El hotel en general está muy bien, la ubicación es perfecta con solo cruzar un paso de cebra estás en la playa. La piscina está muy bien y las habitaciones espectaculares, la júnior suite tiene 2 terrazas magníficas. Recomendable 100x100

Lo único es que el siete se las habitaciones no enfría demasiado pero eso ya es a gusto de cada uno

El personal muy amable, constantemente limpiando. Trabajan en una armonía agradable, no se oyen gritos ni hablarse en alto y eso hoy en día es importante. La habitación amplia limpia y silenciosa . Lo espectacular, el bufet del desayuno . Hacía mucho tiempo que no veía uno tan completo variado y limpio.

Por decir algo… se que es dificil pero un poco más de vegetación en la entrada aunque sean cactus….

Le personnel est toujours souriant, toujours disponibles et réponds à toutes nos demandes. Ils ont pu faire des réservations pour nous sur des visites sur l’île en appelant les prestataires ! Le buffet propose beaucoup de plat, tous aussi bon les uns que les autres ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

El personal del hotel es magnífico. Y la playa al lado del hotel está muy bien y muy tranquila.

Todo está orientado a los clientes ingleses, el cierre de la piscina a las 18h es muy pronto y la comida mejorable.

Su situación, frente a la playa y el paseo marítimo. La comida excelente, productos del día bien elaborados. El personal amabilísimo.

-En la piscina faltan tumbonas. -El todo incluido en las bebidas no lo es tanto y aunque tienen sustitutos para bebidas de marca no son de buena calidad.

Hotel was amazing and lived up to expectations, rooms were so comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was amazing, there was choice for everyone. Staff were so friendly and always had a smile on their face. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

We hebben een week doorgebracht in dit hotel en hadden een uitstekende ervaring. Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden vanaf het vliegveld en beschikt over een eigen parkeerterrein. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en gaf duidelijk om hun klanten. Ze waren benaderbaar, altijd in een goed humeur en stonden altijd voor ons klaar als dat nodig was. Het hotel beschikt over een zwembad omringd door ligstoelen, strandlakens hiervoor zijn te halen bij de receptie. Mocht het goed strandweer zijn dan is dat ook een makkelijke optie bij dit hotel omdat je letterlijk alleen de weg hoeft over te steken om bij het strand aan te komen. Er is ook een wellness center aanwezig. Dit bestond uit een sportschool en een sauna met o.a. massages. Bij een all-inclusive bezoek is de sauna gratis maar de massages moeten apart betaald worden. Alles kwam netjes, schoon en verzorgd over. Het bed werd elke dag opgemaakt en tafels worden schoongemaakt voor/na gebruik. Tijdens ons bezoek hebben we bijna elke dag ontbijt, lunch en avondeten gegeten in het hotel. Het aanbod aan eten was beter dan verwacht en was elke dag net weer een beetje anders. Voor na het eten ligt er ook een redelijk groot assortiment van toetjes, cake, gebak, taart, ijs en vers fruit. Mochten we ooit nog een keer naar Lanzarote gaan zullen we zeker terug gaan naar dit hotel. Al met al was dit een enorm goede ervaring die we zeker aanraden aan mensen die een vakantie willen waarbij alles goed verzorgd wordt bij het hotel.

Le personnel est au top, très agréable. La localisation avec l'aéroport (quasiment sans nuisances liées à celui-ci) et la plage est idéale. L'espace repas (1/2 pension pour nous) est très agréable avec un LARGE choix de produits qui changent pour la plupart d'un soir à l'autre. La piscine et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et les animations le soir sont variées et ne durent pas trop tard ce qui laisse le temp de se poser au calme et se reposer.

Manque d'un peu d'intimité sur le balcon et aussi la lumière de l'extérieur qui passe sous la porte la nuit. Les chambres proches de l'ascenseur ont un peu de nuisances aux heures d'affluence.

