Fine rom, god beliggenhet.

Maten var helt OK, kunne vært bedre ift prisen. bassengområdet var stusslig. Det var stort sett bare pensjonister her. Totalt sett dårligere enn forventet ut ifra bilder og anmeldelser.

Die Lage war wirklich super – direkt in der Stadt, der Strand direkt vor der Tür und auch andere Buchten waren schnell erreichbar. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 6. Stock war wunderschön. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit Kapselmaschine ausgestattet. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Verbesserungspotenzial beim Pool und Essen Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war für uns die Pool-Öffnungszeit. Auch gegen 9–9:30 Uhr war der Pool teilweise noch nicht geöffnet, was für Frühaufsteher, die vor dem Frühstück schwimmen möchten, etwas unpraktisch ist. Für uns war das allerdings kein großes Problem, da wir ohnehin häufig im Meer waren. Deutlich kritischer fanden wir das Essen. An zwei verschiedenen Tagen war das Hähnchen an einigen Stellen leider nicht vollständig durchgegart – sowohl bei mir als auch bei meinem Mann. Außerdem hatte ich einmal einen Mandelkuchen, der bereits Schimmel aufwies. Ich habe dies sofort gemeldet und der Kuchen wurde auch direkt entfernt und ich bekam eine Entschuldigung. Gerade bei Fleisch und Milchprodukten sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Größe und Preisklasse besonders auf die Qualität und Hygiene geachtet werden. Lieber etwas länger auf das Essen warten, dafür aber sicher sein können, dass es vollständig durchgegart und frisch ist. Insgesamt sollte dieser Punkt aus unserer Sicht noch einmal genauer überprüft werden.

It’s beautiful and smells amazing. The food was great, loads of options to choose from. As a solo traveller I really enjoyed my stay and the trip to Artà market was a true highlight of my holiday.

Amazing hotel, very well maintained, excellent rooms, modern style, lovely staff. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners a lot, huge variety, excellent quality of food. It was even very difficult to choose from all the food that was served, since everything looked and tasted amazing! Animation team doing a fantastic job. We felt very welcomed and would higly recommend this hotel.

Just a minor tip for improvement - a nespresso machine and caps in rooms would be appreciated :)

Le spa était inclus dans le tarif mais dans le spa le sauna n’était pas très chaud et le hamam non plus et le back à glaçons n’as pas fonctionné du tout le séjour vraiment une catastrophe.

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel!! It was absolutely spotless. Every area of the hotel was so clean and well kept! The hotel staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. The pool and pool area again was amazing and clean! Right on the beach which was lovely. The rooms were looked after very well and we loved that our room had a balcony that looked over the entertainment so we could watch that each night. Entertainment was also great and we thoroughly enjoyed that! Transfer to and from the airport was also easy!

Same breakfast every day, the variety is poor. Also we had a bad experience because we booked from 19-20august and wanted to remove the extra day and the hotel was not helpful even though we contacted them weeks before. They just wanted to keep our 250euros for that day… so make sure you don’t make the same mistake as we did.

Honestly could not fault this hotel. I did hours and hours of research to find an area in Majorca that had a nice beach and lots of shops, without it being too noisy with stag and hen dos and a hotel that was modern, had a pool and a spa. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s fresh and clean, a couple of minutes from a golden sandy beach, a few mins from lots of shops and restaurants. We had the best holiday ever and a huge part of that was the hotel. We paid for a side sea view and were delighted we had a view of the sea right in front of us, it’s only called side view as the two sides of the hotel mean it wasn’t a panoramic view. The food was exceptional, plenty to offer at breakfast and dinner. The only tiny little thing I would tweak slightly is the evening entertainment, maybe things like bingo and karaoke would get couples more involved? But I get the impression the hotel doesn’t want ‘tacky’ which is fair enough! Staff all very helpful and friendly. I would return in a heartbeat.

La politique de l'hôtel !!! Le faux greenwashing. On ne peut changer nos serviettes de piscine que tous les 3 jours pour l'écologie, mais les lumières du balcon sont impossibles à éteindre :( Les horaires de repas et de piscine qui sont calés sur le rythme allemand et pas espagnol.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Meer war wunderschön und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super – alles Wichtige befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer schönen Auswahl, und auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel hat uns überzeugt. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig. Man hat weder Geräusche von draußen noch aus den angrenzenden Zimmern gehört, sodass man ungestört schlafen und sich sehr gut erholen konnte. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt waren die Betten. Da es sich um zwei einzelne Matratzen handelt, sind diese immer wieder auseinandergerutscht. Dadurch entstand schnell eine Lücke zwischen den Matratzen, was beim Schlafen etwas unangenehm war. Am Pool sollte man möglichst früh sein, da die Liegen leider sehr schnell belegt sind und man später kaum noch einen freien Platz findet.

