Lovely breakfast plenty of choice . Rooms clean and spacious. Would recommend to friends and family.

Was very noisy in the corridor where we were staying quite early in the morning . Which woke me up.

Allocated wrong room when we arrived,staff at recertion were a bit defensive were unwilling to give us the correct room. They were not very helpful and were blaming the customer for their mistake.problem was eventually sorted

Loved the location. Staff were very helpful. Food was good and really liked the buffet style meals. Pool areas were clean with a beautiful view.

Only problem was finding cockroaches in the bathroom but housekeeping sprayed as soon as I told them.

The staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. The pools were great but as usual you had the numpties out at 6:30 throwing their towels on the beds. Despite this we never really had an issue getting two beds, just not always by the pool. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the afternoon game activities, especially the drinks voucher for the winner.

Overall the hotel just feels a bit worn and tired. It could benefit from a freshen up.

Breakfast was excellent. Dining room staff very friendly and obliging. Location is perfect for long walks and yet is close to town. Entertainment very good.

Too much pork on the menu. No beef, I don't mean veal. Waited over thirty minutes for bar waiters. Eventually went to bar myself. Otherwise stay was wonderful.

I don't think my superior room was really superior. There was no tea or coffee facility safe and fridge had to be paid for. I found having to step into the shower to get towels and the towel rail was to high . There was no leaflets in the room giving information about the hotel. I wanted to change dinner to lunch one day and didn't know that I had to give one days notice. Overall I enjoyed my stay food very good staff very pleasant

La struttura è accogliente in una balla posizione sul mare. Il cibo è buona e il servizio è attento e gentile con la clientela.

Sono 4 anni che soggiorno in questo albergo, acquistando su questa piattaforma, ma quando mi vengono assegnate le camere devo sempre discutere perché mi vogliono dare le camere al piano zero o prima che sono caratterizzate da temperature più alte pur avendo scritto alla struttura le mie preferenze per piani superiori. Alla mio rifiuto del piano 0 e primo la risposta è stata che dipende dal prezzo. La mia risposta è stata che su Booking la differenza la fa la vista e nulla è indicato per assegnazione delle camere ai piani. Comunque alla fine mi hanno sempre accontentato ma preferirei non trovarmi più in questa situazione.

The property would benefit from a renovation; at the very least, the hotel should be updated as it feels slightly dated. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi needs to be improved, perhaps by installing additional signal boosters, since there is no reception at all on the 4th floor. Also me and my girlfriend requested and got a room change since in the previous room 2620 in the toilet had some little cockroaches. Not the best but the staff was kind and efficient to provide us with a new room and there was no problem in that. But maybe is would be better to prevent this case, with a deeper cleaning and checking of the rooms.

I thought the pool bar should stay open till about 7. Its lovely to sit there between 5 and 7 in the evening as it is windy on the terrace

Staff at desk were not that helpful, had a taxi booked that never came through reception, trying to get another big taxi was a task with the people behind desk as their was 4 adult 1 baby and bags

Las habitaciones son viejas, las hamacas de la piscinas hundidas en la zona de piscina poca limpieza vasos sin recoger , cosas por los suelos. La comida muy repetitiva y los almuerzos poca variedad.

For the cost the rooms could definitely do with upgrading - mainly older people who were giving out about younger children making noise and its not an adults only hotel 🤷‍♀️ i had 3 teenagers and myself and there was no atmosphere for them around the pool or at the evening. For older Clientele its perfect but I personally wouldn't go back with children of any age

The pool area was amazing. A short walk to the beginning of the strip. The staff were fantastic. We got champagne for our honeymoon and also they gave us champagne for my birthday!

For a 4 star hotel the room was very dated with old wallpaper. The half board was good but I found it very samey and got bored of it and ended up eating out 4 of 8 nights but we swapped the evening meal for lunch. If you’re not too fussy and don’t want a variety of seafood or if you don’t fancy steak the food is fine.

The best holiday ever! It's our 14th time to return to this hotel. We missed only the 2020, during the pandemic (since the first time we discovered this hotel - back in 2011). What better way to celebrate my 65th birthday!

I was very very ill for 2-3 days and asked at dining room for a pot of tea as I couldnt eat dinner due to illness and I was refused I didnt thing it was a major request I was a returning customer having stayed in this hotel on several occasions.Also it would be nice to have a kettle in room.

As a solo traveller it is nice to be met on arrival with a warm welcome which is what i got. Easy check in. Dining,bar and cleaning staff were friendly and efficient doing a difficult job. I am looking forward to my next trip.

• The first morning after arrival we went for breakfast. We got confused with the time so arrived about 10 minutes early. One of the waiters raised her voiced and said "are you for early flight" when we said no he indicated for us to leave. Only for one of the managers being courteous and allowed us to stay it could have been a disaster! • On another occasion while ordering 2 drinks the waiter only put down one. While I waited for him to put the second drink on the electronic pad he became impatient, raised his voice and scribbled a signature! Eventually he entered the second drink and I signed for it. I understood perfectly what I needed to do but he 'lost' his patience with him. It was not a nice situation to be in, in front of other guests!

Hotel very dated. Food was cold had to heat it in the microwave at every meal.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before. As a person staying on my own i felt very safe as i felt staff were very aware of guests situation like my own.i was not happy with my room

I was not happy with my room situation as i could not sit out on balcony to read around 5pm as sun shone directly on my balcony area and i found this uncomfortable. Also i would have prefered a sea view as i had in previous years and which i also requested for this hol.

I did not like the fact I asked on numerous occasions about a late check out as we had late evening flight, kept been told we wouldn't be told till Friday morning when no call came we just checked out , but once at reception they informed us we could stay but this was too late at this stage we had made other arrangements. They should let you no in your room the morning at your check-out.

The gym was poor rusty equipment dust and dirt around the equipment - lots out of order You had to pay 7’euros for a kettle and 27 of you wanted tea or coffee supplied

It’s on the beach and it’s so easy to get around.
