The staff were so friendly the food was amazing. We were half board the swimming pools were heated . Evening entertainment was fantastic bar and restaurant fully air-conditioned what was a great relief as it was 37°. Highly recommend this hotel.

La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear

Les repas sont très complets et variés tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est également très fourni et ils sont très bons. Les piscines sont très propres et idéales pour se baigner tranquillement.

Hôtel très bien placé par rapport aux lieux que nous avons souhaité découvrir. Logement très propre et belle décoration moderne. Personnel respectueux. Petit déjeuner et dîner très copieux et diversifiés. L’établissement propose également des activités au sein même de l’hôtel.

Notre chambre 6002 était bruyante du fait du bruit dû au film projeté sur la façade de notre bâtiment et à cause de l’animation au bar ( qui ne s est pas terminée tard ceci dit )

Eramos tres y la estancia contaba con una habitación con cama de matrimonio, otra habitación con dos camas, salón, cuarto de baño y terraza. A la llegada te obsequian con dos botellas grandes de agua, parece algo sin importancia pero nosotros lo agradecemos. El bufet es de calidad y muy variado. Hemos comido muy bien estos días. La playa estaba cerca, apenas 5 minutos, y un centro comercial y zona de bares y restaurantes también. Muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Esperaba quizás piscinas más grandes, aunque el complejo cuenta con tres piscinas. En realidad estaban bien.

La comida en el buffet estuvo genial, estuvimos 4 noches y todos los días habían platos diferentes para la cena. Además estuvimos muy tranquilos y el personal fue agradable.

Esperaba que las instalaciones fuesen de más calidad para la categoría del hotel. También me pareció que tanto el desayuno como el gimnasio empezaban muy tarde (8:00). Lo peor de todo fue el suelo de las piscinas. Mis dos hijos se resbalaron y cayeron muy fuerte nada más llegar y ya no se quisieron bañar en toda la estancia.

Clean and staff was very friendly. The woman managing the Spa was exceptional as was the masseur.

We had a great time at this hotel. It's a little bit away from the main strip which makes it a very peaceful and quiet area. The staff were really helpful and the hotel offered a lot of different activities every day. The room had a nice balcony, everything we needed during our stay.

The pillows were not comfortable. Some more vegan options at the buffet. Some tofu or veggie burgers would have been greatly appreciated.

La comida mucho frito poco comida saludable y que nos pusieron en una habitación que daba a un teatro donde no podías dejar abierto por la noche por el ruido que hacía la gente acababa el espectáculo pero la gente seguía de copas y teníamos que tener todo cerrado por el ruido.

Todo. Mención especial a todo el personal, agradables, educados y simpáticos que en todo momento. El hotel es una maravilla, tiene de todo para todos y está claro que está pensado para el disfrute y el descanso de los huéspedes . Un detalle que nunca había visto es que nuestro avión llegó tarde por la noche y nos habían preparado bolsitas con algo de cena, bebida y postre cuando llegamos ya que el bufé ya estaba cerrado. The cleanliness of the resort was absolutely outstanding. Staff constantly maintained the areas to a very high standard, and everything felt well looked after. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding provided, which was lovely to return to after a day by the pool. Most of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The team working in the bar area near reception were particularly fantastic — always happy to help and made guests feel comfortable. We also appreciated the policy of not allowing guests to reserve sun loungers with towels. This helped prevent people leaving towels all day and not using the beds, making it fairer for everyone. The location was very convenient, being central with the option to walk along the front if you wanted to explore. The bus stop and taxi stop were also just a short walk away. Reception were helpful and could provide bus timetables and advise on routes, which was very useful. The restaurant food was similar to most resorts in that it could become repetitive, but there was always something available for everyone and the quality was good. The dining areas were kept clean, and staff were attentive to guests’ needs, including those requiring additional support. The resort also made a genuine effort to accommodate guests with disabilities and provide assistance wherever possible, which was appreciated.

