Everything was perfect, from the position which is in the center of the city center, to the staff of the receiption where they were very welcoming, and they were very helpful in many matters, whatever I asked them the answer me happily and provide me with what I need, Amna was helpful in reserving with restaurants and cafés, and Zack with daily matters, and even in waking me up for my appointments. I shouldn't forget the room service for their accurately and professional services the whole period of my stay.

Très bon hôtel, agréable, situé près du centre ville de Tunis. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est très agréable, et professionnel en particulier Emna.

L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto comoda ed è silenziosa. La camera della giusta dimensione e la colazione buona (ai miei bambini hanno fatto il latte con il cioccolato <3 ). L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e Zac alla reception ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno (parla italiano); anche in serata, quando abbiamo avuto un problema con i bambini, sono stati super comprensivi. assolutamente consiglio questo hotel.

Bu otelde üç gece konakladım. Odam 1. Kattaydı. Odada gece klimayı kapattığımda hiç bitmeyen bir ses ve apartman boşluğuna bakan 105 numaralı odanın konumu sanırım boruların olduğu yer, 3 gece boyunca sesten asla uyuyamadım. Odaları temizleyen personel sanırım sıkıntıları var. Yalnızca yatak topladı 3 gün boyunca. Islak havluluları almış yenilerini asla koymamış. Yarım olan tuvalet kâğıdını neden alırsın? Yada yenisini koy değil mi ?? Gidip istedim. Odaya getirmediler. Yatağın içinde iğrenç tüyler vardı. Ben hiç memnun kalmadım dinlenemedim ve en temel temiz havlu ve tuvalet kağıdı. Geceliği 3,5 tl olan bir yer de vermeli diye düşünüyorum. Ülkede zaten genel olarak su sıkıntısı var. Kahvaltıda 1 bardak su istedik , gönülsüz bir şekilde yarım bardak verdiler. Ben bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Daha çok araştırılıp , daha iyi hizmet veren bi yer çok rahat bulunur. Bu otelin etrafında bir sürü otel daha var :) gidin orada kalın..

Zeer goed gelegen als je in centrum Tunis moet zijn. Heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijke mensen overal in het hotel - front desk (spreken veel talen!), ontbijt, schoonmaakpersoneel - er hangt een gemoedelijke sfeer. Echt een rustpunt om even 'thuis' te komen tijdens een druk & warm verblijf in de stad. Heel proper, ordelijk, alles werkt, prima wifi, OK ontbijt. Wat me vooral bijblijft is de vriendelijkheid en échte hulp van alle mensen aan de receptie.

Points positifs : Un grand merci à Jamal pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son efficacité à chaque demande. La chambre était très spacieuse pour notre famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants, dont un bébé). Le ménage est irréprochable, la douche grande et propre, le mini-frigo bien fonctionnel et le petit-déjeuner très correct. Mes prochains séjours à Tunis se feront désormais uniquement dans cet hôtel !

​Points négatifs : Le seul point faible est le stationnement sur place, mais il y a un parking payant tout près, très bien sécurisé avec caméras.

مكان جميل قريب من كل شى ، مريح ، هدوء داخل الغرفة ، غرفة نظيفه جداً . إفطار يوجد به تنوع ونظيف جداً .

مكان نظيف جداً ، معاملة من الموضفين راقية ، إفطار متنوع ، حصل معى موقف من موظفة الإستقبل الصباحى ، عند نزولى للإفطار فى الصباح الباكر لم يحضر الخبز ، دهبت موضفة الإستقبال للفندق المجاور وأحضرت لي الخبز ، شكراً جزيلاً على حسن الضيافة والإستقبال ، لا أنسي موضف الإستقبال رجل كبير فى السن فى الفترة المسائية لا أدكر اسمه للأسف كان رائع جداً ودود للغاية ، شكراً لكم جميعاً ، أشكر طاقم العمل فى الفندق بالكامل ، لأن بصمتهم واضحة فى المكان ، تجربة تستحق التكرار .

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Suisse Tunis! The hotel was lovely, but what truly made my stay special was Emna at the reception. She was an absolute darling—so kind, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was always happy to help with a warm smile. People like Emna really make a hotel experience memorable. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope her efforts are recognized. 10/10, without hesitation! I would definitely recommend Hotel Suisse Tunis and would happily stay here again.

Only things I felt could be improved were the breakfast variety, as I was expecting a slightly wider selection, and the hotel entrance, which is located in a rather narrow alley and can be a little difficult to locate

Un séjour parfait ! Tout était très propre, confortable et bien situé. Un coup de cœur particulier pour Zak à la réception : un accueil au top, très gentil, professionnel et hyper attentionné.

