Sehr sauberes und strandnahes Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem und freundlichem Personal. Frühstück und Abendessen mit sehr reichhaltigem Angebot und sehr guter Qualität.

Výnimočný hotel na výbornom mieste, izba priestranná s nádherným výhľadom a pohodlnou, veľkou posteľou. Raňajky boli super, veľký výber jedál, personál milí a ochotní.

S parkovaním bol troška problém, nakoľko hotel nemá vlastné parkovanie. To je negatívum, ktoré by som odporúčala do budúcna nejako riešiť. Na 4-hviezdičkový hotel je to veľké mínus, pretože väčšina cestujúcich sem prichádza požičaným autom a nemajú kde zaparkovať.

De ligging van het hotel was fantastisch! Direct aan de boulevard, om de hoek een winkelstraat en gelijk aan een prachtig strand.

De handdoeken voor het zwembad mocht je 1 keer in de drie dagen omruilen. Dit zou elke dag moeten kunnen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, Unterhaltung am Abend meistens sehr guet!

Geweldige locatie! Heerlijk aan het strand en goed ontbijt.

We hadden een baby en ons kindje slaapt met ons in bed maar we kregen een tweepersoonsbed bestaand uit 2 bedden waardoor we niet met ons kindje veilig konden slapen. Ik heb erdoor wel nek/schouderpijn aan overgehouden. Helaas werd dit niet opgelost.

Booking.com said we would get 3 single beds, we got 1 large bed. Arrived early hours so couldn't do anything about it. Food options limited for vegetarian unless you just want to eat pasta and vegetables for dinner. No protein options for evening meals. Some nights had more variety than others

Preferivo possibilità di all inclusive e spettacolo serale interno zona piscina.

La posizione sul mare, la pulizia e lo staff. Bello anche ul bar dove venivano fatte serate con musica e intrattenimento, uno dei posti più vivaci di cala millor. Posto perfetto per famiglie anche con bambini. Anche se nel sito è scritto che non hanno culle, la struttura al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la culla per il nostro figlio di 8 mesi. Stanze abbastanza grandi e comode.

Purtroppo ci sono alcuni punti che non ci sono piaciuti, uno di questi è il fatto che l'hotel sia separato avendo diciamo 2 strutture, la principale dove si passa dall ingresso standard, e un altra frontale dove si ha in comune la piscina, ma per entrarci si esce fuori e poi si apre con il badge un cancello esterno e poi si sale sulle altre stanze, diciamo che questo non è specificato in fase di prenotazione , ma comunque tutte le stanze con vista piscina , sono proprio queste separate dalla struttura principale. Ti da senso come di non essere realmente in quel hotel. Poi il secondo punto è il cibo , diciamo vasta scelta ma nel concreto poche cose da dire wow buonissimo. Un altra nota sul cibo che non ci è piaciuta il fatto di mischiare e toccare sulla piastra qualsiasi cosa si cucini con la stessa spatola. Non tutti mangiano le stesse cose, se qualcuno per esempio fosse vegetariano o non mangia un determinato tipo di carne, per esempio veniva cucinato tutto nello stesso punto, come le uova la mattina, prima può essere fatto il bacon e poi le uova così gli rimane l'odore anche anche alle uova, in più con la stessa spatola si girano le uova bacon, oppure la sera carne pesce ecc. Questo appunto lo terrei in considerazione. Ah un ultima cosa i letti comodi, però i matrimoniali erano formati da 2 letti singoli e molto spesso si aprivano , quindi bisognava spesso riposizionare. Non che erano 2 letti singoli. Ma era una base matrimoniale e sopra aveva i materassi singoli, modello box spring

Das wir einen so schönen Meerblick vom Zimmer hatten

Das Essen war leider bei de Halbpension etwas unabwechselnd (vor allem am Abend) Zu dem fand ich es schade das die Zimmermädchen die Zimmer nicht richtig gesaugt haben als wir nach dem Strand nach Hause gekommen sind. Der Boden hatte leider teilweise etwas Sand und man spürte es immernoch

Locatia excelenta, personalul foarte calduros si bine pregatit in a te ajuta cu ce ai nevoie ( vorbesc cel putin 2-3 limbi straine ). Foarte curat in hotel si in camere, mic dejun foarte bogat. Atmosfera de seara a fost foarte relaxanta dar si cu voie buna, avand un spectacol diferint in fiecare seara.