Nous avons dû demander 3 fois pour déboucher la douche car elle l’était à notre arrivée et le ménage a été limite le deuxième jour, nous avons fait la remarque et ça a été pris en compte

Il est impossible de prendre son petit-déjeuner ou le dîner à l'extérieur nous étions en demi-pension cela a été précisé nulle part. Donc il est obligatoire de manger dans le bruit et à l'intérieur du bâtiment. Il est très décevant de devoir manger à l'intérieur avec lorsqu'on est en vacances et qui fait beau dehors, surtout pour un hôtel c'est très perturbant.

Very kind and caring team! ❤️ Nice location, close to the beach, next to nice restaurants and shops, easy to park a car (which you can rent at the hotel). We loved breakfast, a lot of choice and fresh products. Comfortable beds and pillows! Nice terrace to have a glass of local wine in the evening :) Cool choice of drinks and snacks in the bar (again compliments to the team! Everyone is making the stay enjoyable! Es un hotel muy cómodo , y tranquilo, situado en una zona que permite el descanso ,pero cerca de la zona comercial y de restauracion ;con acceso directo a la playa, con buenas instalaciones , la piscina muy agradable en un jardín muy bien cuidado Destaca la limpieza de la habitacion, y de todas las zonas comunes. Que cobren para la cena el agua tratada con ósmosis,,solo te dan gratis el agua del grifo que sabe a bastante cloro. Por lo demás todo bien el buffet en la cena más bueno que el del mediodía que son más flojos.

frente a la playa del pocillo, hotel muy tranquilo y alejado del bullicio del centro, tanto para lo bueno como para lo malo. El hotel es un hotel de calidad en instalaciones y personal, en general es bastante bueno.

la comida del buffet en la cena no era de mucha calidad, siendo una isla como Lanzarote entiendo que sea complicado este tema, pero la comida no era muy buena.

Hemos pagado 150€ euros extra por una habitacion con vista mar, y resulta que nos ha dado una habitación de esquina, muy pequeña, con el balcon diagonal, y la vista al techo del edificio y un poco de piscina. Habitacion muy pequena, si poter pasar entre la cama y la pared, y el mar bien de lejo

Friendly welcome from reception with a complimentary welcome drink. Towels provided to use at the pool and beach. Lots of sunbeds with brollies usually available. Rooms regularly cleaned if you wish. Large selection at breakfast. Facilities such as mini golf and pool table available. Chilled but fun atmosphere around the pool with activities and sometimes live music.

The room was pleasant and had everything we needed but there were a couple of things that needed TLC - cupboard housing the fridge had a broken hinge. Shower sometimes flooded if it was on full power.

El horario de fin de la cena a las 21.30h siento que es muy pronto. Solo una preferencia personal. Además a las 21.35h ya empiezan a apagarte luces y es un poco incómodo.

The hotel has a really large territory and offers everything mentioned in the description. There is also an All Inclusive option, although we chose breakfast only. There was a good variety of food and everything was tasty, although quite simple and mostly the same every morning. The pool is great, and we really liked the beach and the calm sea. The location is also very convenient, with everything nearby, around 200 metres from the hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

What we didn’t like: The interior is quite plain and not very interesting, with lots of empty white walls. This is more of an observation than a major downside. The pool towel policy was quite strange – fresh towels can only be exchanged every 3 days, which we found unusual for a 4-star hotel. The standard rooms are also very small, around 13 m². With two people and two suitcases, there is really not much space and the room feels quite cramped.

le fait qu’on ne puisse pas se connecter à la télé, pour mettre netflix ou autre plateforme. On ne nous a pas rendu la monnaie quand on a bu un coup dans l’hôtel (on en avait pour 5€ et la serveuse a gardé le billet de 10). on ne nous a pas servie le sandwich qu’on voulait, ils ont voulu qu’on mange à table donc on est parti.

