The hotel is 10 minutes drive from the airport, it provides shuttle services between the airport and the hotel. Perfect for catching up an early morning flight. The room is spacious, the toilet seem to be newly renovated. Overall good value for money.

In bad douchen op 1 van de 3 kamers. Airco gaat uit als de pas eruit gaat. Met 30 graden niet heel fijn.

The location was good to go back and forth to the airport. The room was a good size for a famioy of 3.

The bathroom was a good size but the shower was to small and wasn't designed to stand under. The pool had the view of the car park, as it was located in the car park, it wasn't very private if you wanted a swim, there wasn't any chairs to sit on around the pool. The pick up was to difficult really poor commination. The breakfast was tasty but the issues was the lids stayed open therefore it was cold and the tables were dirty to sit on.

This is not 5 stars property. I can tell only 3 stars. It was short transit in BKK, for our next destination. Deposit 1000 Baht in cash for 1 night Be extra careful with bathroom , due to weird design the bathtub, It might dangerous with water & slippery floor . Hallway looks gloomy & with dark color carpet. Hard mattress & cheap furniture in room. Breakfast very limited choices

The staff was very polite and helpful. A very good breakfast with plenty of options. Eating in the restaurant at night was good and convenient. Good portion sizes.

The pool is smaller than advertised. They also show a fitness center pictures on the website. We were told that there is NO fitness center.

אחלה מלון לשהות של כמה שעות או לילה בנחיתה מהטיסה - שהינו זוג + 2 לכמה שעות והיה בסדר גמור , ארוחת בוקר טובה , חדר גדול וקרוב לסבן אילבן הרחוב קצת חשוך בלילה אבל מרגיש בטוח.

Clean, large room with ample space in the bathroom

I wish they would provide 2 key cards. The room was very hot and the air conditioner took awhile to cool down the room. When leaving, the room was left without a key card in the room and so A/C was turned off when you removed the only key card. Tub/ shower is not safe at all. For someone who has knee pain or balance issues, falls are bound to happen. There is no step stool to get in the shower which is also inside the tub. Water splashed everywhere. There was no curtain to keep water from splashing onto the floor. You could use towels provided to keep water from flowing down, but you would be left with no towel to dry off. The elevators and hallway did not have A/C.

Die Badewanne ist für ältere Leute nicht geeignet. Keine Möglichkeit sich festzuhalten.

The hotel was conveniently located and provided a shuttle service, most of the staff were exceptional, restaurant staff were great , food was amazing , like really good, pina coladas were phenomenal, all the staff were amazing apart from one receptionist who was rude and made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome

This hotel was great, as I said let down by one staff member. Who pulled me up in the morning after breakfast demanding I pay her 30 bhat for a sprite I used in mini bar, that I replaced, however it wasn't about the issue, id gladly pay the 30 bhat, it was the way she spoke to me, looked down on me and raised her voice in front of guests and staff.

It was close to the airport

The view on balcony was looking straight at a wall 😢 and no table and chairs. When I booked the room it had a table and chairs and a view so was abit disappointed by that..

THE WHOLE PLACE WAS MORE THAN ACCEPTABLE TO STAY IN. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND THE FOOD WAS VERY NICE AND A GOOD CHOICE TO CHOOSE FROM.

Het is een verouderd hotel wat maakte dat de gangen heel dof waren en erg warm. De traphal stonk en was niet erg proper. De kamers waren zeker wel in orde al zou een tafel en stoelen op het terras zeker een meerwaarde zijn. Er was echter één minpunt aan de kamers en dat zijn de bedden op wieltjes. Het zwembad was niet heel proper en ik miste een handdoekservice en parasols. Maar voor de prijs die je betaald is het een ideaal hotel om even te “overbruggen” of als korte tussenstop.

Close to airport. Very new and smart room. Was a nice restaurant a 2 min walk away.

In a kind of ghost town. Really random place. Interesting and worth a look. 90% of premises at this massive complex were empty. Like some one had built a Mediterranean town for 10000 people and only a 1000 showed up. The pool was at another venue a 3 min walk away.

I loved the room, it was beautiful, big and so comfortable, especially after a long flight. The front of house staff were really lovely too!!

It was not very nice welcoming . We arrived late night from airport and the man in the reception (not sure he is duties) while checked us in almost shauted on us cose we didin't understand he's very broken english🤔 about deposit which has to be payed and he wasn't happy about it. Any other staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient and had a free shuttle bus for pick up and drop off to the airport. It was honestly perfect for what I needed.

It was very close to BKK airport which was what we needed. The room was clean and we note that it was completely renovated, big and comfortable.

The hall ways, stairwells and lobby need a complete overhaul- old, tired, dark and the carpet was not clean at all.

The hotel requires either a 1000 THB cash deposit or leaving your passport in exchange for the room key. This policy was not communicated in advance and is not mentioned in the official rules, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. As I did not have cash at the time, I was asked to leave my passport at reception. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, as it is not standard practice to hold such an important personal document. In addition, the hotel is located in a questionable area, which further affected the overall sense of safety during the stay. Due to the lack of transparency, poor handling of guest security, and the location, I would not recommend this hotel.

Удобно расположен недалеко от аэропорта. Примерно 20 минут езды.. есть бесплатные трансфер.

Отель сильно «уставший». Было бы неплохо сделать ремонт.. при оплате наличными берут залог 1000 бат. Для завтрака нужно взять талон утром в лобби, что не удобно, тк за стойкой много народа. Для транзитной ночевки подходит, не более..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer ist sauber. Für eine Nacht war es genau richtig. In der Nähe gibt es einen Markt und auch Thai Massagen. Auch der kostenlose Transfer hat gut geklappt. Man kann sich sogar Essen auf das Zimmer bestellen. Es war ok.

La note de booking indiquait 5* mais l'hotel en atteint peut être 3. La literie n'était pas très comfortable, les aménagements assez basiques, la piscine sur le parking, la porte fenêtre qui donnait sur la micro terrasse ne fermait pas entièrement et donc réchauffait la pièce.

Beds are hard but we are finding most beds in Thailand are hard if not even harder than this one.

It was close to the airport and the bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

There are no phone charging points in the room. The bath is difficult to get in and out of because it is set in a wide plinth. The shower is an old hand held mixer attached to the bath tap which floods the bathroom when you take a shower. The you have to be very careful getting out of the bath because there is nothing to hold on to when you straddle over the plinth and step onto the now soaking wet slippery tiles.

It was reasonably close to the airport

It wasn’t walkable like the advert suggested. You end up catching a transfer that takes you to the hotel. It was vastly overpriced. It was extremely dated, dirty, and there wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom! Just an overall disappointment. The fact that this was in Thailand where similarly priced properties are exceptional, or if on the same level of property as this hotel would be a third or even a quarter of the price, makes this place definitely one to avoid.

Wonderful stay. Staff very helpful, food good and room exactly what we required. This is the second time we have stayed here and have not been disappointed in any way. Ten minute bus trip to the airport, great.