Spędziliśmy cudowny rodzinny urlop w Hipotels Don Juan w Cala Millor i jesteśmy zachwyceni. Hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Pokoje bardzo czyste i zadbane, sprzątane codziennie. Personel niezwykle miły i pomocny, zarówno na recepcji jak i w restauracji. Jedzenie trochę monotonne ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Basen czysty, leżaków zawsze wystarczyło. Lokalizacja idealna - przy samej plaży i promenadzie w Cala Millor. Blisko do sklepów, restauracji, a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Polecam :)

Do kolacji napoje były dodatkowo płatne.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Lage ist wirklich toll – nur einmal über die Promenade und man ist direkt am Strand. Das Hotel ist groß, gepflegt und sauber und auch sonst sehr gut gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und es war wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Das Grundangebot war zwar täglich ähnlich, durch die große Auswahl konnte man aber problemlos jeden Morgen etwas anderes wählen. Wir hatten Halbpension und gerade das Abendessen hat uns im Laufe der Woche immer besser gefallen. Es gab viel Abwechslung bei den Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten und immer wieder besondere Sachen. Mein Sohn hat sich zum Beispiel sehr über den Burgerabend gefreut, an einem anderen Abend gab es unter anderem Nachos mit verschiedenen Beilagen. Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Bis auf eine Ausnahme haben wir das Personal als sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend erlebt und hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Leider empfanden wir die Reinigungskraft auf unserer Etage als ausgesprochen unfreundlich und abweisend. Ich habe sie mehrfach von mir aus freundlich gegrüßt, bekam jedoch kaum eine Reaktion. Besonders am Abreisetag ist mir ihr sehr abweisendes Auftreten noch einmal negativ aufgefallen. Das war schade und passte überhaupt nicht zu dem ansonsten wirklich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal des Hotels.

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet, es war alles sehr sauber. Das Essen am Buffet wurde schnell nachgefüllt und der Blick im Restaurant auf das Meer war fantastisch.

Das Hotel gehört für mich definitiv zu den besseren Hotels in Cala Millor. Die Lage ist top, und das gesamte Hotel ist modern und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war sehr modern, groß und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön war der große Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick. Auch der Pool ist modern, schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Restaurant hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Abends gibt es zusätzlich eine Bar und regelmäßig Shows, was für eine schöne Atmosphäre sorgt und definitiv ein Pluspunkt ist. Das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem an der Rezeption.

Eine klare Schwäche ist für mich das Frühstück. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel war die Auswahl und Qualität enttäuschend. Es wirkte eher wie ein Frühstück in einem 1- oder 2-Sterne-Hotel und passte überhaupt nicht zum ansonsten modernen und hochwertigen Eindruck des Hotels. Auch das Freizeitangebot im Hotel ist eher begrenzt. Im Grunde hat man das Zimmer, den Pool und das Meer – darüber hinaus wird nicht besonders viel geboten. Für viele zusätzliche Angebote oder Leistungen fallen zudem weitere Kosten an.

Great location – very close to the beach, with plenty of bars, shops, and everything else you might need nearby, all within easy walking distance. The rooms are clean, tidy, and nicely renovated. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the cocktails at the pool bar. We stayed on the 7th floor, and the sea view from the balcony was absolutely stunning – definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

The breakfast was tasty, but the selection was practically the same every day. For a longer stay, it would be nice to have a bit more variety and some different options from day to day.

La atención recibida, la habitación, las instalaciones, su situación y las vistas al mar desde la habitación. Es un hotel muy bien organizado y distribuido, y el personal es muy agradable (muy bien escogido). Está situado en una zona en la que hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes, con una zona de paseo muy accesible.

* The restaurant staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. * The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach and stunning surroundings.

* The elevator system was extremely inefficient. There were two elevators operating independently, and there were no floor displays indicating where either elevator was. As a result, guests had to call both elevators every time, making it feel as though there was only one in service. Our room was on the 7th floor, and the elevator stopped on almost every floor before reaching the ground floor, every single time. * At 10:40 PM, we requested an extra blanket, but unfortunately we were told it would not be possible until the following day because there were no staff available after 10:30. I even offered to collect the blanket myself, but this was not permitted. Considering this is a 4-star hotel, we expected a better level of service. * We had booked a sea-view room, but upon arrival we were informed that none were available. Instead, we were accommodated in a room in a secondary building for the first night. The hotel offered a €40 credit to spend on-site and a bottle of champagne as compensation, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, we would have much preferred the room we had reserved. Traveling with a 3-year-old toddler, having to unpack, repack, and move rooms after just one night created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In our opinion, honoring the original booking would have been far more valuable than the compensation provided.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was wonderful - right on the main promenade with shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The staff was really nice - though some did not speak English they made you feel welcomed every time you saw them. The beach was right in front of the hotel with sunbeds available for rent. We rented the beach towels at the reception (we got the deposit for the towels back when we left). The food in the hotel had a lot of variety and was very delicious. Some of the meals were being prepared in front of you with kitchen staff ready to help and very amusing at the same time :D We have to add that the hotel was very clean and the amenities were very well equipped (the gym for example was modern and had everything you need in it). One additional thing that we will remember for sure was the high quality of performers in the beach bar in the hotel. Bravo to them all.

The only bad thing we could think of is lack of a hotels-own parking space, but we parked our car on the street parking 5 minutes away, so it was not a big deal. Maybe just room for improvement for the future - if the in-hotel activities would be promoted a bit better, more people would show up doing them (for example yoga every morning etc.), but that is really just a cherry on top.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The hotel has been recently renovated and has a modern, stylish design. Everything was very clean, the soundproofing was good, and there was a nice outdoor pool as well as a small indoor pool. The beach and the sea were both very clean. The staff at the reception, in the restaurant, and around the pool were incredibly friendly and helpful. A big thank you to all these wonderful people for making our stay so enjoyable! The food was delicious and varied, both for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the sea, and every evening there was different live music, which created a lovely atmosphere. The location of the hotel is simply perfect. The beach is just a few steps away, there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the public transport is easy to use and very convenient.

