Sehr freundliches Personal , Strand Nähe super 😊 gute Drinks 🍹Animationsteam sehr bemüht und freundlich!! Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und immer lecker.

Kinderdisco war leider keine richtige Kinderdisco … bzw. Haben sich die Kinder darunter was anderes vorgestellt . Das gesamte Hotel ist schon einbisschen in die Jahre gekommen, 80iger Style aber immer alles sauber !! In der Küche fehlen anscheinend die Gewürze, Essen war ziemlich fad. ( Abendbuffet )

Esta vez solo hemos venido en alojamiento por una noche.Hace unos 25 años que venimos de vacaciones, y siempre ha sido todo excelente, tanto en el aspecto de personal como de instalaciones.

No puedo sacar ningún aspecto negativo.

Die Unterkunft hat uns rundum begeistert. Die Lage ist hervorragend und auch bei unserem erneuten Aufenthalt bei den HIPOTELS wurden wir wieder nicht enttäuscht. Die Hotelkette überzeugt durch einen sehr guten Standard, tolle Abläufe und gut organisierte Prozesse. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem das sehr gute Essen, die Sauberkeit und der insgesamt sehr gepflegte Zustand der Anlage.

Eigentlich gibt es nur einen kleinen Punkt, den man aus unserer Sicht verbessern könnte: Die Stühle und Möbel in den Apartments haben keine Filzgleiter bzw. geeigneten Möbelgleiter. Wenn Holzstühle über den Fliesenboden gezogen werden, entstehen dadurch sehr laute Geräusche, die teilweise auch im darunterliegenden Apartment zu hören sind. Ähnlich kann es im Restaurant sein. Für geräuschempfindliche bzw. neurodivergente Personen kann diese Geräuschkulisse durchaus störend sein. Das ist ausdrücklich keine Kritik an der normalen Geräuschkulisse eines Familienhotels – Kinder, die auf dem Flur laufen, lachen oder auch einmal weinen, gehören für uns ganz selbstverständlich dazu und sind überhaupt kein Kritikpunkt. Mit einfachen Maßnahmen wie Filzgleitern unter den Stühlen und Möbeln ließe sich die Geräuschkulisse jedoch vermutlich deutlich reduzieren.

Piscina, amabilidad del personal, tamaño del hotel (no es enorme y se agradece), ambiente tranquilo y familiar, silencio por la noche, buffet bueno, el snck bar muy bueno y muy buenos precios.la playa está a 30 segundos. Samara de animación muy profesional y simpática con los niños. Todo el personal excepcional, mención especial a Fernando del bar que nos atendió estupendamente, así como a las chicas de la limpieza.

La camas algo blandas

Ruhige Lage am Ortsende, trotzdem alles Nötige in der Nähe und nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Zimmer sind groß und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Sehr schöner, angenehmer Eingangsbereich. Balkon mit Meerblick bei allen Zimmern. Salzwasser-Pool Das Essen (Buffet zum Frühstück und am Abend) war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und schön präsentiert. Es war auch immer alles da. Für später Anreisende wurde bis spät Abends ein kleines kaltes Buffet zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles sehr gut organisiert!

Die Klimaanlage hat keine gute Leistung gebracht. Das Zimmer wurde 1 x nicht gereinigt. Angeblich hätten wir ein entsprechendes Schild an die Tür hängen müssen, was uns beim Check-In allerdings nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Dass man sich für den Pool Handtücher leihen kann, haben wir auch erst am 2. Tag zufällig mitbekommen... Pool war ein bisschen klein und das Wasser am Nachmittag schon sehr trüb - nicht mehr sehr einladend. An der Rezeption war telefonisch nie jemand erreichbar.

the 2 bed apartment accommodation was a decent size with 2 balconies and we had a great view over the sea from the 6th floor. The beach was just across the promenade and parasols and beds handy to rent. The air conditioning worked well in bedrooms and main living area.

The kitchen area offered insufficient space to store food and needed to use part of the quite large table. Equipped reasonably well

La ubicacion con salida directa a linea de playa es realmente lo mejor. En ese tramo si bien hay rocas, tenes una hermosa playa para disfrutar. El hotel tiene saluda directa a la costanera y caminando por alli, a 800m ya se encuentra la zona de playa mas centrica y con menos rocas. Los precios del bar del hotel me parecieron muy buenos y accesibles y el personal realmente es muy amable.