Struttura situata a Puerto del Carmen, zona abbastanza centrale rispetto alle varie attività dell’isola. Staff molto cortese, attento ai clienti e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Sono veramente contenta di aver scelto questo hotel tra le varie scelte. Ovviamente in quanto a collegamenti conviene sempre noleggiare un auto. Colazione super fornita ma non abbiamo usufruito di pranzo e cena disponibili a pagamento perché siamo stati sempre in giro.

l'hotel offre un servizio ristorante molto vario la qualità del cibo è eccellente. Il personale è attento ed educato e offre l'assitenza necessaria per rendere gradevole la permanenza. Le camere sono belle e comode. La piscina con moltissime sdraio e ombrelloni è accogliente e adatta a tutti comprese le persone disabili. L'animazione minima è discreta e non insistente. L'hotel è adiacente alla spiaggia. ma non dispone di strutture attrezzate come sdraio e ombrelloni direttamente sul mare.

L'hotel non dispone di un'area attrezzata in spiaggia. La pulizia dei bagni in camera potrebbe essere migliorata.

La comida del buffet. Hemos estado en otros 2 Hipotels de Cádiz y pensábamos que nos encontraríamos una calidad y variedad similar en el buffet pero no fue así. Esperábamos comida de más calidad. Era toda muy normalita. No es que estuviera mala, pero no a la altura de un Hipotels. Sobre todo lo que hacían los cocineros en vivo era de una calidad muy mediocre. A veces por la ejecución (tortitas aceitosas o carne y pescado pasados) y a veces porque la calidad del producto era mediocre. La cena de gala (jueves), una cena sin más con muy pocas cosas "especiales". También, a diferencia de otros hoteles de las Islas Canarias, no ponían a penas nada típico canario, solamente papas con mojo. Nada de gofio. Además, a la hora en punto que acababa el servicio recogían inmediatamente toda la comida, En otros Hipotels esperaban 10-15 min de cortesía, lo cual se agradece para los españoles. Si te quedabas a terminarte el postre 5 min más del horario sentías cierta presión para irte. Por otro lado, si la comida se acababa quedando media hora ya no la reponían, lo cual tampoco pasa en otros Hipotels. En definitiva, una experiencia un tanto justa para lo que esperábamos de un Hipotels.

Al quitar la tarjeta se apagaba el aire acondicionado y la habitación estaba caliente al llegar. La música de la zona de piscina era un poco ruidosa durante el día.

L’hôtel dans sa globalité était bien et bien placé dans la ville.

La chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée (miettes au sol, coulure sur le placard du frigo, cheveux dans la douche…). À la piscine, les transats, surtout l’après-midi, sont pris dès le matin par des personnes qui mettent leurs serviettes pour réserver leurs transats, bien qu’elles ne les utilisent que le soir !! Aussi la piscine paraît bien plus grande en photo qu’en réalité.

Great location, beside the beach. The hotel and pool area was very clean , the breakfast and facilities were excellent, staff were so helpful & friendly , lovely spa .

The bar entertainment/music runs to around 11.45pm, with then the pool cleaning starting from 7am, so a little bit more quiet time would have been nicer, as the pool music is usually on throughout the day also.

Das Essen an der Snackbar lässt zu wünschen über. Der Burger und der Toast waren nicht annähernd warm aber es wurde frisch zubereitet. Einen Tag vor der Abreise wurde bei der Rezeption ein Taxi vorbestellt. Das war dann nicht pünktlich. Zwei Mal wurde bei der Rezeption nachgefragt und es wurde gesagt das heute viel los ist und es kann noch dauern. Danach wurde gesagt wir können ja mit dem Bus auch zum Flughafen fahren.... kann man anders lösen!

Lokacija je odlična, plaža je čez cesto. Iz sobe smo imeli direkten vhod na bazen. Zajtrk je bil zelo dobro, osebje vedno pripravljeno pomagat in prijazno.

Las instalaciones, la limpieza y el desayuno .El personal del hotel hizo que nos sintiesemos como en casa, gracias a todos; desde Germán en sala, Mino en recepción, Pilar en pisos, y el resto de personal del hotel.

Los dardos de la diana estaban rotos y no fue posible jugar; por el resto, ningún pero.