Szép új szálloda. Minden új, és tiszta. Kiváló, választékos, jó minőségű a reggeli és a vacsora. Szép a szálloda design-ja. Jó helyen van, a központban. A kilátás eszméletlen a tengerre a szobából. A medence és a poolbar is nagyon jó, nem szuktuk használni, de most mindkettőt használtuk. A medence tökéletesen tiszta, és több zuhanyzó is van, a belső folyékony szappannal és samponnal. A WC tiszta volt, mindig! Érdekes, hogy az italok megfizethetőek, és a koktélok is nagyon jó minőségűek. Valódi gyümölcsöket használnak elkészítésükhöz, ahhoz képest, hogy 4 csillagos szálloda nem drága.

A reggeli kávé sajnos átlagos gépi kávé.

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war super schön. Das Badezimmer auch Tip Top. Mit dem Essen waren wir zufrieden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super direkt am Strand.

Das Bett könnte bequemer sein. Leider hat das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze.

Frühstück war nicht besonders reichhaltig. Internet zeitweise ausgefallen. Keine PP für Autos, musste ca 20 min. gehen, zweimal jeden Tag!

Hotel je sjajan. Moderan, lijep, besprekorno čist. Lokacija izvrsna, sami centar. Pogled na more sa balkona savršen. Osoblje ljubazno. Posebno gospođa Erika, koja radi na recepciji. Toliko strpljivo, ljubazno, je razgovarala sa nama, jer nijesmo dobro znali engleski. Sljedeće godine planiramo opet da dođemo i to 10 dana😊

The food was really good, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Everything was nicely renovated, and we really liked our stay. The staff was also great and helpful.

Just one thing - we used the pool only once, as we prefer the sea, and the side of the pool was covered in a non-slip stone, which damaged my wife’s recently bought bikini.

Frühstück schaut super aus, ist aber noch sehr ausbaufähig. Ausreichend, aber nicht ansprechend. Eigene Köchin für Pmelettes...diese waren aber absolut nicht gut. Fazit: Frühstück aigenscheinlich sehr gut, aber im Endeffekt spärlich.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und das Essen war kalt und das Pulet Fleisch roh. Das Essen war nicht so der Hammer.

Учтив и усмихнат персонал. Изненадахе ме с подарък в стаята по случай рождение ми ден. Храната беше вкусна и приготвена на място. Стаята и банята бяха големи, леглата удобни. Плажът е точно пред хотела. Всички увеселения и шумове приключваха до 22:30ч, после се чуваше само шума на вълните. Бих се върнала.

Бавна комуникация през букинг. Наложи се да звъня по телефона. Бяха любезни и се извиниха, че е имало временен проблем.

Beim Frühstück Saal wurden die Tische ziemlich früh schon bereit gemacht für die Abendessen und man hatte dann begrenzte Tische zum sitzen.

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass das Reinigungspersonal teilweise keine Lust hatte. Die ersten 3 Tage war es immer mega sauber und die Betten richtig schön gemacht. Danach war das nicht mehr so, Betten wurden teils gar nicht gemacht. Fand ich schade. Frühstück: gab es für mich zu viel Fleisch, ich esse kein Schwein es gab kaum alternativen.

Zimmerausstattung und Hotel sind sehr neuwertig. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist mega freundlich. Lage ist super, direkt am Strand.

Essenauswahl ist gut, Frühstück sehr gut, beim Abendessen könnte es abwechslungsreicher zugehen, das ist aber Kritik auf obersten Niveau. Essen selbst ist top und schmeckt sehr gut!

Gostei do facto de o Hotel ser novo, da decoração, da localização, do pequeno almoço e do Calma Beach Club. Excelente serviço de receção. Excelente localização. Excelente vista do quarto.

Não gostei do facto de a reserva ser para três adultos e a terceira cama ser um sofá cama. Tendo em conta a qualidade do hotel, poderia ter uma terceira cama, ou uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Não havia espaço para as malas de 3 pessoas.

Schönes Hotel, ansprechendes Interior, sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet, nettes Personal & alles sauber & hygienisch.

Nicht nicht gefallen, nur Anmerkungen zur Verbesserung: Die Putzfrauen am Morgen sollten die Türen nicht so zufallen lassen, hört man sehr deutlich & das Gym könnte noch ein wenig mehr Geräte haben.

Very beautiful hotel and aesthetic! The balcony views of the sea are amazing! It has live entertainment every night in the hotel/ beachclub which is nice. This won't disturb you if you are in the rooms tho. Located at the boulevard en beach with loads of shops and restaurants.

Maybe only thing I can say is not full sun in the pool area all day. So peak hours its sunny, but morning and late afternoon there is no sun, but you can always go to the beach