Disappointing experience with some staff attitudes despite a lovely family holiday We stayed here with family who had booked an all-inclusive package. As I don’t drink alcohol and my daughter has disabilities, we did not have the same package. We would sit with our family while they had lunch or a drink, and we had our 12-month-old baby with us. The issue we had was in the snack area. Our baby is free on the booking, as babies are included at no extra cost, and we were very disappointed to be pulled aside and spoken to for feeding our baby and allowing her to have the occasional chip. These were only small amounts of food that would most likely have gone to waste. We completely understand that staff have rules to follow, but the way this was handled felt unnecessary and intimidating. After the initial conversation, we felt constantly watched by staff in the snack area, even after we stopped taking anything from the plates. The atmosphere there became uncomfortable, and the staff in that area did not seem as friendly as elsewhere in the resort. Other families we spoke to mentioned experiencing similar feelings. We did raise our concerns with the manager, but unfortunately the focus remained on the fact that our baby had eaten a chip or two rather than addressing how the situation made us feel. In my opinion, if babies are free on the booking, there should be some understanding that a young child may need a small snack. Anyone with a 12-month-old knows that refusing food to a hungry baby is not always realistic. We also requested a disability discount due to my daughter’s needs, as she is fed via a PEG and does not consume food like other guests. The amount offered was quite low considering the cost of her stay, although it was later deducted from the final bill as part of the late check-out arrangement. The taxi service from the hotel was another disappointment.

Para ser un 4 estrellas me resultó decepcionante: - El hotel tiene muy poca vida, por la noche apenas hay ambiente. Como máximo una actuación en vivo de dos personas cantando y poco más. No hay opción de pasarlo bien por la noche en el hotel, y aquí viene el segundo problema - Está lejos de la parte “buena” de puerto del Carmen, hay que coger taxi para ir (unos 5 euros y llega en 5 minutos, te lo pide el propio hotel). Osea que si eres joven y/o quieres pasarlo bien por la noche, olvídate si no te vas a otra zona. Y ni siquiera por esas, por allí no hay nada de ocio típico español. -Las piscinas cierran a las 18:00!!! En general, es el típico hotel para turistas

The buffet breakfast and dinner is very good - there are a range of foods, including salads and fruits. The rooms are reasonably well set up for sandy returns from the beach, with simple interiors and a wipeable sofa in the room we were in. The property is very functional.

- There is a €15 per towel cash deposit required for each beach towel. The cash is returned with the towel (you can get a fresh towel swapped out each day), but non-EU guests end up with a large amount of foreign currency the day of departure, which is unhelpful. This feels like a very easy fix, but adding the deposit to the room bill. - The pillowcases did not cover the very worn pillows, which hung out the end. There was no pocket on the pillowcase so I ended up taking the pillows off the bed entirely. - It was cold in the rooms overnight and attempts to turn the air con unit up were unsuccessful. (Not sure if the single thin blanket on offer per room was cleaned between guests.) - Some of the staff in the restaurant were overly officious.

Amazing experience at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly, attentive, and professional staff who made our family holiday truly enjoyable. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere and high level of hospitality. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and exceptional service. We had some issues with the AC in one of the rooms and Francesco customer experience manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Every time I spoke with him I felt he listened and genuinely tried to do all he could and honestly we travel all over the world and must say this guy is an asset to the hotel. Yes we will be back and all four of us felt that way.

No había casi españoles alojados. Todos eran extranjeros y el personal del hotel nos hablaba en inglés antes que en español. Parecía que no estábamos en España.

El hotel es muy cómodo por el tipo de habitaciones y las instalaciones que tiene, ademas el personal es muy atento y amable.

Hay mucho turista extranjero y todos los horarios están adaptados a ellos, incluso el de la piscina que cerraba muy pronto… Esperaba mas variedad en las comidas.

Me gustó todo, pero si le tengo que poner un pero, son las instalaciones del bubbles, y no por lo que son, que están superdivertidas, sino que yo le pondría a los que hay, en lugar del suelo que tiene , una piscina que a los niños les llegue a los tobillos, por ejemplo.

PERFECT stay! :-) Thank you. All was amazing: large, clean and comfortable bedroom, very nice and professional shows in the evening (the theme on that night was : Magic of India ✨️🥰), food is so delicious, fresh buffet and variety, great animations in the evening ("white night"). Perfect location: just a few minutes walk from a large and clean beach, many restaurants and shops around. To get there (no hotel shuttle) you can either book a taxi from Playa Blanca (about 30 minutes I would say, or take a bus (a little longer ride). I believe is pretty close from the Lanzarote Airport also! 👍 Also they have a huge parking lot if you decide to rent a car. The very best💫 : it is a family hotel but it suits as well very well for adults who are looking for quiet as I did! : it is a huge hotel complex (perfectly organized, structured, and directed!) and some of the areas (such as a swimming pool, a bar, etc.) are especially designed for Adults Only!! I had booked half board (so got dinner and breakfast the next day). A special Thank you to ANGEL at the reception and ESTHER and the Sanus Wellness and Massage Center, for being so welcoming, helpful and kind! ❤️ They do everything they can to make you stay the BEST ever! Only one regret, I wish I could stay longer! ^^ and I hope to be back! 💯 😉