J'ai adoré le service irréprochable et la gentillesse du personnel. Zak est une perle rare qui prend vraiment soin des clients. Merci pour ce beau séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Je remercie ADDZAK le réceptionniste pour son accueil et RADIA pour le petit déjeuner avec la touche tunisienne fabuleuse.

L´amabilité du personnel: tout le monde était très avenant- Jolie chambre et calme - Le petit-déjeuner copieux - Bel hôtel : central et quartier très pratique et très vert.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit à l’Hôtel Suisse Tunis, avant de prendre notre vol le surlendemain, et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’accueil et le rapport qualité-prix. Nous étions un couple avec nos deux enfants et, malgré notre arrivée pour une courte nuitée et un vol tardif, M. Lotfi, le propriétaire, nous a accueillis à bras ouverts, avec une gentillesse et une disponibilité remarquables. Il a été aux petits soins avec nous et nous a vraiment fait sentir les bienvenus. ❤️ Mention spéciale également pour le petit-déjeuner, qui était excellent et très apprécié par toute la famille. Un grand merci à M. Lotfi pour son chaleureux accueil et sa bienveillance. Nous reviendrons certainement et recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix et son accueil familial. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

L'hotel Suisse è veramente carino, ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla medina, dal supermercato e da numerosi ristoranti. La via in cui si trova è molto illuminata, il che fa percepire l'area come molto sicura. L'albergo è molto pulito: le stanze vengono rifatte ogni giorno. L'arredamento è essenziale e non ci sono tutti quei fronzoli che spesso portano polvere. La colazione non è molto varia, però è abbondante e buona. Inoltre, nella hall è sempre presente un bollitore del the. Lo staff è e molto disponibile: si sono sempre spesi per soddisfare ogni nostra necessità. Jamel soprattutto è stato veramente disponibile e fin troppo gentile con noi. Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa, è l'hotel che abbiamo apprezzato di più tra tutti quelli in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Tunisia.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, they even provided us with free bottled water. The breakfast was really good. The location is really good if you want to visit the medina as it is very close. It is also very close to the TGM line, making it easy to visit carthage and Sidi Bou Said.

The room was smaller than it looked in the images, although not by much.

O que não gostei, um probleminha que havia era quando tomávamos banho é que ficava tudo molhado porque a parte onde tomávamos ficava tudo molhado. Era a única coisa que havia de mal.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel y me encanta. Está muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la estación de trenes y de autobuses urbanos, justo en el centro de la ciudad y muy cerca de la avenida Habib Burguiba y la Medina. El personal es muy atento y amable. Gracias a Addzak por su simpatía y disponibilidad. A la cocinera, Radia, que se acordó de prepararme el desayuno sin productos con lactosa, pues soy intolerable y Haherez. Lo recomiendo para una estancia agradable en la ciudad de Tánger.

Emna and the other front desk manager (Roderick?) were excellent and helpful hosts. The hotel has the feel of a simple but logical stay, it reminded me of a hotel in Berlin... Did not find it fancy, but easy, with great location, good vibe. Large tub, good water pressure, heavy shades for dark room at night. Sufficient breakfast of yoghurt, breads, juice, coffee.. the location is adjacent within a couple of blocks of large souk / Medina , also old style for locals shopping streets and iconic large new strolling avenues. Safe even with kids day and night.

The patio was weird and smelly, not sure who’d use it. But the hotel is surrounded by many reasonably priced food and dessert options, so probably no need.. the aircon is maxed at 22C so if you want it warmer at night it’d be opening the window which is immediately 28C.. something in between would be helpful.

The property was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location with easy access to everything we needed. The reception staff Emna was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request or provide useful recommendations. Their hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

- Room wasn’t ready on arrival 30 minutes delay. - No one asked if I need help with 4 bags, I had to ask for help only for receptionist to ask for cleaner to help with luggage. - had an early flight had to leave early before breakfast, morning receptionist said we can give you part of the breakfast just ask the night receptionist to help. I found the receptionist sleeping in the lobby, wasn’t happy with me asking him to wake up. got me into the kitchen and said “here you go this is the fridge and the coffee machine, if you find anything you like take” and went back to sleep 🤣 I don’t know place didn’t seem accommodating, but this can be my own individual opinion.

Hôtel Suisse Tunis is in a fantastic location and kept spotlessly clean, though the bed comfort could be improved. My stay was very convenient thanks to the hotel's central location and high standards of cleanliness. However, I found it difficult to get a restful night's sleep as both the mattress and pillows were far too hard, and the bed tended to slide and move every time I shifted in my sleep.