La pileta es mas chica de lo que se aprecia en las fotos y la profundidad maxima de 1.15m Para tener una reposera disponible, la gente dejaba sus pertenencias muy temprano en la mañana. A las 9.00am ya estaba el 80% de las tumbonas con toallas o pertenencias para asegurarse un lugar y muchas veces quedaban asi, ocupadas por cosas y no por personas. La cocina del bar esta abierto de 12.00 a 14.00 solamente.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel because the view was amazing, the room was clean and they cleaned it every morning, the staff was kind and hospitable. Food was also delicious and the swimming pool was clean, I think we'll certainly come back.

We have stayed here before and such a lovely hotel, right on the sea front and all of the staff are so helpful and cannot do enough for you.

It’s just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Our kids loved having their own room with a TV, and the separate bedroom for the parents gave us plenty of privacy. Overall, it was a great place for a family vacation.

The food was okay, but it could have had more variety and better flavor.

Було дуже затишно, комфортно. Хоч готель і не новий, з огляду на ремонт у номері, але було досить добре. Сніданок можна було замовити окремо, він був дуже різноманітний та смачний. Також сподобалось що в номері була маленька кухня, можна було щось приготувати на перекус. До моря зовсім близько, хвилини 3, через алею і ви вже на пляжі. Також басейн, але він більше дитячий, бо мілкий, менше одного метру глибиною.

Не сподобалось, що рушники для басейну треба було оплачувати окремо. Це щось дуже дивне… Також щоб попити каву зранку треба чекати до 9:30 ранку, бо бар зачинено.

O hotel é muito datado, a precisar de ser renoado. A limpeza nos quartos foi ok mas o meu corredor teve o mesmo pequeno lixo (um palito no chão) a semana toda! O AC poderia funcionar melhor. E as áreas comuns como o lobby e a zona de refeições não eram suficientemente frescas Piscina muito pequena e a zona de espreguiçadeiras super apertada

Ottima posizione, vicina al mare, vista piscina stupenda, lungomare molto bello, la colazione e cena al buffet abbondante e varia, struttura pulita e accogliente, stanze spaziose, giusta attenzione ai servizi, STAFF MOLTO CORDIALE e DISPONIBILE, l'aria condizionata perfetta!

Troppi resti di Posidonia, nel acqua della spiaggia subito davanti danno senso di sporcizia, e non sono riuscita a convincere i bambini che in effetti non lo è, abbiamo preferito camminare (ottimo dopo la collazione abbondante) fino la spiaggia famosa di Cala Millor che era fantastica

Nice accommodation for a family of four. Living room with two sofas and separate bedroom is definitely nice. The pool is on the smaller side , laundry on site, nice staff; breakfast is abundant but for a particular taste…not my favorite but similar to other hotels.

The beach is not white sand, it has a lot of dead marine life remnants on the beach and quite a pile of it at the beach end . The water is nice however and sandy bottom.

Byliśmy w tym hotelu już po raz trzeci i bardzo nam się podoba. Choć lata największej świetności hotel ma za sobą, to jednak lokalizacja, zatoka Calla Milor i bajeczny widok na morze stanowią fenomen - nawet na Majorce. Świetne śniadanie, miła i uczynna obsługa, czystość - i ten widok morza, praktycznie z każdego pokoju. Ech, na pewno tam wrócimy!

Detale - wynikające ze zużycia; np. uszkodzony zamek w łazience czy armatura, która jest sprzed 20-25 lat.

Unglaublich hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Sie sind vor allem sehr lieb mit den Kindern umgegangen. Die Lage ist toll. Man kann vom Pool aus zum Meer. Das Hotel ist am Ende der Promenade und daher etwas ruhiger. Die Ausstattung ist nicht besonders modern, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich.

Das einzige Problem ist wirklich die Animation vom Schwesternhotel nebenan, die ist dermaßen laut (21:30-22:30), trotz geschlossener Fenster. Unsere Kleine schläft eh schon mit White noise laut aufgedreht aber man hört es einfach immer noch.