Az ágy matracai elcsúszkálnak egymás mellől. A medence körüli rész túl zsúfolt, sok napágy egymás közvetlen közelében. A liftben nagyon meleg van.

Ruhige Lage an der Promenade und am Strand, sehr saubere und helle Zimmer, super leckeres Buffet morgens und abends, gemütlicher Pool. Es war perfekt!

Mit Kleinkind würde ich das nächste Mal ein Zimmer reservieren, das nicht auf der Seite der Bar (Abendshows) liegt, war aber ok!

Sehr frisches, vielseitiges Frühstück, SUPER Service, ALLE sehr zuvorkommemd und aufmerksam. Ich habe ALLES gefunden, wird immer frisch nachgelegt, Eierspeisen FRISCH zubereitet.. der reinste ÜBERFLUSS; das GALA DINNER am DONNERSTAG mit TAPAS und anschließendem GALA BUFFET war sensationell, eigentlich schon ZUVIEL!! Auch ds ESSEN an der POOL BAR so lecker, tolle Preise und ein SChatz von einem Kellner, einfach wunderbar, DANKE

Lage, Zimmer und Personal top. Auch einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel haben wir immer finden können.

Das Abendessen hat noch Potenziall nach oben. Die Fisch\Fleisch-Sorten an der Zubereitungsstation sind nur an der Seite besschtiftet. Da erkennt man gar nicht was was ist. Schilder direkt vor den Platten mit gebratenen Speisen wäre viel besser. Beim Frühstück ist es gar nicht erkennbar, dass man auch nach einem Omlett fragen kann - so als wäre es absichtlich, damit die Gäste erst gar nicht fragen. All das kenne ich aus anderen Hipotels wesentlich besser.

Die Location war sehr gut. Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und natürlich der Strand waren sehr nah und ohne Probleme zufuss erreichbar. Auch die Bushaltestelle nach Palm war gleich um die Ecke, sowie mehrere Leihwagenanbieter. Das Hotel wirk neu und modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausgiebig. Auch das Unterhaltungsprogramm am Abend hat uns positiv überrascht. Obwohl das Hotel auch für Familien ausgelegt ist, war es relativ ruhig.

Der Pool wirkt etwas unterdimensioniert. Aber das ist ein Mallorca weites Problem. Das es keine freien Liegen mehr gab, haben wir nicht erlebt. Das reservieren der Liegen durch Handtücher ist im Hotel verboten. Der Strandabschnitt gegenüber des Hotels ist felsig aber 100m weiter beginnt bereits feinster Sandstrand.

Super Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum aber auch nicht mittendrin. Vorne am Strand 2 versch. Möglichkeiten für Liegenmiete. Spar direkt nebenan. Sehr gutes Frühstück!! Viel Auswahl, bei uns hatte es auch immer noch gegen Ende. Schnelles Check-In / Check-Out. Essen an der Bar war gut und vergleichsweise günstig.

Keine Duschwand/-vorhang??? Und keine Ablagefläche in der Dusche. Wir hatten allerdings glaube ich das Behinderten-Zimmer erwischt. Ausstattung im Bad eher spärlich für den Zimmerpreis, zB keine Nastücher. Liegen am Pool immer schnell voll.

Very nice location, beachfront and close to the beaches which are wider (in front of the hotel the beach is very narrow and rocky). Rooms are nicely decorated and food is great. What is missing from the rooms is a coffee machine (you can get coffee from the restaurant in the morning but it’s opening only at 8). Staff is friendly but unfortunately we had a bad experience in the main restaurant with Sofia. She took our order for drinks, we had our dinner and after that I left for a couple of minutes with my daughter outside restaurant area and she came at our table verry stressed and in a hurry asking where I left, doublechecking our room number even if at the table were still 6 person from our group!!! …and when I orderd I told her that we will pay when we will leave (like everybody was doing and like we were doing in the other days!). Her behaviour was very disrespectful!!!!

Brand new hotel, everything is modern. The room, bed, and bathroom were perfect. We celebrated my wife's birthday, so we requested a room with a sea view on a higher floor. The hotel kindly provided it for us and also gave us cookies as a present. Breakfast and dinner were good. The location is perfect. An excellent choice for the money.