We had a great time at Sentido Aequora resort, we booked the half-board as a family and we were very happy with our vacation choice! The complex itself is good and the rooms too. Nothing too fancy. What is spectacular is the effort which the people who work there put in, in order for everything to be as good as it was! From Reception, Cleaning Team, Neptuno Restaurant where we ate and the Entertainment Team for the kids! We are definitely considering visiting Aequora again and we usually go to a different place every year! It was clean, fun, relatively close to the beach, the food was good, kids have things to do, there are pools for the kids (and the ones for adult guests only), parking, services, etc. I would recommend it

Las instalaciones están muy bien me han encantado como para pasar más días. La habitación estaba muy bien y han tenido un buen detalle como dejarnos algo de cena cuando llegamos después de la hora de la cena y agua. La piscina estaba bastante bien.

Podrían mejor la variedad de la comida del restaurante y ampliar el horario de la cena un poco ( la cena era hasta las 9 como más tarde para ir a cenar ) y el horario de la piscina ya que para estar en Lanzarote cerrar la piscina a las 18:00 considero que por lo menos en verano es muy temprano.

Gym’et var kun åbent fra 08-19. Der burde være åbent 24-7, idet der ikke var personale der alligevel. Sikkert godt til familier som elsker buffet og at der er meget underholdning, men der var ingen ro nogen steder.

Fantastic location near the airport, beach, shops, bars and resteraunts. Plenty of day and night time entertainment for all ages and resident groups. Spacious, always served quickly at bars and buffet, always able to get a sun bed and friendly staff. Room was lovely and cleaned as requested.

My 14 month old son caught impetigo from the splash park.

The entertainment staff were amazing and catering staff fantastic very attentive, food was lovely . The cleaning staff went way and beyond to help us search for a lost teddy, which returned nice and clean to us.

Treinta y cuatro escalones para llegar a la habitación y la distribución del baño, con todo aislado (lavabo, inodoro y ducha).

I liked the fact that it had so much to offer all within the one resort. The food was also fabulous.

The apartments were clean, functional, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the complex feels somewhat dated and would benefit from renovation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at reception, where every request was handled promptly. The reasonably priced car rental service within the hotel was also a great convenience.

Unfortunately, there was very little for kids to do. Apart from a small outdoor playground, there were few family-friendly activities. The island is very windy, and during our stay it was too cold to use the splash park. The pools were not heated either, so we couldn't enjoy them. The food offered plenty of variety and was regularly replenished, but the quality and taste did not quite meet our expectations. This resort is best suited for guests who plan to spend most of their time exploring the island, as there is limited entertainment within the resort itself.

Il primo giorno in cui siamo arrivati c’erano dei capelli nella zona del the / caffè e il porta spazzolini non era pulito. Il resto era tutto pulito e dalla seconda volta che hanno fatto pulizia la cosa si è risolta in autonomia.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. It’s located just 10 minutes from the airport and only a 5 minute taxi ride from Puerto del Carmen. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds. There were several pools to choose from, but the main pool with the entertainment team was our favourite thanks to the great atmosphere and activities throughout the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always encouraging guests to join in and have fun. A special shoutout to Svan from the entertainment team, who was the highlight of our holiday and made our stay even more memorable! The food offered plenty of choice and there was a convenient snack bar located beside the pool. There was also evening entertainment every night, with shows starting at 9:30 pm. Overall, a brilliant hotel with excellent facilities, great entertainment, and a fantastic team. We would happily return.

The only thing we would have liked to know in advance was that there is an “All Inclusive Plus” package in addition to the standard all-inclusive option. The Plus package includes a much better selection of drinks and cocktails. If you enjoy cocktails, we’d definitely recommend upgrading.

Nous avons été étonné a notre arrivée car nous nous attendions a un petit hotel. Nous avons toutefois été agréablement surpris de découvrir un complexe assez grand mais bien adapté a une clientèle adulte. La piscine , 1 restaurant et 1 bar sont réservés aux adultes ce qui contribue a une ambiance calme et reposante. Le service d'animation est très sympathique et les spectacles du soir sont de belle qualité. Les buffets sont variés et de bonne qualité.