This is my second time visiting this hotel and I just love everything about it. The location is perfect, very close to the airport, all the shops and bars/restaurants are in the are and the beach is literally across the road. The room and the hotel premises are spotlessly clean. I stayed on the 3rd floor and my room had a beautiful view of the beach from the massive balcony. There's A/C, mini fridge, kettle and they have a cold bottle of water ready for you which is a beautiful touch. Laura at the reception was so nice and checked me in quickly and greeted me when I was leaving although she was very busy. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection of food and drinks. The pool area was very clean and unlike last year, they are actually monitoring that guests don't just 'reserve' loungers by placing a towel on it and then leave. Great! Also shout-out to Amelia, a very sweet lady from housekeeping who was servicing my room. She was very polite, professional and always with a smile. Housekeepers are often forgotten and their work is taken for granted. Thank you Amelia! Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely come back. And yes, during my stay Spain won the FIFA world cup which mde my stay just perfect. Muchas Gracias!

La zona de la piscina está muy bien. El buffet es variado. Se puede jugar al ping pong de forma gratuita al lado de la piscina.

A veces era complicado conseguir dos hamacas seguidas para la piscina. Colo en todos los hoteles, se supone que no pueden reservarse hamacas peero había muchas más toallas en las hamacas que gente en la piscina.

Ottima posizione,camera un po' piccola compensata dal bagno grande,buona,anzi buonissima la colazione e personale sempre sorridente, disponibile e gentile.

Everyone was very friendly, the hotel is very clean and good location which is not too loud but has good access to lovely restaurants.

As this hotel offer all inclusive and half board options, we found the food and the drinks offered were not quite the same quality you find at the hotels. Also local cuisine is not well represented - if that is what you want to try.

Aesthetically beautiful hotel and lovely welcome by staff on arrival with a glass of Cava/Orange Juice offered. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and was my room. I was in room 434 which had a small corner balcony overlooking the pool and sea beyond (lovely!). The room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, a full size wall mirror, safe, extra pillows and hairdryer. There was also a mini fridge with a complimentary bottle of water. The bathroom was lovely and the WC was in a separate room. The pool and bar areas were again spotlessly clean and really beautifully landscaped and staff very friendly. Aqua aerobics and music playing round the pool. I liked the hotels location too as it wasn’t in the throes of Puerto Del Carmen.

From my room I could hear the mechanics of the lift moving and stopping however this was usually only for half an hour in the mornings and late evenings. Aside from the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, the ‘All Inclusive’ items such as the quality of wine and cocktails on offer were a little poor. The rosé wine I found to be undrinkable and only a few basic cocktails were on offer. Others such as daiquiris were subject to an additional charge. I upgraded to a better wine but had to pay extra. It would be good if the hotel perhaps offered ‘premium’ AI.

Great hotel to relax for a couple (without kids). The hotel is modern and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. From the check in we were offered a glass of Cava and made to feel special. The food in the restaurant was fresh and high quality. We particularly loved the grill section where the chefs served a daily selection fish and meats. By the pool there were plenty of sunbeds so that we never had an issue to find a spot. We opted for all inclusive and it was definitely worth it. The hotel is located right across the street from a big beach for those who want to swim in the ocean. It’s a short taxi/bus ride away from the main town in Puerto del Carmen, however there is a smaller promenade for leisure walks a couple minutes from the hotel.

Using floaties and playing ball in the pool was forbidden by the lifeguard, hence I don’t think this is the best option for a stay with kids.

Dober zajtrk. Osebje je bilo zelo pozorno, na želje in potrebe so bili hitro odzivni. Ekstremno prijazni, temeljiti. Lokacija. Rent a car pisarna v samem hotelu! Parkirišče zadostne velikosti.

Centralna klimatska naprava ne hladi dovolj, čeprav deluje brezhibno po mnenju osebja.

Alles, ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

I like the space around the pool, the bed was comfortable, the live music gave a cool vibe to the ambience, the staff was nice, the access to the beach, and the breakfast was delicious.

Maybe the door in the bathroom was a bit old.