La plage en bas de l’hôtel est inaccessible avec un enfant en bas âge, rocher, cailloux, il faut marcher 15 bonnes minutes pour trouver une magnifique plage. Prévoir poussette pour enfant car quand il fait très chaud, les petits n’aiment pas marché sous cette chaleur. Certaines personnes du personnel au petit déjeuner avaient beaucoup de mal à dire bonjour ou juste faire un sourire… nous n’étions également pas du tout au courant des activités/animations prévues pour les enfants, ou les soirées. Buffet petit déjeuner moyen, les crêpes sont de l’omelette …

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment, great outdoor area and fabulous sea views.

This would have got 10 stars from me apart from the one evening they had a power cut and the emergency generator was pumping out toxic fumes directly below our balcony.

Equipment and Furniture in the rooms is very old and used, 1 day without electricity (Flamengo canceled) even surrounding hotels with no problem,

Zlokalizowany w pierwszej linii brzegowej. Czysto. Duże pokoje. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone w drobny sprzęt AGD i naczynia.

Brak darmowych napojów do kolacji. Mój pokój był usytuowany przy windzie więc codziennie rano słyszałam hałasy gości czekających na windę.

Strand direkt vor Hotel etwas steiniger. Aber kein Problem. Ein paar Gehminuten nach Norden ist herzlichster Sandstramd. Parkplätze waren immer welche in der Nähe zu finden.War aber nicht Hauptsaison! Waren im Juni dort. Ansonsten alles gut zu fuss erreichbar

Personalmangel wie überall, war schon spürbar, Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles Super sauber und bequem . Strand leider nicht so Perfekt, da viel Algen im Wasser und auf dem Strand sind , besonders wenn Wind und Wellen kommen

Animationsteam war großartig, die Kinder haben den Miniclub und die disco geliebt. Zimmer war geräumig, relativ ruhig und der Balkon zum Meer hin sehr fein. Hotel ist eher klein (v.a. der Pool), was mit Kindern angenehm ist, alles ist überschaubar und Kinder (3 und 5 Jahre konnten sich sehr frei und gut bewegen. From start to finish this hotel was amazing. The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily, the cleaner we had was fantastic. The pool was lovely. We haven't booked breakfast upon arrival but decided to eat there a few times and there was no issues with paying as you go, the breakfast itself was very good and had a wide variety of food to suit everyone's needs. We had lunch a few times at the hotel and the food was great. The beach is across the road, which is great when you are all sand, and just want to get cleaned up, showers provided just as you come from the back of the hotel, so you can wash off before going up to the room. The entertainment in the evening time was very good and the kids really enjoyed it, and there is also a playground on the grounds of the hotel. Overall this was a very good hotel and I would highly recommend it. All the staff we lovely and couldn't do enough for you.

There wasn't anything I didn't like apart from the fact we had to leave, so that says it all about this hotel.

La atención por parte de Fran fue excepcional, el apartamento con todo lo necesario para cocinar, y las instalaciones fantásticas. Muy limpio absolutamente todo.

The apartment had everything we needed for a week’s holiday. It was cleaned almost daily (1 day staff holiday) with fresh towels and tea towels, and the kitchen had a good supply of cooking and dining equipment (we took coffee filters and a small washing up liquid, glad we did that). Pool towels are available against a deposit. The beds and sofa were comfortable, and the windows had blackout curtains. Ask at reception for a safe key. The location is just perfect: bang on the beach and right at the end of Cala Millor and next to the nature area with a nice walk up to the castle (with cafe). We had a room with lovely sea and pool views on the 4th floor. Parking is free on nearby streets. The outdoor pool is open 10am-6pm with lifeguard. There’s a small playground which children love. There are some children’s entertainment in the evenings. The indoor pool is small but was suitable on the one cold day we had. Sadly the sauna wasn’t working and the steam room hadn’t been turned on. There is a small launderette in the basement, approx €8 for both washer and dryer load with suds. The whole property is a little old but we didn’t miss anything during our stay! The staff are lovely and friendly.

The gym was very small (treadmill, rower, bike) and 1 weights machine and some dumbbells.

La atención del personal, fueron muy atentos con nosotros y la zona fue excelente para llegar y salir al aeropuerto en bus, así como conocer otras calas en el transporte público de la Isla.
