυσάρεστη η αίσθηση να βγαίνεις από το κλιματιζόμενο δωμάτιο στο διάδρομο όπου ή θερμοκρασία ήταν πάνω από 37 βαθμούς

La ubicación es inmejorable. A 10 minutos andando de la puerta de la medina. El personal fue muy amable. Nos agendaron un taxi hasta el aeropuerto (8€ persona) y todo fue super bien. El desayuno bastante variado y con bastantes opciones, aunque es cierto que mucha comida era típica tunecina. Aún así, había un chef en vivo cocinando crepés y tortillas francesas (super!) La habitación era muy cómoda y espaciosa. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla.

Al llegar el baño tenía pelos en la ducha. Salvo eso, la habitación estaba limpia.

L'hotel è una buona soluzione per trascorrere una notte. Le camere sono state ristrutturate di recente, sono moderne, ben pulite e confortevoli. Anche il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare il signor Karim, che ci ha accolto con professionalità e cortesia.

Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso del personale del ristorante: siamo arrivati alle 13:45, con il servizio previsto fino alle 15:00, ma abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere di troppo. Il personale è apparso poco disponibile e infastidito dalla nostra presenza. Anche la colazione ci ha deluso: per gli standard tunisini non giustifica assolutamente il prezzo richiesto. Infine, è bene sapere che accanto all'hotel c'è un cantiere in costruzione che lavora fino a tarda sera. Se cercate tranquillità e riposo, questo potrebbe rappresentare un inconveniente.

The room was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Considering the size of the room, the rate of $115 per night was far too expensive and did not offer good value for money.