Struttura bellissima nuova e molto pulita. Ricco il buffet a colazione e cena, ottima posizione, ottima pulizia della stanza e ambienti comuni. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Teli mare/piscina inclusi da cambiare ogni 3 giorni. Tutto ottimo

Alcuni piccoli dettagli: la tenda verso il balcone rovinata in alcuni punti, assenza di un qualsiasi kit di benvenuto in bagno e mini bar completamente vuoto (se si desidera qualcosa bisogna chiamare la reception, poco pratico direi)

L’hotel era pulito, ben organizzato e il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno.

L’unico aspetto che ho notato è che la clientela era composta prevalentemente da ospiti tedeschi e molte attività sembravano rivolte soprattutto a loro. Sarebbe bello rendere l’ambiente ancora più internazionale, proponendo servizi e attività pensati per ospiti di diverse nazionalità.

Престоят ни беше чудесен! Хотелът е много чист, уютен и добре поддържан. Персоналът беше любезен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Стаите са комфортни, а храната е вкусна и разнообразна. Локацията е отлична и допринесе за една спокойна и приятна почивка. С удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново и го препоръчваме на всеки!

Das Abendbuffet sah toll aus allerdings geschmacklich nicht toll. Sehr wenig Fisch. An höher wertigen Lebensmittel wird gespart leider. Sind nach dem zweiten Abend auswärts sehr lecker Essen gegangen.

Una pequeña joya frente al mar. Un hotel tranquilo, con un ambiente muy agradable y huéspedes mayoritariamente alemanes y franceses, lo que contribuye a una atmósfera relajada y respetuosa. La comida y el servicio son espectaculares. Hay una excelente zona para tomar el sol y, al estar justo frente a la playa, resulta muy cómodo para las familias con niños, ya que pueden acceder directamente al mar. Todo el equipo mantiene el alto estándar característico de Hipotels, lo que realmente da ganas de volver. La limpieza es impecable, todo está muy bien organizado y el hotel cumple perfectamente con su lema de relajarse y disfrutar de las vacaciones. Con Hipotels uno siempre va a la segura, y este hotel no es la excepción: te sientes como en casa desde el momento en que llegas. Mención especial para Miguel, del bar, por su amabilidad y excelente atención. Es un hotel especialmente recomendable para un público más adulto o para quienes buscan tranquilidad. Los niños más pequeños quizás podrían aburrirse, ya que no hay tantas actividades orientadas a ellos.

Нам сподобалось розташування, приємне містечко, чисте море, гапне повітря. В готелі гарне харчування, хороший сервіс, чисто, гарний басейн. На плчжі чистий пісок, до кращогопляжу пройтись треба вліво 5 хвилин. Поруч з готелем гарна інфраструктура, магазини, міський транспорт. Сюди хочеться повертатись ще.

Біля басейну хотілось би релакс музику, це все що нам не вистачало.

Hôtel très propre, très beau, très confortable, très joliment rénové qu'il paraît tout neuf. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Animateurs très sympas, bonne énergie :) Bon emplacement. Tout était vraiment très bien !

Seul minuscule bémol serait peut-être la nourriture que j'ai un peu moins appréciée, petit déjeuner et buffet destinés surtout à satisfaire les touristes Allemands. J'aurais préféré plus de repas et de produits locaux...

Amazing place would definitely recommend. Food delicious and hotel is extremely clean. Very short stroll to beach. Great restaurants near by. My little boy loved the swimming pools. Can't wait for our return for our anniversary in July.

Spent a week here in June with 3 other couples. Clean and tidy with a good pool., although the Sun loungers were a bit cramped. Breakfast was very good and both inside and outside seating areas were excellent. Staff in the restaurant and kitchen were helpful and friendly. Used the spa and had a massage which was good. Great location further up the end of the beach, which was very nice. Only negative was that the bar staff were not very knowledgeable or engaging. I’m not sure if it was that they were unfriendly or new to the job. But it did put a dent on our experience which was otherwise good. Wait times for drinks and food orders were long and difficult to order. Staff didn’t know what vino was or goats cheese, as an example. Surely you should know what’s on your menu and understand all languages?It may have been a bit of a language thing, but I did see German guests struggle (hotel guests are mainly german, so staff seemed to speak this). Rooms very excellent. Please just train the pool bar/snack staff to be more friendly, quicker and to understand what’s on the menu. Other than that. a great place 👍🏻

Very well maintained, beautiful decor. Close to the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre. Very attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing, it was almost perfect. Only small thing, there was no pool table as advertised in booking.com and we had a teenager who is a very keen player. We had to walk 10 minutes to a nearby bar to find a pool table.

