There was a loud noise coming from the corridor all night. Think it was a air vent.

Not happy that I couldn’t get business rate for my room using your booking site. The room also didn’t have air conditioning.

Geweldige locatie in het centrum van Sun Peaks de ene ingang komt uit in de main street en de andere aan de zijde van de de straat i.v.m. parkeren. Er is een geweldig steakrestaurant in het hotel

Betaald parkeren dat is wel jammer, in de winter snap ik het in de zomer zijn er heel veel parkeerplaatsen vrij.

I liked the location of this property. The property is very clean and well looked after. The check-in process was fast and efficient.

The only thing I do not like about this day was we bought a truck and we had to pay for parking, which I did not understand.

The room was a good size

The desk clerk was very young and had a hard time deciphering our concerns upon check in. We wanted to extend our stay if they had availability. She did not explain the parking very well to my husband. We got to our room and some of the towels were soiled. There is no air conditioning at this hotel. And no breakfast in the hotel. The tv is quite small.

We stayed in this hotel for one night on the way to Jasper. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and welcoming. It was in a central village location, which was convenient. We were part of a coach tour and it was a challenge checking in as there was only one lift to the rooms. Not a huge deal though.

Nice location in a nice hotel in the centre of the resort. Only stayed one night as part of a longer coach trip in Canada. Comfy room and facilities, if slightly dated. Central location means only a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our brief stay.

Front desk was often not attended. The off season is not the best time to come as many shops and restaurants were not open.

O localização do hotel é muito boa, fica no centro da vila, faz-se tudo a pé.

O hotel tem dois prédio com garagens no sub solo de cada prédio, e apesar de estar hospedado no prédio 1, me deram vaga de garagem no prédio 2. Um desconforto, pois tivemos que carregar malas por fora do prédio, e também com chuva. Limpeza dos quartos acho que vai até as 10:00 am, pois deixei o quarto as 11:00 e não foi feita a limpeza. Horários de Check in e check out injustos. Check in após as 3:00 PM e check out até às 10:00 am. Completamente fora de prepósito e do que se vê mundo afora.

Room was a double studio, but only two large drawers, so only enough space for one person to unpack.

We were in a suite , large comfortable bed and everything we needed . Good shower , clean and spacious !

The room could do with extra hooks for hanging jackets etc .

Staff wonderful. Fixed a leaky tap, provided new towels when we needed them. Steakhouse had great food at decent prices All restaurants in the village were great: steakhouse, Fondue Stube, Oya, Capones and The Mantle. The ski hosts were awesome!

Services. Customer service girl at a reception desk was not friendly and welcoming. Cleaning of the room didn’t happen until noon. One slow elevator.

Right in the ski village. Can ski to the chairs. Restaurants just steps away.

Rooms at ski resorts are excessively expensive. This one was reasonably priced and you can ski to the chairs. The room is quite small, however.

Front desk staff in particular Tamara made a difference to our stay.

The sheets! Static electricity looked like the Northern Lights in our bed!

In peak ski season, the steep price you are paying for is the location. Expect a two-star hotel that is minimally staffed and the staff do the minimum expected, where the elevator may breakdown, the rooms are basic, dated, but clean. Parking at additional cost only for cars in small underground garage.

Great location, comfy bed, pretty quiet except for some very loud plumbing upstairs.

Parking spots are ridiculously small, and opening the trunk interferes with pipes above.

Location is nice right in the village near the chair lifts, but thats all the hotel has going for it.

Anciently out dated I felt like I re-entered the 90s. way overpriced for what it is, 10am check out - not even 11am which is the standard, no parking after check out even though you paid for parking. 1 slow elevator and no stairs leading to room floors. No AC in the room, heater didn’t work either.

Loved the location, spa facilities, friendly staff, it was clean enough, good value for money. Also loved that the windows opened!

Fridge froze everything, shower door didn't stay closed, elevator is so slow and there was no stair alternative. Room was small.

Att inte kunna uppgradera rum 30 dagar innan ankomst, för att det var "för sent" var ju ett skämt! Vore bra om spat hade lite hyllor etc för kläder och skor. Massa konstiga regler som verkligen inte kändes speciellt välkomnande när man bokade. Fondue-restaurant stängd trots att vi specifikt frågat om allt var öppet.

Great location to stay for a winter ski holiday. Rooms were functional and very clean. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet overnight with just the groomers coming through town around 7 am. Unfortunately the bed was not that comfortable with dents on the sides and lump in the middle. Mattress needs replacing. A proper guest laundry would make Sun Peaks Lodge more attractive for future stays. A single washer and dryer in the cold garage was not something we would do again.

The location was great. Perfect for hitting the slopes.

The hotel is old a a but run down and small. Staff are overseas workers who don't care too much.

The power went out at 8:00 pm until 630 am, other guests were in the hallway yelling to wake up the other people on their tour. Hotel is dated. Like really dated. When carpets and curtains are that old, everything seems dusty and smelly.

The restaurant was fine and pretty good.

There was too much noise going on late at night past the night time.

Excellent location with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the price offered great value for the quality provided. Overall, a really enjoyable stay that I’d happily recommend.

The Lifts, ridiculous not having access to stairs for 1 or 2 flights when the lift is so horrifically slow!

The spa was amazing after snowboarding! They have a hot tub, sauna, and steam room for guests to relax in.

I wish the spa facilities were open in the morning. And I wish that the rooms came with microwaves.

Location in the village was great! Ski locker with boot drier was awesome. Hot tub and sauna in the basement was weird.

23c in the room, and unable to turn the heat down. Being told I had to park in P2 500m away for $20/night, when parking with a roof rack was possible in the garage. 1 elevator for the whole building, and stairs only to the outside? Tried calling front desk and got through on the 5th time.