La piscine n'est pas très grande par rapport aux nombres de personnes dans l'hôtel et le spa pour moi c'est aussi jacuzzi, hammam,sauna mais rien vu de tout ça.

Alles war super. Betten sehr bequem. Frühstück sehr lecker und ausreichend. Personal super nett. Haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Kommen wieder sehr gern hierher.

I can highly recommend this hotel to families. We travel as 3 adults with 2 teens and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had booked bed and breakfast and were offered a discount for half board. We chose 2 nights to eat in the buffet which did exceed our expectations. The food was fresh and had a range of foods from pizzas and chips to fresh meat, fish, salad, veg and deserts /fresh fruit. We ate out at local restaurants which was much cheaper than eating in the UK and the food was great. All areas of the hotel were clean and the staff were very helpful. Pool was lovely and the beach is directly across the road. Shops and restaurants very close.

Don’t book this hotel with @booking.com or if you’re disabled. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I have mobility issues, which the hotel was fully aware off before my arrival, I will list the severe lack of facilities for disabled guests later in this review. I made my booking for this hotel in April 2026 with @booking.com, who on their platform and after I paid in full, (my booking confirmation), as a result my contract, booking.com clearly stated that this hotel had in my selected and paid for room had, air conditioning and a coffee machine, with no stipulations, or restrictions on either of the mentioned facilities, or their availability or use. On arrival in late April 2026 the temperature was 26c and very sunny warm/ hot. My room was extremely warm, I asked why there was no AC on, or any coffee machine and I was politely informed that the AC is only switched on in late May to early October and that there has never been any coffee machine included in the room. On return I complained to @ booking.com in writing, I have also made countless phone calls totalling 3 + hours, with no acknowledgement, I’m continually ignored, just dreadful customer service. I’m on the verge of taking legal action vs @booking.com for breaches of contract, in particular the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, which clearly states, that, “any product or service purchased, (in this case a room for 7 days), must match the product or service offered”. Turning to the hotels facilities for disabled people, these are very limited, or don’t exist. A few examples, the chairs in reception area our all very low and impossible to raise from without assistance. You must purchase everything from the reception, or lobby bar, which involves countless trips to reception, there’s no room service, you can’t drink the tap water, so purchasing and carrying your daily drinking water requirement, with mobility aids and being a single traveller was painful, no luggage stands in your room. Perfekte Anlage, sehr sauber Man kann um 12.00 das Zimmer verlassen und konnten um 15.00 im Fitnessraum noch mit frischen Handtüchern duschen und so noch den gesamten tag genießen. Sehr gutes Frühstück

La recepcionista Carla no se esmeró lo más mínimo en cambiarnos la cena de un día para otro, por mucho que le explicamos el motivo se negó rotundamente. Era un simple favor que al hotel prácticamente no le costaba nada pero era la típica persona de el No por delante, Quiero pensar que además de ser el domingo y estar ella trabajando ese día tenia un mal día,

c’est un hotel très propre avec les personnels super sympathique. on a passé un agréable séjour dans cette établissement. je vous conseille à tous.

Restauration au top, emplacement super, belles chambres modernes et propres.

Sehr gute Ausstattung aufgrund der erst vor kurzem erfolgten Renovierung; die Lage ist top, die Mitarbeiter sind zahlreich und freundlich. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Hier fahren wir gerne wieder hin.

Les bruits...les portes qui claquent sans arrêt (aucune insonorisation entre la chambre et le couloir). On ouvre la porte, ça bip, on ferme la porte, ca bip, idem avec le coffre-fort. Les lumières. La lumière rouge de l'alarme incendie qui clignote au dessus du lit...juste à coté de celle du détecteur de présence. Ceux qui ont construit ça n'ont jamais dormi là Les repas. C'est élaboré pour des allemands (nombreux). dîner de 18h30 à ...21h. A 20h plus rien de re-rempli, rien de chaud. Déjà chaud c'est pas fou, mais froid, ce n'est vraiment pas terrible Le personnel. A part les femmes de ménage très gentilles (mais pas discretes), les personnes au services ne permettent pas de s'installer où on le souhaite, globalement on les dérange. Pour avoir connus plusieurs Hipotels, nous pensions que c'était un gage de qualité. Nous serons plus méfiant à l'avenir. Plus jamais celui-là.
